Okay, it's time for my WrestleMania reply. A good choice to have the World Heavyweight Championship Match go on first, and I like that you had Daniel Bryan keep his word and go all the way to WrestleMania with the briefcase. Only right that he won the gold after all that wait, I'm sure Chris Jericho will have more to do later in the year. I feel like the Money in the Bank Ladder Match should have gone after Christian/Zack Ryder instead of the other way around, but I'm glad you had Dolph Ziggler win, like in my diary and many others, he's the obvious choice for this award. Nice to see Edge siding with Ryder in this one and Ryder retaining. Unsure on a #1 Contendership Match at WrestleMania, just doesn't seem right, but pleased to see Sheamus win, he's a future World Champion for sure. A great Street Fight between The Miz and Mick Foley, and Miz winning was definitely the right call as he will go onto bigger things in the future whereas Foley is pretty much finished. Extremely shocked to see you give Trish Stratus the Divas Championship, although I can't see her holding it for long, it just doesn't seem right to have her full-time. The obvious Hell in a Cell Match with the right man winning. Just like in reality, I imagine this was a stunning match. Loved that Sin Cara was victorious, I'm a big Cara fan! I hope you have him go onto huge things after this. CM Punk retaining the WWE Championship was also the right move and I think you could go down the road of reality with him going for the longest reigning WWE Champion title, but I'm not sure. I'd like to see Wade Barrett take the title eventually, though. I'm sure someone else did that WrestleMania finish, I think it was AJ. Very "attitude era" like I must say, and I'm not sure if I like it. I think that John Cena versus The Rock should have been right down the middle with no funny business because after all, it is one of the biggest matches of all time. I understand that you wanted to re-create that attitude era vibe, but I'm not totally sold on it. But overall, definitely a good WrestleMania and I look forward to seeing what's in store for the future.
I'll reply to Raw soon as well!

Opening was well writes and straight to the point. Someone is leaving. Basic squash to get Ziggler over along with some heat. Ziggler's promo felt like something a commentator could have said. So Miz will return but will Foley? Now I realize that in real life Morrison but I want him to stay as he could have been good to Smackdown. Did truth forget about his former NXT rookie? A battle of the two captains. I think it feels empty not having another member out there but we know who is in yet. If NXT is airing on ION then what will happen to the new show? So with Beth out of the tournament the obvious choice is Kharma. Brodus already had a match but still made it to the final two? Del Rio lost at WM and in final three ? Ryder and Barrett should have been last two. Raw in England may have a new champ? Excited for that. Will these two gladitators go at it? STONE COLD STONE COLD!! And he is siding with The Rock. Oh My God!!!

| WWE NXT | April 4th, 2012 | Winter Park, FL |
- After the intro featuring "War of Change" by Thousand Foot Krutch, cameras scanned the audience here at Full Sail University as the voices of William Regal and Byron Saxton welcomed everyone to the premier of the brand new WWE NXT on ION Television. Tonight, the world will be given the first glimpse into the future as many young stars here are looking for the opportunity to prove themselves and move up the ranks in WWE. They sent things over to Howard Finkel, who welcomed the Full Sail University crowd to the show. He then introduced the interim General Manager of NXT, the "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes! The Dream made his way out to the stage, saying that he could not be any happier to be named the interim GM of NXT. He won't be here for long, but for the time that he is, he's going to give the WWE Universe a lot to talk about. With that being said, he hopes everyone enjoys the show because he guarantees it will only get better from here. The audience applauded Dusty as he made his way to the back, sending us to our first video package.
- A video package was shown for the first spotlighted NXT superstar, Richie Steamboat. Being the son of the legendary Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, Richie stated that he thrives on stepping away from his father's spotlight. He's not trying to follow Ricky's footsteps, he's looking to make his own.
- RICHIE STEAMBOAT DEF. BRAD MADDOX The Full Sail crowd quickly got behind Richie as he went up against another star with a ton of potential in Brad Maddox. Both men got a ton of offense, making this a very fun, back and forth eight minute bout. Richie was soon able to plant Maddox with the Sling Blade, covering him to pick up the victory.
- The crowd popped as Richie stood to his feet, raising his arms in victory. A few highlights of the match were shown before Richie hugged his father, who was in the front row here at Full Sail University. Richie Steamboat is victorious in the inaugural match here on NXT.
- A video package was shown featuring two mysterious figures standing on a large skyscraper. They finished the promo with the words "We are the Ascension, and we will rise." The Ascension debuts on NXT, next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to NXT, backstage interviewer Briley Pierce was standing by with one of the major additions to the NXT roster, Alex Riley. Briley told A-Ry that some fans out there may feel that he has taken a "step down" going from the roster of Monday Night RAW to NXT. Riley said that he's taking a step down at all. This is actually a step forward. A chance for him to show what he's capable of and what he's made of. "As an old friend of mine, Michael Cole, would say, this is going to be an A-Bomb for A-Ry."
- THE ASCENSION DEF. CJ PARKER AND JASON JORDAN: The entrance of the Ascension was enough to let Parker and Jordan know that they did have an easy task ahead of them. Ascension was able to run right through the two of them, finishing Parker off with the Downcast to grab the victory.
- Conor and Cameron both remained on their knees, staring down at Parker before slowly getting to their feet. They then let out screams into the air before making their way up the ramp, having made a huge impact.
- At this time, a video package was shown for one of the, if not the, most anticipated new star here on NXT, Seth Rollins. Rollins explained that his whole life he's been known as an outcast. But it's the differences in him that make him stand out above everybody else, and it's what will get him to the top of NXT.
- Following the video, Dusty Rhodes was shown in his office when Curt Hawkins walked in. "You kicked me off NXT to turn it into a training center?" asked Hawkins. Dusty said that NXT is the place for the young aspiring superstars to prove themselves. He would've loved to have had Hawkins on the show, but apparently his contract is exclusive to John Laurinaitis. Hawkins said that's because Johnny knows how to run a show. And every "aspiring superstar" on this show can't hold a candle to him. Hawkins challenged Dusty to put him up against anyone on NXT. "I'll tell you what. Young man we just saw a promo for, Seth Rollins, you'll be competing against him one on one tonight." Hawkins said that some two-tone haired rookie won't be a challenge for him at all.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- At this time, the RAW Rebound was shown, focusing on the ending segment with John Cena and the Rock. Stone Cold Steve Austin made a surprise appearance, stating that he wanted to have a few beers with the two men who stole the show at WrestleMania. However, when neither would take their beers, Austin delivered a Stunner to Cena. Rock and Austin had their beers as Cena remained down on the mat.
- Returning to NXT, William Regal and Byron Saxton mentioned the announcement from Interim General Manager Dusty Rhodes prior to the break that tonight, WWE superstar Curt Hawkins will meet Seth Rollins one on one in the ring. Soon, they were interrupted by the arrival of Damien Sandow. "Allow me to beg your indulgence for one moment. My name is Damien Sandow, and I am here to help all of you. On this evening, we are witnesses to the re-branding of WWE NXT. A re-branding with an Interim General Manager who has failed to present your intellectual savior of the masses with the opportunity to perform and in the process, bring salvation and enlightenment that the uneducated masses so desperately yearn for." The audience booed Sandow, prompting him to ask for them to remain silent. "NXT is not the landscape in which tomorrow's superstars are allowed to showcase themselves. It is the landscape that which I, Damien Sandow, will rule and cleanse the ignoble minds that compromise the WWE Universe. You're welcome," said Sandow as Full Sail University continued to shower him with boos. The theme of Alex Riley hit as he made his way out to a very nice pop. A-Ry and Sandow met face to face for a bit before the Intellectual Savior continued on. Riley made his way down to the ring as he is action right now.
- ALEX RILEY DEF. AIDEN ENGLISH: While Aiden English provided a solid challenge for Alex Riley, the energy from the Full Sail crowd was enough for Riley to get the momentum and put this match away with Sudden Death, picking up the win.
- Backstage, Briley Pierce was standing by with one of the Divas here on NXT, Sofia Cortez. Sofia said that for her, NXT is the opportunity to show the world what she's made of. "This past Monday on RAW, Trish Stratus announced a tournament for the vacant Divas Championship. Obviously, I won't be taking part of that tournament. But after my debut next week, I'm going to show the world that I'm better than any of the Divas that will be in the tournament. And after my mark is made and I move on to bigger and better things, I'll prove why Sofia Cortez is the future of the Divas division." Briley thanked Sofia for her time before she left the interview set.
- A graphic was shown for the main event between WWE superstar Curt Hawkins and Seth Rollins. And that match is next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for WWE Extreme Rules, live Sunday April 29th, only on pay-per-view.
- Returning from the break, a video package was shown for another globally acclaimed star heading to NXT, Kassius Ohno. Ohno makes his debut next week.
- SETH ROLLINS DEF. CURT HAWKINS: An incredible match to close out the inaugural edition of the all new NXT. With plenty of time given, Rollins was able to prove why many consider him to be the top prospect of NXT. As Hawkins was going for a Brainbuster, Rollins managed to counter it, putting him in Powerbomb position and sending Hawkins back first into a corner. A groggy Hawkins walked towards the center of the ring, where he was hit with the Blackout as Rollins covered him to get the victory.
- Full Sail University popped as Seth Rollins stood to his feet, raising his arms in victory as he has defeated a WWE superstar in Curt Hawkins. Jim Ross, who joined Regal and Byron on commentary for the main event, stated that Rollins has the opportunity to become the face of NXT. He made his way up the entrance ramp, headbanging while standing tall to bring the brand new NXT to a close.

