| Justin Tyger - Journal Entry 1 Well, the deal is done. I am leaving Japan full time for the first time in 19 years. I’ve wrestled my entire career in Japan, and I’ve never wrestled full time in America before, so I’m excited, and nervous. This is a huge change this late in my career, but I’ve always wanted to make it in the States, and this is the biggest chance I have to do that.
I’m excited and nervous, but I’m also confident. I know me and Hafiz can make good on coming here. Not quite sure when we will debut yet, but when we do, we will make it a memorable one. Me and Hafiz never won any Tag Team Titles in Japan, so you can best believe that the WWE Tag Team Championships are the first thing on our minds.
I will miss Japan, but I‘m closing that chapter of my life for a brand new start, and a brand new opportunity.
I just hope that WWE can stand the heat, from the fire in my soul. ~ "Soulfire" Justin Tyger

Hafiz Abdurehman - Journal Entry 1 Hey, mom! I’ve finally done it! I’m the WWE!
I’m so excited for this. It’s been my dream to be in WWE. Wrestling in Japan was great, and changed everything about me, but I’m ready to advance in my career, and the biggest advancement there is for a wrestler in joining the WWE.
I’m sad to leave Japan behind, but this is too big of an opportunity to pass up. Not only am I going to WWE, I’m going to team with one of my best friends in wrestling, Justin Tyger. We’ve been itching for tag team gold ever since we started teaming in 2008, and you know, I think this will finally be the time we get some.
Stay on your toes, WWE, because the best tag team you have ever seen is coming your way. ~ Hafiz

Solid start. Interesting idea doing a team POV diary as it can lead to some intriguing places. Hopefully some conflict or differing opinions begin to appear between the two as reading the basically the same thing twice could lead to a repetitive and stale diary. But I'm sure you have good plans and I'm interested in reading them.

Everything looks really good so far. The graphics are a nice touch and your writing has already been proven to be great. The only problem I have with this is the actual concept. Bringing in two guys as a team seems odd (unless KoW join up in WWE) Add on top of that Tyger seems quite old being born in 1974. I know some guys do join WWE old but the majority sign younger. I'm intrested to see how you bring these two as a tag team in since the WWE tag team div is lacking. Good luck and keep this up.

Justin Tyger: My drunk dad beat my mom in front of me, before she divorced him. He took me away from her, moving us to Tennessee.
Hafiz Abdurehman: I ran away from home, I couldn’t bear the sight of my drunk and depressed mother.
Justin Tyger: I’d never see my mom again.
Hafiz Abdurehman: I’d never see my mom again.
Justin Tyger: My father, on a drunken binge, kicked me onto the streets.

Justin Tyger: The first time we teamed, we knew it was something great.
Hafiz Abdurehman: We may seem like complete opposites.
Justin Tyger: But we’re exactly the same.
Justin Tyger & Hafiz Abdurehman: Get ready, WWE.
Justin Tyger: The best tag team.
Hafiz Abdurehman: You have ever seen.
Justin Tyger & Hafiz Abdurehman: Is coming.
The video freezes on the two men, standing side by side, as “Justin Tyger and Hafiz Abdurehman Are Coming” flashes on the screen. |
Segment 2: We fade ringside, where Booker T and William Regal sit behind the commentary table. Booker T laughs, as the video ends.
Booker T: Man, can you believe them two? Sayin’ they’re the best tag team WWE is ever gonna see, man.
William Regal: I’ve heard a lot about those two in Japan, they‘re a very good tag team. I think they will do very well here, I’m excited for them.
Booker T: But they seem pretty cocky man, sayin’ they’re the best ever. Everyone knows that was me and Stevie in WCW, man.
William Regal: Ha-ha, if you say so Booker.
Both of the men laugh, as we fade to a shot of the arena. |

