Use to use the site a lot around 2009 but not so much after that year. That's not surprising. I guess the Pirate Bay is the next one they'll go after. Nah. MediaFire has more in common. I hope this is not next.

How do they figure ANY of these amounts they create with how much piracy supposedly costs the industry. Who knows? I mean look at it this way. I buy a DVD and loan it out to 20 friends. Is that wrong and illegal? I'd guess the MPAA would think so since 20 people didn't buy the DVD. I just cost them $400 (if each DVD is $20). Technically not illegal as long as you don't charge them. When your friend is using the DVD, you don't have a copy of it.

I'm not being charged to download it. You can rip CDs to your computer. You still have the songs while your friend borrows the CD.

Well this certain sucks, but the SOPA act would be horrible, EVERYONE SIGN THE PETITION!, just kidding.....Unless you want the real internet to puff before your eyes anyways I really don't appreciate when any of my favorite file sharing sites are being pulled, especially when I get most of those files from watching tutorials for certain programs.
Overall meh is what I have to say about issues like this, but its definitely soon going to become an overabundance of this articles once a certain law is passed..

This is crazy! while it is a bold act, this is what the government wanted. They've taken the bait. This is going to give lawmakers more reason to want control of the internet, so people like these won't be able to do such a thing. Anon's mindset is all wrong, they aren't teaching them that if you take our sites down, we'll take yours down...it's teaching them that they need to lobby harder since they have hard evidence of it now...
Goodbye internet. There is NO reason to be happy about this.

Good job, US Government. You can't even manage to take one site down for a day, but expect to be able to censor the entire ing internet? Good luck with that.

See my post above. It's not awesome, at all. There's a whole lot of ignorance going on if you think that what anon is doing is going to gain any sort of victory.

Even if there are serious repercussions, it's ing awesome. I don't care, call it ignorance.
