Quick Results because Proboards is a c*nt
- Vickie Guerrero and Raquel Diaz made their way down to the ring, returning from their "Mother and daughter vacation" last week. The two discussed Paige's confrontation with Divas Champion Eve last week, claiming that the "Anti Diva" is undeserving of a title opportunity, and needs to learn how to show respect to those above her. Paige interrupted the duo to a huge ovation, stating that while she may not have any accolades under her belt at the moment, Raquel isn't as deserving as she claims to be. Her only achievement was handed to her by her mother, Vickie, who Paige initially referred to as Raquel's "grandmother." Getting under her skin, Raquel challenged Paige to a match next week on NXT. The "Anti Diva" accepted the challenge, stating that she will prove herself to Vickie, Raquel, and most of all, Eve.
- PRIME TIME PLAYERS DEF. RICHIE STEAMBOAT AND BO ROTUNDO: Darren Young and Titus O'Neil made their return to NXT as part of Homecoming, scoring a victory over Richie Steamboat and Bo Rotundo after a distraction from Corey Graves and Jake Carter.
- At this time, it was announced that next week, Jim Ross will conduct an in-ring interview with William Regal and Kassius Ohno, one week before their long-awaited battle on iPPV.
- ADAM COLE DEF. CJ PARKER: The debut of Adam Cole turned out to be a successful one as he put CJ Parker away with a hand-locked German Suplex known as the Florida Key.
- Following Cole's victory, Adrian Neville made his way out to the stage. Neville stated that while he was impressed with Cole's victory, he isn't impressed with his behavior over the past number of weeks. Neville then challenged Cole to a match on iPPV in two weeks, which Cole quickly accepted without any hesitation.
- BIG E LANGSTON DEF. AXL KEEGAN AND JUDAS DEVILIN: Big E Langston put on a dominating display of strength, running through Keegan and Devlin before finishing them with Big Endings for the victory.
- As Big E Langston was celebrated his victory with the NXT Universe, JTG slid into the ring and repeatedly struck him with a steel chair. JTG continued this until Big E was motionless on the canvas, the "One Man Army" appearing vulnerable for the first time. JTG stood tall over Big E, two weeks before they meet in a Street Fight on iPPV.
- NON TITLE MATCH - TRENT BARRETA DEF. NXT CHAMPION SETH ROLLINS: In the closing moments of the match, Trent secretly removed the protective padding from one of the top turnbuckles. As Rollins charged towards him with a Splash, Trent moved out of harm's way as Rollins' head collided with the exposed turnbuckle. Rollins was in a daze as Trent struck him with a Running Knee to the skull to pick up the victory.
- The Full Sail University audience appeared to be stunned as Trent Barreta just pinned the NXT Champion. Rollins remained motionless after taking both steel and a Running Knee to his head. As several officials and medics tended to Rollins, Trent grabbed the NXT Championship from ringside, staring at the gold that he looks to capture in a Ladder Match on October 10th.

TWT 9/27 - Update on whereabouts of superstars ; Several releases
- Recently, several readers have had questions pertaining to the whereabouts of a few superstars who have been absent from television as of late. Through numerous sources, this is what we have been able to uncover.
- Sin Cara - The last time we saw Sin Cara, he competed against Rey Mysterio in Mysterio's final match at SummerSlam. While the WWE had hopes of pushing Cara following his huge victory, those plans are on hold temporarily as the masked luchadore recently underwent shoulder surgery. He is expected back some time in early 2013. Until then, WWE officials are said to be in pursuit of other masked competitors, namely El Generico and Samuray Del Sol.
- David Otunga - As of late, Otunga has been away shooting "The Call," WWE Studios' next film that stars Halle Berry. Otunga is expected back soon, with the expectations that he will return as a heel due to his underwhelming run as a babyface character.
- The Undertaker - Perhaps to the surprise of many, it is currently being said that the Undertaker is scheduled to return to active competition before WrestleMania XXIX. The last known word was that WWE officials were hoping for the "Phenom" to return to television in time for Survivor Series in November, though that no longer seems likely at this moment.
- Today, September 27th, World Wrestling Entertainment announced the release of five Superstars and three Divas. Tyler Reks, Ezekiel Jackson, Cameron, Rosa Mendes, Kelly Kelly, Percy Watson, Mason Ryan and Hunico have all parted ways with the company. We wish them the best of luck in all of their future endeavors.

Hopefully those releases make room for guys like Mike Bennett, Generico, Del Sol and Davey Richards.

As for Sin Cara no one has seen him since SummerSlam since he had his match with Rey Mysterio which in my opinion was a pure classic so him getting surgery explains a lot as to why no one has seen him since and that he is supposed to return by early 2013, perhaps Sin Cara will make his return during the 2013 Royal Rumble Match and if he does just that, he would be a surprise entrant that's for sure but Sin Cara should be filling in Rey's shoes right about now but he will when he comes back, but I know I would love to see El Generico make his debut because if anyone can fill in Rey's spot, it is most definitely El Generico
Glad you are making Otunga a heel again because he just makes such a natural heel and as a babyface I have to admit he was going nowhere
As for The Undertaker the plan was to have him return in the build-up towards Survivor Series but since that is out of the question, I wonder if Taker will make his long-awaited return at the 2013 Royal Rumble pay per view because if he does, then if Taker ends up being an entrant in the 2013 Royal Rumble Match he would be an odds on favorite to win it considering he has won a Rumble match before in 2007, but if he returns in 2013, then Taker he could return perhaps the night after the Royal Rumble on RAW
Possible streak victims for Undertaker to face are: Brock Lesnar, Sheamus, Big Show, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, Joe Hennig, Ted DiBiase, Cody Rhodes even, Ryback, Wade Barrett, John Cena or even CM Punk
Why not have a battle royal to determine who will face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 29 at MetLife Stadium? A 20-man over-the-top-rope battle royal to see who will earn the right to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 29 in NY/NJ or perhaps even have an 8-man or 16-man tournament to determine who will face Taker at WrestleMania 29? Or a Beat the Clock Sprint to determine who faces Taker at WrestleMania 29?

SEPTEMBER 28, 2012 - BUFFALO, NEW YORK
- Following the signature WWE intro, we cut directly to the arena here in Buffalo as chaos was already ensuing seconds into the show. Yoshi Tatsu and Curt Hawkins, who were scheduled to have a match with one another, were being attacked in the ring by the Big Show. The "World's Largest Athlete" threw both men around before hitting Hawkins with a Choke Slam and Yoshi with a Knockout Punch. Both superstars rolled to the outside of the ring, where they laid motionless as Show was now all alone in the ring, shouting for a microphone. The WWE Universe heavily booed Show as he began speaking. "Orton! You wanted to get even? Well you got even. But you made the mistake of getting even with me. And now, I want nothing more than to crack your skull with my fist," said Show as he was clearly infuriated after Orton got himself involved in Show's No. 1 contenders match last week against Sheamus. A few seconds later, the theme of Randy Orton hit as the audience erupted. The "Viper" made his way out to the stage, smiling and locking eyes with the Big Show. As Orton began marching down to the ring, SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long rushed out onto the entrance ramp, stopping Orton from coming any closer to Show. Orton argued with Teddy for a bit as the General Manager tried to calm him down. He told Orton that he understands the tension between he and the Big Show, but he will not allow SmackDown to kick off in anarchy. "Randy, just calm down. And Show, control yourself," demanded the General Manager. Teddy then said that if Orton and Show want to get their hands on each other that badly, then he will go ahead and give them what they want. "Tonight on SmackDown, the Big Show will go one on one with the 'Viper,' Randy Orton!" said Teddy as the audience popped huge for the announcement. Orton and Show both seemed satisfied as Teddy added that in order for that match to take place tonight, they both must return to the backstage area and keep apart from one another. Orton slowly made his way up the entrance ramp, continuing to stare at Show. A monstrous announcement just now from the SmackDown General Manager as tonight, Randy Orton and the Big Show will go one on one!
- Backstage, Chris Jericho was shown walking down a corridor. "Y2J" is set for action against 3MB's Drew McIntyre, next!
- Returning to Friday Night SmackDown, a recap of the opening segment was shown as SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long announced tonight's huge main event. After screwing one another out of the World Heavyweight Championship, Randy Orton and the Big Show will finally have the opportunity to go one on one later on tonight.
- CHRIS JERICHO DEF. DREW MCINTYRE W/ HEATH SLATER AND JINDER MAHAL: An excellent bout to kick things off on what has already been an explosive edition of Friday Night SmackDown. After 3MB denied Chris Jericho's challenge for a "Battle of the Bands," Y2J was more than glad to settle for one on one action against Drew McIntyre. As McIntyre was attempting to hit the Future Shock DDT, Jericho managed to fight out of it and pulled him down to the canvas, grabbing his legs and applying the Walls of Jericho. McIntyre attempted to reach the bottom rope, but was unable to as he soon submitted.
- At the sound of the bell, Jericho released McIntyre as he slowly stood to his feet, celebrating his victory. The rest of 3MB helped McIntyre out of the ring, assisting him up the entrance ramp. Heath Slater glanced back at Jericho, "Y2J" doing the same as he continues to bring the fight to 3MB, the offer for a "Battle of the Bands" still on the table.
- Backstage, Matt Striker was shown at the interview set with his guest, Daniel Bryan. Bryan stepped onto the set, receiving a chorus of boos from the Buffalo audience. Striker asked Bryan for his thoughts heading forward after Kurt Angle made it clear last week that their rivalry is far from over. "The only thing that Kurt Angle made clear last week is that he is nothing more than sore loser. I defeated him at Night of Champions, and seeing as how one of Angle's three 'I's' is integrity, I expected him to be the bigger man and congratulate me on a job well done. And what did he do instead? He wrongfully and illegally low blowed me.....twice!" ranted Bryan. He then said that all is well tonight, however. "Because of Angle's actions last week, he was not allowed into the arena tonight," said Bryan, more boos emerging. He then said that with Angle out of the way for tonight, he can finally focus on the task at hand and rest easily. "With that being said, Angle was right about one thing. Our rivalry is far from over," said Bryan before leaving the interview set.
- Returning from the commercial break, the trio of 3MB were shown walking through the backstage area, trying to regroup after Drew McIntyre's loss to Chris Jericho moments ago. They were soon approached by SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long as Heath Slater assumed that Teddy was looking for an "encore." He informed Slater that he was a bit disappointed to hear that 3MB denied Jericho's challenge for a "Battle of the Bands." Slater stated that 3MB is the mots requested musical act in the world at the moment, so he can understand Teddy's desire to hear them perform. "However, we perform on our watch, not anyone else's. We'll give Jericho his little battle, but on our terms," said Slater. Teddy said that while he understands Slater's standing on the matter, he doesn't have the final say. "Jericho wants to see it. The WWE Universe wants to see. And quite frankly, I want to see it. So next week, we're going to have ourselves a Battle of the Bands. 3MB versus Fozzy!" said Teddy as the audience popped. 3MB, on the other hand, were livid as next week, they must perform live on SmackDown against Chris Jericho's band, Fozzy!
- ANTONIO CESARO DEF. JUSTIN GABRIEL: After losing the Intercontinental Championship to Dean Ambrose back at Night of Champions, Antonio Cesaro was looking to bounce back with a victory here. And successful he was as Cesaro managed to put Justin Gabriel away with the Neutralizer.
- The audience booed Cesaro as he stood to his feet, raising his arms high in victory. The commentators noted that the ruthlessness displayed by Cesaro here tonight shows exactly how focused he is on reclaiming the Intercontinental Championship. Suddenly, Cesaro was struck in the skull with the Intercontinental Title gold by Dean Ambrose! Ambrose, gaining a bit of retribution for last week's attack by Cesaro, stood tall over the former champion before applying the Regal Stretch. Ambrose had the hold in tight as Cesaro struggled the fight out of it, multiple officials soon arriving on the scene to restore order. They managed to restrain Ambrose as he grabbed his Intercontinental Championship, raising it high in the air while shouting at Cesaro.
- Backstage, Randy Orton was shown in the locker room area when Matt Striker approached him, asking for his thoughts on his match tonight against the Big Show. Orton said that while he understands Show's frustrations, he should have known better. "Weeks ago, he costed me the World Heavyweight Championship. Did Show just expect me to sit back and watch him have the opportunity to become the No. 1 contender? I took matters into my own hands and made sure that he suffered the same fate as me. We're even now, but that's not good enough for me. I don't get even, I get ahead. And tonight, I'm going to make sure that the Big Show is aware of whose yard this is," said Orton.
- A promo was shown for next Monday's edition of RAW. After the events this past Monday, a huge tag team main event is in store. WWE Champion Dolph Ziggler teams up with Mark Henry to battle Wade Barrett and the man who will step into Hell in a Cell against Brock Lesnar, CM Punk. RAW, live next Monday on USA.