WWE Monday Night RAW Rey Mysterio on Superstars is odd. Great opening segment with CM Punk and John Laurinaitis. War Games in 2012 WWE is a bit unrealistic, but I love it. Something unique that most writers wouldn't do. It's just obvious Punk's team will be winning. Stacked match, however. Good to see the Money in the Bank holder, Dolph Ziggler, pick up the win in the opening bout. He would be a nice addition to Team Johnny along with Barrett, Bourne, and Tensai or Christian. Liked his promo after the match too. Interested by the Miz's tweet, looking forward to where he goes from here. A Punk/Miz feud following this would be great, I'm sure they could so some fun stuff. Obvious win for Brodus Clay since we already knew John Morrison was leaving the company, wonder where you'll take Brodus from here. Loved the segment with Truth and Ace. Wow, Sheamus versus Bryan for the title on SmackDown, huge match. Fantastic first hour main event with WWE Champion CM Punk getting the win over Evan Bourne. Glad to see recognized the hot Miami crowd from that night. Otunga pouring coffee on Slater was random, but hilarious. Alright segment between Trish and Beth, Trish giving up the title was the only way to go. Eight divas tourney sounds interesting, could see Eve winning the title back. Barrett winning the People Power battle royal to get another WWE Championship match was the best, as for him being named captain at War Games. Add another thing onto that with the match being move to England in two weeks, even it's odd to book a match two weeks in advance. Exciting segment to close out RAW, just one thing. I hated Cena backing down from the match. I don't know if you're going for a slow burn turn, but the one thing he'd never do is back down for a challenge - especially one of that magnitude. Austin involvement wasn't really that necessary, or the Stunner to Cena, but I'm interested to see where this goes.

This past Monday on RAW, it was announced that at Extreme Rules on April 29th, War Games will make its return. War Games was originally a stable match gimmick in World Championship Wrestling, appearing annually at the Fall Brawl pay-per-view. Extreme Rules will mark the WWE debut of this match as WWE Champion CM Punk's team battles Raw General Manager John Laurinaitis' team. However, the match we see on April 29th will not be a full resemblance of what we saw in WCW.
From what we understand, WWE will not be following either the Two Ring or Triple Cage concept that WCW had used in the past for War Games. Instead, there will only be one ring, and one steel cage with a roof over it. The rules will remain the same, two superstars starting for five minutes before a new superstar enters at two minute intervals.
Coming out of RAW, we knew that Team People Power would consist of Wade Barrett, Evan Bourne, and two other superstars to be determined. Team Punk would consist of CM Punk, with the rest of his team still a mystery. Huge news was reported by WWE.com earlier today, revealing the near completion of both teams. Along with Barrett and Bourne, Christian and Tensai will be joining Team People Power, thus completing John Laurinaitis' team. Along with that, it was announced that United States Champion Zack Ryder and Kofi Kingston will be joining CM Punk, leaving one spot remaining.

| Friday Night SmackDown! | April 6th, 2012 | Orlando, FL |

WWE Superstars 4/5 Taping Results The Usos def. Primo and Epico Drew McIntyre def. Derrick Bateman - After the intro and pyro display, the commentary trio of Michael Cole, Josh Mathews, and Booker T welcomed everyone to Friday Night SmackDown! Just five days after successfully cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase, Daniel Bryan is set to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against the winner of the All Out Brawl, Intercontinental Champion Sheamus. Plus, an opportunity for Alberto Del Rio to gain a bit of retribution for his loss at WrestleMania as he battles Sin Cara. All that and more tonight on SmackDown.
- The theme of Chris Jericho hit as the former World Heavyweight Champion made his way out to the ring. After grabbing a microphone, he was drained with "You tapped out" chants from the Orlando audience. Jericho said that ever since Sunday, he's heard numerous terms used to describe Daniel Bryan's victory. Great, amazing, unbelievable, just to name a few. He has a word of his own to describe what happened at WrestleMania. "Fluke. It was nothing more than a fluke." Jericho said that Daniel Bryan was not the better man on Sunday. He was the luckier man. He was lucky that going into WrestleMania, he was not a 100%. And he has records to prove that. Bryan was lucky that the official failed to properly do his job. "These are not excuses, they're facts," said Jericho as the audience continued to boo him. He said that it's a travesty that tonight, Bryan and Sheamus are competing for his World Heavyweight Championship. "Teddy, you're going to come out here right now and make right of this wrong. Tell the world that Sheamus will not be getting his title shot tonight, because I will." Moments later, SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long made his way out to the stage. He told Jericho that he cannot simply take away Sheamus' title shot. He earned it at WrestleMania, and he's getting it tonight. What he can do for Jericho is give him the winner of tonight's main event at Extreme Rules. Jericho said that if Teddy is leaving him with only one option, the fine. He'll play the waiting game. "But don't be surprised if I fall seriously ill because the sight of seeing someone else with my championship makes me sick to my stomach. I don't care if it's Bryan or Sheamus. At Extreme Rules, I'm taking back what's mine, the World Heavyweight Championship."
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to SmackDown, new World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan was shown walking backstage, the gold draped over his shoulder. He met up with his girlfriend, AJ, who had some news for him. She said that she was just informed that she will be one of the eight participants in the tournament for the Divas Championship. As Bryan hugged her, Matt Striker approached the couple, asking for Bryan's thoughts on Chris Jericho's words just now, Bryan said that Jericho and call his victory a fluke all he wants. But he knows that their match at WrestleMania was one of the hardest fought of both their careers. He is standing here tonight with the World Heavyweight Championship because he earned it. And if Jericho needs to be taught that, he'll gladly do it at Extreme Rules. But first, he has to get through Sheamus tonight.
- WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS - TED DIBIASE AND MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY DEF. JUSTIN GABRIEL AND TYSON KIDD: A rematch from the WrestleMania YouTube pre-show here. After failing this past Sunday, DiBiase and McGillicutty were given another opportunity at what they've been chasing for weeks. Tonight was their night as DiBiase planted Kidd with a huge Dream Street, hooking the leg to get the victory.
- DiBiase immediately stood up, shouting for the Tag Team Championships. He handed one to McGillicutty as their arms were raised in victory, a graphic appearing to declare them the new champions. After weeks of chasing the gold, DiBiase and McGillicutty now stand tall as the new WWE Tag Team Champions.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. New World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan defends his title against the Intercontinental Champion, Sheamus.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A vignette was shown, first showing a gate opening. Several men walked into what appeared to be an arena of sorts. A large shadowy figure emerged from darkness, viciously attacking everyone else. A close up shot of the man's face was shown, a light shining on half of his face as he faintly said "Feed me more."
- RANDY ORTON DEF. JOHNNY CURTIS: After failing to win the Money In The Bank match Sunday at WrestleMania, Orton was looking to get some momentum back against Johnny Curtis. The Viper was able to make the most out of the opportunity, putting Curtis away with an RKO to get the victory.
- Following the match, Orton took no time to celebrate. He immediately grabbed a microphone, calling out the man who has been a thorn in his side for weeks now. "Ambrose, I'm getting pretty damn sick of this. Come out here and we'll finish this right now!" The Orlando audience popped as Orton waited, but there was no sight of Dean Ambrose. Furious, the Viper exited the ring and made his way up the entrance ramp. Suddenly, he was ambushed from behind by Ambrose. The psychotic superstar tossed Orton into the stage head first. Ambrose continued to assault Orton as several officials were on the scene to restrain him. As they were doing so, Orton tried to go after Ambrose, but there may have been some extensive damage done to his head as he was barely able to walk. Ambrose stared at Orton with a twisted grin, knowing he had weakened the Viper.
- Backstage, SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long was shown in his office when Matt Striker walked in, asking for some more information about a "Talent initiative" that has been spreading throughout the locker room. Teddy said that ever week from now until Extreme Rules, we will see a few new superstars that he has signed to SmackDown. And tonight, we've got the debut of a very unique and interesting tag team.
- Cutting to another camera, Scott Stanford was standing by Alberto Del Rio. Stanford asked him for his thoughts on his upcoming match with Sin Cara. Del Rio said that the only thing he has to look forward to right now is the chance to redeem himself against that peasant, Sin Cara. He should have a WWE Championship match to be looking forward to next Monday, but that's not happening because of one man. "That ridiculous joke of a competitor, Brodus Clay. Some time soon, I'll do with him. But tonight, Sin Cara is my victim." Del Rio left the interview set as he meets Cara, next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for next Monday's edition of RAW. One week before he steps into England to defend his gold, the WWE Champion CM Punk has the deck stacked against him as he takes on Wade Barrett and Evan Bourne in a Handicap Match. Monday Night RAW, live next Monday on USA.
- ALBERTO DEL RIO DEF. SIN CARA: A very nice way to wrap up the first hour here on SmackDown. After suffering defeat to Sin Cara at WrestleMania, Del Rio was on a mission to redeem himself. He spent the entire match working over Cara's back, trying to eliminate his aerial moveset. As Cara was going for a Senton Bomb, Del Rio lifted his knees up. As Sin Cara staggered to his feet, Del Rio hit him with a Backstabber to get the victory.
- Del Rio raised his arms in victory as Ricardo Rodriguez announced him as the winner. Del Rio continued to celebrate as Rey Mysterio made his way down to the ring assisting Sin Cara to the backstage area. Despite failing to earn a WWE Championship match on RAW, things may be looking up for the Mexican Aristocrat.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. New World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan defends his title against the Intercontinental Champion, Sheamus.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to SmackDown, Matt Striker was standing by with Cody Rhodes. He asked Rhodes what is next for him and his career after failing to capture the Money In The Bank briefcase. Rhodes said that Matt's choice of words are rather bitter and disrespectful. "I did not fail. My shot at glory has only been delayed. Cody Rhodes is still the future of the WWE. And I'm guaranteeing that sooner rather than later, I will become World Heavyweight Champion. This is only the beginning of the rest of my Hall of Fame worthy career."
- DARREN YOUNG AND TITUS O'NEIL DEF. TRENT BARRETA AND YOSHI TATSU: The first signings of Teddy Long's new superstar initiative turned out to be the very unique and entertaining duo of Darren Young and Titus O'Neil. The former NXT rookies were able to make a very impressive statement in their debut, Young putting Tatsu away with a Gutbuster to get the victory.
- Following the match, Young and O'Neil went to ringside and grabbed microphones. O'Neil said that this was only the first step towards taking SmackDown for themselves. They want to make it known to the new WWE Tag Team Championship, DiBiase and McGillicutty, that as long as "Prime Time Players" such as them are around, the gold will never be safe. Because they have something that no other team does....millions of dollars! Both Young and O'Neil repeated the phrase "Millions of dollars" as they celebrated their successful debut here on SmackDown.
- Backstage, Intercontinental Champion Sheamus was shown preparing for one of the biggest matches of his career tonight. He meets Daniel Bryan for the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of SmackDown.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A special thanks was given to Outasight for "Tonight is the Night," the official theme song for WrestleMania XXVIII.
- Backstage, Matt Striker was shown outside of the trainer's room, waiting for an update on Randy Orton. SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long exited the room as Striker asked him for the update. Before he could answer, Teddy noticed Dean Ambrose down the hall. Ambrose asked Teddy if he gave Orton a "boo boo?" The SmackDown GM said that Orton's fine, though doctors say he was close to having a concussion. But even with that, Orton has requested a match with Ambrose at Extreme Rules. Ambrose said that he doesn't know if Orton is brave or as crazy as him, but he accepts the challenge. "Just don't be mad when the bruise on Orton's brain turns into a hole the size of a crater."
- KANE DEF. SANTINO MARELLA: Poor Santino. Kane dominated the entire match, sans for one moment where the referee was able to get him away from a corner, giving Santino enough time to get out the Cobra. Santino struck the Big Red Monster, but it had no effect as Kane grabbed him by his throat, planting him with a Chokeslam.
- Following the match, Kane took a microphone from ringside. He said that since losing the World Heavyweight Championship, he has been engulfed with a desire to reclaim. And tonight should be his opportunity. However, its Sheamus'. And it's all because of man. One giant error, the Big Show. Had he not decided to ram him into the barricade at WrestleMania, he would be challenging for the World Title tonight. And the rest of the SmackDown locker room will pay for Show's actions. "The Big Show has quietly decided to step away for a bit, but I'm going to lure him back in to get what I want. Every week until I get you, Show, someone is going to Hell." Kane did his fire taunt before leaving the ring, letting the locker room know that he has the Big Show, he will be taking out his frustrations on them.
- A graphic was shown for the World Heavyweight Championship match between Daniel Bryan and Intercontinental Champion, Sheamus. It's our main event, and it's up next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for Extreme Rules, live Sunday April 29th, only on pay-per-view.
- WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - DANIEL BRYAN DEF. INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION SHEAMUS VIA DQ: A fantastic World Heavyweight Championship match to close SmackDown tonight. Just five days after capturing the gold, Daniel Bryan showed that he wasn't ready to give it up just yet, throwing everything he had at Sheamus. As Sheamus was attempting to set up the White Noise, Bryan managed to counter it into the LeBell Lock. Bryan had Sheamus right where he wanted him, the Intercontinental Champion looking to be on the verge of submitting. However, Chris Jericho hit the ring, attacking the World Champion as the official called for the bell.
- The audience showered Jericho with boos as he ruined what was a classic World Heavyweight Championship match. He applied the Wall of Jericho onto Bryan, keeping it locked in for a number of seconds. Jericho then grabbed the World Heavyweight Title from ringside, shoving it into Bryan's face as he shouted "This is mine! It was a fluke!" Jericho let his voice be heard as he looks to regain the gold at Extreme Rules.

