That is awesome. My only comments are the shorts could stand to be a bit shorter so you could see Raven's green kneepads and his wrist tape went a bit higher up his arms, and you could have trimmed the bottom of Raven's shirt a bit so you could tie a flannel shirt around his waist. Other than that its mindblowing, I love it, makes me want to get to work on my DA Raven I have planned

this is an awesome custom. If you did decide to add the flannel shirt, I know that the old WCW Toybiz Konnan figure came with a flannel shirt tied around the waist

Looks really really good. I've been kicking around ideas for a mattel Raven, and I like the way you dealt with the legs, I'm thinking the new 17 Cena's shorts may make it easier to get closer with less modding. Either way, amazing work on this as a whole, the tattoos look great and I definitely can appreciate the work it took to get that head right.

9-14-12 Hey guys, I've been working on figs a lot more recently so I'm bringing you a few more updates All in Mattel Elite form we have X-Pac, ECW Taz, Goldberg and a simple Terry Funk Fix-Up. I hope you guys enjoy these as much as I did putting them together! X-Pac: Taz: Goldberg: Terry Funk: Taz's Proto Pics: So I'm sure not many of you guys know, but growing up I was a huge Taz fan during his ECW run. I've always wanted to make a Taz fig in Elite form but was always stumped on parts due to the fact that IMO the more regularly used Sgt. Slaughter torso was a little bit small in stature in my eyes and doesn't have the correct RacerBack style in the back of the singlet. So I opted to use the Iron Sheik torso instead, but as you can see in my proto pics I've closed off most of the muscle definition under the singlet as lets face it Taz was never the most ripped guy on the planet. I also chose to use the original OSFTM Taz headscan just to capture a different facial expression than the Jakks produced RA/TTL scans. Also, HUGE thanks to FamousJ for the tattoo ref. pics on Taz So yeah guys these are my latest pieces of work, once again I hope you guys enjoy them. All but the Terry Funk are available for sale, please PM me with any questions or offers to pick one of these up. Next update will be Mattel Elite customs of RVD, Razor Ramon, and a few Jakks customs for orders Hope you guys enjoy!

amazing work on that taz. I love that you put the wip in. shows all the molding that you did on that torso.

Thanks guys for the words, actually man I was thinking about doing a Mattel Basic line for the late 90's WCW Luchadors. Thinking about names like Psycosis and Juventude Guererra to begin with. I'm really having fun with the switch from Super Sculpey to Aves Apoxie as I don't run the risk of warping the plastic during the boiling and curing process. Thanks again guys stay tuned for more!

Just went through the whole thread, excellent work man. The latest Taz is a bit too dark for my liking but everything else is great. Keep it up!