| Justin Tyger - Journal Entry 2 Well, our video package aired on Smackdown today. They did a great job with that video. Hell, it got me excited for us! Regal putting us over was pretty special too. To get a stamp of approval from a legend like him is a great thing to get coming in here. Apparently Booker T isn’t our biggest fan, ha-ha, but eh, I’ve heard worse, so maybe we‘ll win him over.
Today was the first day backstage for me and Hafiz. Several of the guys I’ve already met, like Bryan, Kane, DiBiase, Santino, Regal, and Tatsu, from when they were in Japan. It was cool to meet them again after so long. Some of the other guys knew of me and were pretty respectful, which I really appreciate. Others had no clue who I was, but were all still very cool. Big Show and Mark Henry are friggin’ huge, the TV does them no justice at all, and that Zack Ryder kid is crazy. I can’t wait to wrestle him. I’ve known Randy Orton since he was a kid. Me and his father were pretty tight in the 90s when he did a few spots in All Japan. He’s a great kid, I can’t wait to work with him either. Oh, and that AJ and Kaitlyn? Two friggin’ hot tamales, I tell you what. I can’t wait to get to meet them. I saw Hafiz making eyes at that Alicia Fox girl too. I think he gots him a crush….. Don’t tell him I said that though.
Very exciting and nerve racking day. I can’t wait for me and Hafiz to make our debut. ~ "Soulfire" Justin Tyger
|
| Hafiz Abdurehman - Journal Entry 2 How awesome was that video, man? What was an epic way to introduce us. Can you believe what Booker T said about us? That old punk ass ain’t even seen us yet, and he’s calling us cocky? I can’t wait until we debut and we can prove him wrong.
Being backstage was a very surreal experience after all of these years. I’ve been in some big arenas in Japan, but being backstage at a WWE event, as a WWE wrestler with Tyger, it’s such a dream come true. Just seeing that huge crowd from backstage gave me the chicken skin, man. Words cannot describe how much I am waiting for the moment be and Tyger walk out in front of them. Being in that ring will be the best moment of my life, and you know what makes it even better? The fact I will be in the ring with one of my best friends in wrestling.
I know we will tear it up in there. I can’t wait for out first match… and I can’t wait to talk to Alicia Fox… My goodness. I think she’d like her some of Hafiz… I hope she would, atleast. ~ Hafiz

Like that you're doing the POV with both members of a tag team, that's quite fresh. Would be good to see some tensions start to develop between the 2. The promo was amazing, I really, really got into both characters in it. And the journal's after the video package were good. Enjoying this so far man, keep up the awesome work.

I've enjoyed the first two entries for this. Doing the POV of a tag team is quite interesting, and I don't recall anyone doing it before, especially not separately. It will be interesting to see how this goes once more of the action happens. Wouldn't be surprised to see them get a tag title run relatively quickly considering the condition of that division at the moment. Keep it up.

