He needs to take a break comeback in a year or so with a new badass gimmick. Maybe learn some new moves while he's at it. Grow a beard or something because all I know is that his look is so bland.

John Cena actually reminds me a lot like Rocky Maivia. He's so much of a goody-two shoes, that the fans are actually starting to turn on him. I think the heel turn can ease him into an edgier face in the future. It did wonders for The Rock so maybe it can help reinvent Cena a little bit. So all we gotta do is switch "Cena Sucks!" with "Die Cena Die!"

Among other things, stop dressing in John Cena shirts, wristbands and hats every show that end up changing every six months. Wearing the same color every week until he gets a new color scheme to sell makes him seem like he just wears whatever he's told to wear, but the main issue is when he's decked out in his gear he almost always looks like a dork since no adult would dress like that in real life.

Most people don't go walking around in tights xD.

he needs to go back to insulting everyone and being arrogant, it wouldn't work as well now as he's not the "kid" anymore but he was most entertaining when he'd insult everyone, now he's too nice, it's like they've just decided to drop any gimmicks and have John Cena be himself which in the real world is a good thing but in wrestling the overly nice guy is boring.

A new Gimmick, or back to the rapper gimmick or just turn heel.

They need to stop with the constant Superman stuff. Seeing the good guy constantly win out may make for a fun live show, but it's awful as compelling television. The good guy has to lose most of the time. That makes the ultimate victory over the villain(s) meaningful.

If he handed out wads of cash and never wrestled again?
Meh.

Its gonna take the Rocky Miavia treatment for Cena to get over again, ironically enough. Remember Rocky, his annoying smile defiantly shining in the face of booing fans? He couldn't get over with the mega-babyface BS, so finally he turned heel by chewing out audiences night after night and using semi-clever puns and charismatic name-calling to get his point across. Once that gimmick took, it was smooth sailing. Thats about what Cena will have to do if he wants to hear a more favorable reaction than 50/50.

I'd say, grow the hair out to about 3 inches, grow a beard, insult the heels maybe with raps. Maybe wear some shades. I'd switch to jersey shorts. Switch to some more stylish footing. Go on a 2 month losing streak starting Monday. Maybe have it go down quicker with a quick rumble elimination. Cock off to the haters. Make a remix of his current theme with a more edgyness to it. Have him stop winning unimportant matches. I'd say make his win loss ratio the same as Randy Orton when not being booked for title matches.

You can't put Cena on a losing streak to get cheers because the second he snaps the streak and wins five straight, half or more of the fans will boo the return of SuperCena.

Not a damn thing. I can only speak for myself, but I think many other peoples' opinions are probably similar to mine; I dislike Cena for Cena. The man annoys me to no end, and he has ever since he joined WWE. He's like the Justin Bieber of the wrestling world. Would adult males suddenly start liking Bieber if he joined a metal band? That's what I'd equate a Cena heel turn to.
