Went to the TNA Reading, PA house show. The day started with a FREE signing at the local library for Jeff Hardy. Hardy was about 45mins. late, arriving with Jesse Sorrensen for some reason and JB. We expected around 100 people for this hardly advertised signing. Almost 400 people later....WE were wrong. Insanity. Jeff did move rather quickly though and we were in the 270s. Got through it all in about 1.5hrs. They had a NEW Impact Wrestling babyface Jeff promo, but ran out long before I got there. Sucks. I saw it and it was cool. They then started handing out printed pieces of paper. That sucked. I brought my Turning Point posted I wanted signed anyway. He inscribed a little message for me, which is always cool especially when you dont ask for it. After some lunch, we headed to the arena. Two things I hate about Sovereign Performing Arts Center. First, the ring sits on a theater stage. STUPID! Second, security is a bunch of bungholes. Seriously...no backpacks?!?!?!? Ridiculous. Women can bring pocketbooks....rather large ones too, but no backpacks. You can bring a bag or a TNA brown bag, but no backpacks. A few guys, who evidently took public transportation, didnt know what to do. I was able to take my backpack back to the car, but I dont know what the other guys did with them. Security refused any entrance in. Worse yet, instead of telling you this for the hour we waited outside.....they tell you just as they open the door. Sadly, no 2012 programs out. Don West says they will be available next week. I will snag mine in Hagerstown, my next show. The new brown bag special was cool. $30 gets you an Impact shirt, 4 dvds, the 2011 Vol. 2 program and a 2 pack of action figures. Not bad. Jimmy Jay told us that TNA bought ALL of Jakks supply. No more figures will be shipping to retail, but new figures are coming! So for those who collect, theres a little bit of news. DJKnightRida and I picked up The Hardy Party package and the backstage pass. We headed to the meet and greet which was Christopher Daniels, Jesse Sorrensen, Alex Shelley and Velvet Sky. I am SO caught up on TNA right now, Shelley was my BIGGEST need for the night. I got him in the TNA 2011 program, leaving me 5 names short of completing it; Amazing Red, Sharkboy, Kiyoshi, Murphy and Andrew Thomas. We had great seats..right by the entrance, first row and center. Cant ask for more. The show had some decent matches. Nothing spectacular...but still good. Highlight of the night for me was when James Storm and Kurt Angle were fighting on the outside. They were on the opposite side of me, when Storm asked a fan to put his foot up and proceeded to smash Angle's face into it. He then grabbed Angle and pointed directly at me...so I did the same and WHAM!!!! Angle has an Air Jordan imprint on his forehead!!! So awesome!! Here are a few pics of the night and the loot! Check Earl out: James Storm Ring Used Beer Bottle From Tonight: Not great...Picture of a Picture (evidently they did not upload ours):

That is a pretty badass picture of you guys with Hardy. I'm curious who do you speak to purchase the Hardy Party or the Backstage pass at the venue? Is Don West just running around asking people? Also how much did they run you?

Also how much did they run you? Don West will make an announcement about it. Here's some tips. If you dont have the Meet and Greet ticket, it can sometimes be difficult to impossible to get one. They sell out right away. Last night, The Hardy Party did not sell out during meet and greet and was still available once they let everyone through the door. But they also sold a lot more. Not sure if its cuz they thought they could accomdate more b/c they changed it up a bit with having the talent sit at a table, no posed photos and just caddled everyone through. Its possible, they have this new setup so they can sell more of these packages. Backstage passes are generally limited to about 30-50 passes. So they are gone during the meet and greet.

Hardy Party is $20 and it gets you the 2 Pack with AJ and Jeff. Backstage was $50. Let me know if that new 2012 program comes out.

Will do.
I will probably just purchase the Hardy Party and not the backstage pass as my house show doesn't exactly have the strongest TNA lineup in the world with all the main eventers being in Europe.

I went also, we came up from Baltimore. There is a show closer to us in February but no Kurt Angle so we decided on this one. I bring my 6 year old who loves Jeff Hardy. I don't watch a lot of TNA but always enjoy the shows they put on. I always feel like I get my moneys worth when I go. I buy the extra stuff like backstage passes and of course the Hardy party but I always feel like its not a waste. After the show, my son got his picture with Hardy but the camera broke so we were in the ring for about 5 minutes with Hardy. My son was shy but me and Jeff had a good conversation and is always great with my son. The photo turned out awesome i will put it up when I get home. I might contact them and see if I can get permission to make a fathead from it

There was a technical issue with the photos not getting to the computer to be printed. I took them and they were coming out clear, but they didnt reach the computer. Glad you had a great time! And glad you enjoyed the photo. Wanted to make sure everybody got a good clean and clear photo. Eventhough 1 girl was unhappy with hers. I waited like 10 seconds for her to look up, but she kept looking at her tattoo of Jeff. Sounds like you had a great time. Love the pic of your shoe & Angle's face. Classic! Thanks! Must get this signed by Angle and Storm.

I HATE when they have the shows on the stage. They have that setup at Webster Hall too and it segregates anyone in General Admission from the ring, I feel.

Just out of curiosity, how long do these shows run? It seems like most shows only have 6 matches compared to a WWE live event that runs with at least 8 - 9. Do they seem noticeably shorter?

You lucky sonsabitch! When I saw Storm throw Angle into someones footm I thought it was one of the greatest things I saw and wished it was me. So glad I decided against taking my backpack as I had to take a bus and I would have been screwed. That was my first time at that place, but I never had a problem taking a backpack into the Sovereign Center when I saw WWE shows. Here is just a few of my pictures.

They usually run about the same time, but since TNA runs the autographs at intermission and backstage pass...thats where the extra time is. You lucky sonsabitch! Cuz some dude in the lobby took the bus AND brought his backpack. Poor guy. You looked at me in the lobby like I had two dicks growing out of my forehead when I said it. Did I say anything to you? I probably didnt hear you. I'll be honest though, my memory is freaking horrid. I have no clue what you look like. I've met Deskjet on WFIgs at least a dozen times and still forget who he is when I see him at shows. I know the name Deskjet...no clue what his real name is and have trouble recognizing him. Please dont take it personally. My memory is shot. Yea, I don't know how you still can't recognize me, I have two printers growing outta my forehad Im sure guys like us are the last things CM is worried about seeing, so yea, dont take it personally

Hey CM, one more quick question for you... Do you know if RVD usually does the meet and greets? Or is it a backstage pass thing?
