Does anyone else think he i sone of the worst commentators ever? Even when I wwatch matches that he calls today I wonder how or why he was in the wrestling business. He seemed to know nothing about what was going on during the match.

Haha honestly, half the time I could never understand what he was talking about. Especially when he would get excited.

The stick that modern day commentators get through the headset fom Vince, how the hell did he not get booted off. He was abysmal.

Most of the Colliseum Home Video's I had as a kid featured Gorilla Monsoon, Sean Mooney & Hayes on commentary, dont recall Vince with him that much. Suppose most of his commentary was on house shows so didn't really matter

he was fun on the colliseum videos when he hosted as he fit the colorful character spectrum the ww(f) had at the time.

i used to enjoy him, though he was also fun to laugh at...i remember he almost always used to stick for the Jobbers/underdogs in nearly every match, and made it seem what a GREAT accomplishment it was when an established superstar would beat one of these enhancement talent guys...
Kato (Paul Diamond) was always his favorite guy after the Orient Express V.2 broke up,and i would LOL when he seemed genuinely surprised he would lose to guys like Bret Hart or the Undertaker...
