Kurt Angle vs Cody Rhodes for next week on Smackdown I definitely cannot wait for but if anything I wonder what kind of match they can realistically have? But I wonder if it will just be a regular match or a stipulation match?
But as for Batista vs Randy Orton at Battleground, I just can't wait until this match happens because I am sure these 2 will tear each other apart
Ziggler beating Orton by DQ because of Ambrose getting involved makes pure sense given their match at Battleground but at the same time Ambrose just continues to prove why he is such a threat to Ziggler's World Title reign
Nikki Bella moving on to the semi-finals by beating Alicia Fox, the semi-finals look great especially with Kaitlyn taking on Natalya and Nikki going up against AJ, and the finals of course being at Battleground with the winner taking on WWE Divas Champion Paige at WrestleMania 29, it just looks great, yes I too hope for a Kaitlyn/AJ final or even a Triple Threat at Mania with Kaitlyn, AJ, and Paige
Daniel Bryan & WWE Tag Team Champions Wrestling Royalty beating God's Gifts members Del Rio, Sandow and Cesaro, definitely loved the 6-man tag main event because it gives Bryan even more momentum as the Royal Rumble winner
Big E Langston destroying all of 3MB, I loved it, just love it seeing Big E. just dismantle all 3 members of 3MB, it puts him over huge as a huge threat on the Smackdown roster
Gabriel turning heel on Kidd, I would have expected Kidd to turn heel on Gabriel but seeing as how Gabriel was heel in the past when he was a part of Nexus and The Corre he just makes a better heel than Kidd ever would any day of the week
But the end of Smackdown with the contract signing and the no-contact rule but Rhodes finding his way around it was great

Poor ANTIRyan, Paige lost the Diva's Championship just as he changed his name. It is all your fault, sir. Don't even Snitsky me. It is. A good start to the show with the Smackdown General Manager, Edge, and the interruption from Randy Orton leading to the opening contest. Expected finish with this match by having Dean Ambrose attack Dolph Ziggler. He won't win at Battleground, unfortunately. Ambrose, you so silly and crazy. Spaghetti. Nikki Bella defeating Alicia Fox is fine. I don't really give a poop, because we are going to see Paige versus AJ Lee, damn it! Great first hour main event in six man tag team action. Good to see Bryan and Wrestling Royalty pick up the victory, giving them some momentum into Battleground. Haha, Slater. Get boned by Big E Langston. YESSSAUHHH I SAYSSS WEEE WILLL NOT BE DISRESPECTED WEEEE WILL NOT BE STOPPED WEE WILL NOT BE... Ahem. Take that 3MB. Kind of a blah tag team match here, but The Prime Time Players getting the win was the best call. Justin Gabriel turning, eh? We'll see what happens. Him and Kidd would certainly put on good matches. God's Gifts being vicious with Kurt Angle! NO IN' MERCY! I HOPE HE GETS A BROKEN FREAKIN' NECK AGAIN! Twas quite a good episode of Smackdown.

Dont see Edge as a GM, liked the idea initially but now not so sure. He's not doing enough he could be replaced by any face. Also being on every show he's losing his appeal.
So like the idea of a down the middle authority figure but think Edge is the wrong guy.
Ziegler/Orton a big match to kick off the show and like the beat down from Ambrose afterwards. Liked how later in the night you went back to Orton/Batista that little backstage piece keeps it fresh it was smart.
Like that your using guys like Kidd & Gabriel.
The 6 man just came across to me as a way to get everyone on the show and give them something to do.
Like the no contact stip for Angle and Cody, loved the first half 3/4 of the contract signing the promos were first class don't think you needed the attack the promos were that intense. Also Cody didn't make contact but that was still pretty weak.
Overall show was still strong with the good out weighing the negative by a lot.

| February 11th, 2013 Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN Battleground is live this Sunday on Pay-Per-View!
After the signature WWE intro, cameras cut to the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, where The Wyatt Family was shown in the ring as the audience showered the stable with boos. Bray Wyatt said that in six days, he and his family members go to war with four of the sculptors of the empire. "Ric Flair, the aging warrior who still wields his sword. The man who lives in a sea of vanity parishes at our hands. Triple H. The 'King of Kings.' The overseer of the landscape became the bearer of my punishment at the Royal Rumble. Hunter did everything in his power. He battered my family members, he drew blood from my cranium, he pierced the flesh of the vulture! And yet, he became the hunted and is crawling back to his predator. John Cena....." said Wyatt as the audience gave a mixed reaction. "The man who preaches the values of hustle, loyalty and respect to those are still willing to listen. What John does not realize is that number declines second-by-second whenever I hold this microphone. Some day soon, John, you will be speaking to an non-existent audience. You're going to war with the world on your side, and you're coming out a broken man with nothing to his name. And then there's everyone's hero! The oh so 'Great One,' The Rock!" said Wyatt, a huge pop breaking out for the mention of Rock. "The old story of the man who believes that there is still fight left in him. He still believes that he has the attention of the masses. What The Rock fails to realize is that the millions and millions are no longer chanting his name. Instead, they are looking up to sky and following the buzzards! The roar of the crowd that used to act as music to his ears now sing along with me! He's got the whole world in his hands," sang Wyatt as a portion of the audience joined him.
Suddenly, the entrance music of SmackDown's Cody Rhodes hit to the surprise of the audience. Rhodes made his way down to the ring with God's Gifts, the four of them coming face-to-face with The Wyatt Family. Rhodes stated that he understands that the merger of RAW and SmackDown isn't for another week, but he could not pass up the opportunity to see what the WWE Universe has been buzzing about. "I was never impressed when watching you four, and now that I am standing across from you, Bray, I'm still not impressed," said Rhodes. "God's Gifts is the superior unit in the WWE. We are all world class athletes. You guys are just scum," added the "Prince of Pro Wrestling." Wyatt laughed to himself before asking Rhodes who he thought he was fooling. "Superior? Cody, without a shiny accolade on your waist, the messenger is preaching for no reason. You brag about breaking a man's neck? I'm about to bring this whole empire down! Look at these people here. They're all mine! I've got them in the palm of my hands, and you have nothing. I am the true gift from God! To many people, I am God! To the rest, I am the devil himself! There is no one more powerful than my family, and we will prove that in WarGames while your unit falls and bows to mine!" shouted an enraged Wyatt towards Rhodes.
As the stare down between The Wyatt Family and God's Gifts continued, the theme music of John Cena hit. Cena made his way out to the stage along with Triple H and Ric Flair, two of his teammates in the WarGames match at Battleground on Sunday. However, they weren't alone as they were followed by Daniel Bryan, Kurt Angle and the WWE Tag Team Champions, Wrestling Royalty. Fifteen of the sixteen WarGames combatants were present as Cena said that this was a sight to see. "A ring full of men who will be sorely disappointed come Battleground," he said as the audience popped for the comment. He added that after Sunday, the WWE will be clean of the infections that are The Wyatt Family and God's Gifts. And on the Road to WrestleMania, this couldn't have come at a better time. As Cena was speaking, the crowd cheered wildly for Daniel Bryan. In response, Cena handed his microphone to the 2013 Royal Rumble winner. "You know, all of you in the ring speak about the WWE Universe creating a movement. Bray, you believe it's the movement of The Wyatt Family. Cody, you see it as the movement of yourself, perhaps. But in reality, I think that we can call this the Yes Movement!" he said as the audience chanted "Yes!" thunderously. "And with the WWE Universe behind me, as well as Angle, Hennig, DiBiase, Cena, Flair, Hunter and The Rock, will we be able to wipe the eight of you out at Battleground? Yes! Yes! Yes!" said Bryan. Ric Flair then took the microphone, the RAW General Manager saying that while everyone is looking forward to Battleground, we still have to get through tonight. So in that ring, there will be a special interpromotional Six Man Tag Team match. Bray Wyatt, Cody Rhodes and Alberto Del Rio against John Cena, Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan! The audience roared for the announcement as Rhodes frantically picked his microphone up, telling Flair that there is a no-contact rule between he and Angle. "Oh, so now you care about it," said Flair. He then told Rhodes that the ruling does not apply in matches. Rhodes was livid as a huge smile came over Angle's face, knowing that he will be able to get his hands on the "Prince of Pro Wrestling" before their match this Friday on SmackDown. A huge Six Man Tag match has been set tonight, six days away from Battleground!
NON-TITLE MATCH WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS WRESTLING ROYALTY DEF. LUKE HARPER AND ERICK ROWAN When RAW returned from the commercial break, Wrestling Royalty and The Wyatt Family were battling it out as Michael Cole stated that Ric Flair had just announced this match moments ago. On day 314 of their reign, Ted DiBiase and Joe Hennig found themselves in trouble against the red-hot Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. With momentum heading into Battleground on the line, both teams were in need of a victory. After Hennig Clotheslined Rowan and himself over the top rope, Harper began to size up DiBiase for a Discus Lariat. As he was attempting to hit it, DiBiase dodged the shot and rolled up Harper for the win.