- SHEAMUS AND ALBERTO DEL RIO DEF. WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION CODY RHODES AND DAMIEN SANDOW: A great tag team bout to round out the first hour as the two men who meet for the World Heavyweight Championship at Hell in a Cell were able to get their hands on each other. After Del Rio managed to take out Rhodes with a Suicide Dive through the second rope, Sheamus began gearing up for the Brogue Kick. He charged towards Sandow, successfully delivering his devastating kick to the "Intellectual Savior of the Masses" for the victory.
- The WWE Universe erupted for the duo of Sheamus and Del Rio as they raised one another's arm, standing tall in victory. Cody Rhodes grabbed his World Heavyweight Championship from ringside, making his way up the entrance ramp. He continued to stare at Sheamus, who beat his chest and signaled for the gold that he has the opportunity to capture on October 28th at Hell in a Cell.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. Two bitter rivals, Randy Orton and the Big Show, finally have the opportunity to go one on one, tonight on SmackDown!
- A promo was shown for next Wednesday's edition of NXT. For the first time ever, the "Rated R Superstar" will be present at Full Sail University as Edge hosts a special edition of the Cutting Edge with NXT Champion Seth Rollins and Trent Barreta, one week before they meet in a Ladder Match for the gold. Plus, Paige finally recieves her opportunity for revenge against Raquel Diaz as the two Divas meet one on one. WWE NXT, next Wednesday on ION Television.
- NAOMI DEF. MAXINE: After he successful SmackDown debut last week, Naomi managed to continue her wave of momentum after putting away Maxine with the Rear View for the win.
- The audience responded fairly for Naomi as she has picked up her second victory in a row here on SmackDown. As she celebrated her victory, the commentators noted that from the look of things, Naomi could be one of the biggest threats in the Divas division at the moment.
- Backstage, Damien Sandow was shown leaving the arena, presumably angered over his loss moments ago in tag team action. Matt Striker tried to get a word with the "Intellectual Savior of the Masses," but was denied the time. "Now is not the proper moment for questions. When an appropriate and fitting time arrives, you will be notified and allowed to conduct an interview with your Intellectual Savior, Matthew," said Sandow. As he was continuing on, he was blindsided by Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio attacked Sandow threw him over a catering table, gaining a huge measure of revenge for Sandow's attack last week. While Sandow was downed, Del Rio approached him and told him "De nada," which is the Spanish phrase for "You're welcome."
- Returning to SmackDown, Naomi was shown walking towards the locker room following another victory as Scott Stanford caught up with her, asking for her thoughts on the roll that she has been on since debuting last week. She stated that it's incredibly satisfying to not only be on the SmackDown roster, but to have two victories under her belt already. And she doesn't plan on letting this wave of momentum die out any time soon. Suddenly, Naomi was attacked from behind by Kaitlyn. The "Hybrid Diva" tossed Naomi into a wall before saying that until she has beaten her, she hasn't done a damn thing yet on SmackDown. Kaitlyn left the scene as a few referees tended to Naomi.
- DANIEL BRYAN DEF. R-TRUTH: After being informed earlier that Kurt Angle was not present in the arena tonight, Daniel Bryan was able to fully focus on the task at hand, forcing R-Truth to submit to the Yes! Lock.
- Following the match, Bryan asked for a microphone from ringside as the WWE Universe vocally expressed their displeasure for him. "I'm sure many of you were expecting to come to SmackDown and see your hero, Kurt Angle, live and in person! Isn't that right? Well guess what. Because your hero is nothing more than a sore loser, he is not here tonight," said Bryan as the audience responded with boos. "Hey, it isn't my fault that Angle fails to realize that he is no longer the greatest wrestler alive. That honor now belongs to me, and I proved it at Night of Champions when I beat Angle. But since that didn't seem to be enough for you weak-minded people, I'm going to do it again. Angle will be allowed back on SmackDown next week, and I am officially issuing a challenge to him for a rematch. Daniel Bryan vs. Kurt Angle II. The greatest wrestler alive today defeats the broken down, once great athlete for the second time in a row. Isn't that right, WWE Universe. Will I, Daniel Bryan, embarrass Kurt Angle once again next week?" asked Bryan before he repeatedly shouted "Yes! Yes! Yes!" Bryan made his way up the entrance ramp, continuing to shout his signature phrase with the hopes of defeating Kurt Angle in a rematch from Night of Champions, next week on SmackDown!
- Backstage, Randy Orton was shown making his way down to the ring. He and the Big Show will collide in our main event, coming up next!
- A promo was shown for Hell in a Cell, live Sunday October 28th, only on Pay-Per-View.
- Returning from the commercial break a graphic was shown for next week's edition of SmackDown as we just learned that Daniel Bryan and Kurt Angle will square off in a rematch from Night of Champions. Also, another Night of Champions rematch is set as Dean Ambrose will defend the Intercontinental Championship against Antonio Cesaro, this time, in a Two out of Three Falls match. Plus, the "Battle of the Bands" between Fozzy and 3MB has been made official by General Manager Teddy Long. A jam packed SmackDown from Tulsa, Oklahoma, next week here on SyFy!
- BIG SHOW DEF. RANDY ORTON VIA REFEREE STOPPAGE: As expected, a wild and chaotic main event to tonight's edition of SmackDown. After hitting Show with a huge Dropkick, Orton began coiling for the RKO. However, he soon stopped himself as he saw the opportunity for something even more effective. Orton backed into a corner as his eyes were locked onto Show's skull, looking for the Punt Kick. Before Orton could hit it, Show grabbed his leg, following up with a Knockout Punch! Orton stumbled into the ropes as Show grabbed him by his throat. "You don't want to stay down!?" shouted Show as he had the motionless Orton in his grasp. Show then lifted the "Viper" into the air, planting him with a Choke Slam that sent Orton crashing through the mat! The audience stood to their feet and gasped as the official immediately called for the bell, bringing this match to an end.
- The WWE Universe was stunned as Randy Orton's motionless body laid in a hole in the ring. Big Show stood tall over him, letting out a shout as he felt that his revenge was successfully extracted. Show exited the ring as several referees and medics hit the ring to tend to Orton, Booker T and Josh Mathews leaving the announce table to do so as well. Big Show watched from the stage, not showing a single hint of remorse for his actions.

I wonder if this is the last time we see Orton for a long while especially after what Big Show did to Orton chokeslamming through the mat all the way to hell, Big Show probably looks more dangerous than ever and this match proved it, I wouldn't be surprised if this puts Orton on the shelf for a while and if it does, then Show is headed for the World Heavyweight Championship and I would hate to be the World Heavyweight Champion especially if Show wants that title especially after what he has just done
3MB vs Fozzy next week Battle of the Bands can't wait
It seems Sandow and Del Rio's rivalry is getting more personal, I wouldn't be surprised if these 2 go at it at Hell in a Cell
Angle/Bryan II at Hell in a Cell, if it happens this should be another classic
And Ambrose attacking Cesaro the way he did, I love it

Just wanted to leave a quick review, been reading your shows for a while now and got to say for the most part they are very impressive. As with everything there are things that don't catch my attention but for the most part your shows are very entertaining and your Pay Per Views always come across as a big deal.
The time and effort put into your series is also of high standard. Wanted to share my thoughts and give you a pat on the back for your efforts.

OCTOBER 1, 2012 - OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA
- After the signature WWE intro, cameras cut directly to the arena here in Oklahoma City as Justin Roberts introduced the former Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis. The audience responded with rampant boos for Laurinaitis, who made his way down to the ring with a microphone. "My name is Mr. John Laurinaitis. I am the former Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, former General Manager of RAW, and a representative for the current General Manager, Brad Maddox," said Laurinaitis, though his words were barely audible with the amount of heat he was receiving from the WWE Universe. Laurinaitis said that last week, the world witnessed a battle in the main event for the WWE Championship. But just like with any good battle, the right man came out on top. "So ladies and gentlemen, please put your hands together for the man who is still your WWE Champion, Dolph Ziggler!" Ziggler's theme hit as the "Show Off" made his way out to the stage, the WWE Championship still strapped around his waist. He entered the ring, sharing a hug with Laurinaitis, who was the sole reason for him defeating Wade Barrett last week to retain the title. Ziggler grabbed a microphone, telling the audience to take a good look at the image in front of their eyes. For those who still doubt him as the WWE Champion, they need to wake up and take a good look at his record. "CM Punk, John Cena, Ryback and Wade Barrett. Four superstars who you people idolize have fallen at my feet. They all attempted to pry the WWE Championship away from me, but every single time, I was the better man. When they were good, I was great. When they were on point, I was perfect. And when they had the world buzzing, I stepped in and did what I do better than anyone else and that's steal the show!" Ziggler said that Barrett oozed confidence last week and was more than certain that he would be leaving with the WWE Championship. But Barrett realized that when it comes down to it, he's just not good enough to win the "big one" for a second time. Before Ziggler could continue, he was interrupted by the theme of Wade Barrett as the audience erupted for the English Brawler. Barrett made his way out to the stage, staring intensively at Ziggler and Laurinaitis. "Dolph, the fact that you're out here singing your own praises is flat out ridiculous. Why don't you go ahead and thank the one man who deserves all of the credit in the world for you retaining the WWE Championship last week? Why not turn around and give John Laurinaitis another hug?" asked Barrett as the audience seemed to agree with him. He continued on, saying that had it not been for Laurinaitis, he would be the one standing here tonight as the WWE Champion. Hell, if it weren't for Laurinaitis, he would have captured the WWE Title at Night of Champions. On top of that, if not for Laurinaitis, Brad Maddox wouldn't even be the General Manager of RAW. "Simply put, Laurinaitis is to blame for just about every injustice within the WWE. And I'm damn sick of it, and I won't take it anymore," said Barrett. He then told Ziggler that they are both set to compete in tonight's tag team main event, but that isn't good enough for him. He doesn't just want to get his hands on Ziggler, he wants to punish him, mangle is narcissistic face and take the one thing that aids his arrogance - the WWE Championship. Barrett then laid out the challenge to Ziggler for one more match between the two of them at Hell in a Cell. Ziggler immediately shot down the challenge, telling Barrett that he has received more than enough opportunities. "Don't try and place the blame for your failure on others. The only reason you aren't the WWE Champion right now is because you're just not good enough," said Ziggler. However, the "Show Off" then laid out a challenge of his own. "But despite that, Mr. Laurinaitis and I figured that you would request another title shot. And I quite enjoy the idea of shooting down your dreams for a third time. If you want a title shot at Hell in a Cell, then you can have it. However, understand that there are consequences. If you lose, then you will not be allowed to challenge for the WWE Championship again until after WrestleMania on April 7th." Barrett placed his microphone down a bit as Ziggler and Laurinaitis shared a laugh, believing that they had gotten the better of Barrett with their proposed stipulation. To their surprise, the words "I accept," came from Barrett's mouth as the audience popped. Barrett said that if this is going to be his final title opportunity, then there's no reason not go all in. "If risking a six month drought from a title match is what it takes to get you in that ring one more time for the WWE Championship, then so be it. See you later on tonight, and be ready for hell in Atlanta. Both you and Laurinaitis, because if he even thinks about getting involved there as well, I'm going to bash his brain into bits," said Barrett before leaving to the backstage area. It would appear that the WWE Championship match for Hell in a Cell, and with high stakes as Wade Barrett could risk not receiving another title opportunity until after WrestleMania XXIX in six months!
- Returning to RAW, a recap of the opening segment was shown with a huge announcement regarding Hell in a Cell in four weeks. Dolph Ziggler will defend the WWE Championship against Wade Barrett with the stipulation that if Barrett loses, he will not be allowed to challenge for the title until after WrestleMania XXIX. The commentary unit also made note of tonight's main event, which will feature Ziggler teaming up with Mark Henry to take on Barrett and CM Punk.
- NON TITLE MATCH - PRIME TIME PLAYERS DEF. WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS WRESTLING ROYALTY: After weeks of high tension between these two teams, they finally met in our opening contest with a future title opportunity on the line for the Prime Time Players. Wrestling Royalty received the support from the WWE Universe throughout the match, which was an uncharacteristic occurrence. With the official distracted by Joe Hennig and Titus O'Neil's brawl on the outside, Darren Young took his signature hair pick and caught Ted DiBiase in the eye with it, blinding him and rolling him up to steal the victory.
- Young rolled out of the ring as the audience showered him with boos, the announcement being made that the Prime Time Players were victorious. Hennig rolled back into the ring to tend to his fallen teammate as Young and O'Neil celebrated on the stage, performing their signature "millions of the dollars" dance. And because of this victory, somewhere down the line, the Prime Time Players will receive an opportunity at the WWE Tag Team Championships.