WWE Smackdown! 11/29/11 Charlotte, North Carolina |
Segment 1:We cut to dark videos, similar to the ones before. Justin Tyger and Hafiz Abdurehman flash on the screen, before we settle on close ups of them, as the swap dialogue again.
Justin Tyger: We will change the tag team division in WWE forever.
Hafiz Abdurehman: A division that is struggling, and taking it’s last breath.
Justin Tyger: We are what WWE needs.
Hafiz Abdurehman: We are what the tag team division needs.
Justin Tyger: We have tagged all over the world since 2008.
Hafiz Abdurehman: We have gained more experience than any tag team in WWE has.
Justin Tyger: Prepare, WWE….
Hafiz Abdurehman: Tonight? The division changes.
Justin Tyger: Because the best tag team..
Hafiz Abdurehman: You have ever seen…
Justin Tyger: Is coming…
Hafiz Abdurehman: ....Tonight
The video freezes on them, standing side by side, as “Justin Tyger and Hafiz Abdurehman: TONIGHT” flashes on the screen. |
Segment 2: Justin Tyger and Hafiz Abdurehman vs. Curt Hawkins and Trent BarettaJustin Tyger and Hafiz Abdurehman made their way to the ring to mixed reactions, some excited to see the new tag team, others not liking their claims of being the best tag team WWE will ever see.
William Regal: Well, here they are! I’m very excited for this match to start.
Booker T: Yeah, maybe Hawkins and Baretta will shut them up. I can’t believe you like these two guys, standing there saying they’re the best, man.
William Regal: Sometimes confidence isn’t a bad thing, especially if they can back it up, and will see right now if they can or not.
The match started with Baretta getting a brief control over Hafiz, but Hafiz caught Baretta with a wild knee to the head, sending him crumpling to the mat. Hafiz control him from this point, before tagging out to Tyger. The two double teamed Baretta, before the referee pushed Hafiz out of the ring. Tyger kept the control over the match, but Baretta slipped away from him, hitting him with a DDT from nowhere, rolling to his corner and tagging in Hawkins! Hawkins charged into the match, smacking Tyger with a forearm. Hafiz ran into the match, getting hit with a forearm for his troubles. Hawkins turned around, getting met with a Running Knee Strike. Hafiz recovered, getting to his feet and charging Hawkins, hitting a Double Knee Strike, before sliding out of the ring. Tyger picked Hawkins up, hitting several knees to his chest, before backing up, and hitting a huge Western Lariat, sending Hawkins crashing to the mat! Tyger covered him… getting a two count, when Baretta jumping into the ring, breaking up the pinfall! Hafiz slid back into the ring, grabbing him and hitting him with a big knee, before locking him up, hitting a Dream Catcher! As Hafiz ridded the ring of Baretta, Tyger picked up Hawkins, lifting him up in the air and hitting a Northern Lights Bomb, covering Hawkins for the win!
After the match, Tyger picked up Hawkins, tossing him out of the ring, before he and Hafiz stood in the middle, laughing. Tyger walked to the corner, grabbing two microphones from the ring announcer, before walking back over to Hafiz, handing him one.
Justin Tyger: Can you believe that, Hafiz? Is that seriously the best the have to give us?
Hafiz Abdurehman: I swear man, that was the easiest match I ever had! They think those two are gonna beat us? They never had a chance against us!
Justin Tyger: Ha-ha, I’m telling’ ya, man. Me, Justin Tyger, and my old pal Hafiz Abdurehman are here in WWE, not to run the promotion into the ground, like other tag teams, not to take over the world, like other tag teams, we are simply here… To save this promotion’s tag team division.
Hafiz Abdurehman: This division has been crashed on rock bottom for years now. Everyone wants to fix it and make it all the rage again, but ain’t no one done it, and you know why, Tyger?!
Justin Tyger: I don’t! Tell me, Hafiz, tell me!
Hafiz Abdurehman: Because them people, them teams before us… Weren’t the best! Tyger, Tyger, and you know why we’re different? Why we are gonna save this division?!
Justin Tyger: Because… we’re awesome? Wait, wait… Because we’re…. The best!
Hafiz Abdurehman: There it is, my man! You know, with our domination tonight, I think we’ve already confirmed that we are the best tag team that WWE has ever saw….. Did you hear that, Booker?
Hafiz cracks a slight grin, as looks over at Booker T, who is sitting at the announcer’s table. He climbs out of the ring, walking over to Booker. He leans over the table, getting in Booker T’s face.
Hafiz Abdurehman: The best…. Tag team… You have ever saw.. Got that, old man?
Booker T stands up, not amused by Hafiz.
Booker T: How ‘bout you get out of my face, man? You ain’t done nothin’ to prove that you’re the best anything.
Hafiz Abdurehman: Ha-ha, whatever you say, Booker. You’ll see we’re the best, sooner than later.
Hafiz laughs, shaking his head, as Tyger walks up to him, before they make their way to the back, as Booker sits back down in his chair, looking over at Regal.
Booker T: Can you believe those two? They ain’t nothing but a couple of cocky punks. What did they do tonight to prove they’re the best tag team in WWE? Not a thing, then he goes and gets in my face for no reason. I’ll be glad when someone teaches them a lesson.
William Regal: Well, good or bad Booker, those two made a big statement tonight. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were in tag title contention very soon.
Booker T: They better prove themselves first, cause I ain’t seen nothing impressive yet. |

This Booker/Tyger & Hafiz thing reminds me of Cole/Bryan, except this is not annoying. Wonder if Booker will confront them and actually have a match against them, Harlem Heat perhaps?

