I find it funny that he was more upset by foul language than violence. I miss the old Chuck Norris that rocked R rated movies all the time.
But as long as the language is all he's getting changed, then I don't care.

I'm not going to count it out based on a rating. Live Free or Die Hard was PG-13 and it kicked ass. I mean granted, it COULD detract from the movies quality, in terms of a movie like this; all the violence and swear words kind of go hand in hand with it..... but if it doesn't, then why bitch about it? I agree

if i recall there wasnt a whole lot of swearing in the first one anyway just hope they dont ax out blood completely They will have to cut virtually all of it for a PG-13. I couldn't care less about the language being axed, but the violence will be toned down to an almost non-existant level. Exactly.

Woot! Go Chuck! I'm pumped for him for making that decision.
Wish was R though.

Police Academy went from being R rated to PG rated and they all stunk after the first one. When R rated movies go from R to PG they go downhill.

Except that the MPAA have a lot fewer rules about violence than they do language. I doubt they'd have to cut much of the violence. Remember, this is the USA. Kill as many people as you want as long as there's no sex or swearing.