- Backstage, Paul Heyman was shown arriving to the arena when Matt Striker approached him, asking if he has any update on the whereabouts of Brock Lesnar as Hell in a Cell draws near? Heyman stated that no one shoulder be concerned with Brock Lesnar at this moment. Lesnar's time for destruction is in four weeks at Hell in a Cell, not tonight. "However, there is still destruction and chaos to be initiated tonight. You see, my other client, Mark Henry, is ready to dismantle CM Punk in tonight's tag team main event. And I guarantee that before the night is over, myself and Mark will have the world talking," said Heyman with great confidence.
- Returning from the commercial break, a graphic was shown with a major announcement regarding next week. For the first time since he was brutally and viciously assaulted at Night of Champions in his own hometown, John Cena will address the WWE Universe via satellite. What will Cena have to say in response to the injuries he sustained at the hands of Paul Heyman's clientele? And does he have any thoughts in regards to CM Punk and Brock Lesnar's date with Hell in a Cell in four weeks?
- FANDANGO VS. DERRICK BATEMAN NEVER STARTED: For the second week in a row, Fandango announced his refusal to compete in his debut match, claiming that he was still bitterly upset over Justin Roberts' "butchering" of his name last week. He stated that the only way he would consider competing tonight is if his opponent, Derrick Bateman, could correctly pronounce his name. Bateman attempted to do so, but said Fandango's name wrong, according to him. "That's enough, Darius. No longer will I allow you to stand there and butcher my name. Unfortunately, I will not be making my debut here tonight on RAW. So until I decided to do so, I suggest that you all say it loud, say it proud and say it correctly....it's Fandango!" Fandango's music hit as he made his way to the backstage area, the Oklahoma City audience booing him heavily.
- Backstage, Scott Stanford was shown standing by with the United States Champion, Jack Swagger. Swagger entered the interview scene along with his manager, Zeb Colter. Stanford asked for Swagger's thoughts on Christian's attack last week. Colter butted into the interview, saying that Christian made a huge mistake with his actions last week. Not because he remains on the bad side of Swagger, but because he set an atrocious example for the Canadian population that already struggles to present themselves as well as "real Americans." "In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if those shameful Canadians are currently forcing Christian to recite a well-written apology for embarrassing them with his behavior," said Colter. He then stopped speaking momentarily as the camera showed Christian walking onto the set, receiving a huge pop from the audience. Christian said that he wasn't told by anyone to issue an apology, mainly because he has been doing Canada proud as a WWE superstar, as well as America because contrary to what he may believe, he does love this country. "And let's be rational here, Zeb. You consistently criticize Canada, but I'm sure you don't feel that way when you're stuffing your face with our bacon," said "Captain Charisma." Swagger approached Christian, telling him that now isn't the time for jokes. It's time for action. Christian responded by telling Swagger that now isn't actually the time for action either. "That time comes next week, because I will be invoking my rematch clause for the United States Championship. And I promise that I'm going to save the WWE Universe from 'Jack Swagger's America' before it can even begin," said Christian, a huge title match not confirmed for next week.
- NON TITLE MATCH - DIVAS CHAMPION EVE DEF. NAOMI: After two impressive showings over on SmackDown, Naomi was presented with the biggest opportunity of her career against Eve. Ultimately, Naomi's wave of momentum finally hit a stride as the Divas Champion planted her with a Neckbreaker to grab the victory.
- The audience booed as Eve was handed her Divas Championship, not taking much time to celebrate with it. She then asked for a microphone, stating that she wanted complete silence from everyone around the world because she has a huge announcement to make. She said that being the reigning and defending Divas Champion, she has the authority to call all of the shots in the division, along with Summer Rae. So she and Summer both had a meeting, and decided that for the first time ever, an NXT diva will receive a title opportunity. A buzz came over arena as many assumed that Eve was about to declare the "Anti Diva" Paige as her next challenger. However, that was not the case. "The new No. 1 contender for the Divas Championship.......is the 'Queen of NXT,' Raquel Diaz." The crowd responded with more boos as Eve made her way up the entrance ramp, the commentary trio questioning whether or not Eve made the decision to name Raquel the new No. 1 contender for the sole purpose of getting back at Paige, whom she felt "disrespected" her a number of weeks ago.
- Backstage, Ryback was shown walking down a corridor. The "Undefeated Monster" is ready to finally get his hands on RAW General Manager, Brad Maddox, next!
- A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown. In a rematch from one of the most technical bouts in recent memory, Daniel Bryan will take on Kurt Angle. Plus, the Intercontinental Championship is up for grabs as Dean Ambrose defends against Antonio Cesaro in a Two out of Three Falls match. Don't miss Bryan vs. Angle II and Two out of Three Falls, this Friday only on SyFy.
- Returning to Monday Night RAW, WWE Champion Dolph Ziggler was shown in the locker room area with John Laurinaitis, the champion preparing for tonight's tag team main event. Ziggler told Laurinaitis that Hell in a Cell is going to be a night to remember. "Because not only will I steal the show once again on Pay-Per-View, but Wade Barrett will finally be out of our lives. And out of the title picture as well for the next six months," said Ziggler. Laurinaitis then told Ziggler that seeing as how Brock Lesnar and Mark Henry are known the world currently as "Paul Heyman Guys," he couldn't think of a better superstar to refer to as the first ever "John Laurinaitis Guy."
- RYBACK DEF. BRAD MADDOX VIA DISQUALIFICATION: Despite Brad Maddox assuring his Administration that he would have everything under control in this match, it was clear that he didn't as Ryback ran right through him. The WWE Universe watched with excitement as it appeared that the corrupted RAW General Manager would finally receive the beating that he rightfully deserves. Towards the end of the bout, The Miz ran down to the ring area to try and intervene for his boss. Ryback wouldn't him to get involved, striking him as he hopped onto the ring apron. "Finish it!" shouted Ryback as he hoisted Maddox up to his shoulders, marching around the ring. However, he was not able to successfully hit Shell Shocked as Roman Reigns made his way into the ring, taking down Ryback with a Spear that forced the official to call for the bell.
- Reigns stood tall over Ryback following the sound of the bell, shouting at him for a bit before going back on the attack. He hit Ryback with repeated strikes to the forehead as Miz rolled into the ring, getting a few of his own shots in. Brad Maddox was soon back on his feet as well, he and Miz holding Ryback in place for another Spear from Reigns. Following the Spear, Reigns picked Ryback up to his feet, throwing him towards Miz for the Skull Crushing Finale. Miz, Reigns and Maddox all raised each other's arms high in the air, standing tall over the "Undefeated Monster."
- A promo was shown for this Wednesday's edition of NXT. One week before NXT Champion Seth Rollins and Trent Barreta meet in a Ladder match on iPPV, they will be guests on NXT's first ever edition of the Cutting Edge. The "Rated R Superstar" Edge visits Full Sail University for the firs time, this Wednesday on ION Television.
- Returning to Monday Night RAW, the trio of Brad Maddox, The Miz and Roman Reigns were shown walking through the backstage area when Josh Mathews caught up with the, asking for an explanation as to why Maddox allowed himself to be disqualified. Maddox stated that this match was never about ending Ryback's undefeated streak, because while that would have been flattering, his "Hall of Fame resume" is already stacked. "Ryback learned the hard way that no matter who you are or how big you think you are, nobody crossed the boss," said Roman Reigns. Miz added that earlier tonight, WWE Champion Dolph Ziggler was declared a "John Laurinaitis Guy." And it's quite clear that Brock Lesnar and Mark Henry are "Paul Heyman Guys." "So I guess you can count myself and Roman as 'Brad Maddox' guys. Because as long as he's in charge, our intentions here on RAW are to make life hell for Ryback," said Miz.
- At this time, a large fountain of water was shown in the middle of the ring as the theme of Bray Wyatt hit. The "Eater of Worlds" made his way down to the ring without his Church members, Brodus Clay and Tensai, leaving the world in question. After Wyatt stepped into the ring, he made a signal for something in the direction of the stage. A few seconds later, Brodus and Tensai made their way out to the stage with Kane, whose arms were tied with a black cloth draped over his head. The "Big Red Monster" could be seen struggling to fight out of the Church of Wyatt's clutches, but Brodus and Tensai tossed him into the steel steps before rolling him into the ring. Wyatt asked for the two of them to be more compassionate around Kane, saying that they "shouldn't depict violent behavior against a brother to be." With Kane barely conscious, Wyatt removed the cloth covering from his head and placed his hand over the upper portion of his mask. Wyatt began speaking gibberish before telling Kane that he no longer has to live in fear and shame. "Because from this moment on, you now have brothers who actually give a damn about you! You now have a family who will be by your side at all times! New memories will enter your brain and erase all of the torment that scars you both inside and outside! Welcome to my Church, Kane!" Brodus and Tensai picked Kane up to his feet as they brought him closer to the fountain of water. Suddenly, Kane kicked the fountain, causing Wyatt's water to spill onto the canvas. Kane then delivered a headbutt to the Tensai, following that up with a kick to Brodus in his attempts to escape the clutches of the Church of Wyatt. The audience cheered Kane on as he appeared to be holding his own in battle until Wyatt hit him with a low blow. Brodus and Tensai both delivered Running Splashes to Kane as Wyatt asked for his Church members to hand the "Big Red Monster" over to him. Wyatt then planted Kane with the Sister Abigail before picking his microphone up off of the canvas. "Kane, I told you that if you showed any defiance towards me and my Church, I would make you suffer. And let me remind you of something. When you play with fire, you get burned. Welcome back to hell, Kane!" shouted Wyatt as he, Brodus Clay and Tensai all stood tall over Kane. They may not have been able to baptize the "Big Red Monster," but Bray Wyatt has made it clear that he and his Church are out to cause Kane more agony than ever before.
- Returning to RAW, a special thanks was given to Stone Sour for "Absolute Zero." It is the official theme song for Hell in a Cell, and is available now on iTunes.
- PRIMO AND EPICO DEF. KOFI KINGSTON AND ZACK RYDER: With the recent tension between Zack Ryder and Kofi Kingston, now was the opportunity for the two fan favorites to redeem themselves in the tag team division. However, things continued to go south for the duo as Ryder tagged himself in as Kofi was gearing up for Trouble in Paradise. Kofi took offense to Ryder's selfishness as he made the tag back in for himself. The two then began arguing until Primo rolled Kofi up to get the victory.
- Primo quickly rolled out of the ring as he met Epico on the entrance ramp, the two celebrating their huge victory here tonight. Back in the ring, Kofi Kingston appeared stunned at the result of the match, pounding his fist on the mat and staring at Primo and Epico. When he finally turned around, he was met with the Rough Ryder! Zack Ryder stared down at Kofi as the WWE Universe expressed their disapproval for his uncharacteristic actions. Ryder left the ring and headed up the entrance ramp, not taking a single second to look back at the partner or the fans that he just turned his back on.
- A graphic was shown for the upcoming tag team match featuring WWE Champion Dolph Ziggler and Mark Henry against CM Punk and Wade Barrett. Our main event is next, live on RAW!
- A promo was shown for Hell in a Cell, live Sunday October 28th, only on Pay-Per-View.
- CM PUNK AND WADE BARRETT FOUGHT WWE CHAMPION DOLPH ZIGGLER AND MARK HENRY TO A NO CONTEST: A great, heated tag team bout to close things out on RAW as we approach Hell in a Cell in four weeks, which three of the four men competing in this match will be a huge part of. The action spilled to the outside towards the end as the official was unable to restore order. As Barrett brawled with Ziggler, John Laurinaitis made his way down to ringside with a steel chair in his hands. Barrett was able to catch Laurinaitis before he could strike him, causing "Big Johnny" to drop the chair and back away from him. Ziggler then leaped onto Barrett's back, trying to lock in a Sleeper Hold. Barrett managed to prevent the hold from being applied, grabbing Ziggler by the hair and pulling him down to the floor. The two of them brawled into the audience as Punk and Henry did the same on the entrance ramp. Punk caught Henry with a few elbows to the head before the "World's Strongest Man" retaliated with a hard shove. However, Henry made his way towards the backstage area, causing Punk to make chase for him.
- Cutting to the backstage area, CM Punk was shown looking left and right for Mark Henry, not yet finished with him. Punk soon turned a corner and was met by Paul Heyman, who asked if he was looking for anyone in particular? Punk simply stared at Heyman for a bit, not wanting to lash out at him. "Go ahead, Punk. Hit me. I know deep down, you want nothing more than to take your fist and do to me what you think you're going to do to Brock Lesnar at Hell in a Cell," said Heyman. Suddenly, Punk was attacked by Mark Henry from behind as the set up was now clear. Henry then lifted Punk into position for the World's Strongest Slam, driving him into a concrete wall. With Punk motionless on the floor, Heyman informed him of something regarding next week. "Before you step into Hell in a Cell with Brock Lesnar, you're going to be put to the test in another structure. So next week, be prepared to have your body mangled at the hands of my client, Mark Henry, inside a Steel Cage!" Heyman and Henry then left Punk lying at the scene, dropping a bombshell announcement that next week, CM Punk will be forced to meet Mark Henry in a Steel Cage match!

