Major Changes Coming to TNA Wrestling + More
- There was a total re-write of the "Genesis" pay-per-view in the weeks leading up to the event as there were creative changes within the company. Dave Lagana was moved from the "India Project" to the creative team which he is now the head of, over Bruce Prichard. Prichard remains on the creative team alongside Matt Conway. Vince Russo was moved from the creative team to the production side of the company.
- Alongside the new creative team will come returns, debuts, and removeles from television. There are at the very least eight names that will be moving to Ohio Valley Wrestling in the next few weeks with each already having replacements in mind.
- The orginal "Genesis" plan called for Jeff Hardy to defeat Bobby Roode leading to a non-title feud between Roode & Storm, but those plans were obviously scapped. Roode and Hardy are expected to feud for the next few months.