Backstage of WWE Smackdown! 11/29/11 Charlotte, North Carolina |
Segment 1:We cut away from the WWE.com Exclusive logo, and fade backstage, where Justin Tyger and Hafiz Abdurehman are walking down a hallway after their match. The two laugh, as Tyger wipes his face off with the edge of a towel wrapped around his neck.
Hafiz Abdurehman: Can you believe Booker, man? Acttin‘ like him and Stevie was better than us or something.
Justin Tyger: You ain’t nothin’ but a fruit booty sucka, Hafiz! A fruit booty sucka!
The two laugh, reaching a locker room door. The two stop before they can open the door, staring off-camera, their jaws dropping, and eyes turning into deer-in-the-headlights. After a few seconds, WWE Divas Kaitlyn and Alicia Fox walk up to the two, introducing themselves.
Kaitlyn: Justin Tyger, right? I’m Kaitlyn!
Alicia Fox: And you‘re Hafiz Abdurehman… I‘m Alicia Fox.
The two stare at the girls, dumbfounded, as they shake their hands. Hafiz giggles to himself, as Tyger breaks the awkward silence.
Justin Tyger: uhh….. Uhh… Howdy….
Hafiz Abdurehman: hehe…. Hehehe…. Hi….
Kaitlyn and Fox laugh to themselves, as Tyger points towards the locker room door.
Justin Tyger: uhh… we got to uhh…. Go in here… To… You know… Change…. And stuff…
Kaitlyn: Alright, we‘ll see you later. Bye!
Alicia Fox: Bye, Hafiz!
Tyger fumbles for the doorknob, still staring at Kaitlyn, as Hafiz waves at Fox. Tyger finally finds the doorknob, opening the door and walking in. He reaches his arm out and grabs Hafiz, who is still staring and waving, and pulls him into the room, slamming the door. Kaitlyn and Fox look at each other, giggling.
Kaitlyn: Oh my god, Tyger is suuucccch a cutie!
Alicia Fox: Pssh! Hafiz is such a stuuud!
The two laugh, walking away. The locker room door opens, as Tyger peeks his head out, looking around. After making sure the coast is clear, he staggers out, walking into the hallway. He hunches over, taking a few deep breaths, as Hafiz leans up against the door frame, his hand against his heart. Tyger stands up, looking at Hafiz and laughing.
Hafiz Abdurehman: What are you laughing at?!
Tyger flails out his arms, mimicking Fox‘s voice.
Justin Tyger: Hafiz is such a stuuud!
Tyger laughs, walking into the locker room, smacking Hafiz on the shoulder as he walks in.
Hafiz Abdurehman: Hey! Shut up, Mr. Cutie!
Hafiz can‘t help but laugh, before he looked back in the direction the girls went, getting a boyish excitement across his face, thinking about the words Fox said about him. He brings his hands together, looking at the sky.
Hafiz Abdurehman: ….Thank you! Thank you, thank you!
Hafiz walks back into the locker room, a touch of excitement in his step. |

I'm unsure about the first promo you did, with both guys telling thier backstories. Seems a bit to deep and dark for the family friendly WWE. The bit with Regal and Booker was good and it seems to develop into a storyline. All is good in the second update but I don't see why or how they would want to bring back the tag division. Maybe you just need a second statement to say they want to bring it back to prove they are the best tag team. The message just isn't too clear for me there. All the Booker stuff post match is nice, I'd mark out for a Harlem heat reunion down the line if thats possible. Don't have a clue what Stevie is doing these days. The WWE.com segment was funny and well writ. The problem I have is that you sometime make them faces and sometimes heels. Not in a tweener-ish kinda way just confusing what you want them to be. Good luck and keep this up.