Love that it is going to be Barrett vs Punk at Hell in a Cell for the WWE Championship but love the stipulation that if Barrett loses this match he can't challenge for the WWE Championship until after WrestleMania 29, so for Barrett this is a must-win match when you really think about it but for Ziggler it doesn't matter because if he gets himself intentionally DQed or counted out, then that means Barrett would still lose his title opportunity and he can't challenge for that title until WrestleMania 29
Loved the main event of Punk and Barrett vs Henry and Ziggler
And what I loved even better was Ryback's undefeated streak still being in tact even when he had the match won

OCTOBER 3, 2012 - WINTER PARK, FLORIDA
- Following the intro video package, cameras scanned the audience here in Full Sail University as they appeared to be fired up and ready for WWE NXT, one week before the brand returns to iPPV on WWE.com. The commentary duo of Tony Dawson and Byron Saxton welcomed everyone to the show, promoting a very special appearance by the "Rated R Superstar" Edge here tonight as he will host the Cutting Edge with Trent Barreta and the NXT Champion, Seth Rollins. Plus, Paige will go one on one with Raquel Diaz, who was named the No. 1 contender for the Divas Championship last night on RAW. How will Paige respond to her arch-nemesis receiving the opportunity that she believes belongs to her?
- In the ring, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross was shown as he received a great reaction from the Full Sail University audience. J.R. reminded everyone of NXT's iPPV next Wednesday, which features two huge main events. One will be covered later tonight on a special edition of the Cutting Edge, but for the other, he will be covering that match right now. J.R. then introduced one of the competitors in that bout, William Regal. The audience stood to their feet in a show of respect for Regal as he made his way down to the ring, greeting J.R. once in. The legendary commentator then introduced Regal's opponent, Kassius Ohno. Ohno made his way down to the ring, receiving a reaction that was the polar opposite of Regal's. The two men stared at one another as J.R. tried to remain in between them to prevent an altercation from occurring. "Over the past few weeks, I interviewed the both of you separately. And with one week until this long-awaited collision, I am glad to have you two in the ring, face to face," said the Hall of Famer. He then asked Regal for his thoughts on Ohno going into next week. Regal said that every thought that he has ever had about Ohno, he has made public. But he will say one thing directly to him. "It's almost a shame that I am going to have to put down such a talented individual at such an early part of his career. You are immensely gifted, Ohno. I know that. But you have managed to throw away all of that talent with a repulsive attitude and frame of mind. And if no one else is willing to beat some sense into your brain, then I will, and it will be a bittersweet victory for me next week," said Regal. Ohno responded to his comments, saying that their scenario is the opposite. "You said that you're going to put me down? It's ironic that a fossil of a competitor is speaking like that. Every dog has his day, Regal. And yours comes next Wednesday. Say goodbye to all of the glory that you have and wished to have lived, because next week, it's all going to come tumbling down and I will prove to the world what I know, the entire locker room knows, and I'm sure you know as well. Your whole career was nothing more than a failure," said Ohno. Regal remained silent for a bit as Ohno continued to heckle him, saying that he failed to make England proud throughout his career. "Tell me, Regal. If you are the icon that many make you out to be, why weren't you the first ever English-born WWE Champion? Why does Wade Barrett hold that honor? Why didn't you ever receive the main event recognition that you feel you deserved? You always dreamed of your career ending triumphantly in a stadium in front of your fellow Englishmen, but the truth is that it's going to end in a university studio at my hands. Face it, Regal. Whether you want to admit it or not, you failed." Regal stared down at the canvas, anger overcoming him. Ohno then stated that even Jim Ross knows that he is telling the truth. "Go ahead, J.R.. Tell Regal that his career was a failure," said Ohno. J.R. refused to, telling Ohno that Regal is one of the most accomplished men he has ever had the pleasure of working with. "To call him a failure is ridiculous," said J.R. to a nice pop from the audience. Ohno told J.R. that he needs to see the truth. "You may not be able to open your mouth completely, but the least that you can do is open your eyes and see the truth," said Ohno. At that moment, Regal exploded at him. "Hey! You listen to me you disrespectful punk. Never again will you speak to someone like Jim Ross that way, and never again will you speak to me that way! Never before has anyone made my blood boil the way that you have, Ohno. And I am damn sick of it! I am promising the world that I will not only beat some sense into you next week, but if I have to, I won't hesitate to end one of the most promising careers that the WWE has ever seen. Everything that you receive next week, from the pain to the punishment, you deserve it," said Regal. Ohno simply smiled at Regal in response, backing away a bit as it appeared that the interview was over. Regal apologized to J.R. for Ohno's comments as the two well-respected men spoke to one another. Suddenly, Ohno delivered an elbow to the back of Jim Ross' head! J.R. fell onto the canvas as Ohno hurried out of the ring, Regal chasing him out. Ohno made his way up the entrance ramp as several staff members checked on J.R., Regal staring at his opponent for next week's iPPV with vengeance on his mind.
- Returning to WWE NXT, a recap of the opening segment was shown that featured Kassius Ohno delivering a sickening elbow to the back of Jim Ross' head. Tony Dawson and Byron Saxton gave their thoughts on what transpired, calling Ohno's actions "disgusting" and pledging their support for William Regal at next week's iPPV.
- The theme of Raquel Diaz hit to a massively negative response from the Full Sail University audience. The Queen of NXT made her way down to the ring along with her mother, Vickie Guerrero. "Excuse me!" asked Vickie, which only ignited more boos. She reminded the world that last night on RAW, the Divas Champion Eve declared Raquel as the new No. 1 contender for her title. Raquel took the microphone, saying that it was only a matter of time before she received the recognition that she deserves. "And Eve, I just wanted to let you know that I am more than thrilled to be named the new No. 1 contender by such a powerful and inspirational woman. And soon, my own power will expand. I won't just be the Queen of NXT, but I will also be the Queen of the WWE. And I'll do it as the Divas Cha-" Raquel was not allowed to finish as she was interrupted by the arrival of her opponent for this evening, Paige. The audience erupted for the "Anti Diva" as she marched down to the ring, instantly taking down Raquel in a fit of rage after being snubbed from the No. 1 contender spot.
- PAIGE DEF. RAQUEL DIAZ W/ VICKIE GUERRERO: With hatred fueling Paige, Raquel Diaz was in for a wild ride at the hands of the "Anti Diva" Despite being the new No. 1 contender for the Divas Championship, Raquel was unable to overcome her challenge tonight, falling victim to RamPaige to give Paige the victory.
- Paige stood to her feet following the match, staring down at Raquel Diaz as she refused to have her arm raised in victory. Paige then asked for a microphone as Vickie Guerrero assisted her daughter out of the ring. The duo attempted to leave to the backstage area, but Paige stopped them. "When your daughter regains herself, Vickie, tell her that she doesn't deserve to be the No. 1 contender for the Divas Championship one bit. And the only reason Eve made that decision was to tick me off. Well she succeeded, and it resulted in your precious little queen receiving the beating of her life," said Paige to a great reaction from the crowd. She then Vickie that she plans on fighting her way through everyone that she has to in order to get to Eve. "Tonight, it was your daughter. And next week, it's you," she said as Vickie responded with a thunderous "Excuse me?!?" Paige told Vickie that she heard her right. "I am challenging you to a match next week on iPPV. And trust. What I did to your queen is nothing compared to what I'm going to do to you," said Paige. Vickie shook her head repeatedly, shouting at Paige that she is crazy and will never get a match with her. The "Anti Diva" stood tall in the ring, declaring that she and Vickie will go one on one next week on iPPV.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's special edition of the Cutting Edge. NXT Champion Seth Rollins and Trent Barrett will appear as guests as the "Rated R Superstar" makes a special visit to NXT, later on tonight!
- After the commercial break, the duo of Vickie Guerrero and Raquel Diaz were shown walking down a corridor. Both felt that Paige was out of her mind when requesting a match with Vickie and shot down the challenge that was laid out. Suddenly, the two were approached by NXT General Manager, Ricardo Rodriguez. He said that understands that neither of them are in favor of Paige's request for next week's iPPV. However, he is. "Paige personally came to me earlier today and requested the match beforehand. And I granted it to her. I'm sorry, Vickie, but it looks like you're going to compete against Paige next week." Vickie became irate, shouting at Ricardo as he added a bit of information regarding Raquel's sudden No. 1 contendership. He said that Eve and Summer Rae made that decision without notifying him ahead of time. And because Raquel is signed to NXT, he does have an input on whether or not she should receive that opportunity. "I will be visiting RAW next Monday to meet with Eve, Summer Rae and Brad Maddox and we will have a discussing on whether or not Raquel truly deserves a shot at the Divas Championship. You'er more than welcome to join us if you'd like, seeing as how you are her mother," said Ricardo. Vickie was still furious over the confirmation of her match with Paige, but stated that she will be at RAW next Monday to take part in this meeting regarding Raquel's title opportunity.
- COREY GRAVES, JAKE CARTER AND ADAM COLE DEF. RICHIE STEAMBOAT, BO ROTUNDO AND ADRIAN NEVILLE: A fantastic Six-Man tag team bout here between six of NXT's brightest young stars. For the winning trio came momentum heading into two incredibly important match ups on iPPV next week, including the match to crown the inaugural NXT Tag Team Champions. Ultimately, Jake Carter was able to plant Bo Rotundo with a Burning Hammer to pick up the victory for his team.
- Carter rolled out of the ring at the sound of the bell, meeting Corey Graves and Adam Cole on the outside as the trio stood triumphantly with the crowd expressing their displeasure. Cole kept his eyes locked on Adrian Neville as he looks to snap his undefeated streak on iPPV next Wednesday. As for Graves and Carter, the two of them motioned for the NXT Tag Team Championships, having the opportunity to become the inaugural champions if they can defeat Bo Rotundo and Richie Steamboat next week.
- A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown, featuring two huge Night of Champions rematches. Daniel Bryan goes one on one with Kurt Angle, and Dean Ambrose defends the Intercontinental Championship against Antonio Cesaro in a Two out of Three Falls match. Don't miss Angle vs. Bryan II and 2/3 Falls, this Friday on SyFy.
- At this time, a special thanks was given to The Used for "Put Me Out." It is the official theme song for NXT's return to iPPV on WWE.com, next Wednesday.
- STREET FIGHT - JTG DEF. CJ PARKER: In preparation for his Street Fight with Big E Langston next week on iPPV, JTG issued an open challenge to any NXT superstar to meet him in that exact bout type. CJ Parker answered the challenge, but was unable to overcome the self proclaimed "Mr. NXT." After delivering numerous kendo stick shots to the back of Parker, JTG finished him with a Russian Leg Sweep with the stick to pick up the victory.
- The audience booed as JTG stood to his feet, telling the "haters" to keep quiet. He picked up the kendo stick once again, not quite finished with delivering punishment to CJ Parker. Before he could land another shot, the theme of Big E Langston hit as the roof nearly came off of the Full Sail Arena. Big E marched down to the ring with a steel chair in his hands, causing JTG to drop the kendo stick and leave through the audience. Once in the ring, Big E pointed the steel chair at JTG as the commentators asked just how dominant a man like Big E Langston can be with a foreign object in his hands. And JTG may find out first hand when the two meet next week in a Street Fight on iPPV.
- At this time, Tony Dawson and Byron Saxton quickly ran down the card for next week's NXT iPPV. The first ever NXT Tag Team Champions will be crowned as Corey Graves and Jake Carter take on Richie Steamboat and Bo Rotundo. Adam Cole looks to make history as the first superstar to defeat the "Man That Gravity Forgot" Adrian Neville. Paige successfully defeated Raquel Diaz earlier tonight, and will now have her opportunity at revenge against Raquel's mother, Vickie Guerrero. In a Street Fight, Big E Langston will finally get his hands on JTG. In a personal and bitter battle, William Regal will do battle with Kassius Ohno. And after Ohno's actions earlier tonight against Jim Ross, revenge is the only thing on the mind of Regal at the moment. And in NXT's first ever Ladder Match, Seth Rollins puts the NXT Championship on the line against Trent Barreta. NXT return to iPPV, next Wednesday on WWE.com.
- A graphic was shown for a very special edition of the Cutting Edge, featuring NXT Champion Seth Rollins and Trent Barreta, next on NXT!
- A promo was shown for Hell in a Cell, live Sunday October 28th, only on Pay-Per-View.