| Monday Night RAW | April 9th, 2012 | Washington, D.C. |
WWE Superstars 4/12 Taping Results Jack Swagger def. Derrick Bateman David Otunga def. Drew McIntyre
- Tonight's show kicked off with a video package recapping the ending segment from last Monday. 24 hours after their once in a lifetime match, The Rock and John Cena had quite the exchange of words, leading to Rock laying out the challenge for a rematch. Cena would be hesitant, saying that WrestleMania XXVIII should remain "Once in a lifetime." Stone Cold Steve Austin then made and appearance, trying to make temporary peace with the two to have a few beers. After neither would respond, he delivered a Stunner to Cena. The Rock and Austin toasted beers over Cena's body as the show came to a close.
- Cutting to the arena here in Washington, the theme of John Cena hit to a mixed reaction. He made his way out to the stage before running down to the ring, grabbing a microphone. As usual, he observed the audience's response before speaking. "I want everybody to know that last week, I was not my usual self. At WrestleMania, I admittedly took a road that I never thought I could venture down and defeated The Rock through controversial means. And on RAW last Monday, I looked the Great One in the eyes and said 'no' to a challenge." Cena said that WrestleMania was deemed "Once in a lifetime," and he wanted to keep it that way. But then, Stone Cold Steve Austin decided to join the two of them. "First off, I'm not much of a drinker, but thanks for the offer, Austin. What I don't thank you for is the Stunner is received. And then you and Dwayne shared a beer over me. I won't let the last image of me and Rock in the same ring together be that one. Rock, I'm not saying that I accept your challenge, but if you can find a time and a place just as ideal as WrestleMania, make sure I'm the first to know. And Austin, I'm sure our paths will cross against someday."
- Cena said that after what he did at WrestleMania, there's a lot of guys in the locker room who see him in a different light. He's lost the respect of some. "Now I'm not saying that I want every single person on the roster to like me, because that's not possible. Just like I know it's not possible for every single person out there in the WWE Universe to be a fan of me. But what I do ask for is respect. And I know that after everything that has happened recently, I need to do something to get it back. So what I've decided is that I'm going to fight the good fight. CM Punk, you have one open spot on your War Games team at Extreme Rules. I want John Laurinaitis gone just as much as anyone else, and I want to have a hand in ridding him from the WWE. So Punk, champ, I'm asking you. Will you allow me to join your team?" Cena waited a few seconds before WWE Champion CM Punk made his way out to the stage. The audience chanted his name for a bit as he slowly brought the microphone towards him. ".......No," said Punk before making his way to the back. Cena was puzzled as he headed to the back as well to confront the champion. Cameras showed Cena catching up with Punk, asking why he would say no. "Because of WrestleMania, I lost your respect too?" asked Cena. "It's not how you won that I care about, John. It's the reason you won that results in me saying no." Punk continued on as Cena still looked confused. What does Punk mean?
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to RAW, a recap of CM Punk rejecting John Cena's request to be on War Games team was shown. Cutting to ringside, Michael Cole informed everyone that tonight, we will be seeing a few preview matches for the high-staked War Games match in three weeks at Extreme Rules. In the main event, WWE Champion CM Punk will have the odds stacked against him as he meets Wade Barrett and Evan Bourne in a Handicap Match, one week before he defends his title against Barrett in England. Plus, a WrestleMania rematch as Zack Ryder defends the United States Championship against Christian.
- TENSAI DEF. KOFI KINGSTON: The first match tonight featuring the War Games participants turned out to be a both unique and solid one. Kofi was able to use his speed and agility to his advantage against the much larger Tensai. However, he was unable to come out victorious as he missed a Crossbody, allowing Tensai to come down on him with a Running Senton to get the win.
- Tensai let out a shout as he stood tall over Kofi in victory. John Laurinaitis was shown in his office with the rest of his War Games team as they looked on in satisfaction.
- Cutting to another camera, United States Champion Zack Ryder was shown watching from a TV monitor, disappointed with Kofi's loss. WWE Champion CM Punk soon walked into the room, asking Ryder if he has his mind focused on Christian tonight. "You know it, bro. But Punk, I gotta ask you. Why did you say no to Cena? I wouldn't mind having him on the team." Punk told Ryder that there's a simple reason why he said no....
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for the newly designed WWE.com, with easier access to the merchandise of all of your favorite WWE Superstars.
- Returning to Monday Night RAW, we saw CM Punk and Zack Ryder backstage once again. "When you put it that way, I can see where you're coming from," said Ryder in regards to Punk's explanation for rejecting John Cena. Punk said that he's glad Ryder sees it his way. Now he needs to focus on Christian and War Games in three weeks. "While I have to focus on Wade Barrett and Evan Bourne tonight, Wade Barrett next week in England, and War Games at Extreme Rules," said Punk.
- ALBERTO DEL RIO DEF. SANTINO MARELLA: After failing to become the No.1 Contender last Monday, Del Rio was looking to continue to roll that he started on SmackDown with a victory over Sin Cara. He was successful after forcing Santino to submit to the Cross Armbreaker.
- The bell rang as Del Rio refused to release the arm of Santino. Ricardo announced him as the winner of the match as the official tried to pry Del Rio the Mexican Aristocrat off of Santino. Suddenly, the theme of Brodus Clay hit as the Funkasaurus marched down to the ring. Del Rio released the Cross Armbreaker as he quickly evaded the ring. Brodus grabbed a microphone, asking Del Rio what was wrong. "You had a lot to say about me on SmackDown, and now you're running away. Come on, Del Rio!" shouted Brodus as Alberto simply looked on from the stage.
- Backstage, Team People Power were shown in John Laurinaitis' office as Tensai walked in, the RAW General Manager congratulating his henchman on a job well done earlier tonight. Christian made his way out of the room as it's his turn, looking for some WrestleMania revenge as he meets Zack Ryder for the United States Championship.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown. Last week, SmackDown GM Teddy Long announced a match at Extreme Rules between Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose. This week, the two will compete in Beat The Clock challenges with the winner being allowed to name the stipulation for their match. Friday Night SmackDown, this Friday only on SyFy.
- UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP - ZACK RYDER DEF. CHRISTIAN: A great WrestleMania rematch to round out the first hour here on RAW. Like at 'Mania, Christian was able to keep Ryder grounded for a while before Long Island Iced Z found a burst of energy. As he was going for the Ruff Ryder, Christian tossed him over as Ryder landed on the top rope. Christian charged towards him as Ryder kicked him away, then hitting Ruff Ryder from the top rope to get the victory.
- The audience popped as Ryder was handed the United States Championship, raising it high in victory. Team People Power were shown on one camera in disappointment while CM Punk and Kofi Kingston were shown applauding Ryder for his victory. Long Island Iced Z remains United States Championship, defeating Christian for the second time.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. WWE Champion CM Punk takes on Wade Barrett and Evan Bourne in a Handicap Match.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for the all new WWE NXT, episode 2 airing this Wednesday on ION Television.
- Returning from the break, Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks were shown walking backstage as Reks was laughing hysterically. "You lost to a rookie on a college campus?" Hawkins said that he didn't lose to a rookie. Seth Rollins was lucky and got a fluke victory. Reks said that he doesn't even know who Rollins is, but he knows that he wouldn't lose a rookie. "You know what? I'm going to walk into NXT on Wednesday and tell Dream to give me his other best. And I'm sure unlike you, I won't lose to a nobody."
- Returning to ringside, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler recapped the announcement last Monday from Trish Stratus. Just 24 hours after becoming the new Divas Champion, she announced that she would be relinquishing the title. To crown a new champion, an eight Diva tournament will be taking place, with the finals taking place in three weeks at Extreme Rules.
- DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP QUARTER FINALS - LAYLA DEF. TAMINA: A pleasant surprise as the tournament kicked off with the return of Layla, who has been out of action for nearly a year. Her return was a successful one as she planted Tamina with the Layout to get the victory.
- Layla stood to her feet and celebrated her victory in her first match back. A graphic was shown to announce her advancement in the tournament. The updated brackets were shown as Layla is set to meet the winner of this Friday's match between AJ and Maxine.
- Backstage, Santino Marella was shown in his locker room, still feeling the effects of Alberto Del Rio's Cross Armbreaker. Soon, Derrick Bateman walked into the room. He told Santino that recently, the tag team division has been heating up. That division is the place to be right now. "Are you asking me to be your tag team partner?" asked Santino. "Actually, I was kind of hoping that the Cobra could become my partner.," said Bateman. Santino seemed a bit offended, asking why Bateman would want the Cobra over him. He asked if he could see the Cobra. Santino handed it over to Bateman, who said it was great. But it was missing something. Bateman then pulled out a miniature American hat, placing it on the Cobra. "Tag team wrestling at its finest," said Bateman. Santino told Bateman that he had an idea.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning from the commercial break, Layla was shown backstage when Josh Mathews caught up with her, asking for her thoughts on a successful return. Layla said that it felt great to not only finally return, but to make the first advancement in the Divas Championship tournament. She's confident that she has what it takes to go all the way and become the new champion at Extreme Rules.
- Cutting to the arena, the theme of Dolph Ziggler hit as Mr. Money In The Bank made his way down to the ring. He said that eight days have gone by in his reign with the Money In The Bank briefcase, which means he now has 357 days left to cash in his briefcase. "So any time over the next 357 days, there will be a new champion. Not only will I have myself to show off, but I'll also have championship gold." Ziggler said that the reason he has the briefcase is because he's better than everyone else in that locker room. He ran through seven other superstars at WrestleMania and stood tall over all of them. At that moment, the theme of Rob Van Dam hit as he made his way down to the ring. Van Dam, who we haven't seen since WrestleMania eight days ago, grabbed a microphone as he confronted Ziggler. He said that the bleach in Dolph's hair probably does affect his brain cells. "You're really going to talk to me about affecting brain cells?" said Ziggler. Van Dam said that at WrestleMania, he was taken out of commission early in the match. He knows that if he stuck around, Dolph wouldn't be walking around with that briefcase. "For the second time, Mr. Monday Nights would be Mr. Money In The Bank." Ziggler said Van Dam is simply stuck in the past. Because he should know that in this day and age, he's old news. He never even had the slightest chance of winning Money In The Bank. "The world doesn't need the past, they need the future. And the future is in me and this briefcase." Ziggler raised the briefcase slightly for Van Dam to see it. However, he responded with a Van Daminator that sent the briefcase into Dolph's skull. He rolled out of the ring, holding his head as Van Dam picked up the briefcase. He raised it with one arm while doing his signature taunt with the other as Ziggler backed up the entrance ramp.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. A Handicap Match pitting WWE Champion CM Punk against Wade Barrett and Evan Bourne.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to RAW, Heath Slater and John Laurinaitis were shown backstage as the One Man Band seemed to be throwing a fit. "Why do I have to go out there and face that fat Funkasaurus? I should be in War Games fighting for you, Johnny!" Laurinaitis told Slater that he wouldn't trust him with his groceries, let alone his job. He's lucky that he is even giving him time on the show, so if he still wants to impress him, then now is his chance.
- Cutting to the arena, R-Truth, still bounded to a wheelchair, rolled out to the stage. He said that he just needed a few seconds of everyone's time. "As you all know, I was brutally attacked two weeks by Mick Foley, which is why I'm in this wheelchair! And the people I thought would be there for me ain't! That means you, Miz and Johnny! I still intend on taking legal action against Foley, but I can't do that without a lawyer. So I'm asking everyone out there. If you know any good lawyers, tell them to call 1-800-I-Need-A-Damn-Lawyer. And tell them that if they think I'm a bad man, I'm not. I'm a goooood R-Truth. And I need help!" Truth rolled to the backstage area as Jerry Lawler made a remark that he isn't lying when he says that he needs help.
- BRODUS CLAY DEF. HEATH SLATER: Another opportunity for Slater to prove himself to John Laurinaitis failed as Brodus Clay was easily able to put him away, hitting the One Man Band with What The Funk to get the victory.
- Following the match, the Funkadactyls joined Brodus in the ring the trio danced in celebration like usual. Suddenly, Brodus was attacked from behind by Alberto Del Rio. He stomped away on the Funkasaurus before taking off his belt, repeatedly whipping him with it. Brodus was left lying on the mat as Del Rio shouted at him, standing tall over the Funkasaurus.
- Backstage, Wade Barrett and Evan Bourne were shown making their way down to the ring. They meet CM Punk in a Handicap Match, next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for Extreme Rules, live Sunday April 28th, only on pay-per-view.
- WWE CHAMPION CM PUNK DEF. WADE BARRETT AND EVAN BOURNE VIA DISQUALIFICATION: One week before they meet in England for the WWE Championship, CM Punk and Wade Barrett were able to get their hands on each other in a very solid main event. Along with that, Bourne was able to get a bit of revenge against Punk for, arguably, costing him his spot as the team captain for War Games. As Punk was in control of Evan, Barrett attacked him from behind. The two People Power teammates would attack Punk, disobeying the official's orders and forcing him to rule this bout a disqualification.
- The audience booed as Bourne and Barrett continued to stomp away on the WWE Champion. Kofi Kingston would attempt to make the save, but was outnumbered when Christian got involved. United States Champion Zack Ryder was out next to even things up, but Tensai marched down to the ring bring Team Punk to an even bigger disadvantage. Team People Power dominated Punk, Ryder, and Kofi until the theme of John Cena hit. He rushed to the ring, delivering shots to all four members of Team People Power. Kofi and Ryder were able to get back to their feet and joined Cena as they cleaned house. CM Punk remained sitting on the mat, looking on at Cena and asking what he was doing. At that moment, John Laurinaitis made his way out to the stage. He said that if Punk won't be completing his War Games team, he'll do it for him. "Whether you like it or not, Punk, I am officially naming John Cena the fourth and final member of your team!" A mixed reaction emerged from the audience as Cena was ecstatic with the announcement. Ryder and Kofi remained on the side, seeming neutral with the announcement. CM Punk, however, looked furious.
- After the show faded out, a promo was shown for next Monday's edition from England. In a WrestleMania rematch, CM Punk must step into enemy territory to defend the WWE Championship against Wade Barrett. RAW from England, next Monday on USA.

