You didn't Kliq. Slappy implied that this is some great miscarriage of justice somehow. It IS a miscarriage of justice. It's a miscarriage of justice every time someone is illegally searched like this. ... And yes, it is illegal. It's against the 4th Amendment, which is part of the Supreme law of the land, the U.S. Constitution. The courts, so far, have ruled otherwise. Check out US vs Davis. Not saying it's right. The courts violating the constitution just means that they're breaking their own laws. That ruling came down in 1973. No court has overturned or over ruled it. |

The Constitution came down in the 1700's and is defined as the supreme law of the land. Any court case that violates it, as these do, is illegal under Constitutional law.
Look, I understand that these criminals who are running the country in all three branches of the government are trying to act like the poop they're doing is legal, but it's NOT. Unless they specifically amend the constitution, what they're doing is illegal.
That doesn't mean they're going to stop doing it, but I'm not going to sit here and act like, "Oh well the government is doing it, so it must be okay."
It's not. It's not okay, it has never been okay, it never will be okay. This is exactly the kind of poop that makes people comfortable with handing over their rights as citizens of this country.

I know barely anything about politics as far as the senate and the house go, so I figured this was about Ron Paul's younger slightly less intelligent brother that always followed in the footsteps of his brother wherever he went.
