I never said anything about Rock not being in the top ten of all time. Show me where I said that and I'll admit to it. And those two statements do not contradict each other. The Rock does in fact have "it", but, in my opinion, The Rock's "it" isn't that much at all. "It" never was. ...so now you agree that he's one of the ten best WWE superstars of all-time, but his "it" still isn't much? You're trying way too hard, kid. Again, I NEVER even mentioned anything about a top ten list at all. You're the one who keeps bringing it up. I am simply stating my personal opinion on The Rock. I do not like The Rock, never have, never will, therefore, his "it" does nothing for me." You're trying way too hard, kid.

If only every crowd was like that one. It was an alright show with pieces wildly out of place in many areas giving it a scruffy overall gloss, crowd made it great fun. I especially love the way they pissed Big Show off by them deservedly giving that fiasco what for. Why couldn't it have been Rhodes vs Orton? or Bryan? or Barrett? To quote CM Punk, you're not funny and nobody likes you. Oh except Chris Jericho. I hope he is gone within 5 months, cut the fat bastard. The sad thing is, wwe will pay no mind to what was chanted last night - they'll carry on pretending nobody knows who Daniel Bryan is. I doubt they would, after our "Show Your Tits" chant last night. I think they reinforced the ring for the WHC championship match too. While the package was playing a bunch of crew members were putting stuff under the ring and onto the steel under the apron.

lol at the idiot getting mad a over a "you still got it" chant. It's a show of respect, many people wondered if he'd have signs of rust considering his last match was nearly 8 years ago.

And he's simultaneously one of the all-time greats and not one of the all-time greats. Way to have an opinion. Nice job saying absolutely nothing in your series of posts.

yeah, I thought the PPV was generally bad no two ways about it. I actually watched it with my housemate, who has never watched wrestling as he was interested in seeing Rocky's return. I was pretty embarassed with how boring the whole thing was. Both of us had that 'is that it' feeling at the end of the show. Ziggler/Jomo was a strong opener with a dull finish - Ryder was used completely unneccessarily, 5vs5 was the best match IMO and I thought it played out perfectly with the final two being the worthy winners, Del Rio vs. Punk was a decent match but a letdown considering these two are top of the roster IMO. Otherwise, Show/Henry can't really be criticised as they clearly gave it their all but it's Show/Henry and these two should not be expected to go 1 on 1 and deliver a good match. Now the main event was make or break for this PPV. Let's be honest, the biggest thing was the Rock's return. Once the novelty of seeing Rock back in the gear again wore off, this match was revealed for what it truly was - boring and handled atrociously. Rock showed no ring rust, but of course he wasnt really in the ring for too long. The others were their usual selves. Which was exactly the problem. The mother ing Rock's returning match was reduced to a totally arbitrary match with nobody, NOBODY benefitting from it. Cena looked weaker than usual, Miz and Truth looked like your generic James Bond goons and The Rock did very little aside from the Rock bottom which did what for either men exactly? There are many ways they could have furthered this great rivalry and they failed on every level possible. Waste of everybody's time if I'm honest. But what do they care? they got their PPV buys.

I just think a "you still got it" chant was silly because there is no reason why he wouldn't still have "it". But I guess having an opinion makes me an idiot.

Yes, what I said is a clear case of character assassination.

I also attended the show, and it certainly exceeded my expectations. Rock, Punk and Ryder were over the most BY FAR. I thought the roof was going to blow off when Ryder came out. The chants were so awesome, it is now Tuesday and I'm beginning to get my voice back now. Rock electrified as he always does, It was truly something special witnessing his return and his Frank Sinatra promo was epic. Punk winning the WWE Championship was well done, Howard Finkel was over HUGE as was Punk. So many chants from "WE WANT RYDER", to "RANDY SAVAGE' to "YOU STILL GOT IT" but my personal favorite was during Mark Henry vs. Big Show we chanted "D-LO BROWN!". So I now have been to a Royal Rumble (08), WrestleMania (20), Summerslam (02) and now Survivor Series. The big 4 has been completed for myself and my buddies. This probably adds nothing to the thread but I just wanted to share my thoughts.