The WWE Universe erupted as Ted DiBiase rolled out of the ring, he and Joe Hennig being handed back their WWE Tag Team Championships. They made their way up the entrance ramp, having just overcome two members of The Wyatt Family. They raised the titles high in the air, still on the road to becoming the longest reigning WWE Tag Team Champions of all time on March 1st.
A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. John Cena will team with Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan to take on Bray Wyatt, Cody Rhodes and Alberto Del Rio. That match is still to come later tonight on RAW!
A promo was shown for NXT ArRival, live on WWE.com February 27th!
RYBACK DEF. ZACK RYDER With Rusev and Lana not in attendance tonight, Ryback was looking to unleash his anger out on whoever stood in his way. Unfortunately for Zack Ryder, that just happened to be him. Ryback was able to demolish "Long Island Iced Z," delivering two Meathook Clotheslines and a Shell Shocked to grab the victory.
Ryback stood to his feet at the sound of the bell as the Nashville audience cheered him. "Big Hungry" immediately took a microphone, saying that in the year that has been feasting on the competition, no one has gotten under his skin quite like Rusev and Lana. "The two have quartered themselves in Russia so Rusev can begin training for our match at Battleground. What Rusev does not realize is that there is no preparation possible when your opponent is an entire nation," said Ryback as the audience cheered him on. "You're not just standing across the ring from Ryback. You're standing across America. And at Battleground, I will wave our banner as I put you down once and for all. America has spoken. Feed us more! Feed us more!" shouted Ryback as the WWE Universe chanted along with him. Can Ryback bring honor to American by defeating the unstoppable Rusev, Sunday at Battleground?
Backstage, John Cena was shown in the locker room area when Triple H walked in, the COO saying that he needed to talk to Cena. "Yeah, we do. Let's look at who was out there earlier. Myself, you, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle, Daniel Bryan, Wrestling Royalty, God's Gifts, The Wyatt Family. Who am I missing?" said Cena. Hunter said that he understands that Cena is upset over The Rock being absent again. "I spoke to The Rock and he assured me that he would be here," said Hunter. "Great. So we can partially count on Dwayne, right?" Cena added. Hunter responded by saying that everything will be fine. "You have Angle and Bryan out there tonight, and on Sunday, you're going to have myself, Flair and Rock with you in WarGames," said the COO.
A shot of Wade Barrett at his home in Tampa was shown as he prepares for an interview with Michael Cole via satellite, next live on RAW!
A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown. Two days before Battleground, Kurt Angle and Cody Rhodes will finally meet in a rematch from Survivor Series. What will happen when one of SmackDown's most personal rivalries in history comes to a head? SmackDown, this Friday on SyFy.
Returning to Monday Night RAW, Michael Cole was shown standing in the ring as it was now time for him to conduct an interview with Wade Barrett via satellite. Before starting the interview, a video package was shown to recap Barrett's recent run-ins with the "Beast Incarnate," Brock Lesnar. At the Royal Rumble, Lesnar would cost Barrett the WWE Championship in a Handicap match against Paul Heyman and the current champion, CM Punk. The following night on RAW, Lesnar viciously assaulted Barrett and delivered an F-5 ribs-first into the steel ring post. "Ladies and gentlemen, joining us from his home in Tampa, Wade Barrett," said Cole as we returned to the live feed. Barrett was shown on the titantron as the audience went wild for the former WWE Champion. Cole thanked Barrett for his time before asking for an update on his condition. Barrett said that he suffered a fractured rib and internal bleeding, but is quickly recovering. "And what's pushing and motivating me to get back in the ring is my hunger for revenge against Brock Lesnar. Lesnar not only cost me the WWE Championship, but also the opportunity to headline back-to-back WrestleManias," said Barrett. As Cole was about to ask another question, he was interrupted by the arrival of Paul Heyman. The audience showered Heyman with boos as he stepped into the ring, telling Cole that he would take over the interview. Heyman looked directly at the titantron as Barrett could be seen fuming at the sight of him. "Mr. Barrett, I have a question for you. Why on earth would you want to step into this ring with my client, Brock Lesnar, after what he did to at both the Royal Rumble and RAW the night after?" asked Heyman. Barrett said that it's because he is not afraid of Lesnar. "Yes, Lesnar manhandled me like no one else. That doesn't scare me, though, because I know that I could return the favor and manhandle him like no one else. If I ever......" said Barrett as he stopped himself to reevaluate his choice of words. "......When I get my hands on Lesnar, I will extract far more punishment on him than he did to me," said Barrett. Heyman responded by saying that Barrett should not allow the need for revenge to get in the way of his judgment. "The reason I say that, Wade, is because Brock Lesnar will be here on Monday Night RAW next week. So if you know what is best for your health, I would advise that you stay far away," said Heyman. Barrett chuckled to himself before telling Heyman that if Lesnar is going to be at RAW next week, then so will he. Barrett removed his microphone and threw it to the ground before leaving the interview. Next week, both Brock Lesnar and Wade Barrett will be in the arena for RAW!
DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS TOURNAMENT SEMI-FINALS KAITLYN DEF. NATALYA The first match in the Semi-Finals of the tournament to determine Paige's challenger for the Divas Championship at WrestleMania. This turned out to be the best match of the tournament thus far as both Kaitlyn and Natalya were determined to advance to the finals at Battleground. As Natalya was attempting to lock in the Sharpshooter, Kaitlyn was able to kick her away. Natalya bounced off of the ring apron, taking a bit of time to get to her feet. Upon doing so, Kaitlyn drilled her with a Spear to pick up the win.
Boos emerged from the Nashville audience as Kaitlyn stood to her feet, being declared the winner and officially advancing to the Finals at Battleground. Divas Champion, Paige, who was at ringside, stood up from her chair and raised the title high in the air. Kaitlyn stared endlessly at the title, motioning for it as she hopes to earn a rematch on the grandest stage of them all. The updated bracket was shown as this Friday on SmackDown, AJ Lee will battle Nikki Bella in the other Semi-Finals match. Who will meet Kaitlyn in the Finals on Sunday?
Backstage, Derrick Bateman and Maxine were shown walking down a corridor when Josh Mathews approached them, asking Bateman if he could get a quick word with him. "It better be quick, Johnny," said Bateman. Mathews asked the number one contender for the United States Championship why he tried to pay off Rob Van Dam last week for the title. "Someone told me he likes green stuff," said Bateman. He then said that he has somewhere to be right now. "And by somewhere, I mean my United States Championship celebration," he said before leaving. "......But you're not the champion" said Mathews after Bateman had left.
At this time, the entrance music of Derrick Bateman hit as he and Maxine made their way down to the ring. Bateman was wearing a suit with the infamous American flag pants from NXT a number of years ago, in honor of his "United States Championship Celebration." Bateman took a microphone as he thanked the WWE Universe for being in attendance for a historic night here on RAW. "No, historic doesn't even do it justice. This is....monumental. This is bigger than Hulk Hogan slamming Andre the Giant! Bigger than the Attitude Era! Bigger than any other event in WWE history. Because ladies and gentlemen, Derrick Bateman is your new United States Champion!" said Bateman as the audience booed. Even Maxine appeared to be annoyed by this unfitting celebration as Bateman's title opportunity is still six days away on the Battleground Kickoff. "I was going to give a speech and thank some people, but then I realized that I only have myself to thank, so I had a better idea," said Bateman before he was interrupted by the sound of Rob Van Dam's entrance music. The WWE Universe erupted as the actual United States Champion headed down to the ring. "Whoa, dude. Slow it down there. Last time I checked, I'm still the United States Champion," said Van Dam. Bateman responded by saying that he's just holding the title for now. The entire world knows what will happen on Sunday. "But since you're here, Rob, you can stay for the rest of my celebration," stated Bateman. He then said that his idea for a celebration will bring a tear to the eyes of everyone watching right now. "Maxine, may I have this dance?" said Bateman as he extended his hand. Maxine looked to be repulsed as he shouted at Bateman, declining his offer. "Remember who pays you," said Bateman. Maxine then angrily grabbed Bateman's hand, accepting his dance offer. The two began to dance as the lights dimmed, Bateman enjoying himself while Maxine tried to keep her distance. Rob Van Dam watched from a corner as the WWE Universe continued to boo the "celebration." Bateman then dipped Maxine as he stared at her, moving closing to her. "No, no, no," said Maxine repeatedly while shaking her head. Bateman didn't listen, though, he planted a kiss onto her! Maxine pushed Bateman away before slapping him, the two beginning to argue. Maxine then left the ring as Bateman picked up his microphone, firing her! "You don't know how lucky you were to be in the same ring as the new United States Champion!" shouted Bateman. What he never realized was that Rob Van Dam was positioned on the top rope. When Bateman turned around, Van Dam descended with a leaping kick! Bateman remained down as Van Dam stepped back onto the top rope, coming down with a Five Star Frog Splash! Van Dam raised the United States Championship high in the air, spoiling the "celebration" for Bateman.
