Fox is bringing back early 1990s sketch comedy series In Living Color — with original producer Keenen Ivory Wayans as host and executive producer. The network has ordered two half-hour primetime specials that will air in midseason, Deadline first reported, with an option for a series order if the episodes perform strong. Fox getting back into the sketch comedy game is definitely interesting, and Color was a ground-breaking show — countering NBC’s East Coast college frat-friendly humor on Saturday Night Live with a more diverse and raunchy style that helped define Fox’s early years. Moreover, Color helped launch the careers of the Wayans brothers, as well as Jim Carrey and Jamie Foxx — plus Jennifer Lopez, who was one of the show’s “fly girl” dancers.

My roommates were big fans of the show. Me? Not so much

I have been watching reruns of this lately, if they get the right actors they could pull this off, I thought the early episodes were great, the later, not so much. In any case I hope it works, I would really like an alternative to SNL

I loved it when I was younger, I can't stand it now. I'm sure I won't like the revamp

I loved that show!
Sadly, the new cast will unfortunately get compared with the old cast and probably won't live up to expectations. I hope I'm wrong though!

This is gonna be terrible, only reason why it was so good was because of the young and up and coming studs like Jim Carey, Damon Wayans etc.
This is a bad idea

Whether it's good or not depends on who they cast.