WWE Superstars 12/8/11 Jacksonville, Florida |
Segment 1: Justin Tyger vs. JTG
Justin Tyger had a chance to prove himself as not only one of the best tag team wrestlers in the WWE, but as formidable singles competitor tonight. Tyger met in the middle of the ring against JTG, the two locking up, trying to wrench control, before JTG got the advantage. JTG kept Tyger on the defensive, hitting him with a Dropkick, before grabbing Tyger, hitting a Mug Shot! JTG went for the cover, but Tyger got his shoulder up at two. JTG kept on the attack, stomping on Tyger’s back, before grabbing his head, wrenching it back, putting pressure on his back. Tyger crawled for the ropes, but couldn’t move. Tyger began throwing wild elbows, cracking JTG in the ribs, forcing him to let go. Tyger staggered to his feet, charging towards JTG, hitting a Running Knee Strike! Tyger attempted to rebound off the ropes and hit another, but JTG blocked it, sending Tyger down to the mat! Tyger crawled to his hands and knees, before JTG picked him up, attempting Da Shout Out, but Tyger spun out of it, hitting a stiff Short-Range Lariat, sending JTG to the canvas! Tyger pinned JTG, getting a two. Tyger began building steam, as he hit JTG with several knee lifts to the head and chest, before picking JTG up… hitting an Order 66! Tyger quickly hooked the leg… but got another two count! Tyger backed up, leaning against the ropes as JTG stumbled to his feet. Tyger charged, looking for a Western Lariat… but JTG moved, wrapping Tyger up… and hitting Da Shout Out! Tyger fell to the mat, as JTG covered him.. For the close two count! JTG picked Tyger up, punching him repeatedly, before Tyger began answering with elbows. There was a brief exchange, before Tyger grabbed JTG’s head, pushing it down as he threw his knee up, cracking JTG in the face! JTG fell limp, as Tyger picked him up, hitting a Northern Lights Bomb to score the victory over JTG! |
WWE Smackdown! 12/9/11 Jacksonville, Florida |
Segment 1:
We fade backstage, where Matt Striker stands in front of the interview stage.
Matt Striker: Hello, I’m Matt Striker, and I am here with two men who claim to be the best tag team in WWE, to my left, Hafiz Abdurehman, and to my right, Justin Tyger.
Tyger and Hafiz walk into view on opposite sides of Striker, as Striker exchanges glances between both men.
Matt Striker: Now, you two claim you are here to save the tag team division here in WWE. Everyone wants to know, why and how you plan on doing this?
Justin Tyger: Matt, we grew up loving the WWE, and loving the tag team division. There were amazing tag teams, like the Hart Foundation, The British Bulldogs, The Brainbusters, Demolition, Legion Of Doom, The Steiner Brothers, and now you look at today. What do we have? The tag team division today is an embarrassment to what it used to be.
Hafiz Abdurehman: And you know, people think we’re here to do what every other tag team have said they would do. Take over the division? Destroy the other teams? That’s not what we’re here to do. We’re here to give this division a kick in the pants. We want this division to be good again. We want to make this division interesting again. We look back on when we were children, and how amazing the tag team division was, we want that again, right now.
Justin Tyger: We’re not saying there aren’t good teams in WWE right now. Air Boom are good, The Usos are good, but you know, we want to make them top themselves, we want them to become better than just good. We want other teams to raise their standard, and other guys to form a tag team, and try for those titles, and strive to be great, and we are gonna make them improves themselves, and become better.
Matt Striker: Now, you two have claimed the past couple of weeks to be the best tag team in WWE, and have caught a lot of attention saying that…
Hafiz Abdurehman: Matt, listen. I know a lot of people don’t like the fact we’re the best tag team right now, especially a certain member of your glorious broadcasting group, but, look at the facts… Who is better than us? Can you name another team that’s as good as we are? Can you Tyger?
Justin Tyger: You know what, Hafiz, I can’t. People might think we’re arrogant, people might there we’re cocky, but you know what, it’s the truth, but you know, we tell people, we make people know we’re the best team in the WWE, so other teams, Air Boom, Usos, everyone else, will raise their bar, and raise their standards to try and prove us wrong. I dare any of ya’ll, any tag team out there to try and come beat us. I bet none of you can. To be the best, you have to beat the best, and well, I see us being the best for a long time coming.
Hafiz Abdurehman: And that is how we are gonna save this division. We are gonna make those teams want to beat us. We’re gonna make those teams become better than their best, and that? Will make this division interesting again.
Justin Tyger: And for the people that still don’t believe we’re the best….. Like say….. Uhh… Booker T? One day we will get a shot at those tag titles, and when we win those belts…. Well there just won’t be any doubt after that, eh?
Tyger and Hafiz walk off, as Striker looks on, the words they spoke running through his mind. We fade back to ringside, where William Regal and Booker T sit, Booker in disbelief.
Booker T: Can you believe those two, man? They ain’t done nothing to prove they’re the best.
William Regal: At least they want good, Booker. All they want is to make the tag team division great again, and I hope that they do.
Booker T: I can’t believe you like those two bigheads, man.
William Regal: Well, they impressed with their win last week….
Booker T: They didn’t do nothin’ man. Maybe if they go out and do all of this stuff they’re rambling about, and prove how good they are, and stop talking all this smack about the other tag teams and about me, I might be impressed, but right now I’m not. |

- It was cool to see Tyger in singles action. Wonder if we'll see Hafiz's singles debut soon. - Good promo. It pretty much states and clarifies the real reason of Tyger and Hafiz coming to the WWE: saving the division, not exactly taking over. - Can't wait to see more from the inevitable Tyger & Hafiz/Booker T feud.