ROMAN REIGNS DEF. FANDANGO With Roman Reigns heading into a No Disqualifications, No Count-Outs match against Seth Rollins at Battleground, the "One Man Army" was looking to pick up as much momentum as he could. As Fandango was going for the Top Rope Leg Drop, Reigns managed to move out of harm's way. When Fandango stood to his feet, he was taken down with a Superman Punch! The WWE Universe roared with excitement as Reigns let out a howl before taking Fandango down with a Spear for the victory.
Roman Reigns stood to his feet as the audience cheered him on, the commentary unit pointing out that Reigns is quickly becoming one of the hottest stars in the WWE today. As Reigns was stepping off of the second rope, he was ambushed by Seth Rollins! Rollins stomped away on Reigns before kicking him to the outside. As the "One Man Army" was trying to get to his feet, Rollins delivered a Blackout, Reigns' head bouncing off of the floor! Rollins took a microphone, telling the unconscious Reigns that their match at Battleground is a joke. "I had two chances to finish you off, and for some reason, I wasn't able. This Sunday, I finally get the job done. With no disqualifications and no count-outs, I will take all of your potential to be the WWE's next mega star and watch it go down the drain," said Rollins. He threw the microphone down and stood tall over Reigns, the crowd booing him relentlessly.
A graphic was shown for the Six Man Tag Team match pitting John Cena, Kurt Angle and Daniel Bryan against Bray Wyatt, Cody Rhodes and Alberto Del Rio. That match is coming up next on RAW!
A promo was shown for Battleground, live this Sunday on Pay-Per-View!
JOHN CENA, DANIEL BRYAN AND KURT ANGLE VS. BRAY WYATT, CODY RHODES AND ALBERTO DEL RIO ENDED IN A NO CONTEST An absolutely electric interpromotional match here on RAW. The crowd was hot throughout it, especially when Daniel Bryan was the legal man for the face team. Bryan was soon facing turmoil against Bray Wyatt, who punished him for a bit. After Bryan hit Wyatt with a leaping Clothesline, he began to crawl toward his corner as Kurt Angle had his hand out. Bryan made the hot tag to Angle as the audience erupted. Wyatt had tagged in Rhodes, who refused to get into the ring. Angle grabbed Rhodes and brought him in, repeatedly striking him! "Angle finally has Rhodes!" shouted Michael Cole as the crowd continued to go wild for the encounter. Rhodes found a bit of offense after raking the eyes of Angle, attempting to hit the Disaster Kick. Angle dodged it and planted Rhodes with a German Suplex before applying the Ankle Lock! The hold was in tightly on Rhodes before the signature of The Wyatt Family hit. When the lights came back on, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan and Kane were shown in the ring.
Upon seeing The Wyatt Family, Kurt Angle released the Ankle Lock as he rolled out of the ring, joining John Cena and Daniel Bryan at ringside. Alberto Del Rio stepped into the ring as Antonio Cesaro and Damien Sandow ran down to join him, the three God's Gifts members getting into the faces of the three Wyatt Family members. "What are you peasants doing? We don't need you!" shouted Del Rio. The crowd began cheer as it appeared that the two units were on the verge of a brawl. Del Rio then delivered a slap across the face of Kane, who retaliated with an uppercut! Cesaro went after Harper while Sandow went after Rowan, a huge fight ensuing! "The Wyatt Family and God's Gifts! They're going at it!" shouted Cole on commentary. The WWE Universe roared with excitement as Rowan took Sandow out to ringside, throwing him into the barricade. Kane and Del Rio's brawl also spilled to the outside, Del Rio slamming the head of the "Big Red Machine" off of the announce table. Back in the ring, Cesaro was able to dodge a Big Boot from Harper before taking him down by his legs. Those in the audience who weren't already standing did so as Cesaro delivered the Cesaro Swing to Harper! Rowan slid into the ring and broke it up before the rest of the two stables did so as well. Cody Rhodes and Bray Wyatt tried to restore order, separating their respective stables. After doing so, Cena, Angle and Bryan all slid back into the ring as Triple H, Ric Flair and Wrestling Royalty ran down the entrance ramp. An even bigger brawl broke out among fifteen of the sixteen WarGames participants. The picture was soon completed as the entrance music of The Rock hit! The roof came off of the Bridgstone Arena as the "Great One" ran down to the ring, trading blows with Bray Wyatt! "This is the kind of carnage that we will see this Sunday at Battleground!" said Michael Cole to sign us off.

Once again, you write an amazing Bray Wyatt. Now that I think about it, maybe you should be concerned that you can channel your inner Bray. It's scary. Ooh. God's Gifts and the Wyatts facing off. Similar to Wyatts/Shield. John Cena handing the microphone to Daniel Bryan had a realistic touch to it. Interesting interpromotional main event. I swear, Wrestling Royalty is never going to lose the Tag Team Titles. However, if they do, I really wonder what you have planned next for them. The Ryback squash was cool and I'm actually looking forward to his match with Rusev. Interesting that there's still tension between Cena and the Rock. Glad for it too after WrestleMania last year. The satellite interview was well done and I can't wait to see Barrett and Brock in the same building together. I still see Kaitlyn and AJ in the finals. And I still want that Kaitlyn/AJ/Paige threesome. Leave it to Derrick Bateman to throw a United States Title celebration party before he wins it. Another character that you do an awesome job with. The Roman Reigns/Seth Rollins rivalry has been executed greatly and I would love to see it extend to WrestleMania in some fashion. John Cena, Daniel Bryan and Kurt Angle is a ridiculously good team. Having the main event end in a no contest was wise, as it keeps everyone strong and really makes the whole War Games carnage thing work. The Rock appearing at the end was cool as the ending reminded me of the Attitude Era. I was going to ask about CM Punk again but I did my research and saw that he's healing up and won't be defending the belt until WrestleMania. Cool. Another good show bro.

Loved how you opened up RAW with the Wyatt Family talking about WarGames more importantly Bray Wyatt and then they are interrupted by Cody Rhodes and God's Gifts of Smackdown, 2 heel stables in the ring at the same time, I was expecting a powder keg here and these 2 stables just going at it, yes it is similar to the Wyatts/Shield and seeing Wyatt, Kane, Harper and Rowan in the same ring with Rhodes, Del Rio, Cesaro, and Sandow it gave me goosebumps that's for sure but in a good way
And all of this being interrupted by Cena, Triple H and Ric Flair, definitely loved it and it all setting up tonight's main event, John Cena teaming up with the 2013 Royal Rumble Match winner Daniel Bryan and his old nemesis Kurt Angle to take on the team of Bray Wyatt, Alberto Del Rio and Cody Rhodes, can't wait for this Interpromotional main event
WWE Tag Team Champions Wrestling Royalty DiBiase and Hennig beating Wyatt Family members Harper and Rowan, just goes to show us that DiBiase & Hennig are just in a class of their own, they are what tag team wrestling is all about, they have been for 314 days turning away challenge after challenge beating any tag team that comes their way and they are on a collision course with history if they can make it to March 1st and become the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team Champions of all time but will they be able to get there? Or will a team finally dethrone them as champions?
Ryback beating Zack Ryder, can't say that I am surprised considering Ryback needs all the momentum he can get seeing as how he is facing Rusev at Battleground but also Ryder he has never been the same ever since turning heel, he has been on a downward spiral when you think about it but as for Ryback vs Rusev at Battleground, I love it, the idea of USA vs Russia with Ryback carrying the flag for a whole nation representing America itself while Rusev represents Russia, can't wait to see those 2 behemoths go at it
Cena understandably upset about Rock not being at RAW because he is hardly ever here anymore and the fact that he has to team with Rock at Battleground, how can he, Triple H or even Flair for that matter count on Rock? Triple H keeping in contact with The Rock his old nemesis I wonder if they can truly trust one another?
Loved Barrett's interview only for him to be interrupted by Brock Lesnar's advocate and agent Paul Heyman, just intensifies this rivalry when you think about it because Lesnar he manhandled Wade Barrett in a way that he has never been manhandled before, Lesnar brutalized Barrett, destroyed him and I am sure Barrett thinks about that every single day he thinks about if and when him and Lesnar are ever in the ring together just what could happen? Lesnar at RAW next week, I can't wait, and Barrett saying he will also be in attendance, these 2 will tear each other apart
Kaitlyn beating Natalya in the WWE Divas Championship Semi-Finals, Kaitlyn is in the final now, I wonder just who she will face in the final? Will she face her former best friend/bitter rival AJ Lee? Or will she face Nikki Bella of the Bella Twins? Either way I can't wait to see the WWE Divas Championship Final at Battleground
Yes Bateman is already overconfident that he is going to walk out of Battleground the new WWE United States Champion, isn't he getting a little ahead of himself here?
