Sheamus he missed the Jakks cutoff when they lost the WWE license and he was in demand Mattel got him out in series 7 and he was commanding high prices for a while, now you can find him pretty easily.
Drew Mcintyre falls into the Sheamus category but his Elimination chamber and basic 6 were similiar and they started to shelfwarm
the problem for all of this is that they see a guys popularity and he gets put in quite a few sets in a row making them less in demand.
I think Brodus Clay will be pretty hot for a while as there are no imminent releases of him coming

You can tie a guy's figure being hot, then dropping off to WWE's current style of cyclical booking. Think about these guys:
Sheamus Jack Swagger Christian The Miz
All of them had a world belt in the last 2 years, then were seemingly afterthoughts to the creative team upon losing their respective titles. It won't surprise me at all if Mark Henry figures are warming pegs everywhere in 2013, or even Daniel Bryan figures for that matter.

Orton and Cena.the shelves here are choked with them.last Saturday my local Smyths had
E12 Orton Orton vs Mason Ryan Orton vs Edge Orton vs Cena OTL Cena Purple Cena basic and Elite Cena vs Truth ER Cena WMH Cena SummerSlam H Cena Survivor Series Heritage Cena
its time to go easy on these 2 for a couple of waves.its obvious here that all the kids have them both and arent interested in different attires.
one of my Nephews LOVES Cena but he is happy enough with the OTL Cena he got for Christmas 2010.the next one he will get will be Cena vs Rock Id say.

Steamboat. Everyone was so stoked to finally get one but......we never got the one we wanted. Legends 1, cool but lackluster. The old version Jericho 2 pack was fun but who cared??? Hall of Fame??? Same figure. DM is a great figure but not his greatest era. Mattel missed sooo badly not releasing a WM3 2 pack with Savage.

How about figures that were initially hot until Wal-Mart re-stocked them to death while ignoring four or five waves of new figures? David Hart Smith? William Regal? Luke Gallows? All took some hunting back at the beginning and middle of the year, but are now clogging the shelves at two of my local Wal-Marts since Christmas.
