Can someone make me a custom SIG?

Could someone please make a custom sig for me? I don't have photoshop or any tools do it myself. I want it to be a picture of a man down on one knee proposing to a woman. But replace the mans face with HHH' face and the woman's with stephanie Mcmahon's face. And then put a caption that says ''Steph, will you push me?!"