- Returning to NXT on ION Television, the ring was shown propped and ready for a very special edition of the Cutting Edge. The theme of Edge hit to one of the biggest ovations we have heard thus far in Full Sail University. The "Rated R Superstar" made his way down to the ring, the deafening reaction not quieting down. Prior to beginning the show, Edge took a moment to put over NXT and Full Sail University. "This is truly an amazing program set up by the WWE. It not only establishes the young and bright superstars of tomorrow, but they get to perform in front of a great, respectable audience here at Full Sail University," he said to another great reaction. Edge then said that next week, two of those young stars will have the opportunity to steal the show in a match that he helped put on the map, a Ladder Match. He first introduced Trent Barreta, who made his way out to a chorus of boos from the audience. Once he was in the ring, Edge brought out NXT's most popular superstar and the defending champion, Seth Rollins. Both men came face to face in the ring as Edge simply looked on at them, not too concerned with the possibility of fireworks being set off here tonight. With ladders surrounding the ring, Edge asked the two of them to become comfortable with this environment, because they're going to have to be. "A Ladder match isn't a joke. This is a serious, grueling match that could severely affect the young careers of the two of you. So you have to ask yourselves, is this match worth it?" asked Edge. Rollins said that any situation involving the NXT Championship is worth it. "I am aware of the dangers of a Ladder match, but it enduring this match is what it takes to prove myself to the world and remain the NXT Champion, then so be it. I'm ready for next week," declared Rollins. Trent told Rollins that he isn't afraid of a Ladder match either, but is willing to take that extra step to become champion. "It's real simple, dude. I'm going to beat you, climb the ladder and take the NXT Championship," said Trent. Rollins said that nothing that involved him as an obstacle should be viewed as "simple." He's had to overcome so many obstacles throughout his life that he himself has become one for others. And this obstacle is one that Trent won't be able to overcome. Trent reiterated his confidence, saying that after he wins the NXT Championship next week, he will be viewed as the true pioneer of the Ladder match. Edge glanced over at Trent, taken back by his last remark. 'You really do think it's that simple, Trent? You think you can just blindly walk into a Ladder match and expect to come out on top? Fine, then go. Go get a ladder right now," said Edge. Trent didn't hesitate to do so as he took one of the ladders that were set up at ringside, sliding it into the ring. After setting it up, Trent began climbing it. "See how easy it is? It's just step by step by step, and rung by rung," said Trent. Once at the top of the ladder, he stared down at Rollins and said that this is the part where he retrieves the NXT Championship. "You see, there's just one problem with all of that, Trent," said Rollins as he began climbing the ladder as well. Once at the top, Rollins told Trent that just like that moment, he will be in his way throughout the entire match. "You're not just going to take this title from me, Trent. Nobody will. I worked too damn hard to watch it all crumble right now, and especially at your hands. If you want the NXT Championship, then you're going to have to kill me with this ladder," said Rollins as he held up the NXT Title. Trent stared endlessly at the gold as the two men stood at the top of the ladder, but only one of them will successfully be able to next week on iPPV when the title hangs in the balance.

OCTOBER 5, 2012 - TULSA, OKLAHOMA
- Following the signature WWE intro, we were treated to a video package that recapped the events from last week's edition of SmackDown, focusing on the heated main event between Randy Orton and the Big Show. Ultimately, the WWE Universe witnessed a horrific scene as Show delivered a Choke Slam that sent Orton through the canvas, forcing the official to bring the bout to an end. As Orton was given immediate medical attention, Show stood triumphantly, not showing any remorse for potentially ending the career of the "Viper."
- Cutting to the arena here in Tulsa, Tony Chimel introduced the man who has remained silent since his actions last week, the Big Show. The "World's Largest Athlete" made his way out to a chorus of boos from the livid audience. Show grabbed a microphone as he headed into the ring, not showing a single care for any of the WWE Universe's words. He began by saying that when he returned over a month ago, he had one goal on his mind, and that was to become the World Heavyweight Champion and prove that he is no longer a "joke." Along with that, he wanted to stop anyone and every one who stood in his way of achieving that. And Randy Orton was exactly that. A barrier in his path of destruction. "And when Randy Orton had his opportunity to regain the World Heavyweight Title, I decided to let him know that the Big Show was back, and he meant business. So I sent a personal message by knocking his lights out," said Show. He continued on by reminding everyone that two weeks ago, he had a No. 1 contenders match against Sheamus. Show claimed that he had the match won and was looking ahead to Hell in a Cell to become the new champion. "But then all of a sudden, Orton decided to get himself involved in my match and screw me out of my World Heavyweight Championship." He then said that last week, Orton decided that he was feeling brave and agreed to a match with him, and that turned out to be the biggest mistake of his career. "I finally had Orton in this ring, and I showed him why you don't cross my line. I didn't just beat Orton and I didn't just Choke Slam him. I sent him straight to hell, and if you ask me, he's never coming back." Big Show said that he doesn't care if Orton's career is over, and went as far to say that he doesn't care if he is unable to provide for his family. "That's the price that you pay when you mess with the Big Show. And I hope everyone in that locker room understands that. Otherwise, I will be glad to deliver to them the punishment that I delivered to Orton," said Show before dropping his microphone and leaving the ring to a massive amount of heat from the audience.
- A graphic was shown for the Intercontinental Championship match between Dean Ambrose and Antonio Cesaro, which will be contested in a Two out of Three Falls match. It's coming up next on SmackDown!
- TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH FOR THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP - DEAN AMBROSE DEF. ANTONIO CESARO: One of the most anticipated television bouts of the year turned out to be one of the best with, both superstars topping their encounter from Night of Champions. The first fall went to the defending champion, Ambrose, after catching Cesaro with a vicious Knee Trembler. Ambrose soon attempted to hit another one during a brawl on the outside, but Cesaro grabbed Ambrose's exposed knee and rammed it into the steel ring post. Cesaro turned his attention to Ambrose's knee at that point, taking any opportunity he could to attack it. Ambrose soon was able to fight back and was looking for a Vertebreaker, but the damage done to his knee didn't allow him to successfully complete the maneuver. Cesaro took advantage of the situation, planting Ambrose with the Neutralizer to even the score at one a piece. Towards the end of the bout, Cesaro had Ambrose right where he wanted him and looked to be on the verge of capturing his second Intercontinental Championship. Suddenly, Ambrose was able to fight out of the Neutralizer and looked to be attempting one of his own. We soon learned that Ambrose wasn't attempting the Neutralizer, but rather a Piledriver! Ambrose hit the Piledriver as Cesaro's head bounced off of the canvas, rendering him unconscious. Ambrose then pulled Cesaro into the center of the ring and locked in the Regal Stretch, the submission hold that led to his victory back at Night of Champions. As the official checked on Cesaro, he deemed him unable to continue and called for the bell, giving Ambrose the decisive fall.
- The audience erupted for Ambrose as he released the Regal Stretch that he had on Cesaro, taking back his Intercontinental Championship. The "Psychotic Superstar" raised the gold in the air while struggling to stand on his bad knee, displaying the battle scars from this hellacious battle. But despite barely walking away from the scene, Ambrose remains the Intercontinental Champion and on top of the world here on SmackDown.
- Backstage, World Heavyweight Champion Cody Rhodes was shown in the locker room area speaking with the "Intellectual Savior of the Masses" Damien Sandow. Rhodes spoke about his match with Alberto Del Rio later on tonight, and said that he understands the tension between Del Rio and Sandow. "So I thought that it would be a great idea if you stood in my corner tonight to watch Del Rio fall to the World Heavyweight Champion, and you will be able to watch him suffer in defeat," said Rhodes. "Cody, you continue to prove yourself as one of the most intelligent, noble and well-mannered gentlemen in existence today. And it would be an honor to accompany the World Heavyweight Champion as he stands triumphant over a man who displays extensive bigotry," said Sandow before shaking Rhodes' hand.
- At this time, a short video package was shown that recapped Kurt Angle's return to the WWE back at RAW 1000, which was quickly interrupted by Daniel Bryan. This marked the beginning for a very bitter feud between the two as we prepare for the second encounter between Angle and Bryan, later on tonight on SmackDown!
- A promo was shown for NXT on iPPV, next Wednesday live on WWE.com.
- Returning to SmackDown, the stage was shown set up for the "Battle of the Bands" between Chris Jericho's band, Fozzy, and Heath Slater's "band," 3MB. The trio of Slater, Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal made their way out first to a very negative response from the WWE Universe, approaching their side of the stage with their equipment. The theme of Jericho hit soon as the crowd went wild for "Y2J," who made his way out to the stage along with the rest of his band mates. After Jericho grabbed his microphone, he asked Slater if he wanted to go first, since "3MB looks like an opening act" as he put it. Slater, taking offense to Jericho's comment, said that he and the rest of 3MB will allow Fozzy to go on first, since they want nothing more than to upstage them in front of the entire WWE Universe, as well as the world of Rock 'n' Roll. Jericho simply chuckled at the remark before preparing to perform. Fozzy then proceeded to play their newest single, "Sandpaper," live for the audience here in Tulsa. Several times during the performance, 3MB were shown looking either unamused with Fozzy or angered with the audience enjoying what they were being treated to. Once the live performance was finished, Fozzy received a tremendous ovation as Jericho thanked every one in attendance. He then turned his attention to 3MB, telling that it was their turn to electrify the world. Slater showed hesitance to performing, saying that the audience clearly has a terrible taste in music if they thought that his performance was worth a standing ovation. "The only people in this entire building who know real music are the three of us. 3MB, baby! And we don't know if we want to perform for a bunch of mindless idiots like everyone here," said Slater as the audience drained him in boos. Jericho walked towards 3MB's stage, saying that they don't have to hide the truth, because everyone is well aware of it already. "You guys don't want to perform because you have nothing to perform. You're not a real band. The three of you just decided that it would be cool to dress up as rock stars, cheap ones at that, and pretend to live the lives of one. You never thought that you would encounter a real, living and breathing rock star like Y2J. And it makes me sick that you three are making a mockery out of something that I have a passion for, and that's rock 'n' roll. Either perform something, or get out of my world before I beat you out of it," said Jericho to Slater as the audience popped for his choice of words. After Jericho turned his back to walk towards his side of the stage, Slater picked up an acoustic guitar and struck him in the back of the head with it. 3MB quickly ran to the backstage area as the rest of Fozzy tended to their fallen lead singer.
- We were once again treated a video package for Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan's rematch later on tonight, this time focusing on their match at SummerSlam that also featured the now-Intercontinental Champion, Dean Ambrose. Angle managed to score the victory by pinning Ambrose, which provided Bryan with the perfect case to receive a one on one match with Angle.
- Cutting to the backstage area, Alberto Del Rio was shown making his way down to the ring. He is set to meet the World Heavyweight Champion, Cody Rhodes, in a non title contest, next!
- A promo was shown for next Monday's edition of RAW. As Hell in a Cell and his match with Brock Lesnar approach, CM Punk will be forced to enter another barbaric structure with another fearful monster. He meets the "World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry inside of a 15-foot high Steel Cage. Plus, for the first time since Night of Champion, John Cena will speak live via satellite. RAW, live next Monday on USA.
- NON TITLE MATCH - ALBERTO DEL RIO DEF. WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION CODY RHODES W/ DAMIEN SANDOW: Another great match up here tonight on SmackDown as we wrapped up the first hour of action. As promised earlier in the evening, Rhodes had the "Intellectual Savior of the Masses" in his corner as Sandow's bitter rivalry with Del Rio continues. It wasn't until late in the match-up that Sandow's presence was felt, pulling the official's leg after Del Rio had a pinning combination following a German Suplex. As Sandow backed away from the scene, the theme song of Sheamus hit a massive ovation. The No. 1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship made his way down to ringside, stalking Sandow before chasing him up the entrance ramp. This caught Rhodes' attention as he shouted at Sheamus to leave the area. This allowed Del Rio to catch the champion with an Enziguri, rolling up the dazed Rhodes to capture the victory.
- Del Rio quickly rolled out of the ring as he celebrated ecstatically, the WWE Universe sharing his joy. As he made his way up the entrance ramp, Sheamus re-emerged as he raised Del Rio's arm in victory. Cody Rhodes, on the other hand, was livid as pounded the mat repeatedly and even kicked over the steel steps. The World Heavyweight Champion has been defeated here tonight, and Sheamus has successfully gotten into the head of Rhodes heading into their title bout at Hell in a Cell.
- Returning to Friday Night SmackDown, a recap of the previous bout was shown as Alberto Del Rio managed to score a victory over the World Heavyweight Champion, Cody Rhodes, with a bit of assistance from Sheamus.
- KAITLYN DEF. ALICIA FOX: Satisfied with her rival, Naomi, losing momentum this past Monday on RAW, Kaitlyn was looking to reclaim what she believes is her spotlight by drilling Alicia Fox with a massive Spear to gain the victory.
- At this time, the final video package for Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan's main event match was shown, now focusing on their first encounter back at Night of Champions. In what was one of the most technical bouts in recent memory, Bryan managed to steal the victory. With Angle furious over the conclusion, a rematch is set for tonight as two of the greatest professional wrestlers alive today collide later tonight in our main event on SmackDown!
