Well, hope you get Vince if you truely followed the rules. It's b.s. if you're getting screwed out of not getting it for no reason.
I also bought figures I didn't need to get Vince... so if I never got mine I would be pretty pissed too.
The taking them to court thing might sound silly to other people, but you got to do what you got to do to get things accomplished sometimes.

i dont know if he is lying but the same thing happened to me and i know i sent for the McMahon. and he has the right to threaten to sue and ask for a refund, by making the purshases and sending in the UPCs(assuming he is being honest) then both Mattel and him entered a agreement. if Mattel doesnt go through their end then it is fraud.

To even talk to a lawyer about suing would cost more than the figures are worth, not to mention Mattel has a team of corporate lawyers, that would make your life hell. so to say you're gonna sue them over 60 or so dollars truly is ing silly.

When I called yesterday at first she tells me my postal money order is expired, which as everyone knows a postal money order never expires. I know how to fill out money orders when I order from online sites I've never had a problem like this.
Then she tells me TRU altered my receipt so I asked how its possible, she said she had no idea thats the only thing she can think of.
I entered into a legal binding agreement, which I followed their rules. Once I threatened to go to court her tune changed and she's now pushing it up to a bigger supervisor. It is silly to use a lawyer I agree but you have to use that threat to get things done or the issue pushed.

Like I said, you got to do what you got to do. I don't think this dude is REALLY going to sue them... but he might as well do whatever it takes to get what he feels is rightfully his. If it's threats, then so be it.

Good for you. If you truly did do everything correctly, then I think you did the right thing by threatening them with a lawsuit. Better to do that then to just let it go and get screwed.