Roman Reigns beating Fandango, he seems to just be mowing through his opponents but will he be able to do the same thing at Battleground to his opponent Seth Rollins?
Cena, Angle and Bryan vs Wyatt, Del Rio and Rhodes ending in a No Contest, definitely is the right call but The Rock appearing at the end and Rock just laying the Smackdown on all their rudy poo candy asses I loved it

I really haven't commented on this, I guess but I think it's a good time to comment on this, great segment with all the War Games Participants, Cena/Angle and Bryan vs Rhodes/Wyatt and Del Rio is going to be a great match, Nice win for the Wrestling Royalty over Harper and Rowan, also a great squash by Ryback over Ryder and his promo with Rusev for his match at Battleground was epic, hope Ryback kicks Rusev's ass for the USA. USA! USA! USA! USA!. Triple H and Cena backstage segment was nice with Triple H encouraging Cena that The Rock would trust them. A Barrett/Lesnar confrontation, that's surely going to happen at WrestleMania, I can see Barrett winning the match. Good win for Kaitlyn against Natalya. Wondering if it's going to be her vs AJ in the finals. Something tells me that Maxine and Bateman are setting RVD up with Maxine walking out on Bateman, I guarantee that this is going to be a setup. Nice win for Reigns against Fandungo or Fandongo or Fandagayo or Fandunco or Fandonko. Anyway that will build some momentum for Reigns in his No Disqualifaction Battle against Rollins. But the Main Event was very epic after the match with a brawl breaking out between The Wyatts and God's Gifts and also the rest of the War Games Participants until The Rock comes in and cleans house. This was kinda like a Post-Attitude Era brawl to me. Cannot wait for Battleground.

| February 13th, 2013 Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL NXT ArRival is live in two weeks on WWE.com!
After the signature WWE intro, footage from earlier in the day was shown. WWE COO, Triple H, was shown in an office area with Adrian Neville, Alex Riley, Tyler Breeze, Xavier Woods, Adam Cole and Trent Barreta. Hunter thanked the six of them for their time before Riley interrupted, telling "The Game" to hurry up. "I've got places to be and people to shove into lockers!" said Riley. Triple H responded by saying that if he hears one more outburst from Riley, he would receive detention. "Detention? This isn't high school," said Riley. "Good. You're finally realizing that," said Hunter before proceeding. He said that as everyone knows, NXT ArRival is live two weeks from tonight on WWE.com. The reason he called them to his office is because they will be apart of history at ArRival. Triple H then looked underneath a desk and pulled out a briefcase with the NXT logo on it. The six superstars stared at the briefcase, knowing exactly what it was. "At NXT ArRival, the six of you will compete in the first-ever NXT Money in the Bank Ladder match!" said Hunter as the audience could be heard roaring with excitement. He then informed them that they would be in Six-Man Tag Team action later in the evening, so they should begin to prepare for that. All of the superstars left the room, taking their time as they continued to glare at the briefcase that they hope to claim at ArRival.
ADRIAN NEVILLE, ADAM COLE & XAVIER WOODS DEF. TYLER BREEZE, TRENT BARRETA & ALEX RILEY W/ ALEXA BLISS After the huge announcement of the Money in the Bank Ladder match at NXT ArRival, all of the participants were looking to gain momentum heading into the live special in two weeks. After hitting Adam Cole with an Enziguri, Trent Barreta began to crawl toward his corner. However, both Alex Riley and Tyler Breeze stepped off of the ring apron, the two of them looking out for themselves and wanting to remain fresh. Adrian Neville then planted Barreta with a German Suplex before delivering the Red Arrow for the victory.
The Full Sail audience popped as Adrian Neville was joined by Adam Cole and Xavier Woods, the three of them raising each other's arms in victory. Alex Riley stood on the stage with his arm around Alexa Bliss, while Tyler Breeze remained at ringside to talk a bit of trash to the victorious team. Neville, Cole and Woods all glared at each other, knowing that while they were able to work as a team here tonight, it will be every man for himself at NXT ArRival in the brand's first-ever Money in the Bank Ladder match!
A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. The number one contender for the NXT Championship, Sami Zayn, will take on the "Inspirational" Bo Rotundo. That match is still to come later tonight on NXT!
A promo was shown for this Friday's edition of SmackDown. The long-awaited rematch between Kurt Angle and Cody Rhodes will finally take place, and General Manager Edge has laid down the law for the match. If anyone gets involved, they will be subject to immediate termination. SmackDown, this Friday on SyFy.
At this time, the NXT Universe was joined by William Regal and Oliver Grey. The two made their way down to the ring, receiving a great response from the crowd here at Full Sail University. Once in the ring, Regal said that for the past few weeks, he has had to deal with the frustrations of a man named Kenneth Cameron. "Kenneth's issues with me, to my understanding, pertain to me letting down England. I will be the first to admit that my career did not reach the heights that I would have hoped for, so in that regard, I do believe that I have let down my home country. However, I will not stand here and allow someone to call me a complete failure. Kenneth, if you would please, come down to this ring right now," said Regal. A few moments later, Cameron made his entrance. He told Regal that he can continue to try and convince himself otherwise, but the fact is that he is now nothing more than a joke. "And you only prove my point, Regal, by having this pile of rubbish stand in for you," said Cameron, making reference to Grey. Grey stepped in, taking Regal's microphone. He said that he isn't trying to fight Regal's battles for him. "William Regal is a legend in this ring. He doesn't need anyone to fight for him. And by disrespecting him, you have become the real disgrace of the UK, mate. My agenda is to bring pride and honor back to our country by taking you out, Cameron," said Grey. Cameron responded by laughing before delivering a slap across Grey's face! "What are you going to do about that?!" shouted Cameron. Grey retaliated with a strike to Cameron, taking him down and delivering a few more! Cameron soon rolled out of the ring as Grey stood to his feet, Regal and the NXT Universe cheering and applauding. Cameron backed up the entrance ramp as Grey picked the microphone up off of the canvas, challenging Cameron to a match in two weeks at NXT ArRival. Cameron nodded his head while breathing heavily as Regal raised Grey's arm in the ring.
NON-TITLE MATCH RAQUEL DIAZ W/ VICKIE GUERRERO DEF. EMMA W/ SASHA BANKS A rematch from the Finals of the tournament to crown the inaugural NXT Women's Champion, which Emma was able to come out on top of last month. While Vickie Guerrero tried to insert herself into the match several times, Sasha Banks was able to act as the equalizer for the champion. Emma was attempting to deliver a Superplex when Raquel shoved her off of the top rope. As Emma was stirring to her feet, Raquel rolled her up with her feet on the ropes to steal the victory.
Raquel Diaz immediately stood to her feet and was joined by Vickie Guerrero, the two celebrating this huge victory for Raquel that may put her in line for a shot at Emma's NXT Women's Championship. Emma crawled into the corner as she was still a bit out of it after the fall onto the canvas. Raquel saw an opening to further weaken Emma, beginning to approach her. However, Sasha Banks slid into the ring and stood in front of Emma. Banks stared at Raquel and Vickie, looking as if she was going to strike at any time. Banks then shockingly turned around and hit Emma with a Roundhouse Kick! Banks stared down at Emma before turning around as Vickie and Raquel were all smiles, extending their arms out. Banks hugged the both of them before all three raised each other's arms while standing tall over Emma.
Backstage, Renee Young was standing by with the man who will meet Sami Zayn later on tonight, Bo Rotundo. She asked Bo for any thoughts on tonight's main event. "Well, I have to say that I am very impressed with Sami Zayn's in-ring work. Unfortunately for him, I don't see him winning the NXT Championship at NXT ArRival, or defeating me tonight, but that's not what is important. What's important is that Sami tries his hardest and leaves it all out there in the ring. That is what a true competitor. does He fights until the end, and above all else, he Bolieves!" said Bo with a huge grin on his face.
Returning to NXT on ION Television, a recap of the previous segment was shown. After Raquel Diaz scored a victory over the NXT Women's Champion, Emma, Sasha Banks shocked the world by turning on Emma and aligning herself with Raquel and Vickie Guerrero. For what reason would Banks join forces with the two most despised women in NXT?
NON-TITLE MATCH COREY GRAVES & JAKE CARTER DEF. JASON JORDAN & TYE DILLINGER For the second week in a row, Corey Graves and Jake Carter issued an open challenge to any tag team in the world to challenge them. The challenged was answered by Jason Jordan and Tye Dillinger, who put up a valiant effort. However, Graves and Carter were able to continue to dominate the tag team scene after hitting Dillinger with Bottoms Up.