I was unsure when this first started up but I'm REALLY liking this so far, the promo's were very good and really got me interested in the diary. I like the slow build against JTG, Barreta and Hawkins and the mini-feud with Booker which sorta makes them more relevant without pushing it too much. I'm looking forward to more man, keep up the good work.

| Justin Tyger - Journal Entry 3 We finally made our debut, and we showed everyone that we are as good as we say when we beat Hawkins and Baretta, who are two good talents themselves. It wasn’t enough for Booker T, apparently, as he is still ranting about us, but obviously we did enough for him to take notice of us as much as he has. As respect goes to Regal, who seems fully behind us and our goal of reviving the tag division.
But you know what? Our night got better after that. That Kaitlyn girl talked to me. Holy cow, what a looker she is. I think Hafiz fell in love with Fox. He didn’t shut up about her until the next day. What can I say? We’re nothing but studs, eh? Chicks dig studs.
I also had my first singles match, on Superstars. I think JTG is a great talent, and he nearly took me to the limit. I think I showed everyone how good I am in singles with that match, and hopefully gave people a heads up about how good JTG is too.
I think our promo on Smackdown explained to everyone why we’re here. We just want to see the division as good as it was when we were watching as fans. It’s sad to see the tag teams to be as bad as they are, I just hope we’re able to make it interesting again. How will we do that? I think winning the belts will put everyone on a notice, especially Booker. ~ "Soulfire" Justin Tyger

| Hafiz Abdurehman - Journal Entry 3 You know what? I’m getting tired of Booker T, man. We made our debut and proved to everyone how great of a team me and Tyger are, but Booker T just can’t be impressed with anything can he? He thinks he’s still a great wrestler or something, when the fact is his time has past and he just can’t get over it.
We didn’t have a match on the recent Smackdown, but we raised more eyebrows with the promo we had. We’re gonna get this division going on, no matter what people like Booker T think. When we get to those belts, and force people to pay attention to this division again, people that think we’re nothing but talk won’t be able to do anything but realize that we’re the best tag team in the WWE.
But you know what I think we need to do before we win the titles? Shut Booker T up for good. ~ Hafiz

