Just read the results...yet again glad I didn't pay money for this one. I'm really starting to question whether WWE can put on a decent "top tier" pay per view that doesn't start with W and rhyme with MestleRamia. Pretty pathetic. No offense, but you're opinion doesn't mean much if you didn't even watch the PPV. Just sayin'. Exactly, How can you base an opinion on an entertainment show just on the results? I miss when people would just enjoy the show and not over analyse it.

PPV was okay. Very disappointed at the Rumble winner. I don't see Sheamus being in the WWE championship match at WM, so for the third year in a row, the Rumble winner doesn't actually go on to the real main event at Wrestlemania.

Tune in next month when everyone bitches about the Elimination Chamber, regardless of what happens. Seriously, if it doesn't happen exactly how someone wants, its the end of the World. It's not the end of the world though, and I think that's where the problem is.

I should agree with you on this one, but I won't denie that one of the most epic moments was when Mr. Socko was about to face Cobra x)

You take out the words "Royal Rumble" and replace them with "Battle Royal" and you basically have any prototypical house show from the last 3 years. From what I read there was absolutely nothing special about tonight nor were there any major storyline advancements. But I appreciate your opinion.

After really looking forward to it, I must say Im a bit let down by the event. The world title match was really lackluster and the ending really didnt seem like the ending to it. The Kane/Cena match understandably had a dirty finish but I was expecting a bit more than ryder just being tombstoned. The WWE title match didnt quite live up to what it should have been either and it kind of made Ziggler look mid card level.
The rumble, was very...odd. Picked sheamus a long time ago so that didnt surprise me but jericho had no shocking moment and there were too many joke/throwback entries for a 30 man field, should have gone back to 40 with that many. Some entires also made no sense, epico/primo, riley, one uso, big show? When you look at the list of people that entered, it didnt have much star power to it and it was pretty mismatched. I enjoyed some returns and parts of the rumble were pretty entertaining but the whole thing was just..weird.

I should agree with you on this one, but I won't denie that one of the most epic moments was : (Picture screen-shoot by me). That was a great moment from the Rumble! Others for me were Kofi's hand stand re-entrance after nearly getting the boot, Kharma's return and Implant Buster to Ziggler followed by her elimination of Hunico and then the final 2 battle between Sheamus and Jericho. It was a very good Royal Rumble match imo.

I don't get why the internet means people can't enjoy shows anymore? I mean, every show people on here hate it... If it's so bad then why keep watching?

I thought for ending the Cena/Kane as count out that something better would have happened....
A few wasted spots in the Rumble, who wants to see one of the Uso's? Really?
Jericho's end of the world thing really needs payoff.....and answers because it's not making much sense right now.
Other than that it was pretty good. I wouldn't mind a Sheamus/Bryan title match as the opener of WM :??

I agree that nothing significant happened. I'm saying you didn't even watch the show, how do you know it was "pretty pathetic"? You might have enjoyed it. I would appreciate your opinion more if you sat down and watched the show.

I think there were many, maybe not major or significant but it keeps the ball rolling, questions to be asked reasons to tune in. Sheamus winning for one. We still have more questions for Jericho. Kharma is back? What will this mean for the Divas... Has John Laurinaitis saved his job? Is Big Show really planning to retire? Is John Cena going to countinue on his road to embracing hate? What can stop Kane? WHEN THE HECK IS DREW MCINTYRE FIRED? Will Mick Foley look to feud with Miz or Rhodes after they eliminated him? Khali is back too? where will this lead to with Jinder Mahal.(no one cares but still) Whats next for Ziggler? Hes down on his luck at the moment. Wade Barrett WAS ELIMINATED LOL

I felt like it was only worth the main event Rumble and the Punk/Ziggler match. Everything else wasn't worth the £14.99 and I could have found on RAW or SmackDown. Progressional hype through PPV isn't fun.
I loved the finish to the Rumble, Sheamus and Jericho, for two guys I don't think have fought one on one before did a GREAT job and in my eyes, was so close it beat the HBK/Taker finish from the 2007 match as my favourite. The returns were good, but maybe too many of them, or guys that weren't needed from the main roster (both Epico and Primo, and one Uso). I expected Brodus Clay to come back on in the Rumble. Road Dogg should stick around and do one off appearances, or put other guys over. A lot of comedy fillers in that match too. Loved Ricardo's segment. Rodriguez has the body shape of an NWA wrestler from the 1970s, and I actually like it. They should have him compete a little more. Kharma was ace to see, I didn't even know she'd had her kid yet. She shouldn't waste her skill with Divas or time. She should do what WWE wants, and help wipe Chyna's name out of the company forever and have her against guys. She's still a girl, but you wouldn't be ashamed to put HER over.