Corey Graves stood to his feet while Jake Carter retrieved the NXT Tag Team Championships at ringside. Graves then took a microphone, saying that he and Carter are tired of the lack of competition around here. "We have taken on all challengers in NXT, and every time, we have proven why we are the best tag team in the world today. We give opportunities for others to show us what they are capable of, and all we get is trash like these two," said Graves. Carter then took the microphone to make an announcement. "We're going to give the world two weeks to prepare. We will issue another open challenge for NXT ArRival. This time, we're putting the NXT Tag Team Championships on the line!" said Carter before throwing the microphone down. Graves and Carter left the ring, issuing an open challenge to any team in the world at NXT ArRival with the Tag Team Titles up for grabs!
Backstage, Sami Zayn was shown walking down a corridor. He meets Bo Rotundo in our main event, next!
A promo was shown for NXT ArRival, live in two weeks on WWE.com!
SAMI ZAYN DEF. BO ROTUNDO A huge main event here on NXT as the Full Sail audience was eager to see Bo Rotundo finally get what he has coming to him. As Zayn was gearing up for the Helluva Kick, Bo rolled out of the ring, heading up the entrance ramp. "That's enough for now, Sami. You did well!" said Bo as he gave Zayn a thumbs up. The audience would soon pop as Richie Steamboat walked down the ramp. He approached Bo, who re-entered the ring to get away from his NXT ArRival opponent. Bo turned around, only to be met with a Helluva Kick, giving Zayn the victory.
The NXT Universe erupted as Sami Zayn stood to his feet, raising his arms in victory. Richie Steamboat made his way back up the entrance ramp, satisfied after getting the upper hand over the man that he meets at NXT ArRival, Bo Rotundo. Zayn continued to celebrate his victory as the commentators mentioned that next week, NXT Champion Kassius Ohno will be present in the Full Sail Arena. What will happen when Ohno and Zayn meet for one final confrontation, one week before ArRival?

Last Raw before Battleground....
Felt like last weeks Raw was the real go home show for the PPV. After last weeks show I was pumped for the PPV and I still am but feel like tonight's show was to get you across the line to the PPV but also test Wyatt's against Gods Gift which went over well for me but I do think it's time you went away from the gang warfare following the PPV.
Surprised the tag match didn't get a bit more hype. Rowan & Harper were behind Real Americans as favourites to become next champs. You've made a great effort recently it seems.
I would put the US title on Bateman.
I'm actually a fan of Rusev & Lana.
Really liked the Cena backstage bit really got his rivalry with Rock over more. Should see coming out of Mania what the future holds for the top of the raw card going into Mania.
Brock/Barrett has built well but and your doing good work with it if I'm being overly critical. Barrett despite being WWE champ feels a level below even with Lesnar losing his couple. But coming out of the rivalry Barrett should be as over as ever.
Reigns and Rollins are 2 guys with big futures ahead of them but in your world they are relatively fresh meat and with me ignoring current day are not over to the extent that you feel they may be yet.
End of Raw was fine more build for the PPV more of a tease between the heels and Rock showing up. Not sure of I would have had Rock show up tonight but either way works. WrestleMania season has brought out some of your best work...
NXT
Quick thoughts. Always impresses me when you come up with original ideas like NXT MITB.
Neville the early favourite for me.
I also see star potential in Cameron and if I ever get to the modern day with TNA is someone I would enjoy booking. For some reason expecting a Regal turn here.
Zayn with the win in the Main was good only trouble is it seems too early in Ohno's reign for Zayn to seem a threat despite how well it's booked but that's fine and their match at Arrival will be mint!
TNA 02-03 is up check it out headlined by Punk v Raven.

| February 15th, 2013 Verizon Arena in Little Rock, AR Battleground is live this Sunday on Pay-Per-View!
After the signature WWE intro, a video package was shown that begin with Kurt Angle and Cody Rhodes' match back at Survivor Series for the World Heavyweight Championship. After a grueling twenty-plus minute contest, Rhodes delivered a Piledriver to Angle. Rhodes followed that up with a second Piledriver, this time onto the floor. After Rhodes covered Angle to get the victory, he stood on the announce table and berated both the WWE Universe and Angle, going as far as to say that he hoped that he was paralyzed. Shots of concerned fans in the audience were shown while Angle was carted out of the arena on a stretcher. The video then faded to black before we could hear the crowd counting down to zero, taking us back to the Royal Rumble a few weeks ago. When the buzzer went off, Angle's entrance music hit. Angle would make his return to the WWE by eliminating all members of God's Gifts from the Royal Rumble match, vowing to get revenge against Rhodes. Tonight, the most personal rematch in SmackDown history takes place. Kurt Angle goes one-on-one with Cody Rhodes, and if anyone is to interfere in the match, they will be terminated on the spot.
Cutting to the Verizon Arena, the entrance music of Randy Orton hit to a chorus of boos. The "Viper" made his way down to the ring as a graphic was shown for his match this Sunday at Battleground against the returning Batista. Once Orton was in the ring, his music faded out as Tyson Kidd's began to play. Kidd furiously marched down to the ring after being betrayed by his former tag team partner, Justin Gabriel, last week here on SmackDown. With Gabriel not here this evening, Kidd has the opportunity to not only take out his frustrations, but perhaps pull off the biggest victory of his career over a former WWE and World Heavyweight Champion.
RANDY ORTON DEF. TYSON KIDD A fantastic contest to kick things off here on SmackDown. The audience was firmly behind Tyson Kidd, who managed to catch Randy Orton by surprise with several near falls. After Orton kicked out of a Tiger Driver, Kidd stepped out onto the ring apron with the intentions of springboarding off of the top rope and hitting a DDT. As Kidd was in mid-air, Orton caught him with an RKO! Kidd was out as Orton got the cover on him for the victory.
The WWE Universe booed heavily as Randy Orton stood to his feet, the "Viper" immediately taking a microphone from ringside. He said that in two days, the world will witness the short-lived return of Dave Batista. "You people are excited to see Batista back in this ring, right? Well I'm telling you all right now that Batista's little comeback does not have a happy ending. In fact, his story only has one chapter. Sunday at Battleground, I will take out Batista and send him back to Hollywood once and for all." Orton threw the microphone onto the canvas before leaving the ring, sending a message to the "Animal" before their encounter in forty-eight hours.
A graphic was shown for another huge match up scheduled for tonight. Sheamus, who the WWE Universe has not seen since the Royal Rumble, makes his return to take on the Intercontinental Champion and number one contender for the World Heavyweight Champion, Dean Ambrose!
Returning to Friday Night SmackDown, The Usos were shown making their entrance as The Real Americans, Los Matadores and the Prime Time Players were all already in the ring. Michael Cole then informed the viewers at home that this Monday on RAW, all four of these teams will be involved in a Fatal Four Way match to determine the number one contenders to Wrestling Royalty's WWE Tag Team Championships. "Whoever wins that match will have that golden opportunity to stop Wrestling Royalty from becoming the longest reigning champions in history. You better believe that this is going to be a fight!" said Booker T.
THE USOS & LOS MATADORES W/ EL TORITO DEF. THE REAL AMERICANS W/ ZEB COLTER & THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS With the Fatal Four Way match just being announced for RAW, all of the teams were looking to grab the momentum before heading into Monday. After Diego and Fernando delivered simultaneous Suicide Dives onto Jack Swagger and Shelton Benjamin, Jimmy Uso made a tag to Jey Uso before catching Titus O'Neil with Superkick. Jey stepped onto the top rope, coming down with a Superfly Splash onto Darren Young to grab the victory.
Jimmy and Jey Uso were joined by Fernando, Diego and El Torito as the WWE Universe gave the two units a positive reception. The Real Americans and Zeb Colter headed up the entrance ramp, vowing to become the number one contenders next Monday. The Usos and Los Matadores were focused on each other, knowing that it will be every team for itself on RAW.
At this time, Scott Stanford was shown knocking the door of God's Gifts locker room. John Bradshaw Layfield opened the door, asking Stanford what the hell he wanted. Stanford asked if he could get a quick word with Cody Rhodes on his match with Kurt Angle tonight. "No, you cannot get a word with Cody. He is preparing to finish off whatever remains there are of Kurt Angle. Along with that, we are all thinking ahead to this Sunday, planning strategy for the WarGames match. We are as cohesive of a unit as the world has ever seen. More so than Kurt Angle, Daniel Bryan and Wrestling Royalty, and especially more so than those damn Wyatts. Tonight, Cody Rhodes will finish Angle once and for all," said Bradshaw before slamming the door shut.