Extreme Rules looks to be stacking up nicely, and I like the addition of the War Games concept. Interesting to see this stuff with John Cena, and I can't tell if it's going to be a heel turn or what, but it's certainly intriguing. I definitely see a rematch with The Rock at SummerSlam or something, though. I'm glad that Tensai got a victory, and I hope he's used a lot better than in real-life. An obvious victory for Alberto Del Rio, but an interesting altercation between him and Brodus Clay, with their obvious history, it could be good. Happy to see Zack Ryder retain the United States Championship, but I would like to see a new Champion soon. I just find Ryder stale these days. I'm glad you've gone with Trish Stratus dropping the title, it makes the most sense. A diva tournament is the best way to go about it, and a win for Layla is always good. Actually laughed at the Santino/Bateman segment, haha. Dolph Ziggler versus Rob Van Dam would certainly be interesting, although I think it's fairly obvious Van Dam isn't getting anywhere near that briefcase. Crazy Truth is <3 Good win for Brodus, and it seems like the feud is in fact set between him and Del Rio. A DQ finish makes sense for the Main Event, everybody stays strong, but this was the one thing I didn't like at all. I understand that John Cena and CM Punk hate each other, and that Punk earlier said no, but there's no way John Laurinaitis would put the #1 guy who's possibly the biggest threat to his own team on the opposing side, regardless of the dissension. I feel like that was a bad move on your part, unless there's something we don't know about Cena working with Laurinaitis. But if there isn't, it doesn't really make any sense.
Overall, a great show, just that one thing at the end that didn't really fit.

