I bought one of everyone. It wasn't till years later I discovered through WF a bunch of guys I never even knew were made. Bischoff, Jericho, Malenko, McMichaels, Flair and Rick Steiner come to mind. I would have loved those back in the day but I never knew they existed.

I believe the Goldberg shirts are removeable. They appear to be plastic, but the Hogan shirts appear to be different. Here are the 3 cars produced: My understanding is that the Muscle Flexers were not produced. The figure with Goldberg was what was supposed to be in the package and the Rey was never officially designated as Rey, but looked so much like him that everyone referred to it as that. I also believe that the unmaske Mysterio was the only one the officially made named as him.

ah right, interesting to know thanks figurecollector. On a side note that Hulkster figure with the car is really awesome. Looks better than any of the other toybiz Hulksters IMO.
Bit off topic but you mentioned you're trying to collect all the WCW Toybiz figures, figurecollector, did you know about the skintone variants on the NWO-White Smash N Slam Hollywood Hogan? I only discovered this myself a few months ago. Not talking about the wolfpac one by the way.

I heard it exists, but I would imaging it would be difficult to tell which Hogan you were getting if you did not have them side by side. Makes you wonder if it is oxidation also.

It definetely exists cos I personally have both versions. And it's not oxidation either because I know I bought the lighter version brand new in 1999 here in England. It's only recently I discovered the darker version. There are other minor differences between the figures too. It's clearly cast in a different shade of plastic. My best guess is the lighter version is the european version of the figure and the darker version is the US version. Here's a pic:

The Assassin - Thanks for letter me see it. I will have to see if I can find one.
cwfpro - Not sure if you are talking about Toybiz being better figures than Jakks, less made or of the impression that they are easier to find, but I have been collecting them 2 - 3 years and am still finding new items seemingly monthly. There is no checklist for Toybiz to ascertain how many versions or figures of an items like the Bop Bag they made and there are variations galore. It makes it difficult to know what you need.

Ive looked for that Mean Gene for awhile. I was always curious as to how it would look beside Mattel figures.

I always wanted that Bash at the Beach ring when I was younger, but I could never find it. Some of the later series were so hard to find!

So clearly my theory that the the lighter version is the european version of the figure and the darker version is the US version is wrong. Like I said it was just a guess. Seems to me the lighter variant is more common anyway.

I used to have, from memory anyway, pretty much all the WCW figs made by Toybiz excluding the last couple of sets. I managed to get a Jarrett but not an Aweome, Vampiro or Douglas.
Does anyone have any pics of the last few series ?
Also any protos would be great

i thought the Nitro Active series was cancelled? obviously not...
interesting to see anyway figurecollector. had seen lots of those before but not all of them.
cool to see the main event 2-packs up close especially, since hardly any were released. i would have loved to own that Luger and Flair back in the day.
