They came in a boxed 3pk I believe. Each one had their own boxed set. KB Toys exclusive.

They were KB toys releases. I believe 1 came with a Nash and goldberg. Other came with ddp and steiner.
They also had a NWO wolfpack set that came with hogan nash and bischoff

The boxsets were called Ring Announcer series.
One set was: Scott Steiner (black singlet with a red star) Michael Buffer DDP (black pants)
The other had the same wrestlers I believe (maybe Steiner in white), but Gene instead of Michael.

The mean Gene with the ring is also a variant as the tie is a different color.

Personally I think the toybiz Buffer and Okerlund have better headsculpts than the Jakks CS series Okerlund and Jakks Rocky series Buffer

Maybe I will try and trade them for something down the road but for now the Mean Gene is sweet with my mattel legends! Thanks for all the info on these guys. Cool to know there is a blue tie version too that came with the ring (maybe I have that too )

That BATB ring was ridiculous. The company had just lost all direction by then and it even showed in the toys.

That was the 1st and only Michael Buffer figure, well untill the Jakks Rocky Buffer was released. Was there not a red rey and a blue rey that came with Bill Goldberg? I recall on wrestleworld that the Blue was the hard of the two reys to find. Also some one posted some proto/photes on here a long time ago of some unreleased wrestlers. Guys like, Daevy Boy Smith, Ultimate Dragon, and others. Intresting, Never knew about the blonde ref, nice.

There were Red and Blue Reys that came with Goldberg and a black one (at least I consider hm Mysterio) that came with Nash. Goldberg had several belt variations and a KB version which is why I have two red ones.

Thanks man, +1 for you brother.. I never seen the blue rey, just heard it was out there.. sad they made his wrestler an accessory and not his own figure. I believe that unmasked rey is the only Rey made in the line that was by himself? I was into these for a while. I liked having the NWO and WCW wrestlers fighting the WWF Jakks figures and ECW TM figures. My son has destoryed most of them...send he could crawl and now he is 4...I let him play with them.. I didn't care to much for them any more. Any word on those protos? Here are some pics I found: I have the Sting car.. didn't know about the other ones. WCW Flexums? That's not rey with Goldberg?

Is that a removeable shirt on that KB Goldberg? Never even seen that figure before. And if the shirt is removeable, do you know if it's the same mould as the Smash N Slam Hollywood Hogan shirt?