| WWE NXT | April 11th, 2012 | Winter Park, FL |
- Immediately after the WWE signature intro, we were treated to a video package highlighting the Seth Rollins vs. Curt Hawkins match from last week, which saw Rollins score a huge victory over the WWE superstar. Following that, we saw NXT Interim General Manager Dusty Rhodes in his office when Tyler Reks walked in. He told Dusty that the party has officially started. People now have a reason to watch NXT tonight because he's here. Dusty asked Reks what exactly was he doing there. Reks said that ever since last week, he hasn't even been able to look at Hawkins the same. "I mean, he lost to a freakin' rookie!" Dusty said that Seth Rollins is no rookie. He would even go as far as to say that Rollins may be better than Hawkins. "Well even if that's true, I'll tell you this. No one is better than me. So give me your other best talent tonight and I'll prove why this show is a joke." Dusty told Reks that last week, we saw an impressive video package for a man making his debut tonight. And he can't think of a better opponent for him than Reks. "So tonight, you're going to step into the ring with the world-renowned Kassius Ohno."
- JTG DEF. MIKE DALTON: Not a bad way to kick off tonight's edition of NXT. For JTG, this show is his opportunity to finally break out from the pact and make a name for himself. And he looks to be on a good path as he managed to put the newcomer Mike Dalton away with Da Shout Out to pick up the win.
- JTG stood up and raised his arms in victory as the Full Sail University crowd showed their displeasure. He grabbed a microphone, asking why they were "hatin'?" He said that they should appreciate the fact that they get to see the flyest star in all of the WWE in the flesh. And trust him when he says that everyone else in that locker room is wrong. NXT is not their show. It's his. "Alex Riley, Seth Rollins, Richie Steamboat, they're nothing. If you want something real, you need to look at JTG. AKA Mr. Beast Mode 24/7. AKA Nobody Can Touch This. AKA Mr. NXT. Chea!"
- Cutting backstage, Seth Rollins was shown in his locker room when Tyler Reks walked in. He stared at Rollins for a bit before bursting out with laughter. Rollins asked what was so funny? Reks said that seeing him in person for the first time, he's even more dumbfounded that Hawkins lost last week. "Seriously! How did a chump like you manage to beat a talent like Hawkins?" asked Reks. Rollins chuckled to himself before telling Reks to take something back to Hawkins. He then delivered a slap across the face of Reks, leaving the WWE superstar fuming as Rollins left.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown. Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose compete in Beat The Clock matches to determine who will choose the stipulation for their match at Extreme Rules. Friday Night SmackDown, this Friday on SyFy.
- SOFIA CORTEZ DEF. CAYLEE TURNER: The first ever Divas match here on NXT was a solid one as Sofia Cortez looked very impressive. After a short back and forth battle, she managed to plant Caylee with a Wheelbarrow DDT to get the victory.
- The audience gave Sofia a warm response as she raised her arms in victory. Both William Regal and Byron Saxton put her performance over, claiming that she has the potential to become a huge asset in the Divas division someday. Sofia Cortez opens the world's eyes in her debut on NXT.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. WWE superstar Tyler Reks battles the debuting Kassius Ohno.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- At this time, the RAW Rebound was shown. At the top of the show, John Cena made a request to WWE Champion CM Punk to be the fourth member of his War Games teams at Extreme Rules. Punk immediately rejected Cena's offer. Later on in the night, Team Punk would find themselves at a disadvantage against Team People Power. Cena would make the save, evening the odds and helping clean house. John Laurinaitis then announced that he would be finishing Punk's team for him, naming Cena the fourth member. We then saw a graphic for the huge match set for next week. In England, CM Punk will defend the WWE Championship against Wade Barrett.
- Returning to NXT, a video package was shown for Mason Ryan. Once a member of the Monday Night RAW roster, Mason traveled back to Cardiff to "find" himself. The Mammoth is back, and is ready to unleash his true self on NXT next week.
- COREY GRAVES AND JAKE CARTER DEF. JIRO AND SAKAMOTO: The team of Graves and Carter received the spotlight in this match and didn't disappoint. The two rebellious stars dominated just about the entire match, finishing off Jiro with a maneuver they call Bottom's Up to get the victory.
- The crowd booed as Graves and Carter stood tall in victory, soon leaving the ring after an impressive debut. After they left to the back, the theme of Damien Sandow hit as he made his way down to the ring to possibly the most heat anyone has received thus far on NXT. "In the ring currently are two miserable failures who you all have had the displeasure of witnessing compete. Rather than seeing a competitor with the level of talent and superiority such as myself, our Interim General Manager has found other means to entertaining you all. And to that, I say this." Sandow then dropped his microphone and attacked both Sakamoto and Jiro, laying them out with straight jacket neckbreakers called the Terminus. He then picked up his microphone, saying "You're welcome," once before leaving the ring.
- Backstage, Kassius Ohno was shown making his way down to the ring. He meets WWE superstar Tyler Reks, next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for Extreme Rules, live Sunday April 29th, only on pay-per-view.
- KASSIUS OHNO DEF. TYLER REKS: After Curt Hawkins' failed to get a victory over Seth Rollins, Tyler Reks tried his hand at a "rookie," in a very solid main event. Reks found out the hard way that Kassius Ohno is far from a "rookie," being on the recipient end of a KO Elbow, giving Ohno the victory.
- The audience popped as Ohno stood to his feet, throwing his elbow into the air as he let out a shout. Several replays from the match were shown before cutting back to Full Sail University, where Ohno stood tall to bring NXT to a close.

