Always liked Chris Masters. I think it might have been because I met him and he was so kind to me, I couldn't hate him after that.
If I meet a wrestler, or any famous person, and he/she is exceptionally nice to me, all of my assumptions disappear and I become an even bigger fan.
Kid Kash is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Believe it.

Sheamus before people started liking him for some reason. I was happy when he won the WWE title, the bitching around the internets was silly. People started liking him because they realized he is a great wrestler. He didn't have much time before winning the WWE Title to prove that.

Well, for one...
... I STILL LIKE THE HARDY BOYZ. Yep, Matt and Jeff were the coolest dudes back when I was first watching, and I will never let that inner child go. Also, Jeff Hardy's first run in TNA (still my favourite stage of his career for me) was responsible for getting me back into wrestling all those years later. I could never dislike them tbh, regardless of Jeff's awful 'art' or Matt's often obscene internet claims. Will always be members of my 'Top 20' club.
Others: John Cena (been a fan of his since HBK vs Cena WM23. Santino (is he disliked?) Dolph Ziggler pretty much as soon as he debuted, became THE guy I'd get behind (if anything, I like him less now actually. The 'show off' is just a very generic, overdone and ultimately silly gimmick). Always was a fan of Miiissstteeeerrrrr.... Kennedy.

Hulk Hogan. Loved him from 84, and still a big fan. Now its just by routine, but i enjoyed watching him from 84 to 2003. Snitsky. No idea why. I just always liked him. And regardless of anything having to do with the last days of his life. I still love Chris Benoit. His life ended terribly, but It would have never happened if he hadn't taken so many shots to the brain, that was his style, a style nobody had a problem with until the...events. A style I loved. I cheered him while he was damaging his brain, he doesn't cease to exist just because he killed a child. I don't give a damn what anybody thinks. I remain a huge fan of his work. I mention him in this thread because the IWC have this pious attitude toward something they know little about, so i find comments like "who" in reference to Benoit moronic.

I just read the whole CM Punk thing about how he was once disliked around the period he feuded with Hardy.. let me just say one thing..
I can't remember the exact time period but during the time when CM Punk was a face and had the Money in the Bank he was incredibly boring. Seriously, the character absolutely sucked. I know CM Punk is the best wrestler in the world but some of you people have a hard time realising that Punk does not run WWE.
It's true, 3-4 years ago CM Punk was just a regular employee, not a huge star of the wrestling world like he is now. Know what that means in the real world? It means that CM Punk really didn't have that much creative pull. So.. while Punk probably knew he could do so much more at that point (which was what made him want to leave in the first place), his character still sucked because he had to do what the bosses told him to. Yup, it's a job.. he has to listen to his superiors.
But his heel turn and subsequent feud with Jeff Hardy was absolutely brilliant. Definitely one of the feuds of the year and it made Smackdown must watch TV during the period it happened.

This post just sounds like the typical '___ sucked as a Face, is my favorite thing ever as a Heel' crap we get almost every day on here.