WWE Smackdown! 12/16/11 Raleigh, North Carolina |
Segment 1 Justin Tyger and Hafiz Abdurehman vs. Zack Ryder and Santino Marella:The crowd was fully behind Ryder and Marella as the match began. Tyger and Ryder locked up, with Tyger getting the advantage. Tyger shot Ryder off the ropes, cracking Ryder with a Running Knee Strike, before cracking him with another. Tyger pinned him, getting only a two count. Ryder began to make a comeback, punching Tyger several times before landing a Dropkick, sending Tyger stumbling into the corner. Ryder charged Tyger, landing a Double Knee Strike, sending Tyger falling down the corner. Ryder set up for the Broski Boot Face Wash, rubbing his boot against Tyger’s face, before rebounding off the ropes, charging Tyger… but Tyger moved! Ryder slammed into the ropes, tripping himself up. Tyger grabbed him, throwing him back with a German Suplex, bridging over for the pin… getting another two count! Tyger stood up, watching Ryder as he stumbled to his feet. Tyger threw a Knee Lift… but Ryder dodged it, wrapping around Tyger and hitting a Rough Ryder! Ryder covered Tyger… but Tyger grabbed the rope break!
Ryder tagged out to Santino, as Tyger tried to stumble his corner. Santino tapped him on the shoulder before he got there, prompting Tyger to turn around, as Santino cracked him with an Uppercut, sending Tyger stumbling. Santino flung Tyger over, hitting several Arm Drags, before hitting a Jawbreaker, sending Tyger crashing to the mat. Santino looked at the crowd, as he prepared the Cobra! The crowd cheered as Tyger stumbled to his feet and turned around. Santino attempted to hit the Cobra, but Tyger caught his arm! Tyger tried to push the Cobra away from him, as Santino tried to push it back towards him! The two fell to a stalemate in their battle, before Tyger threw Santino’s arm away, before grabbing his head, pushing it down as he threw his knee up, cracking Santino in the face with the Knee Lift! Santino crumpled to the mat, as Tyger staggered to his corner, tagging Hafiz on. Tyger stayed in the ring, picking Santino up, running off the ropes and hitting a Jumping Knee Strike, just as Hafiz bounced off the ropes, hitting a Double Knee Strike. Hafiz went for the pin, but Ryder jumped in, breaking the pin up. Tyger charged back, hitting Ryder with a huge Jumping Knee Strike, sending both of them flying into Ryder’s corner. As Hafiz picked Santino up, Tyger and Ryder traded punches, before Tyger grabbed Ryder, slinging him out of the ring, soon following him. Tyger whipped Ryder into the guardrails, as Hafiz cracked Santino with Elbow strikes, before bouncing off the ropes, trying for a Clothesline, but Santino moved out of the way! Santino quickly set up the Cobra, hitting Hafiz with it as he turned around!
Santino covered Hafiz… but got a two count! Hafiz crawled to his feet, coughing and holding his throat as he did. Santino grabbed him, looking for a Santino Stunner, but Hafiz reversed it, sending Santino crashing to the canvas! Santino slowed raised to a sitting position, holding his back, as Hafiz quickly capitalized, kicking Santino in the back of the head, before kicking him in the chest, sending him back down. Hafiz picked Santino up, locking his arms and hitting a Dream Catcher! Ryder saw this from the outside, pushing Tyger away, sliding into the ring, but Tyger grabbed his ankle, keeping him away from the two. Hafiz covered Santino as Ryder clawed to break up the pin, but Hafiz got the three count, getting the win! Tyger pulled Ryder out of the ring, flinging him to the floor, as he climbed up the apron, meeting up with Hafiz, celebrating their win.
Hafiz and Tyger walked to the side of the ring, looking down at the announcer’s table and laughing. Booker T stood up, knowing the two were up to something. The two slid out of the ring, walking up to the table. Hafiz grabbed a microphone, slowly getting closer and closer to Booker’s face as he talked.
Booker T: What you want, man?
Hafiz Abdurehman: Did you see that? Huh? Did you see that Booker? I do believe that is the US Champion and a former Intercontinental Champion we just beat there. Is that enough for you? Huh? Is that enough to prove that we are the best thing going here?
Booker T: How about you get out my face, man?
Hafiz Abdurehman: How about you get over yourself, man? You can’t get over the fact that you’re old and you’re not what you used to be, and you can’t get over the fact that two guys have come that are a better tag team than you and your brother was, and that are better wrestlers than you are, and ever wer-
Before Hafiz can finish his sentence, Booker T smacks Hafiz in the face, sending him back, holding his face, as look of shock showed in his eyes as he looked back at Booker, who is taking off his headset. Tyger storms around the table, getting right up on Booker. The two yelled at each other, before Tyger brought up his hand, slapping Booker across his face. Booker stumbled down into his chair, holding his face. As Tyger continued to yell at him, Booker shot up, before the two began trading punches. Neither man backed down, until William Regal stood up, pulling Booker back, as referees restrained Tyger. Tyger threw off the referees, backing his way to the stage, still yelling at Booker T, who stood, gathering himself, mumbling under his breath.
As Tyger and Hafiz made their way up the ramp, “MacMillitant” played, as the Smackdown GM Teddy Long strutted on the stage with a microphone in hand. Tyger and Hafiz crept up the ramp as Long began talking.
Teddy Long: Listen to this playas, we have a pay per view this Sunday, TLC, and after what I just saw, I’m making a match. Booker T… vs. Justin Tyger! Holla, playas!
The crowd cheers, as “MacMillitant” restarts. Tyger and Hafiz walk up the ramp to Teddy, with Tyger stopping to take a long look at him, Teddy repaying the glare with a grin. Tyger and Hafiz begin walking to the back, as Teddy waves to the crowd, before he starts doing his shuffle to the delight of the crowd. Tyger stops in his tracks behind him, staring at Teddy’s dance with confusion on his face, before mimicking it himself. Tyger shakes his head before walking to the back, before Long does the same.
Booker T puts his headset back on, sitting down, and looking over at Regal.
Booker T: Can you believe those two!? Man, I’m gonna teach Tyger a lesson at TLC, put a crack in him and Hafiz’s pedestal they’ve been standing on since they got here.
William Regal: But this is a huge chance for Tyger to prove the words he’s been saying as true.
Booker T: Man.. Who’s side are you on!?
William Regal: I’m not on anyone’s side! I’m just stating the fact that this is a huge match, and a big chance for Tyger to prove himself here.
Booker T: Except I ain’t gonna let him prove himself. He’ll be too busy getting his ass kicked. |