| Friday Night SmackDown! | April 13th, 2012 | Hampton, VA |

WWE Superstars 4/12 Taping Results Jinder Mahal def. Trent Barreta Kaitlyn def. Rosa Mendes
- Following the intro and pyro display, the commentary unit of Michael Cole, Matt Striker, and Booker T welcomed everyone to Friday Night SmackDown! As we learned last week, the rematch between Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho for the World Heavyweight Championship has been set for Extreme Rules. Tonight, the two of them step into another contract signing, and we understand that Teddy Long will be announcing the stipulation for that match. Plus, Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose will compete in "Beat The Clock" matches, with the winner being allowed to name the stipulation for their match at Extreme Rules.
- The theme of Sheamus hit as the Intercontinental Champion made his way out to the ring. After failing to capture the World Heavyweight Title last week due to interference by Chris Jericho, many have wondered how the Great White will respond. He grabbed a microphone, saying that at WrestleMania, he won the right to become the No.1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. And that match gave him the right to a fair fight with a fair and clean outcome. It didn't give him the right to a great match tarnished by the actions of Chris Jericho. But, it happened. And he has to get back in line again for a World Title shot. But he wants to let both Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho know that he isn't going to be waiting in line for long. Because he is guaranteeing that he will rip right through everyone who stands in front of him and become the new World Heavyweight Champion! As the audience applauded Sheamus, he was interrupted by a tall bald man. "Allow me to properly and politely introduce myself. My name is Antonio Cesaro. As part of the new SmackDown talent initiative, I'm here to let the world know that Theodore Long has struck gold." Cesaro said that he couldn't help but overhear Sheamus claiming that he will become the new World Heavyweight Champion. "What I think you need to understand, Sheamus, is that you can't change fate. And what I mean by that is that it's not your time. It's time for a superstar of my caliber to take your spot and shine." Sheamus told Cesaro that he definitely has a lot of guts to step up to him on his first night. Maybe not brains, but guts and he can respect that. What he doesn't respect is his choice of words." Fella, you literally just walked in a minute ago. You haven't done anything, and you're already claiming to run this place." Cesaro said that he has every right to make those claims because they're in actuality, facts. "In an instant, I could take your spot. I could take your fortunes. And I'm even positive that I could take your Intercontinental Championship." Sheamus said that he can respect Cesaro's ambitions to make an impact on his first night. But it's all going to backfire. "Because Antonio, if you really want an opportunity to prove that you're not just talk, I'll give it to you. Tonight, you and me for the Intercontinental Championship." The audience popped as Cesaro smirked, nodding his head in approval. Sheamus extended his hand, hoping for a handshake. Instead, Cesaro spat in his hand. "See you tonight," the newcomer said before leaving the ring as Sheamus looked on at him.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to SmackDown, a recap of Antonio Cesaro's debut was shown as he will have the opportunity of a lifetime. In Cesaro's debut match, he takes on Sheamus for the Intercontinental Championship.
- BEAT THE CLOCK MATCH - RANDY ORTON DEF. JACK SWAGGER (8:26): Despite showing signs of a concussion last week, the Viper was able to prevail tonight, finishing off the All American American Jack Swagger with an RKO at 8:26 to solidify Dean Ambrose's goal.
- The crowd popped as Orton stood to his feet, raising his arms in victory. The "8:26" time was shown on the titantron as that is the time that Dean Ambrose must beat tonight. Otherwise, Orton will have the power to choose what match he and the psychotic superstar compete in at Extreme Rules.
- Backstage, AJ was shown in her locker room lacing her boots when World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan walked in. He told AJ not to worry about him and Jericho's contract signing because tonight is the biggest match of her career thus far. A victory tonight and she's set in the Semi-Finals of the Divas Championship tournament. AJ said that it's pretty crazy to think that she's so close to fulfilling a life long dream. And what's also crazy is that after Extreme Rules, the both of them can be champions. "And I'm sure we will," said Bryan.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- The same video package from last week was shown with the mysterious monster destroying dozens of other men. After the "Feed me more," line, a graphic was shown with the name "Ryback."
- Returning from the break, Intercontinental Champion Sheamus was shown backstage when Matt Striker approached him, asking for his thoughts on competing against Antonio Cesaro tonight in his debut match. "You saw what Cesaro did to my hand. What do you call that?" asked the Great White. Striker responded with "disgusting." "It is disgusting. But it's also disrespect. And I told Cesaro that I respected him and his ambitions. All I want to do is kick his Swiss arse and make him realize that stepping up to the plate was the biggest mistake he could've made on his debut."
- WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS TED DIBIASE AND MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY DEF. THE USOS: Last week, DiBiase and McGillicutty were finally able to complete their mission to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions. This week, with the former champions Gabriel and Kidd watching from the stage, the new champs were able to overcome the Usos after a Swinging Neckbreaker from McGillicutty to Jimmy.
- DiBiase and McGillicutty were handed back their WWE Tag Team Championships as they raised them in the air. They taunted Gabriel and Kidd, who Michael Cole announced to the home viewers that they will be invoking their rematch clause next week when SmackDown comes to us from England.
- At this time, a recap from Monday Night RAW was shown of Alberto Del Rio beating and whipping the "Funkasaurus" Brodus Clay. Cutting backstage, Scott Stanford was standing by with Del Rio. He asked for Alberto's reasoning behind viciously assaulting Brodus on RAW? Del Rio said that he won't allow Brodus to just get away with costing him the WWE Championship. "I thought taking him under my wing would help him and shape him into a future star. And what does he do? Dance around like a complete idiot! And cost me the WWE Title, no less. Everything that happened to Brodus on RAW, he deserved. And if he's brave enough to come back for more, that's what he'll get," said Del Rio as he pulled out a leather strap, symbolizing the whipping of Brodus.
- Former World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho was shown making his way down to the ring. He and Daniel Bryan will sign the contract for their match at Extreme Rules, next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for Monday Night RAW next week. The tables will be turned on CM Punk as he steps into the homeland of Wade Barrett to defend the WWE Championship against him in a WrestleMania rematch. RAW from England, next Monday on USA.
- Returning to SmackDown, The Usos were shown walking backstage. Jey said that there's nothing to worry about. They may not have gotten the job done tonight, but they will when it matters the most. And that's when they get the gold around their waists. Suddenly, they were both attacked by Kane. The Big Red Monster tossed Jimmy into the interview set before grabbing Jey by his throat. "Where are you, Show!?!" shouted Kane before delivering a Chokeslam to Jey on the floor.
- Cutting back to the arena, the ring was shown propped and ready for the contract signing between World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho for Extreme Rules. The former champion made his way out first to a ton of heat from Hampton crowd. After taking his seat, the World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan made his way out to a great response. He sat down as he and Jericho met face to face. Teddy Long said that before either man signs the contract, he wants to make an announcement regarding this match. This will be the final encounter between the two. And to make sure of that, this match at Extreme Rules will determine once and for all not only who the World Heavyweight Champion is, but who the better competitor is. This match will determine who is the "iron man." "So at Extreme Rules, the World Heavyweight Title will be decided in a 30-minute Iron Man Match." The audience popped as Jericho picked up his microphone. He said that he has no problem with that announcement one bit. And that's because he knows that if you take their WrestleMania match and multiply it by two, Bryan is bound to choke. Bryan asked Jericho why he's so obsessed with the concept of him choking. "Is it because you know that there is no other way for you to defeat me?" Jericho told Bryan to never question the abilities of the bets in the world at what he does. The reason he wants to see Bryan choke is to prove to the world what he's been saying for months now. And that's the fact that he is nothing special. "You had one fluke victory at WrestleMania, and you just happened to become World Heavyweight Champion as a result of it. With 30 minutes on the clock and as many falls as necessary, I'm going to expose you for the mediocre performer that you are." Bryan told Jericho that while he has goals for Extreme Rules, he has some of his own. He's not only walking into Chicago to retain the World Heavyweight Title, but to use those 30 minutes to prove something to Jericho. He's going to prove that WrestleMania wasn't a fluke. That in 30 minutes, he can show Jericho and the world that he is real, he deserves to be here, and he is better than him. Jericho stared at Bryan for a bit before signing the contract. Bryan then signed it before Teddy took the contract. As he was thanking both men for their cooperation, Jericho swung his fist at Bryan. He was able to dodge the shot, grab the World Heavyweight Title, and clock Jericho in the side of the head with it. The audience popped as Bryan raised the title over his head, ready to endure 30 minutes with Jericho at Extreme Rules.
- Backstage, WWE Tag Team Champions Ted DiBiase and Michael McGillicutty were shown bragging about their victory, and how they're going to defeat Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd next week. Soon, there celebration was cut off by Darren Young and Titus O'Neil. Titus said that Ted and McGillicutty can gloat all they want, but they haven't faced a real team yet. "You beat Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd, The Usos, but who are they? Who are they, big deal?" asked Darren to his partner. "Nobodies. Because you two and those teams don't have what makes me and Young the Prime Time Players, and that's millions of dollars! Millions of dollars!" sang the two of them. DiBiase said that he was born on a pile of millions. And while they may have their money, he and McGillicutty have something that no other teams have, and that's the WWE Tag Team Championships. "After we take out those jokes Gabriel and Kidd next week once again, don't hesitate to find us," McGillicutty said to the Prime Time Players before leaving with DiBiase.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to SmackDown, a video package was shown for Cody Rhodes. Cody stated in the video that he is ready to begin the next chapter in his career. The chapter where he takes the Rhodes name and brings actual meaning to it. He's ready to once again show the world why he is the future of the WWE and the next World Heavyweight Champion.
- DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP QUARTER FINALS - MAXINE DEF. AJ: A rather solid bout here as part of the first round of the Divas Championship tournament, with the winner moving on to meet Layla in two weeks. As AJ looked to be in control, Chris Jericho was shown attacking World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan backstage. This distracted AJ long enough to allow Maxine to hit the L-Bomb, picking up the victory.
- Maxine rolled out of the ring as she raised her arms in victory, a graphic appearing to confirm her advancement in the tournament. The updated brackets were shown, announcing Layla vs. Maxine as the first Semi-Finals match. After Maxine left to the back, AJ did the same to go check on Daniel Bryan.
- Backstage, Antonio Cesaro was shown preparing for his debut match later on tonight when Matt Striker approached him, asking for his thoughts on being featured in such a huge bout his first night on SmackDown. Cesaro stated that he may be new to the WWE, but he is certainly not new to the sport of professional wrestling. And Sheamus is going to have to learn that the hard way because after that bell sounds for the second time, he'll only see two things. The lights in the arena, and Antonio Cesaro standing tall as the new Intercontinental Champion.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to SmackDown, AJ was shown backstage running to her boyfriend, the World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan. She tried to help him up, but he insisted on helping himself. Bryan was fuming as AJ told him that he'll get back at Jericho at Extreme Rules. Bryan said that his issue isn't with Jericho attacking him. It's the fact that he costed her the Divas Championship. AJ said that there will be other opportunities, but Bryan said that it doesn't matter. He knows how much all of this means to her, and is promising to get back at Jericho for costing her her dream.
- BEAT THE CLOCK MATCH - DEAN AMBROSE DEF. EZEKIEL JACKSON (8:30): With Randy Orton setting the time to beat earlier, Ambrose was looking to put Jackson away as quick as possible. Things didn't go that way as Big Zeke was able to give Ambrose a solid, competitive match that occupied more time than Dean had hoped for. After delivering a Knee Trembler to Jackson, the buzzer was sounded as Ambrose covered him, taking an extra few seconds to get the victory.
- Ambrose pounded the mat and pulled on his hair in anger as he failed to beat Randy Orton's time, allowing him to choose the stipulation for their match at Extreme Rules. The Viper made his way out to the stage, all smiles as he said that it's a shame Ambrose failed to beat his time. Because he now has the power to determine their fate at Extreme Rules. And he knows that the only way to settle all of this between them is for someone to be named the "Last Man Standing." The audience approved Orton's stipulation choice as Ambrose noticed that Jackson was stirring to his feet. He pulled his knee pad down, delivering a bare-Knee Trembler. Ambrose counted to ten as Jackson remained motionless, staring at Orton to send a clear message for Extreme Rules.
- Backstage, Matt Striker was standing by with the duo of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara. He asked Cara for his thoughts on his loss to Alberto Del Rio last week. Cara spoke in Spanish as Mysterio translated for him. "Sin Cara says that it was very disappointing, especially after getting a victory at WrestleMania. But that loss won't keep him down. He's going to come back stronger and more focused than ever," said Rey as part of his translation for Cara. "And so will I," the master of the 619 added.
- Cutting to another camera, Intercontinental Champion Sheamus was shown making his way down to the ring. He defends the Intercontinental Championship against Antonio Cesaro, next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for Extreme Rules, live Sunday April 29th, only on pay-per-view.
- INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP - ANTONIO CESARO DEF. SHEAMUS: A fantastic, hard hitting match to close out SmackDown. Cesaro proved that he was able to back up his words from the top of the show, taking Sheamus to the limit. He was also able to show off his very varied move set, hitting Sheamus with an uppercut as he went for a shoulder block over the top rope. The defending champion had advantage towards the end, before the referee came in between he and Cesaro in a corner. As the official tried to back Sheamus away, Cesaro caught him with a thumb to the eye. He then hit him with a headbutt to the back of the neck before lifting the Celtic Warrior up, planting him with a Ricola Bomb to pick up the shocking victory.
- The audience and announcers were stunned as Cesaro was handed the Intercontinental Championship, raising it high in the air. In his debut match, the Swiss Sensation has not only upset Sheamus, but is the new Intercontinental Champion. Cesaro stood tall over Sheamus as he raised the title in the air, leaving the WWE Universe in shock as SmackDown faded out.