Returning to SmackDown, Renee Young was shown standing by with the Intercontinental Champion, Dean Ambrose. The "Diamond in the Rough" stepped into the picture as the crowd could be heard booing. When Renee asked Ambrose for his thoughts on competing against Sheamus tonight, he said that he has no worries whatsoever. "Sheamus has been gone for, what, two, three weeks? And in that time, I have been showing everyone why I am the next World Heavyweight Champion. Tonight, I beat Sheamus and leave his pale skin permanently bruised. Then, Sunday at Battleground, I take Dolph Ziggler's ego, chew it like gum, spit it in the face of the entire WWE Universe and become World Heavyweight Champion. And then finally, at WrestleMania, I bash in Daniel Bryan's goat face and leave no room for debate as to whether or not I am the greatest damn thing to ever walk through these doors."
DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS TOURNAMENT SEMI-FINALS AJ LEE DEF. NIKKI BELLA W/ BRIE BELLA The stakes were incredibly high as the winner of this match would meet Kaitlyn at Battleground on Sunday in the Finals of this tournament. Divas Champion, Paige, watched from ringside as Nikki Bella remained in control for most of the match. After AJ Lee was able to find momentum, she caught Nikki with a Shining Wizard. As she got the cover, Brie Bella grabbed her sister's leg and put it on the bottom rope. Paige then stood up from her chair and walked towards Brie, making chase for her all the way to the backstage area. With Brie now out of the equation, AJ was able to apply the Octopus Hold, forcing Nikki to submit.
AJ Lee released the Octopus Hold as the WWE Universe popped for her victory. A banner was shown at the bottom of the screen to confirm her advancement to the Finals of the tournament. AJ's celebration was short-lived, however, as she turned around and was met with a Spear out of nowhere from Kaitlyn! The crowd's cheers turned to jeers as Kaitlyn stared down at AJ, telling her former best friend that her work in the tournament thus far has been for nothing. Just a little over two years ago, Kaitlyn and AJ were competing for a spot on the roster. This Sunday, they will be competing for a Divas Championship match at WrestleMania!
Backstage, Sheamus was shown walking down a corridor. The "Celtic Warrior" goes one-on-one with Dean Ambrose, next on SmackDown!
Returning from the commercial break, Tyson Kidd was shown in the trainer's room applying a bag of ice to the back of his neck. He was soon approached by Matt Striker, who asked if he has anything to say to the man who turned his back on him last week, Justin Gabriel. Kidd said that he has quite a few things to say to Gabriel, but would rather wait until he meets him face-to-face. "If Gabriel doesn't come to me, I'll just come to him. Either way, I will get my answers and my hands on him," said an angered Kidd.
NON-TITLE MATCH INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION DEAN AMBROSE DEF. SHEAMUS A huge first-hour main event as the Intercontinental Champion and number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, Dean Ambrose, competed against a returning Sheamus. The "Celtic Warrior" was able to gain the upper hand towards the conclusion of the match, beating Ambrose's chest with ten hard shots. He then attempted to deliver the Brogue Kick, but Ambrose was able to dodge it. Sheamus got caught up in the ropes, allowing Ambrose to roll him up with a handful of tights for the win.
Dean Ambrose rolled out of the ring as he was handed back his Intercontinental Championship, celebrating his stolen victory over Sheamus. Ambrose stood on the stage, raising the championship to mock the "Celtic Warrior." Suddenly, Ambrose was attacked from behind by the World Heavyweight Champion, Dolph Ziggler! A bit of retribution for Ziggler as he and Ambrose brawled for a bit before officials hit the scene to separate them. Ziggler and Ambrose still tried to go after one another, not wanting to wait until their World Title bout this Sunday at Battleground.
Returning to Friday Night SmackDown, a graphic was shown for this Sunday's Battleground Kickoff. Josh Mathews will be joined by the panel of experts consisting of Kofi Kingston, William Regal and a man who has competed in his fair share of WarGames matches, Arn Anderson. Plus, Rob Van Dam will put the United States Championship on the line against Derrick Bateman. It all takes place thirty minutes prior to Battleground!
HANDICAP MATCH BIG E LANGSTON DEF. DREW MCINTYRE & JINDER MAHAL W/ HEATH SLATER After demolishing all members of 3MB last week, Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal were looking to return the favor to Big E Langston. Unfortunately for them, Langston was able to recreate the scene from last week, running right through the two of them. After throwing Mahal onto Heath Slater with an Overhead Press, he planted McIntyre with the Big Ending to pick up the victory.
A solid pop emerged for Big E Langston as he celebrated yet another dominant performance against 3MB. Langston made his way up the entrance ramp while the commentators continued to put him over, Booker T saying that Langston is a force to be reckoned with here on SmackDown.
A Tale of the Tape was shown for Kurt Angle and Cody Rhodes as the two are set to do battle in a few moments. The most personal rematch in SmackDown history takes place, next!
A promo was shown for Battleground, live this Sunday on Pay-Per-View.
Returning to SmackDown, the commentary unit quickly ran down the card for this Sunday's Battleground Pay-Per-View event. On the Battleground Kickoff, Rob Van Dam defends the United States Championship against Derrick Bateman. Kaitlyn and AJ Lee compete in the Finals of the Divas Championship #1 contenders tournament. Ryback defends the honor of America against Rusev. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns will settle the score in a match with no disqualifications and no count-outs. Dolph Ziggler puts the World Heavyweight Championship up for grabs against the Intercontinental Champion, Dean Ambrose. Batista makes his return to WWE after nearly three years, taking on his former Evolution stablemate, Randy Orton. And finally, WarGames. In SmackDown's main event, God's Gifts will take on the team of Kurt Angle, WWE Tag Team Champions Wrestling Royalty and the 2013 Royal Rumble winner, Daniel Bryan. Over on RAW, The Wyatt Family meet one of the most decorated teams ever assembled, John Cena, Triple H, Ric Flair and The Rock. Battleground is live this Sunday on Pay-Per-View!
KURT ANGLE DEF. CODY RHODES The most personal rematch in the history of SmackDown lived up to its name and hype as the WWE Universe witnessed a classic here tonight. Things got ugly right away as Kurt Angle threw Cody Rhodes face-first into the steel ring post, creating a gash on his forehead. Rhodes wouldn't let the loss of blood keep him from fighting as he planted Angle onto the floor with a DDT. He then attempted to deliver a Piledriver, but Angle countered it with an Angle Slam through the announce table! Later on, after a series of German Suplexes, Angle ascended up onto the top rope. He came down with a Moonsault, but Rhodes was able to get both of his knees up in time. The "Prince of Pro Wrestling" capitalized and planted Angle with Cross Rhodes, but only got a two count. Rhodes went for another Piledriver, but Angle countered it into another Angle Slam. He then pulled down his straps, applying an Ankle Lock! Even with blood dripping from his forehead, Rhodes was able to reach the bottom rope. However, Angle pulled him back into the center of the ring. Rhodes fought off the pain for as long as he could before he passed out. The official checked on Rhodes before calling for the bell.
Kurt Angle released the Ankle Lock as the WWE Universe erupted for his victory. He stood to his feet and celebrated, finally getting revenge for the events of Survivor Series. John Bradshaw Layfield soon walked down to ringside, grabbing Cody Rhodes' leg from underneath the bottom rope and pulling him out. As Bradshaw assisted Rhodes, Alberto Del Rio, Antonio Cesaro and Damien Sandow all made their entrances. They stood at ringside, looking to attack Angle before Daniel Bryan's entrance music hit. The already thunderous crowd nearly blew the roof off of the Verizon Arena as Bryan and the WWE Tag Team Champions, Wrestling Royalty, made their way through the stands. The three of them entered the ring, standing by Angel's side. God's Gifts slowly backed up the entrance ramp, not wanting to recreate the chaotic scene from Monday. The WarGames teams stared at each other, knowing that this Sunday at Battleground, the war will finally come to an end.

Man, re-reading what Cody Rhodes did to Kurt Angle is great. It was brutal as hell. I like what you're doing with Tyson Kidd. He put up a good fight and had the crowd behind him, but Randy Orton had to win there. Sheamus returning is cool, but I'm not sure on him facing Dean Ambrose. He should win his return and I don't see Dean losing. Eight man tag was fun, but I'm looking forward to the Fatal Four Way next week even more. Hoping Shelton Benjamin and Jack Swagger win. Also really enjoying what you're doing with Ambrose's character, really good promo. As expected, AJ Lee defeated Nikki Bella and AJ vs. Kaitlyn will happen at Battleground. My dream threesome still has a fighting chance. Interested in the Justin Gabriel/Tyson Kidd rivalry. I'm a sucker for TV rivalries. I guess the win with the handful of tights doesn't make Sheamus look bad, but I still would've preferred he win in his return. Good build for Ambrose/Ziggler too. Arn Anderson as part of the Pre-Show is smart. Big E Langston beating 3MB again is fine. I assume he'll make an impact in Money in the Bank at WrestleMania. Using the Tale of the Tape helps to give the match an even bigger feel. Awesome main event, and Cody Rhodes passing out with blood on his face obviously reminds me of WrestleMania 13 in a good way. Daniel Bryan and Wrestling Royalty standing side by side with Kurt Angle looks good for Battleground. It shows how good your stuff is that Daniel Bryan, Wrestling Royalty and Dolph Ziggler barely appeared here and you still put on an awesome show.

