picked up the winter soldier at the bay plaza kmart, missed black widow....any elite 27 sightings? yes Elite 27 is all over target in Brooklyn, still cant find RVD though. |

scums of the earth. I hate seeing this too, but what I would do is take it to customer service and have them damage it out so it clears it from the inventory and forces a restock of actual product. |

Funny I saw these same figures yesterday. Gateway Target right? I took pics of them too but haven't had time to share them yet. It's amazing to me that someone gets away with things like this but yet when I want to do a legit return I'm given a hard time.

Funny I saw these same figures yesterday. Gateway Target right? I took pics of them too but haven't had time to share them yet. It's amazing to me that someone gets away with things like this but yet when I want to do a legit return I'm given a hard time. Haha, yes indeed. I couldn't believe it. Especially how old the figures they placed inside. They were so dirty. BTW they restocked on the series 27 elites. Finally got RVD and Billy Gunn. They also honored the TRU sale. |

Also to let you know went there today and they restocked on the Elites 27. They had the whole collection. I think I took the last Billy Gunn though, plus they honor the TRU sale without any problems.
If you find a Road Dogg in the area please let me know. I bought two randoms at TRU, so I can exchange them if they dont come til next week. My son got me on a mission looking for these things.`q` |

I have pics but why bother posting. I am pretty sure the guy goes to the places early, he knows the days it drops, and so do I. I am going to find this pig, and take pics of him. I am sure he's on these boards since he knows when the figures come in. |

I hear you. To be totally honest I have never seen it done to that extreme with these old figures. I remember I bought a figure for my son. He was like where is the belt?! I didn't even know it came with one. Like today went to TRU on Bay Pkwy looking for elites and noticed no belt was on Bret Hart. It's like what can you really do.
