EastEnders wins Christmas Day TV ratings battle.
Can't wait for tonight's EastEnders. I think last night was brilliant. Even I knew it was Ben who stalker Phil for a while, as that does make sense. Would be better if someone that we not expecting and make a big spin-off returns for a short period of time, such as Grant Mitchell, etc.
I am very into the storyline of Zainab, Masood and Yusef's. That is something different for EastEnders, but it is interesting storyline. Can't wait to find out what going to happen at tonight episode. I can see this storyline would end of "Storyline of the Year" at next Soap's Awards for sure.
I'm surprise that Dr Who came out as 4th. As I expect they get more viewing than Downton Abbey, really.

Surprised Michael McIntyre didn't make the list. Joint 10th apparently I hate the soaps at Christmas. 1) Far too many miserable, depressing storylines. Occasionally, it's OK, but not every year. Imagine if on A Miracle on 34th Street, Santa died of a heart attack and Christmas was cancelled? what kind of festive treat would that be?2) The fact that something miserable and depressing happens every year makes the show even more unrealistic than it is. But yet, people still eat it up. I guess people really will watch anything. <3 the bit in bold

I saw Emmerdale over Christmas for the first time in about five years and I was surprised...all the usual old geriatrics are still there, but there were some genuine hotties too. When's the next Soap Babe tournament?!