Can't wait until we see the main event of Rhodes vs Angle because I am sure that this match will no doubt close out the show but I loved how you opened up the show with Orton and him talking about his match with Batista at Battleground
Randy Orton beating Tyson Kidd was definitely a great opening contest since it was so back and forth and Kidd actually taking Orton to the limit never mind the fact that he has Justin Gabriel his former friend former tag team partner now turned bitter rival that he is thinking about in the back of his mind, the one who turned on him while Orton is thinking about Batista and for him to beat Kidd I understand why you went with this result even though imagine if Kidd had beaten Orton, it would have been another upset
Direct messsage sent to Batista by Orton
Sheamus vs Ambrose I can't wait for also
The Usos and Los Matadores beating The Real Americans and the PTP, in 8-man tag, seeing these 4 tag teams go at it, sure sign that the tag team division is heating up but also seeing the face tag teams go over the heel tag teams it puts them also in the hunt for a WWE Tag Team Championship match against the WWE Tag Team Champions Wrestling Royalty
Can't wait until RAW because then we will find out just which tag team will end up becoming the #1 Contenders for those titles one way or the other so I am sure DiBiase & Hennig will be watching
Loved Ambrose's promo, the WWE Intercontinental Champion he could very well become the next World Heavyweight Champion
AJ beating Nikki Bella to move on to the finals of the WWE Divas Championship tournament and it will be her vs Kaitlyn in the final, 2 former friends now bitter rivals going at it in the final and the winner faces Paige the WWE Divas Champion at WrestleMania 29, I am sure Paige will be watching, and I am sure Paige she probably will have a preference of who she would rather face but if AJ & Kaitlyn's match were to somehow end in a double countout or something then imagine a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania 29 with the WWE Divas Championship on the line
This Kidd/Gabriel rivalry kind of reminds me sort of like The Rockers Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannetty, the classic turn of events here but I wonder who will end up being the Shawn Michaels of this tag team or who will end up being the Jannetty of this equation?
Ambrose beating Sheamus, it gives Ambrose even more momentum heading into Battleground
Arn Anderson as part of the Battleground Kickoff Show, makes sense considering he is a veteran of the WarGames Match considering he was a part of the Horsemen
Big E. beating McIntyre and Mahal, it seems like he just continues to make an impact
Tale of the Tape, I love it especially where Rhodes and Angle are concerned
But Angle beating Rhodes, getting his retribution getting his revenge and Rhodes passing out with blood on his face yes it did remind me of Stone Cold Steve Austin passing out to Bret Hart at WrestleMania 13 in a good way and then God's Gifts coming out to make the save for Cody Rhodes only for Daniel Bryan and DiBiase & Hennig making the save for Angle, I loved it

| February 17th, 2013 - New Orleans, LA |
After the signature WWE intro, cameras showed members of the WWE Universe filing into the arena here in New Orleans for Battleground! We were then taken to the panel for the Battleground Kickoff, consisting of Josh Mathews, Kofi Kingston, William Regal and Arn Anderson. After introducing everyone, Mathews pointed out the structure that was hanging high above the ring. Normally, it is used for Hell in a Cell matches, but tonight, it will contain sixteen different superstars in two WarGames matches. "Arn, I'll start with you. What has to be going through the minds of all of the superstars who will be competing tonight in WarGames?" asked Mathews. Anderson said that what's different about tonight's WarGames matches is that many of the competitors probably don't feel fear. "Guys like John Cena, The Rock, Triple H, Kurt Angle, Daniel Bryan and especially The Wyatts, I don't think they're afraid of what is to come, which is a great mentality to have. At the same time, I want to focus on the SmackDown WarGames match. In terms of focus, are Daniel Bryan and Wrestling Royalty completely focused on tonight? I say that because look at what they have coming up. Bryan is on his way to headlining WrestleMania, while Joe and Ted are on the verge of making history with those Tag Team Titles," said Anderson. The subject remained the SmackDown WarGames match as Mathews asked the three panelists for their predictions. Kofi Kingston said that this is an incredibly important match because in his mind, it could be the last stand for God's Gifts. "I truly believe that if they don't win this match, they're done as a group. Because of that, and the points that Arn brought up, I'm going with God's Gifts," said Kofi. William Regal then said that Angle, Bryan and Wrestling Royalty will win because of what this match means to them. "I agree with what Kofi just said. This could be God's Gifts last man together, and that is enough motivation for their opponents. They've all been waiting for the moment when they can wipe out Rhodes, Del Rio, Sandow and Cesaro," said Regal. Anderson predicted God's Gifts will win, going back to his initial statement on the match.
Josh Mathews then brought up another match from the SmackDown brand that will be taking place tonight. After a near three year absence, "The Animal" Batista is back and will be taking on his former Evolution stablemate, Randy Orton. "Gentlemen, who wins?" asked Mathews. Regal said that even though there is a lot of hype and attention around Batista, he just can't see him coming out on top tonight. "Batista has not competed in that ring in almost three years. In that time frame, Randy Orton has been as good as he has ever been. Orton takes this one," said Regal. Kofi said that he believes that Orton and many other people are underestimating Batista. "Yeah, he's been gone for a while, but it isn't like he's just been sitting at home. Batista has been in the gym and training just as match in the past three years, and I think this time away has allowed him to clear his mind come back better than ever. I'm going with the 'Animal,'" said Kofi. Lastly, Arn Anderson stated that he can see this one going either way. "I agree with both points you guys made. Orton may be underestimating Batista, and Batista may show some ring rust tonight. Ultimately.......I'll go with Batista," he said.
Josh Mathews then sent things to Renee Young, who was sitting in the social media lounge. She asked the WWE Universe to send in any and all tweets regarding tonight's event by using the hashtags "#WWEBattleground" as well as "#WarGames." The question for tonight's Twitter poll is who do you think will win the two WarGames matches tonight. She read some of the Universe's tweets, one from a user in Jacksonville who believes that God's Gifts and The Wyatt Family will be victorious. The man with seemingly all of the money in the world has found a way to become even wealthier. Derrick Bateman captures the United States Championship here on the Battleground Kickoff!
A promo was shown for WrestleMania XXIX. The greatest spectacle in sports entertainment history is only forty-nine days away on Pay-Per-View!
Returning to the Battleground Kickoff, Josh Mathews and the rest of the panel briefly discussed what we just witnessed as Derrick Bateman is the new United States Champion. Kofi Kingston said that Bateman was the one who pinned him in the number one contender's match a few weeks back, so it's tough to know that he easily could have been the one out there just now against Rob Van Dam. "But, this also means that I could have the opportunity at some point to take the title away from Bateman," said Kingston.
With little time remaining until Battleground is live on Pay-Per-View, the panel discussed the final match of the evening. The WarGames match on the RAW side of things, pitting the unstoppable Wyatt Family against one of the most decorated teams that we have ever seen assembled; The Rock, John Cena, Triple H and Ric Flair. William Regal said that Mathews put it best just now. "The Wyatts are unstoppable, and they have been since arriving here in WWE. When people look at the team with Rock, Cena, Hunter and Flair, they see greatness. In my personal opinion, I see a plethora of egos that can't coexist. Without a doubt in my mind, Bray Wyatt and his family are taking this one," said Regal. Arn Anderson said that Regal brought up a point that a lot of members of the WWE Universe have as well. "But the way I see it, no matter how big the egos of Rock, Cena, Triple H and Flair may be, they all have one goal in mind and that is to get rid of The Wyatt Family once and for all. When those four are on the same page, there is no denying them victory in this match. Along with that, Ric Flair and John Cena are the only competitors tonight who have been in WarGames before. That experience factor will do a whole lot for that team," said Anderson. Finally, Kofi Kingston said that last year at Extreme Rules, he competed alongside Cena in WarGames. "It was a grueling environment, and one that I believe changed my career. And during that match, I saw a different side of John Cena. A more vicious side, which is exactly what is needed for this kind of match. If Cena and company can channel their aggression, I think The Wyatt Family may be done for," he said. Josh Mathews then signed us off, telling the WWE Universe to enjoy Battleground coming up next!

The chance to let Wrestling Royalty know that there is a group out there who can take those Tag Team Championships away from them. The chance to make sure that Daniel Bryan does not make it to the main even of WrestleMania. Everyone is counting us out. They're saying that if we don't win, we are done as a unit. He pleaded with Angle, Hennig and DiBiase to let him go, even apologizing for all of his actions for the past few months. He stood up and turned around, only to be hit with a Busaiku Knee! "Yes!" chants filled the atmosphere as Bradshaw finally got what he has had coming to him. Angle, Hennig and DiBiase continued to celebrate in the ring, while Bryan climbed to the top of the Cell. He looked out to the sea of the WWE Universe members and the WrestleMania sign. He chanted "Yes!" along with them, on top of the world after finally winning the war against God's Gifts.