Interesting to see the Beat the Clock Challenge used in this situation. Wow, nice opened with Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro; seems you're pretty big on him too. Big match for the new superstar. Good victory for Randy Orton, which was obvious, and that's a nice time. I like that the WWE Tag Team Champions are DiBiase and McGillicutty, it makes sense, and a good victory for them over The Usos. Brilliant choice of match for Bryan/Jericho at Extreme Rules, thirty minutes is plenty enough for these fine talents. I'm shocked to see Maxine beat AJ here, but with the D-Bry segment it makes sense and adds up. Maxine would make a nice Divas Champion. Another obvious victory, but it's also interesting to see Orton win the challenge and choose the match. I liked the use of Ezekiel Jackson at the end, although it made Jackson look like a complete bitch. Probably ruined him as a dominating guy. Part of me saw the Main Event result coming, and I'm a bit half and half on it. While I love Antonio Cesaro, I think this may be a bit too much of a mega push. But I'll roll with it, I know you've got plans. Good show, Ryan, but accept me on msn, foo'.

| Monday Night RAW | April 16th, 2012 | London, England |
WWE Superstars 4/19 Taping Results Brie Bella def. Alicia Fox Santino Marella def. Hunico
- After the signature WWE opening, a video package was shown for the WWE Championship match tonight. We were taken back to the Royal Rumble, where Wade Barrett overcame 29 other men to earn a title shot at WrestleMania XXVIII. Barrett would announce his intentions to become WWE Champion at Elimination Chamber, brutally assaulting Punk after his match. At WrestleMania, a beaten and bloody Punk managed to defeat Barrett and retain the title. The next night, Barrett was victorious in a People Power Battle Royal to become the No.1 contender once again. Rather than receiving his shot the next week, Barrett opted to have it tonight in his home land of England.
- Following the regular RAW intro and pyro display, Michael Cole and Jerry "The King" Lawler welcomed everyone to Monday Night RAW from England! And as we just saw, it is one of the most anticipated bouts in RAW history. WWE Champion CM Punk must now step into someone else's home turf as he puts the title on the line against Wade Barrett, two weeks before the two of them captain teams in War Games at Extreme Rules. And speaking of War Games, we will get another glimpse of what's to come in Chicago as United States Champion Zack Ryder and Kofi Kingston take on Evan Bourne and Christian. All that and much more tonight in England.
- The theme of John Cena hit to a mixed reaction from the English audience as he made his way out to the stage. After running down to the ring, he grabbed a microphone and said that last week didn't go exactly as he imagined it would. He doesn't blame CM Punk for feeling the way that he does. And he was ready to accept the fact that he would not be stepping into War Games at Extreme Rules. But then a curve ball was thrown at him when John Laurinaitis placed him on Punk's team. "Are you out of your mind, Johnny? Your job is on the line and you're putting me on the team that opposes you. In that case, get ready to case your job goodbye!" Cena said that he has heard what CM Punk's thinks of him being on his team. But he has yet to hear the opinions of the other parties involved. He asked for Zack Ryder and Kofi Kingston to come down to the ring and give their honest thoughts. The United States Champion and Kofi did so, meeting Cena in the ring. Kofi told Cena that in this situation, it really doesn't matter if WrestleMania has affected how he feels about him. Cena is an unstoppable machine, and can play a huge part in giving their team the victory at War Games. "I do welcome you to the team, John," said Kofi. Cena then asked Ryder for his thoughts. "Bro, WrestleMania doesn't change a thing. Because I know the man who hit The Rock with a chair wasn't the real Cena. I know the real Cena will show up at Extreme Rules, so I'm open to you being on the team. But Punk may have a point." Cena asked what Punk's point was? Before Ryder could explain himself, the theme of Punk hit as the WWE Champion stepped out onto the stage. "John, there is a simple reason why I denied your permission to join my team at Extreme Rules, and it's the same reason why Johnny put you here against my wishes. Laurinaitis may be stupid in some aspects, but not when it comes to his job. He would not purposely put someone like you on the opposing team because he knows damn well that with the four of us together, he stands no chance. But then again, you do owe him, Cena." At that moment, Cena looked puzzled as Punk continued on. "You wouldn't have won at WrestleMania had it not been for Johnny. So what better way to repay the man who allowed you to beat Dwayne, then to help him by screwing me over at Extreme Rules." Cena then took his turn on the mic. "Is that it? You think Johnny put me on his team because me and him are in cahoots. You think I'm going to screw you over in War Games?" Punk said that's exactly what he thinks. And Kofi and Ryder need to realize that before the inevitable happens before their very eyes at Extreme Rules. "Cena, you had your chance to send me packing in Chicago last year. Now, you're going to do it by selling your soul to the devil himself. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a championship to defend." Punk made his way to the back, leaving Cena in the ring as Ryder and Kofi looked to be having second thoughts. After they left, Cena said that he's going to prove to Punk and the entire WWE Universe that he has no connections with John Laurinaitis. "If anyone on Team People Power wants to step into the ring with me right now, don't hesitate." A few seconds, later, the theme of Tensai hit as the mammoth of a man marched down to the ring. Cena took his shirt off, ready to go into battle with a monster.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- JOHN CENA DEF. TENSAI VIA DQ: A very unique and solid match up to kick off RAW in England. Tensai showed his brute strength and looked very impressive. As Cena looked to be in control, Tensai hit him with a clothesline during a running shoulder block attempted. Cena backed into a corner as Tensai charged into him. The People Power Henchman locked in a claw hold on Cena, not meeting the official's five count as he called for the bell.
- After it was announced that John Cena was victorious, Tensai turned his attention to the official. Before he could go any further, Cena turned him around and hit a few quick jabs. Tensai hit him with a an uppercut, backing Cena against the ropes. Cena moved out of the way as Tensai charged towards him, delivering a clothesline that sent the big man over the top rope. Tensai tried to get back into the ring, but RAW General Manager John Laurinaitis ran down to the ringside to stop him. "Save it for War Games!" shouted Johnny. He and Tensai made their way to the back, but Laurinaitis stopped on the stage. He turned and looked back to Cena with a huge smile on his face. Cena looked confused, but the commentators asked whether or not that smile was confirmation of CM Punk's theory?
- Backstage, Josh Mathews was standing by with Dolph Ziggler. He asked Mr. Money In The Bank for his thoughts on his match tonight against Rob Van Dam. Ziggler said that as of today, we are now at 350 days left in his Money In The Bank contract. And out of those 350 days, he only wants to give one to Van Dam. After tonight, he never wants to see RVD's face in the WWE ever again.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. WWE Champion CM Punk defends the title against Wade Barrett.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for WWE NXT, episode 3 airing this week on ION Television.
- Returning to RAW, Jack Swagger was shown in the ring as he prepares for battle against the Harvard Law School graduate.
- DAVID OTUNGA DEF. JACK SWAGGER: A decent bout here between two men who are looking to further their statuses on RAW. After Otunga rolled out of the Ankle Lock, he planted Swagger with the Verdict to get the victory.
- The audience popped as Otunga stood to his feet, raising his arms in victory. As he was celebrating, he was attacked from behind by Heath Slater. Slater, who was sporting a People Power shirt, repeatedly stomped on Otunga before doing his air guitar dance. Perhaps now, Slater has the attention of John Laurinaitis.
- A video clip was shown from Money In The Bank last year in Chicago, where CM Punk captured the WWE Championship in his hometown and kissed the WWE goodbye. Tonight, Punk defends the title against Wade Barrett here in the bare knuckle fighter's home.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A special thanks was given to The Used for "I Come Alive," the official theme song for WWE Extreme Rules, live in two weeks from Chicago.
- Backstage, John Laurinaitis was shown in his office speaking to Christian and Evan Bourne. He said that tonight could be the biggest night in the history of RAW. Finally, the WWE Championship will be yanked away from CM Punk and given to a man who actually deserves to represent both him and this company. Suddenly, Heath Slater barged into the room. "Did you see what I did to lawyer-boy out there? I did that for you, Johnny! So how about a spot on War Games?!" asked Slater. Laurinaitis said that he did see Slater take out Otunga and was very impressed. His War Games team is already filled, but he has the next best thing for Slater - the mascot. "Wooo! The One Man People Power Mascot Band it is, baby!"
- ROB VAN DAM DEF. DOLPH ZIGGLER: A very exciting match here, made after the altercation with these two last Monday. Towards the finish, Ziggler took his Money In The Bank briefcase and was looking to leave. Van Dam took him out with a flip over the top rope, tossing him back in and hitting the Five Star Frog Splash to get the victory.