- Returning from the commercial break, Kaitlyn was shown walking in the backstage area when Matt Striker caught up with her, asking for her thoughts on Naomi's effort against Divas Champion Eve this past Monday on RAW. Kaitlyn stated that it was incredibly satisfying to see Naomi fail to get the job when it mattered, referring to her as a "flash in the pan" in the Divas division. "Naomi's fifteen minutes of fame are finally up, and it's my time to take center stage," said Kaitlyn. When she turned around, she was hit with a Superkick by Naomi. Naomi stared down at Kaitlyn, saying that her "fifteen minutes" aren't over yet, and there's still plenty of time to push her off of her high horse. Naomi left the scene as Kaitlyn remained down, holding her jaw.
- SHEAMUS DEF. EVAN BOURNE: With the momentum on his side due to his actions earlier tonight, the "Celtic Warrior" had hopes of continuing to build the momentum as he challenged for the World Heavyweight Championship at Hell in a Cell. As Bourne was coming off of the top rope, Sheamus caught him with a devastating mid-air Brogue Kick for the win.
- Following the sound of the bell, Sheamus stood to his feet as he celebrated his victory along with the rest of the WWE Universe. As the "Celtic Warrior" posed for the fans in attendance one final time on the stage, he was struck from behind with the World Heavyweight Championship by Cody Rhodes. Still furious over his loss to Alberto Del Rio earlier in the evening, Rhodes assaulted Sheamus, striking him repeatedly on the stage. Several staff members were soon on hand to restrain the champion, a tough task as Rhodes refused to hold his anger in. Sheamus was tended to momentarily as Rhodes grabbed the World Heavyweight Championship and stared at his fallen Hell in a Cell opponent in disgust.
- Backstage, Kurt Angle was shown making his way down a corridor. He meets Daniel Bryan in a Night of Champions rematch, next!
- A promo was shown for Hell in a Cell, live Sunday October 28th, only on Pay-Per-View.
- KURT ANGLE DEF. DANIEL BRYAN: Perhaps the best match that Friday Night SmackDown has seen thus far in 2012. Much like their encounter at Night of Champions, both men gained many near falls that only added to the suspense as the WWE Universe watched on the edge of their seats. Towards the conclusion of the match, Bryan was able to remove the protective padding on one of the turnbuckles. He then went back on the attack on Angle, hitting numerous kicks to his chest. Bryan then attempted to his the finishing Roundhouse Kick, but Angle managed to dodge it and respond with an Angle Slam. He got the cover, but Bryan managed to place his foot on the bottom rope. The disappointed Angle brought Bryan closer to the center of the ring, locking in the Ankle Lock! Bryan struggled to reach the ropes as he looked to be on the verge of submitting. He was able to roll out of it, nearly sending Angle chest-first into the exposed turnbuckle. However, Angle managed to stop himself in time as Bryan charged towards him. Angle moved out of harm's way as Bryan collided with the turnbuckle, stunning him momentarily as Angle delivered one final Angle Slam to finally gain the victory.
- The audience stood to their feet for Angle as he slowly stood to his feet, raising his arms high in the air after this incredibly satisfying victory. A recap of the finish was shown as the commentators noted that the exposed turnbuckle may have been Daniel Bryan's "karma" for his method of victory back at Night of Champions. Angle continued to celebrate in the ring, finally defeating Bryan to bring SmackDown to a conclusion.
- WWE APP EXCLUSIVE: Following SmackDown, General Manager Teddy Long announced that due to his victory earlier, Alberto Del Rio will receive a World Heavyweight Championship match against Cody Rhodes next week.

Really happy that this is back and I really hope you continue on this pace by putting out even more shows because I just really want to get to Hell in a Cell, the sooner the better and then we can begin the road to Survivor Series
But in all seriousness I loved Smackdown especially the opening segment with Big Show
Show is a force to be reckoned with now, he is no longer a joke and him attacking Orton the way he did laying him out with a Chokeslam hitting him with a Chokeslam all the way to hell through the canvas, Show has no remorse, this is the Giant we should have always seen, this is The Big Show that is at his most dangerous and he is willing to go through anyone and everyone to get what's his, that being the World Heavyweight Championship and I wonder if this is the last time we see Randy Orton for quite some time especially with Big Show putting Orton on the shelf, I really hope Orton comes back but that he doesn't come back too soon, Orton needs time off if anything, I can see Orton making his return by your December pay per view of Vengeance or at the latest Orton makes his return at the 2013 Royal Rumble pay per view
What a great 2 out of 3 Falls Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship between Ambrose and Cesaro because this match-up was physical, and not only that but it was just as great a 2 out of 3 Falls Match that I have ever seen, but this match right here just goes to show us that Ambrose is not losing this WWE Intercontinental Championship anytime soon and that if anything he should at least have a great reign with the belt while with Cesaro he can set his sights on becoming World Heavyweight Champion now but I wonder who Ambrose's next challenger will be?
Sandow and Rhodes alliance, I love it, these 2 men becoming friends but at the same time Rhodes doesn't need Sandow, Rhodes is the World Heavyweight Champion and the last thing he needs is Sandow riding his coattails but Rhodes sure has his work cut out for him facing Del Rio tonight
Love the way you are hyping up Angle vs Bryan II by showing us a video package of Angle's return and the lead-up to Angle & Bryan's feud
Battle of the Bands between Fozzy and 3MB was definitely something, that's for sure but then Slater blindsiding Jericho when Jericho's back was turned hitting him with a guitar right in the head and then running off like a coward, him and 3MB running off like cowards, they are going to get theirs, I see it being Jericho vs Slater at Hell in a Cell
Love the way you continue to hype up Angle vs Bryan II, but also love even better that you are hyping up RAW with CM Punk taking on one of Paul Heyman's guys, Paul Heyman's other client the World's Strongest Man Mark Henry in a 15 foot high steel cage before Punk has to face off against Lesnar inside the Devil's playground inside Satan's structure of Hell in a Cell
Love Del Rio beating Rhodes in a non-title match, Del Rio has a victory over the World Heavyweight Champion which means he could be in line for a future World Heavyweight Championship match but I loved even better was that Sheamus provided the distraction needed for Del Rio to beat Rhodes but also Sandow sure wasn't helping matters that's for sure but it is only a matter of time before Sandow gets his courtesy of Del Rio
Wow this feud between Kaitlyn and Naomi in the divas division is surely heating up, that's for sure, this feud is definitely becoming personal with Naomi returning the favor attacking Kaitlyn backstage similar to what Kaitlyn did to her attacking her backstage, a little game of one-upsmanship here
Sheamus on a roll beating Evan Bourne in what I thought was a great match but then afterwards the post-match attack with Rhodes attacking his #1 Contender for his World Heavyweight Championship with Rhodes attacking Sheamus the way he did, I loved it, just goes to show us that Rhodes is not intimidated by Sheamus at all because Sheamus has the advantage over Cody that being that Sheamus is bigger and stronger than Rhodes having the strength and size advantage but Rhodes having the speed advantage and not to mention Rhodes how he has seemingly gotten better ever since becoming World Heavyweight Champion, Rhodes reminds me in sorts of a young Randy Orton when Orton was champion back in 2007
And the main event sure as hell lived up to its billing, with Angle returning the favor beating Bryan, now their feud, the series is tied 1-1, Bryan won at Night of Champions and Angle wins on Smackdown, the rubber match to decide it is going to have to take place at Hell in a Cell and if it is, then I am all for it because these 2 together in the ring have a real chemistry with each other putting on classics whenever they face off against one another
Here is hoping you get to Hell in a Cell quickly and fast by posting up more shows!!!!!

WWE Monday Night RAW: Monday 1st October 2012...Alright, I've got to admit, I hated the period of time from Night of Champions up until the Royal Rumble. You have my attention. I suggest cutting the opening promos into paragraphs, this appeared to me as a big heap of words. I like that John Laurinaitis is now working for Brad Maddox as Representative for the General Manager of RAW; a good move there. Dolph Ziggler getting the opening promo is good, glad to see that he is still the WWE Champion. A good promo to kick things off, lining up his past competition in CM Punk, John Cena, Ryback and Wade Barrett. Barrett playing the babyface must be odd to see, in my view. I imagine he'd have that awkward babyface Miz role in everything he did. How did Laurinaitis get Maddox the job, did he hire him? Interesting decision by having Barrett face Ziggler again at Hell in a Cell; but no more title shots if Barrett loses until after...WrestleMania XXIX in six months? I'd have gone for a more threatening full-round year. I can't see Ziggler losing the WWE Championship, in any event. Six months doesn't sound too threatening to me. Decent opening contest with the Prime Time Players picking up a clean win against Ted Dibiase and Michael McGillicutty, I think that Titus O'Neill and Darren Young could play very convincing faces; they're so damn likeable as heels on television at the minute, it hurts. The combination of Paul Heyman and Mark Henry is nice, to say the least. Oh wow, John Cena's out of action? I suppose that this sort of replicates Cena's real life injury that happened around this time. Fandango pulling the debut shtick against Derrick Bateman is fine: I do think that Bateman would be good to be pushed; hell, he'd be a funny guy to have a feud with Fandango. Good promo from Jack Swagger, talking about the Canadian Christian. A good WWE United States Championship feud window opens up. Eve with a win over Naomi was fine, Naomi could easily become the face of the Divas division down the line somewhere. Raquel Diaz as a face? I'm not too sure about this, but I dig it, in any event. I like that Paige continues to be overlooked: this could easily be about a long-term chase for Paige to the WWE Divas Championship, leading into WrestleMania. Past booking instances show that you aren't a booker of great patience, though, so I could see Paige potentially getting into the match at Hell in a Cell and winning. Plus, you're running out of Divas for Eve to defend the title against. Ziggler becoming a John Laurinaitis Guy? Ha! I hope Laurinaitis isn't an actual manager for Ziggler though, he doesn't need a mouthpiece or anybody to steal his heat. Ryback facing Brad Maddox? Am I missing a story here? I liked Roman Reigns and the Miz's inclusion, very captivating. I assume that we will see Ryback and Miz go at it at Hell in a Cell - unless Miz hides behind Roman Reigns once more. I'm not a big fan of everyone becoming someone's 'Guy', it's a little repetitive now. I guess it shows some power struggle between the three non-wrestlers though, I could get behind a tiny faction warfare. Speaking of which, the Survivor Series comes after Hell in a Cell...maybe we'll see Someone's Guys vs Someone's Guys. Bray Wyatt having Brodus Clay and Tensai with him is such a nice twist, I like it a lot. Ha, they tried to abduct Kane? Sounds funny, a very big angle here, I enjoyed. I love the idea of a feud between Kane and Wyatt. Primo and Epico defeated Kofi Kingston and Zack Ryder? Big win for Primo and Epico, but obviously it's more about Ryder seemingly progressing towards a heel turn. Good emphasis on the tag team division, here. I'd like to see a mini-Usos push. Finally, a big tag team main event, with CM Punk and Wade Barrett brawling with Dolph Ziggler and Mark Henry to a non-finish. We never see any brawls span from tag team matches anymore. Wow, I liked the conclusion of the show, very tense, made me excited for next week with Punk and Henry in the Cage. Overall, a solid edition of RAW, I'm back into this diary after struggling prior to SummerSlam.
WWE NXT: Wednesday 3rd October 2012...Jim Ross conducting the first big promo of the night prior to the NXT iPPV was a good move. William Regal and Kassius Ohno have a more old-school style rivalry going on, and I really enjoyed this promo between both men. It was very well written, although I think Ohno's words were a little bit too non-anti-bully friendly towards J.R. I liked the elbow to Jim Ross, as it adds tension a week prior to the iPPV show. Good promo with Raquel Diaz and Vickie Guerrero - I never actually made that connection, D'oh. Paige with a win against the Queen of NXT, Raquel was nice. Wow, Paige called Vicie out? Interesting move. Should be interesting to see how this works out. Up next, a seemingly squeezed-in six-man tag team match for Corey Graves (who should be moving up and onwards, he's definitely a future WWE star), Jake Carter and Adam Cole against Richie Steamboat, Bo Dallas and Adrian Neville. This is a packed show for a one hour edition of NXT. JTG with a win against CJ Parker was obvious - JTG is facing Big E Langston in a Street Fight? I'm calling a one-sided victory, there. NXT's next iPPV sounds dynamite, I'm looking forward to it. Solid promo between Seth Rollins and Trent Barreta - I definitely see Rollins retaining the NXT Championship in the Ladder match, though. A good edition of the Cutting Edge. Sounds solid, I'm looking forward to it. A decent episode of NXT, with maybe a little too much placed into it.
WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Friday 5th October 2012...The Big Show opening things up on SmackDown is nice, talking about the last couple of weeks. A feud between Show and Randy Orton doesn't sound special, although a good match will ensue between the two, given their previous encounters. Up next, a solid two out of three falls match to open the show, Dean Ambrose picking up the win against Antonio Cesaro. My only issue with Ambrose is that I don't think he'd do too great in a face role. He can't cut his promos that well without sh*tting on the fans at the same time for watching so. Team Rhodes Scholars becoming a tag team here is nice, I'm looking forward to how you combine Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow in contrast to real life. Ha, I can't help but find this feud betwen Chris Jericho and 3MB funny. This seems like a big episode of SmackDown, is this the season premiere? That would explain things. A cool appearance by Fozzy, picking up the win with ease. Woah, Heath Slater did the Jeff Jarrett spot with the guitar, that's certainly interesting. Alberto Del Rio defeating Cody Rhodes was a surprise, and this has to set up Alberto as a future contender to the World Heavyweight Championship - although this is strange, because Sheamus should be in this spot - maybe Del Rio could serve as a buffer in Sheamus' way, closing in on Hell in a Cell. Up next, Kaitlyn defeating Alicia Fox was expected. Woah, Kaitlyn's coming off as a heel - that's strange. Poor Evan Bourne, he has fallen deep. Sheamus with the win was fine. I liked Rhodes' attack, preparing things for Hell in a Cell in four weeks. And finally, an outstanding match between Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan once again, as Angle naturally picked up the win. I'm surprised that this wasn't on the card for Hell in a Cell, but I'm just glad that the rivalry seems to be given closure here. I like the WWE App exclusive, I would have liked more notes on the App's interaction with the show though - same for RAW, really. Overall, a solid show, that seemed to be big because of the season premiere - but I'm not certain. Overall, things are building well and progressing nicely for the next pay-per-view - which, given it's Hell in a Cell, a gimmick pay-per-view, I am hoping that it isn't overpacked with matches. Seven or eight would be nice, maximum. But yes, very good, I feel like this diary has gotten back on track after a rocky summer period.

SmackDown:
- A very solid opening segment that perfectly elevates Big Show straight into contendership for the top heel spot on SmackDown. I've always thought Show was best when he was playing the smart monster heel role so I'm hoping you do something big with him. - The Intercontinental Championship match would have been absolutely insane to actually see, and it's fantastic to see the title being treated with some respect with a match like that. Good to see Ambrose retaining, you've built him into a star and I can't wait to see where he goes next. - Not a big fan of the battle of the bands, I know Jericho is all about putting over talent but 3MB, as much as I like the gimmick, isn't really going to do anything for Jericho's career. It's a big step down and if I was watching this on actual TV it'd be a segment I'd skip past without a second thought. - Could have done with Rhodes losing here, he's one of those World Champions who is right on the cusp of not being taken seriously, which means he needs to be kept strong especially going into the big events. Sure, I'm pretty confident that you're not putting the title on Sheamus but Rhodes isn't looking particularly strong right now. - I'm finding it really hard to care about this Diva's match because it was such a nothing, bad sounding match, so I'm just not going to. - Decent win for Sheamus, it's a shame to see Bourne jobbing like this. Rhodes gets some momentum back, but he still should have gone over earlier. It wouldn't have hurt Del Rio and it would have just added to the feud. - Angle / Bryan is an absolutely huge match to give away on free TV and considering how the end went down I've got a very big feeling that it's leading into a rubber match, which I'm perfectly okay with. If that's the case then Angle going over was the obvious decision, though part of me would have loved Bryan going over leading into a 'has he still got it' kind of situation for Angle as he tries to beat Bryan. Regardless, great match and a huge main event. - Good enough show with only two things that I didn't really dig, which by WWE standards is pretty impressive. I'll be keeping up with this one a lot more in future.

OCTOBER 8, 2012 - SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA
- A special video package kicked off tonight's show recapping the events at the end of last week's RAW. After an ambush by Mark Henry against CM Punk, Paul Heyman informed Punk that before he gets to his match with Brock Lesnar at Hell in a Cell, he must compete against another one of his monstrous clients in another monstrous structure. Tonight, Punk goes one on one with Henry inside a 15-foot high Steel Cage. Plus, for the first time since sustaining severe injuries at Night of Champions, John Cena will address the WWE Universe live via satellite. What will Cena have to say in regards to the trio of Lesnar, Henry and Heyman after they made an attempt on his illustrious career?
- Cutting to the arena here in Sacramento, the theme of Dolph Ziggler hit as the WWE Champion made his way out to the stage, John Laurinaitis at his side. As the conniving duo made their down to the ring that saw two champagne glasses sitting on a table, the commentary trio of Michael Cole, Jerry "The King" Lawler and John "Bradshaw" Layfield formally welcomed everyone to Monday Night RAW, pointing out the Steel Cage structure that was shown above the ring, waiting to surround CM Punk and Mark Henry later tonight in our main event. After Ziggler and Laurinaitis take microphones, the WWE Champion says that right now is a time for celebration. The reason being is that last week, Wade Barrett proved to the world that he indeed is just as big of a moron as he appears to be. And that's because he agreed to one more match against him at Hell in a Cell, with the stipulation that when he loses, he will not be allowed to challenge for the WWE Championship until after WrestleMania XXIX on April 7th. Ziggler said that Hell in a Cell will truly be "hell" for Barrett, because it's the night where he will watch as all of his hard work, hopes and dreams come crashing down, courtesy of the "Show Off." Ziggler then grabbed both glasses of champagne from the table in the ring, handing one to Laurinaitis. "Here's to six more months of hell for Wade Barrett, and a much longer period of time for me as your WWE Champion."
- Before Ziggler could continue, he was interrupted by both the arrival of Wade Barrett and the huge pop that followed. Ziggler chuckled to himself, telling Barrett that it was nice for him to decide to show up at his own grieving party, especially since he's going to get "shown up" at Hell in a Cell. Barrett responded to the WWE Champion by telling him that he has a bit of a different vision for Hell in a Cell in three weeks. What will actually occur is Ziggler's demise as he finally gets everything that he deserves. "You think that I'm afraid of your stipulation? If that were the case, I wouldn't have accepting the terms immediately. Understand this. At Hell in a Cell, my road to WrestleMania begins, and it starts with me finally getting my revenge and taking the WWE Championship right out of your undeserving, filthy hands," said Barrett. The No. 1 contender then said that Ziggler simply assumes that he's going to walk out of Hell in a Cell victorious, and it's not because of his talents. It's because of the man standing beside him who has been there to rob him of every opportunity for success. Barrett was of course referring to Ziggler's manager as of late, John Laurinaitis. "Big Johnny" took a microphone and told Barrett that he should understand that whatever acts he may be committing against him, they're all justified. "I had everything that anyone in the WWE could ask for. I was not only the Executive Vice President of Talent Relation, but I was also the Interim General Manager of RAW, and eventually, the permanent one as well. And I trusted you with defending all of that at Extreme Rules in the War Games match. And what did you do? You failed! And because of that, I lost everything. Fortunately for me, Brad Maddox was smart enough to work out a deal that resulted in my return. And while I enjoy my job a representative for Mr. Maddox, it's not the same. I would love to be in that office calling the shots around here. But I can't do that because of you, Wade. SummerSlam, Night of Champions, two weeks ago on RAW, every moment that I prevented you from capturing a victory, it is all justified and you deserve the hell that I am putting you through," said an enraged Laurinaitis.
- Barrett responded to Laurinaitis by telling him that he probably does deserve every heinous act committed against him, but that doesn't mean he's just going to take his crap. "Considering how often you implement yourself into my bouts, Johnny, I'm more than certain that you will do everything possible to prevent me from reclaiming the WWE Championship at Hell in a Cell. But this is the part where I inform you that you're not going to be able to do that this time. Because I found myself an equalizer. Someone who will be in my corner when I take on Ziggler and make sure that you stay right where you belong. Someone who I admittedly despise, and I know that the feeling between us is mutual. But despite that, we both have one thing in common - we despise the two of you even more," said Barrett. After a few seconds of silence, a loud "Wooo!" rang throughout the arena as the audience stood to their feet. Barrett's equalizer turned out to be none other than the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair! The former General Manager made his way out to the stage as Ziggler and Laurinaitis looked on in both shock and anger. Barrett and Flair came face to face, no love lost between the two. But despite that, they shook hands to solidify their deal. The playing field is now even for Hell in a Cell as Barrett will have the "Nature Boy" in his corner, thwarting the plans of Ziggler and Laurinaitis.
- A graphic was shown for the United States Championship match between Jack Swagger and Christian, coming up next on RAW!
- Returning to RAW, a recap of the opening segment was shown as we learned that at Hell in a Cell, Wade Barrett will have the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair in his corner to counter the duo of WWE Champion Dolph Ziggler and John Laurinaitis.
- UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP - JACK SWAGGER W/ ZEB COLTER DEF. CHRISTIAN: A rematch from Night of Champions as Christian was invoking his rematch clause against Jack Swagger for the gold. As Christian was looking for a Spear, Zeb Colter grabbed his foot from underneath the bottom rope. Christian struggled, but was able to kick Colter away. He then charged towards Swagger with the Spear, but was caught in motion by the United States Champion, who hit the Patriot Powerbomb to pick up the victory.
- At the sound of the bell, Colter grabbed the United States Championship and stepped into the ring to hand it to Swagger. The "Real American" raised the title high in the air, shouting "We the people!" along with his manager. The United States Title remains in the camp of Swagger and Colter, and their vision of "Jack Swagger's America" slowly comes to fruition here on RAW.
- Backstage, Matt Striker was standing by with Kofi Kingston. He asked Kingston for his thoughts on what took place last week after he and Zack Ryder suffered yet another loss in tag team action. The footage that Striker was referring to then aired as the WWE Universe once again witnessed "Long Island Iced Z" deliver a Rough Ryder to Kingston. Following that, Kingston said that he hasn't seen Ryder since last Monday, and from what he understands, neither has anyone else. "But Zack Ryder can't hide forever. He knows what he did, and he knows that he turned his back on the WWE Universe. So whenever Ryder decides to come out of hiding, he knows where to find me," said Kingston before leaving the interview scene. He meets The Miz in one on one action, next!
- A promo was shown for NXT on iPPV, live this Wednesday exclusively on WWE.com.
- THE MIZ W/ ROMAN REIGNS DEF. KOFI KINGSTON: After having a hand in laying out Ryback last week, The Miz looked to continue riding his wave of momentum along with Roman Reigns, who stood guard at ringside for his fellow Maddox Administration member. Unfortunately for Kofi Kingston, his string of bad luck continued through tonight after Miz planted him with a Skull Crushing Finale for the win.
- The Sacramento audience booed as Miz stood to his feet, celebrating his victory over Kingston. Soon, the celebration of the "Awesome One" was interrupted by the theme of Ryback. The crowd erupted as the "Undefeated Monster" marched down to ringside, where Roman Reigns stood waiting for him. Ryback dodged a shot from Reigns before throwing him back-first into the ring apron. Ryback then slid into the ring, avoiding another shot from The Miz and following up with a Meathook Clothesline. He then took Miz, tossing him over the top rope and onto Reigns. "Feed me more!" shouted Ryback as he stood tall in the ring, the WWE Universe joining him in the chant. Miz and Reigns backed up the entrance ramp, staring at the monster that they have awaken.
- A mixed reaction emerged from the audience as John Cena was shown live from his home in Tampa. We will hear from Cena for the first time since sustaining severe injuries in his hometown at Night of Champions, next on RAW!
- A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown. Cody Rhodes takes an unexpected turn following a loss last week to Alberto Del Rio as the World Heavyweight Champion defends his title against the "Mexican Aristocrat." Rhodes versus Del Rio for the gold, this Friday on SyFy.
- Returning to RAW, General Manager Brad Maddox was shown in his office speaking to Vickie Guerrero, who is here tonight for a meeting concerning Raquel Diaz's opportunity at the Divas Championship. Soon, The Miz and Roman Reigns barged into the room, irate over what had just occurred between them and Ryback. Maddox tried to tell the two of them that he was a bit busy at the moment, but they refused to listen. Vickie soon stepped into the conversation, saying that while she isn't the General Manager any more, she does have experience in dealing with these kind of situations and can make a suggestion. She whispered something in Maddox's ear, to which the General Manager responded with "That's great. I like that." Maddox told Miz and Reigns that since Ryback apparently wants to be "fed more," then that's exactly what will happen. At Hell in a Cell, Ryback will take on The Miz and Roman Reigns in a Handicap match. Miz and Reigns were both incredibly satisfied with that announcement, thanking their boss before moving on. Ryback's undefeated streak is now in serious jeopardy as he must compete against two Maddox Administration members at the same time at Hell in a Cell.
- Returning to the arena, Michael Cole was shown standing in the ring as it was now time for him to conduct an interview with John Cena via satellite. Cena, who has not been seen since Night of Champions, received a mixed reaction from the live audience as he could be seen still displaying the effects from the brutal attack at the hands of Brock Lesnar and Mark Henry almost a month ago. Cole first asked Cena for any sort of update on his condition. Cena said that initially after Night of Champions, he believed what everyone else out there believed - his career was over. He barely had any feeling in his left arm and right leg, thinking that they both have been broken. He then said that after sitting in a hospital bed for a bit, he was relieved to hear from his doctor that he didn't suffer any broken bones, but was still very much banged up. Enough to the point where he hasn't been able to appear on RAW in several weeks, and still won't be able to for a while from what he understands. "But I do have some good news for the WWE Universe. Very soon, you will see John Cena back in a WWE ring. Maybe even as soon as -" at that moment, Cena was cut off by the arrival of Paul Heyman, who received an astounding negative response from the audience here in Sacramento.
