Gah, you are really going to make me choose. I'm just a big fan of the guy in general no matter what he does, but I'll go with Ministry Taker.

Easily anywhere between 1995-1998.

The first Undertaker, 1992 to be exact. I loved him all the way until ABA, I couldn't stand that.

Good Question. I really enjoyed his work from 98 - 03. I picked 2000 - 2003 I liked how he had fit well in the attitude era and how he had loosened up a bit from the Deadman gimmick thing. I also liked his work from the early 90s but when it comes down to your question I just have to pick the ABA gimmick.

The original Taker for me. As a 9-10 yr old, he scared the crap out of me after locking Warrior in the casket. I was so scared when Hogan had to come on the funeral Parlor following that. Use to have dreams about Undertaker. Years later, the ministry stuff was pretty creepy also. Did not like the ABA gimmick, was very pleased when he went back to the dead man persona.

god,i love old school Taker and Paul Bearer so much! they just had such an evil, sadistic vibe that wasn't present in the clean-cut kiddie friendly WWF at the time...

97/98 where he just ruled over the wwf and really became the legend he is. his feuds with austin, sid, stone cold, michaels and kane were at the height of his career.

I liked the more realistic ABA timeframe. He was able to still roll the eyes and come off as adrak from time-to-time without being too over the top.

ABA Undertaker for sure. I never liked the Deadman character very much, and I still don't. I think the ABA freed him up to open up his moveset, and became a much more interesting and believable character.

The original gimmick was the best. The reactions he used to get were priceless. I think he was trying to do the eye roll. haha