- Van Dam raised his arms in victory before heading to the outside, grabbing Dolph's Money In The Bank briefcase. He held it high in the air while doing his thumb taunt with his other arm, standing tall over Ziggler.
- A video clip was shown from the season finale of NXT Season 1, where Wade Barrett was crowned the winner, earning him a WWE contract. In two years, Barrett has gone from rookie to potentially the next WWE Champion as he meets CM Punk tonight.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown. After shocking the WWE Universe by capturing the Intercontinental Championship in his debut match, we will hear from SmackDown's newest star, Antonio Cesaro. But what will the former champion Sheamus have to say? Friday Night SmackDown, this Friday on SyFy.
- EVAN BOURNE AND CHRISTIAN DEF. UNITED STATES CHAMPION ZACK RYDER AND KOFI KINGSTON: A very nice way to round out the first hour here in England on RAW. With War Games in just two weeks, a victory here would equal a ton of momentum for either team. After dodging a Broski Boot, Bourne rolled Ryder up with a handful of tights to steal the victory.
- Bourne quickly rolled out of the ring as he and Christian raised one another's arms in victory. As they were leaving, Michael Cole mentioned that this victory has to put Evan Bourne in contention for Zack Ryder's United States Championship.
- Backstage, WWE Champion CM Punk was shown in his locker room getting ready for his title defense against Wade Barrett tonight. Soon, John Cena walked into the room. He told Punk that he wanted to tell him to his face that's completely wrong. He has no intentions of screwing him over at Extreme Rules. "Then why did Johnny put you on my team? And why the hell did he smile at you earlier?" asked Punk. Cena said that he has no idea why Laurinaitis did either. "No, you do. And it's because you're going to screw me over. But you're not just screwing me. You're screwing Ryder, Kofi, the locker room, and every single fan who has ever been in your corner. You didn't throw all of it away at WrestleMania, but you're about to at Extreme Rules. You and Johnny standing over me is maybe inevitable, and there's nothing I can do about that. But what I can do is make sure I go out in Chicago as the WWE Champion." Punk turned back around, continuing his exercising as Cena left.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A video clip was shown featuring still images from WrestleMania XXVIII and the WWE Championship bout between CM Punk and Wade Barrett. After a hard fought battle, Punk managed to hold onto his title. Two weeks later, the rematch will take place in Barrett's homeland of England.
- Following that, we were shown video from earlier today of R-Truth wheeling himself around the streets of London in search for a lawyer. "Lawyer! Lawyer! Anyone a lawyer?!" shouted Truth over a megaphone. "Excuse me, sir," said Truth before apologizing to him. "Fish and chips, mate. You a lawyer?" said Truth before the man said no. "You look like one," he remarked. The man said that he's not a lawyer, but his son Jimmy is interested in becoming on. At that moment, Truth stared at the man with eyes wide open. "You got a Lil' Jimmy!?!" shouted Truth.
- Returning to RAW, the updated brackets for the Divas Championship tournament were shown. Last week, both Layla and Maxine advanced into the second round and they will meet next week on RAW. But tonight, we find out who will be the third Diva to join the Semi-Finals.
- DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP QUARTER FINALS - EVE DEF. KELLY KELLY: One of the more personal matches in this tournament as two former best friends went at it. After Kelly missed a handstand corner elbow, Eve planted her with the Heart Breaker to get the victory.
- The English audience booed as Eve raised her arms in victory, leaving up the ramp as she gloated about her win. The updated brackets were shown, placing Eve in the Semi-Finals. She will meet the winner of the Natalya/Kaitlyn match that takes place this Friday on SmackDown.
- At this time, a special video package was shown for Santino Marella and Derrick Bateman. A voice narrator said that when terror strikes, two men must join forces to overcome all that is evil in the WWE. Both Santino and Bateman were then shown standing on the London Bridge. Santino said that the next great tag team force in the WWE has arrived. And he's not talking about him and Bateman. "I'm talking about of these!" said Santino as he pulled out his Cobra, while Bateman pulled out an American-themed Cobra. "Tag teams, be afraid. Be very afraid of the Worldwide Cobras," said Bateman as fake fireworks blasted over them.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Returning to RAW, a shot outside in London was shown, noting that the WWE is also pleased to make the trip to the UK twice a year. Cole also stated that the town is ready for a party in the event of a new WWE Champion tonight.
- ALBERTO DEL RIO DEF. LOCAL COMPETITOR: A basic squash match here. The English competitor never stood a chance as Del Rio was quickly able to finish him off with a Cross Armbreaker.
- Ricardo Rodriguez announced Del Rio as the winner as the Mexican Aristocrat went to ringside, picking up the leather strap that he showed off last week. Similar to what he did to Brodus Clay last week, Del Rio violently whipped his opponent. Soon, the theme of the Funkasaurus hit as he made his way out to the stage. Del Rio taunted him with the strap, telling him to come down to the ring to get another beating. Brodus marched down to ringside before surprising Del Rio by pulling out a leather strap of his own. Brodus slid into the ring as Del Rio retreated. Ricardo couldn't do so in time as Brodus grabbed him by his blazer, pulling him into the center of the ring. Brodus ripped the blazer off of Ricardo, proceeding to whip him with the strap. Del Rio watched from the stage as Brodus stood tall in the ring, showing that he can match the ruthlessness of the Mexican Aristocrat.
- At this time, one more video clip was shown of the People Power Battle Royal two weeks ago. It was there that Wade Barrett earned another shot at the WWE Championship. Instead of receiving it the following week, he chose to receive it tonight in England. A graphic for the WWE Championship match was then shown as it is next.
- COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo was shown for WWE Extreme Rules, live Sunday April 29th, only on pay-per-view.
- WWE CHAMPIONSHIP - WADE BARRETT DEF. CM PUNK: An absolutely fantastic championship bout to close out RAW in England. While the audience wasn't exactly hostile towards Punk, they definitely weren't on his side as they erupted for the homecoming of the No.1 contender. As Barrett was going for an Elbow Drop, Punk stopped him and climbed up onto the second turnbuckle. He attempted a Superplex, but a few shots to the body from Wade were able to stop that. Barrett then lifted Punk into position for what he was going for at WrestleMania, a Wasteland from the top rope. Barrett successfully hit it this time, covering Punk to get the victory.
- The English crowd exploded as it was announced that we have a new champion. Barrett was handed the WWE Title as he raised it high in the air, letting out a huge shout. CM Punk has held the title since Survivor Series back in November, but tonight, his reign has come to an end. And right here in England, Wade Barrett has become the first ever English-born WWE Champion.

OMG Barrett won!!! Yes! Oh and good push for Otunga. Del rio vs a jobber is meh but Brodus should win in a career on the line match and get rid of del rio. Eve beating Kelly is fine. Nice that everyone in the war games had a match but surprised no promo after the final match

WWE Monday Night RAW (FREE NORTHERN IRELAND EDITION) Awesome opening segment with Team Punk. I could really picture the promo in my head and I loved the CM Punk part. I expect something screwy to go down with Cena and Punk at War Games. Great lead in to the match with Tensai. Loved the ending to the match which kept both men strong, especially Tensai. I also loved that little smirk from Johnny, tiny parts like that can really enhance a segment. Solid win for David Otunga over Jack Swagger, nice involvement from Heath Slater after the match too. I love it when mid carders actually get to feud, it's one thing I love about the Attitude Era. Ha! Loved the segment between Johnny Ace and Heath Slater. All their segments over the past couple of months have been great. Wow! Rob Van Dam actually won a match! Kidding aside, RVD going over Ziggler is alright as I expect Dolph to win in a rematch sometime soon (Extreme Rules). Man, a Pay Per View match between those two would be fantastic. Hopefully Antonio Cesaro debuts a "Very European" gimmick on SmackDown, but perhaps that would've been more effective had he won the United States Championship. Great first hour main event with People Power going over Zack Ryder and Kofi Kingston. A feud between Ryder and Bourne over the title would be fun. Loved the segment between Punk and Cena, great build up to the match already. Hopefully we get another match between these two sometime soon. Classic R-Truth segment, him searching the streets of London for a lawyer was amazing. Glad to see Eve advance over Kelly Kelly in the tournament. Derrick Bateman and Santino Marella teaming up is different and unique. Only if Johnny Curtis can get a storyline now. Let's get weird already. Is he even employed still? Del Rio going over the local jobber is boring. Liked the post match stuff with Brodus however, a strap match at Extreme Rules is inevitable now. Holy shit! Wade Barrett won! I'm disappointed Punk's reign was cut so short compared to his current reign, but damn Barrett won. Overall, a fantastic England edition of Monday Night RAW.