- Heyman stepped into the ring, taking Michael Cole's microphone and seemingly kicking him out of the interview. Heyman then told Cena in a sarcastic manner that it was thrilling to see him after so long. "I can clearly remember being there at ringside when you were maliciously attacked by my clients, Mark Henry and Brock Lesnar. I begged them to stop. I really did, Cena. But they are both ruthless, uncontrollable beasts. So on behalf of my two clients, I apologize," said Heyman. Cena simply stared at Heyman before telling him that he remembers Night of Champions as well. "And I do remember seeing you at ringside. I remember seeing you act as a cheerleader for Mark Henry and Brock Lesnar, and understand that you are just as responsible as anyone else for what happened to me," he said angrily. Cena said that he heard that the reason Lesnar attacked him was because he failed to finish the job at SummerSlam. He may have been defeated, but he was still standing. "And guess what, Heyman. I am still standing," said Cena, declaring that the "Next Big Thing" has yet to live up to his promise of ridding him. He said that while he wants nothing more than to get his hands on Lesnar, Henry and even him. And he knows when he'll be able to do that. Cena then announced to the world that on October 29th, the night after Hell in a Cell, he will make his return to Monday Night RAW. "And whatever is left of Brock Lesnar and Mark Henry after CM Punk takes care of them, I will be more than glad to finish what I started. And once they're gone, it will be your turn, Heyman. And make no mistakes about it, on October 29th, I'm coming to kick your ass," said Cena before leaving the interview. Heyman stood in the ring, not appearing to be phased by any of Cena's comments.
- Returning from the commercial break, a recap of John Cena's interview was shown, including the interruption from Paul Heyman. As we learned at the conclusion of the segment, Cena will be making his return on October 29th, and has made it clear that he is returning with a vengeance and that Brock Lesnar, Mark Henry and Paul Heyman are right in his sights.
- WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPION JOE HENNIG W/ TED DIBIASE DEF. DARREN YOUNG W/ TITUS O'NEIL: Prior to the start of the bout, a graphic was shown that confirmed the WWE Tag Team Championship match between Wrestling Royalty and the Prime Time Players in three weeks at Hell in a Cell. With the WWE Universe now firmly behind the champions due to their actions as of late, Joe Hennig managed to finish off Darren Young with a Perfect Plex to grab the victory.
- Hennig received a great reaction from the audience as he stood to his feet, Ted DiBiase handing him his WWE Tag Team Championship. Wrestling Royalty stood tall in the ring with their gold as Titus O'Neil assisted his teammate out of the ring. DiBiase and Hennig stared down the Prime Time Players, looking towards the championship match at Hell in a Cell.
- Backstage, CM Punk was shown in the locker room area preparing for his Steel Cage match with Mark Henry later tonight. Josh Mathews soon approached Punk, asking for his thoughts on tonight's huge main event. Punk said that many would perhaps think that he is delusional for agreeing to face Henry in a Steel Cage match just three weeks before he is set to meet Brock Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell. But for him, tonight is an opportunity. "I realize that stepping into a Steel Cage with the 'World's Strongest Man' will be far from an easy task. But it allows me the chance to prove a point to two people in particular. The first being Brock Lesnar, obviously. I know Lesnar is out there somewhere watching, and I want him to witness just what I can do a behemoth like Henry when I'm locked inside a structure. The second person is Paul Heyman. As much as I respect Paul for everything that he has ever done for me in this business, he needs to witness what I can do as well. And he'll have that opportunity when he is at ringside tonight, watching as I dismantle one of his beasts tonight, and the other in three weeks."
- Returning to RAW, General Manager Brad Maddox, Vickie Guerrero and NXT General Manager Ricardo Rodriguez were all shown in the ring for a meeting in regards to the Queen of NXT, Raquel Diaz, and her future title opportunity at the Divas Championship. The theme of Eve hit as the Divas Champion made her way down to the ring, along with Maddox's Assisting Supervisor, Summer Rae. The two stepped into the ring, greeting everyone. Maddox started things off, reminding everyone that last week, Eve named Raquel Diaz the No. 1 contender for the Divas Championship, and the WWE Universe responded with criticism. Eve said that the fans may be against her decision, but she stands by it, stating that Raquel is a very formidable challenger and she looks forward to defending her title against the Queen of NXT. As Vickie could be seen applauding Eve in the background, Maddox said that he doesn't have much of an issue with the decision as well, saying that he looks forward to Eve and Raquel's match, whenever it may be. Maddox asked both Vickie and Summer if they had any objections, the two having none. Finally, Maddox asked Ricardo if he approves of the match. The NXT General Manager stepped forward, saying that he does. "As the General Manager of NXT, I have the opportunity to watch Raquel perform every week on my show. And even though she may be the Queen of NXT, I honestly don't believe that she is entirely deserving of something as prestigious as a Divas Championship match," said Ricardo. Vickie lashed out at him, saying that it doesn't matter what he says anyways. Maddox interrupted Vickie, saying that it unfortunately does matter what Ricardo says. "He's the General Manager of NXT, which means that he has control of Raquel's contract. If he denies her the match, then there's nothing I can do," said Maddox. Vickie became infuriated, as did Eve and Summer Rae. Ricardo then told Maddox that he didn't inform him of this initially, but he did invite someone else to this meeting.
- As the rest of the participants in the meeting were confused by Ricardo's statement, things were soon clear as the theme of Paige hit. The audience responded positively as for the first time ever, the "Anti Diva" made her way out to the stage on Monday Night RAW. Divas Champion Eve, Summer and Vickie all became infuriated at the sight of Paige, yelling at Ricardo. She soon stepped into the ring, quickly coming face to face with Eve, who she first met a few weeks back on NXT. Ricardo said that while he doesn't believe that Raquel is deserving a title shot, he would like to suggest Paige for that opportunity. Before Maddox could respond, Eve took the microphone from him and immediately shot down the challenge, saying that Paige is nothing more than disrespectful, bratty English punk. Paige laughed at Eve's description of her, saying that it's nice to know that she left a lasting impression after scaring the crap out of her on NXT. "Hello, Summer. It's also nice to see that you managed to get all of those portrait remains out of your little barbie hair," said Paige towards the Assisting Supervisor, making reference to the smashing of a portrait over her head a few weeks back. Paige then turned her attention to Vickie, simply saying "And you.....I'll deal with you this Wednesday." Eve then had enough of Paige, shouting at Maddox to get her out of the ring. "And why is that you hate me, Eve? Is it because you know that if I had the opportunity, I would accomplish what you wrongfully took away from AJ?" asked Paige. Eve became further angered, telling Paige never to mention "her" name again, referring to AJ Lee. Paige then told Vickie that this Wednesday is going to be very special for her. "Because I already defeated your daughter, so it will be incredibly satisfying to defeat her grandmot- I mean, her mum," she said. Vickie responded by shouting "Excuse me!?" Paige continued to get under the skin of Vickie, saying that it's up to her to defend her daughter's honor. "And you know, you're really defending a lot for Raquel in two nights. You're defending her honor, her reputation and her pride. You may as well defend something else of hers. Maybe her Divas Championship match?" asked Paige. Vickie was hesitant at first, telling Paige that she would never put something like that on the line. While Eve and Summer were backing Vickie, Paige continued to push her buttons even further. "Come on, Vickie. You're making it quite obvious that you are afraid of me. You know that this Wednesday, I'm going to defeat you with ease. You know that you don't stand a chance against me, and you would never want to crush your little queen's heart by costing her a shot at the Divas Championship. Just admit that you're a coward, Vickie." At that point, Vickie became so infuriated with Paige that she accepted her challenge. "You want it?! Fine! If you beat me on the iPPV this Wednesday, then you can have Raquel's title shot and you will be the No. 1 contender," said Vickie as the audience popped, Eve and Summer quickly questioning her. Paige was all smiles as she made her way out of the ring, pushing Vickie into receiving what she wanted. If Paige defeats Vickie on NXT's iPPV this Wednesday, then she will become the new No. 1 contender for Eve's Divas Championship.
- A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. CM Punk meets Mark Henry in a Steel Cage match, later tonight on RAW.
- Returning to Monday Night RAW, a recap of the previous segment was shown as we learned that this Wednesday on NXT's iPPV, the stakes have now been raised for Paige and Vickie Guerrero's match. If Paige is successful, then she will become the new No. 1 contender for the Divas Championship. The commentators then briefly discussed this situation, JBL saying that unless Vickie can come up with something quick for Wednesday, Paige could be on her way to a match with Eve. Michael Cole then turned the attention to RAW's newest superstar, Fandango. Recently, Fandango has refused to make his debut due to frustrations with how others pronounce his name. Cole said that apparently, it irritated Fandango to the point where he did not just refuse to debut here tonight, but he refused to be here at all. However, Fandango will be present on RAW next week, and perhaps we could finally see the smooth superstar make his debut.
- KANE DEF. BRODUS CLAY W/ BRAY WYATT AND TENSAI: After being on the recipient of a vicious beat down at the hands of the Church of Wyatt, Kane had his opportunity at a hint of revenge against Brodus Clay. Bray Wyatt watched the match from a rocking chair on the stage, Tensai standing next to him. As Brodus was attempting a Running Splash, Kane was able to grasp his throat, planting him with a huge Chokeslam to pick up the victory.
- The closing bell sounded as Kane stood to his feet, taking a moment to stare down at Brodus before turning his attention to Bray Wyatt on the stage. The "Big Red Monster" then performed his signature pyro taunt, Wyatt simply staring back at the face of a monster. One down, two more to go for Kane as he looks to decimate the Church of Wyatt one by one.
- Backstage, Mark Henry was shown making his way down a corridor along with Paul Heyman. The "World's Strongest Man" meets CM Punk in a Steel Cage match, up next in our main event!
- A promo was shown for Hell in a Cell, live Sunday October 28th, only on Pay-Per-View.
- Returning to Monday Night RAW, the lights in the arena dimmed as the Steel Cage structure slowly descended from the ceiling. Throughout this, the commentary unit noted that we will see another structure lower to the ground in three weeks at Hell in a Cell for CM Punk and Brock Lesnar. But tonight, it is a different structure and a different monster that lies ahead of Punk.
- STEEL CAGE MATCH - CM PUNK DEF. MARK HENRY W/ PAUL HEYMAN: An incredible Steel Cage match to wrap things up for Monday Night RAW just three weeks away from Hell in a Cell. Throughout most of the match, Mark Henry looked to be in control as he manhandled CM Punk. Eventually, Punk was able to dodge a Splash out of the corner, striking Henry with numerous kicks. After delivering a Roundhouse Kick, Punk got the cover on Henry, but only managed to gain a two count. Punk then climbed onto the top rope, diving off and landing in Henry's clutches. Henry planted him with the World's Strongest Slam, but did not immediately go for the cover. Instead, Henry asked for the the door to be opened. Rather than stepping out, he asked Paul Heyman for a steel chair. Heyman gladly handed one over to Henry, who placed the chair on Punk's ankle. The "World's Strongest Man" stepped onto the second rope, looking to crush Punk's ankle and induct him into the Hall of Paine. Luckily, Punk was able to move out of harm's way in time. After Henry inadvertently stomped on the mat, he tweaked his ankle slightly. This gave Punk an opening, taking the steel chair and throwing it towards the top of Henry's skull. Punk picked the chair back up, delivering numerous shots to Henry's back and legs. With Henry down on both knees, Punk delivered one final Roundhouse Kick. With Henry laid out on the canvas, Punk began to scale the cage, the commentators assuming that he was looking to climb out. However, Punk has something else in mind. He stood at the top of the cage, staring down at Henry's motionless body. Punk then pointed to the sky, making it clear what his intentions were. Soon thereafter, Punk leaped off the top of the cage and landed an Elbow Drop onto Henry! The Sacramento audience erupted as Punk slowly draped his arm over Henry, finally getting the victory.
- The audience continued to go wild for Punk as he slowly stood to his feet, raising his arms in the air after a hellacious battle with the "World's Strongest Man." Paul Heyman appeared to be shocked as well following Punk's massive Elbow Drop, which was replayed several times. Heyman stepped into the ring, tending to his fallen client along with other officials. Punk once again climbed to the top of the cage, spreading his arms out in front of the entire WWE Universe. He then glanced back at Heyman, faintly saying "Your other monster is next," sending a message to Brock Lesnar that he has what it takes to defeat him inside Hell in a Cell in three weeks!
