I've written 42 RAW Previews this year, so what's one more?
RAW returns to that tunnlin' town known as Chicago for the first time since late March when Rock, Cena, Miz and A-Ry were all in the ring at the same time. The most exciting WWE event in Chicago this year wasn't that RAW, though, because a little less than four months after that, Chicago native and resident CM Punk won the WWE Championship and left the company for a brief period. What will happen next in Chicago on the final RAW of 2011? CM Punk comes home to Chicago as WWE Champion, coming off a week where he won a TLC match to retain the Title and beat a trio of TLC losers on RAW alongside fellow Champions Daniel Bryan and Zack Ryder. Five weeks remain until the Royal Rumble, and with no obvious contender, who will step up and when to challenge Chicago Made Punk for the WWE Title? Will there be another six-man tag for the Championhip trio of World Champion D-Bryan, US Champion Z-Ry and WWE Champion CM Punk? John Cena happened to be wearing a shirt with a split at the neck last week and wouldn't you know, someone ripped it off. Cena was ready to excuse the actions of the man who excites Todd Grisham like no other, Kane, if the chokeslam from the business-saving superstar was an accident. Kane came back from his most recent welding job after Mark Henry had a few words with Cena, and despite Henry being the one to put Kane out of commission months ago, Kane opted to go after Cena. Kane choked Cena better than Jess Day ever could Paul, and then took Cena's shirt. What made Kane rip Cena's shirt like he did Rob Conway's May 19th shirt? Alicia Fox continues to earn TV time by botching all the moves and injuring her opponent from last week, Beth Phoenix, the # HEEL of WWE is waiting for what he will perceive as the right time to invoke his US Title rematch clause, the Barrett Barrage looks to rebound after a fairly rough week, Booker T and Cody Rhodes continue to be at each other's throats (please hit Booker in the throat so he can't commentate, Cody!) and one week reamins before "itbegins" on the first RAW of 2012.Look forward to all of that and who knows, maybe more at 9pm/8c only on USA Network. I wouldn't be sad if this thread was also used to talk about RAW in 2011. What you guys liked, disliked and all of that jazz

The last itbegins2012 promo should be great, Hopefully we get a R Truth return, More Kane going crazy, More CM Punk, More Ryder, More Bryan and Orton and Barrett's feud should also continue on tonight's Raw since their brawl on SD was epic they should have Barrett take out Orton in the parking lot or something like that, Maybe a Wasteland through the announce table. These brawls are even better when its live.
Should be a good Raw.

I have Comcast and for some odd reason my RAW is listed 3 hours past it's regular time, 6:00 PM, and is instead showing at 9:00 PM. Anyone know what's going on there?

I'm looking forward to Raw a lot.
Chicago is a great area to have the show at so I'm expecting good crowd reaction and hopefully some good matches.

Must be Comcast, because I have U-Verse and it's listing the second National Treasure movie before Raw (which is listed as 2 hours from 8-10 CST).

– The final cryptic video for January 2nd, 2012 will be airing on tonight’s RAW Supershow in Chicago. Word is that tonight’s video will make it clear who the vignettes are for

The final cryptic video hyping next week’s January 2nd edition of RAW will air tonight. According to a reliable WWE source, tonight’s video is expected to make it very clear who is returning next week.
Looks like everyone is reporting this, I guess we'll see a close hint of Jericho in the promo tonight and it should be exiting.

Swear to god if I see that its Undertaker who's coming back, or like people are saying now Skip Sheffield, Raw has lost me as a viewer for the rest of the show and next week

I don't really like this, I think it should be like Save_Us_2007 where we had no idea until the actual day. It's just not exciting if you know who it is all along.
