two impressive finishes so far. the quick transition to the mount was nice... schilling shouldve stuck with hugging the body, he got impatient.

10-9 brenneman... he was on top for near 4 minutes. and he was working the entire time... not much damage done, though getting in a crucifix was nice... even if he landed more shots to the back of the head, than erick silva got dq'd for last week.

i feel like i seen a fight like this recently... somebody kept going for a guillotine on the takedown, then the other fighter would escape, and be on top for the remainder of the round.
tough round 2 to score... give it to brenneman for the crucifix. too little too late for roberts at the end, though that reverse triangle, i suppose youd call it, was pretty damn sweet.

wow, that was a hell of a shot at a kimura at the end there.
nonetheless, 30-27 brenneman
kflos been pretty good. he stutters/misspeaks a bit too much, but his insight has been pretty on point.

10-9 nurmagomedov... he looked skittish before the knockdown, and gassed after the knockdown... but the knockdown and limited gnp was the action of the round.

yea, youre right... kflo is kinda losing me in this fight. hes made a couple off the wall stupid statements.
quick to stand em up the last couple cards. nothing too blatantly bad, but its not like its pure lay n pray.
20-18 nurmy... im not gonna spell his name the entire fight.

nothing over the top impressive, but nurmagomedov pretty much did what he wanted once he got comfortable. like i said, he looked skittish early, but he got a knockdown... couldnt finish him though. then the 2nd round he took him down twice easy... and then he took him down easy in the 3rd, and i assume you saw him finish him. he was on his way to a 30-27 win, before the finish.

This guy's good... and he's only 23. He'll only get better.

from one angle, it looked absolutely ridiculous. from another, it looked like he just caught him off balance and didnt hit him flush. still counts though obviously.
obviously it hit him better than i thought it did originally, when shalorus asked hardonk twice what round it was. so obviously, he was a little blurry.

schaefer looked gassed to start that round, the first couple punches that he did avoid, he just didnt seem like he was all there.

Yeah, Schafer didn't look too good from the beginning of round 2. Glad to see Rivera go out with a win, though.
