I think he is a little nuts and he does a lot of drugs but I also would not be surprised if he exaggerates to get attention.

I know a lot of indy workers think it's a work just to get him more money when he takes bookings. This video, however, shows the Sheik flipping out at an indy show and refusing to leave his car until the promoter gets him his drugs.
