I like the idea behind it. If you had employed masking material and flat black paint, that figure would be perfection. good idea, though.

Pretty good. If you really wanted it to look heel you could change the head to his angry scan. Might wanna get closer to the circles on the back and do the circles in red! It would look awesome.

No offence, but you just ruined a perfectly good figure. Ummm... Its still a good figure and it looks better. I just hated the red outfit. Mark Henry always looks better in this black attire be it heel or face. And the figure looks better with the black attire. Since Mattel have yet to do one in Elite form, I decided to just give it a go on mine  No regrets, looks so much better on display now instead of that bright red attire... Haha.. No its actually not sticky.. Pretty smooth actually. The paint gives out a glossy finish, but its not sticky.. It looks great in person. I agree that its a bit of a mess at the back though, I'll probably fix that when I have the time.  |

Not too fond of this at all but hey. Its your figure and atleast your happy with it. The paint in the lettering is a tad sloppy and Ive always personally hated gloss paint but to each his own. I liiks like he is wearing pleather like spandex, haha. I honestly would have left it as is as im sure he will get another elite soon based off his current WHC run. But good idea. maybe go back and clean it up a bit?

No I'm not in denial..hahaha.. I actually like the way it looks now then it did with the red. Although I agree the back is a bit of a mess as my painting isn't exactly professional.. So I couldn't paint around the circular WSM well... Will fix that soon by closing up on the circles to make it all red. |

Eh, not too bad. I'd touch it up a little though if I were you. I can see some red in between the legs on the first picture. And I would definitely fix the back. You should stop when you get to the black ovals on the back. But I see where you're going with it, and it's not looking too bad.
Good job! Just a little touch ups and it'll look significantly better.

dont see how its ruined it need some touching up,
it looks way too shiney for me, I'd use a different paint....
the back I agree, is the worst part, but it can be saved if you paint up to the black outlines of the WSM ovals it'll look much better. AND it'll be perfectly oval, though not as accurate
