Yeah, I don't know why it's an issue how much he makes. Yet some people will not vote for him because they think he earns too much. Ridiculous. How is that a factor at all?

Because right now, the attitude in America is to demonize the wealthy and successful. Right or wrong. Personally, I want someone who has been successful in their life to be President. I don't like Romney for plenty of reasons, but that isn't one of them.

In that case we ought to elect someone like Homer Simpson. Not intelligent. Not wealthy. Not successful. Easily bribed with Krispy Kremes so the average person can afford to bribe him the same way the wealthy people can. I'm liking this idea.

I can support this Homer Simpson for President idea. He did a great job as the Sanitation Commissioner.

Interesting that Gingrich, according to the paper today, seems to be hoping that he'll win through getting everyone else's delegates rather than winning his own, a kind-of anti-Romney coalition. Would be the worst (realistic) outcome for the Republican party imo, would just cause massive infighting and controversy.

He might be able to get Rick Santorum's, but that will likely be such a small number that it's hard to believe it'll matter. Either way, a three-way-race (or four-way) to Nationals could potentially open up a brokered convention, which could greatly benefit my boy Ron Paul.

I don't like Romney for plenty of reasons, but that isn't one of them. But how you've been successful is important, too. I don't want, say, the guy from Girls Gone Wild to be president.

Who? Gingrich or the GGW dude? From Gingrich, I'd say that taking lobbying dollars from anyone is pretty much immoral, especially when you later work for said companies.

Yeah I don't really give a crapabout Romney being rich. I say good for him.
It sucks for Ron Paul to have to try to battle against that, but hey, what's fair is fair.
