Is it a Deja Vu, or have I read this title several times before?

Is it a Deja Vu, or have I read this title several times before? Our SOFA was always extended. This time we can't come to an agreement with Iraq to stay so if we stayed past the end of the year, it would be illegal. We have to leave.

Out of Iraq, into somewhere else. It won't be long.

So what makes it OK for us to leave now as opposed to years ago?

So what makes it OK for us to leave now as opposed to years ago? Obama wants to campaign as the guy who brought all the troops home. The long term goals in the region may be jeopardized, but who cares.

Was this not the original plan when Bush was in office? And hasn't the war technically been over for quite some time? It seems like we've been there playing security this whole time, not at war.
