Please copy part of your email in that shows where it says it is on backorder. I do not see that in my second email at all. I am now wondering if mine will ship. I called mattel customer service.. i just did a thread on the main page about it.. they said they only had a few so who ever ordered real early this morning, your prob gonna get yours. the rest of us they said can either wait 4-6 weeks and try ordering again, or when the money gets returned tomorrow or sunday too just go ahead and order from mattycollector.com.. sounds like it was a hoax thing where they only got in like 50 copies and they were gone like that

Thing is, there going too cancel your order, and you have too watch for them on there site again though.. your money is going too go back on your card in a day or 2 tops he said, and the order will be canceled.. they only charged it as a pre auth so its not gonna stay ordered.

I ordered first thing in the morning and my items are expected to be received at the end of November. Here's what it says in my status of my order.
You can expect to receive your item(s) between 11/28/11 and 11/30/11

I got my order confirmation email at around 10am when I ordered, and still haven't received a backorder email yet. Maybe I got lucky.

Same for me. I ordered around 8am, and got the confirmation that mine were going to be shipped and arrive between 11/25 and 11/30.
Sorry guys. U gotta check this kind of stuff early and not wait to hop on it.

I just called them up and spoke to them about it. He said they are out of stock and I could either wait to see if they got more in (could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks) or cancel my order. I just had the guy cancel my order and I'll have to buy them from Matty on Monday.

Doubtful.. i just canceled mine too.. he said it takes anywhere from 3-5 business days for the money too get back on your card.. UNBELIEVABLE!! Right?? now im gonna miss the rockers on Monday thanks too there little hoax.. im so pi$$ed off! I will never EVER order anything from mattel shop ever again.. i cant believe they just screwed some of us outta ordering the Rockers like that.. im sure your going too be in the same bind man considering that seemd to be your only cash for them too. we prob wont get our money back til Tues or Wed next week and by then they will prob be sold out on mattycollector.com as well.. ugh! im so pi$$ed at them

It has to do with them leaving something up for sale for 7+ hours, when they only had enough stock to maybe cover 1. I mean the things are still up for sale on the site, despite people talking directly to customer service about them. Back-order is fine, but now it sounds like they may not get anymore and could potentially cancel hundreds of orders. It's just a bad move if they let this error go unnoticed. Pull the figures off the site and fulfill any current orders. Both sites are linked to Mattel, and selling a Mattel exclusive product. To turn down buyers on one, and ask them to pay more on another is pretty messed up.

yeah they dont sound like there getting any more in.. they said they were gonna cancel all orders so i just went ahead and canceled mine on my own. Told them i needed that money for Monday too get them from matty collector and they say "Oh well its going too take 3-5 business days for that money too get back on your card" unbelievable!!!! they totally just screwed so many of us outta getting those Rockers figs now today and on Monday. Im so pi$$ed ill never buy straight from mattel ever again. My only hope now is too buy them off a scalper on Amazon

It's ridiculous the amount of problems on Mattel's websites.
I mean I've heard loads of people complaining about difficulties and errors when ordering (non-WWE) exclusives from Matty.com in the past. Basically the servers can't cope with the demand when a new exclusive is first made available. And I've also heard they won't combine shipping for multiple purchases.
Then there was the WWE Legends voting fiasco, for those that don't know, basically you could vote unlimited times for as few or as many choices as you liked. Hence making the poll totally biased and unfair.
And now this.
Seriously seems like the Mattel web team don't know what they are doing at all. Frankly, it's disgraceful. Mattel really need to get themselves together with their websites.

I got the back order e-mail too. This is very unprofessional and no way to start Legends online for us loyal Legends collectors. What a crock!
If I don't get an e-mail confirming that my order is shipped I'll try ordering through mattycollector.com on Monday. If I get two sets in the end I'll give one to my kids, but this really stinks!
Mattel needs to come on this forum and explain themselves!!!