At this time, a video package was shown to reveal the second inductee into this year's Hall of Fame class. In an announcement that many fans never believed they would see, the legendary Bruno Sammartino will be joining the elite class of Hall of Famers on the night before WrestleMania XXIX, in the "House that Bruno built," Madison Square Garden!
| The bell sounded as the two behemoths came face-to-face, finally set to do battle one-on-one. Ryback took the first shot as Rusev retaliated with one of his own, the two exchanging blows. Ryback was able to get the upper hand before whipping Rusev into the ropes before charging into him. Both men barely moved, running the ropes and colliding once again. Still, they remained on the feet. The ran the ropes again, but this time, Ryback planted Rusev with a Powerslam! Rusev rolled out of the ring in anger as Lana tried to calm him down. "USA! USA!" shouted Ryback and the WWE Universe. Lana shouted at Rusev to crush Ryback, the "Russian Colossal" obeying her orders. He rammed Ryback into a corner, hitting with several elbows to the head and neck area. Rusev brought Ryback into the center of the ring, delivering a Belly-to-Belly Suplex. He then splashed onto Ryback, covering him for a two count. Rusev quickly went for the Accolade, but Ryback able to standing to his feet with Rusev still on his back! Ryback slowly stirred to his feet, backing into a corner. He was preparing to deliver a Meathook Clothesline, but as he was charging, Rusev caught him with a Spinning Heel Kick. He tossed Ryback to the outside, picking him up and ramming him into the steel ring post. Rusev then stepped onto the ring apron, leaping off with the intentions of splashing on Ryback. "Big Hungry" moved however, as Rusev crashed onto the floor. Ryback stood to his feet and delivered a Meathook Clothesline before rolling Rusev back into the ring. Ryback got the cover, but only a two count. He then set Rusev up for Shell Shocked, Michael Cole stating on commentary that there was no way he could lift Rusev up. Ryback denounced that statement as he was able to hoist Rusev up onto his shoulders! Ryback took about three steps before Rusev slid off of his shoulders. Rusev then charged into Ryback, the two falling over the top rope and onto the floor. Rusev got a hold of Ryback, taking him up the entrance ramp. Ryback was able to free himself, striking Rusev a few times. Lana followed the two of them, shouting at Ryback. He simply ignored her and continued to go after Rusev. On the stage, Rusev was able to hit Ryback with an elbow before trapping him in a Bear Hug. Ryback looked to be fading, but was able to find a second wind as the "Feed me more!" chants were thunderous. Ryback caught Rusev with a few Headbutts, freeing himself. He then charged into Rusev, the two going through the stage! | RYBACK AND RUSEV WRESTLE TO A NO CONTEST! |
"Holy s***!" chants filled the arena as the official quickly ran to the backstage area to check on Ryback and Rusev, the replay being shown of the two behemoths crashing through the stage. Returning to the live feed, Ryback and Rusev were shown motionless on the ground as officials and medics tended to the both of them. "Forget the American! Give Rusev proper care!" shouted an enraged Lana at the medical staff. The replay was shown a few more times, even in slow motion. Both Ryback and Rusev were shown being placed on stretchers, this match ending in complete chaos with no decisive winner.
Backstage, The Rock, John Cena, Triple H and Ric Flair were all shown in the locker room area. Rock and Cena stared at each other while Hunter and Flair were able to keep them from going after one another. "The Game" said that if they are going to come out on top over The Wyatt Family tonight, they need to plan out who will be entering in what order. Rock stepped up, saying that he would like to start things off for the team. "The Rock knows that you all don't exactly trust him, so let him earn your trust. Let The Rock go out there and set the pace for the four of us to wipe the floor with The Wyatt Family's candy asses!" said the "Great One." Hunter and Flair both seemed content with the idea, but asked Cena for his thoughts. Cena was hesitant, but agreed to allow Rock to enter the WarGames match first.
At ringside, the commentary trio was shown still in shock over the events that just transpired between Ryback and Rusev. "And there is still carnage to unfold tonight because coming up next, it is the return of 'The Animal,' Batista!" said Michael Cole. We were then taken to a video package that highlighted Batista's career up to his departure in 2010, followed by the announcement at the Royal Rumble of his return. After that, we saw footage of his former Evolution stablemate, Randy Orton, berating him. Orton challenged Batista to a match at Battleground, claiming that he would "tame 'The Animal.'" A week later, SmackDown General Manager, Edge, informed Orton that Batista accepted his challenge. After three years, 'The Animal' is back!
Cutting to the arena, "Voices" hit as Randy Orton made his way out to a chorus of boos. He slowly marched down to the ring, looking around at the WWE Universe members who were about to witness the return of Batista after a three year long absence. Orton remained in the ring as the audience continued to express their displeasure for him. Moments later, Batista's entrance music hit to a surprisingly negative reaction. '"The Animal" stepped out onto the stage, looking on at the crowd. After his pyro was shot off, the spotlight followed him as he made his way down to the ring. Despite the surprising response, Batista was set to compete against Orton in his return match right here, right now.
| The bell sounded as Batista and Randy Orton stared at one another, the New Orleans audience booing both men heavily. Orton smiled at Batista, poking fun at his less than stellar homecoming reception. Batista charged into Orton, taking him into a corner and ramming his shoulder into him repeatedly. "Perhaps the WWE Universe has not forgotten about Batista's attitude and behavior when he left," said Jerry Lawler, trying to give an explanation for Batista's negative crowd response. Batista whipped Orton into the opposite corner, taking him down with a Clothesline. Batista looked out at the audience, telling someone in the front row to, "Sit down and shut up." Orton was brought to his feet, retaliating and hitting Batista with a few strikes. As he was running the ropes, Batista took him down with a shoulder tackle. Chants of "Bootista" now filled the arena, "The Animal" ignoring the WWE Universe. He took Orton out to ringside, smashing his head against the steel ring post. As Batista was near the audience members, they continued to berate him, prompting to shout, "I'm back. Deal with it!" he rolled Orton into the ring, covering him for a two count. Batista then placed his foot on Orton's collarbone, stepping on it and not releasing his grip on the ropes until the official reached four. Batista waited patiently for Orton to get to his feet, charging at him. Orton was able to counter whatever Batista had in mind, planting him with a Powerslam. Orton looked out to the audience members, who were booing him as well. Batista stepped out onto the ring apron as Orton brought him out through the second rope, delivering his patented rope-hung DDT. Orton began to prepare for an RKO, but Batista managed to push him away. When Orton turned around, Batista drilled him with a Spear. "The Animal" shook the ropes, stomped on the mat and gave the thumbs down taunt, calling for the Batista Bomb. Orton, however, was able to push him away before delivering a Dropkick that sent Batista to the outside. Orton followed him, hitting Batista with several strikes to the forehead. He then lifted Batista off of his feet, bringing him down chest-first onto the barricade. "You both suck!" chanted the New Orleans crowd as Orton gave them a cold expression. He covered Batista once they were in the ring, not able to get the victory at that moment. Orton placed Batista in a Headlock, keeping it on until "The Animal" was able to get to his feet. Batista hit Orton with repeated elbows to the mid-section before planting him onto the canvas with a Suplex. After Orton kicked out of the pin attempt, Batista brought him back up to his feet. He hit Orton with a few knife edge chops, a nod to one of their mentors, Ric Flair. He attempted to run into Orton in a corner, but "The Viper" was able to move out of harm's way. He then got a hold of the dazed Batista, hitting him with an inverted Backbreaker. Orton began to gear up for another RKO, but saw a different opening. He then backed into a corner, looking to deliver a Punt Kick to his adversary. As Orton was running at him, Batista managed to deliver a Spinebuster. "The Animal" followed that up with a Batista Bomb, covering Orton to get his first victory in nearly three years. | BATISTA DEFEATS RANDY ORTON! |
A resounding amount of boos emerged from the audience as Batista stood to his feet, winded after making a successful return to the WWE. He looked out at the WWE Universe, telling them to, "Deal with it!" As Batista was heading up the entrance ramp, he engaged in a war of words with a few fans, the censors catching something that he said. "The Animal" stood on the stage, letting out a shout while glaring at the hostile, unwelcoming audience. Despite the surprisingly negative reaction, Batista has returned with a victory over Randy Orton.
Backstage, Kurt Angle was shown in the trainer's room when SmackDown General Manager, Edge, walked in. He congratulated Angle on the victory in WarGames earlier in the night, saying that it's been a long time coming for God's Gifts to get their comeuppance. "But I'm actually here to let you know something. This Friday on SmackDown, I've scheduled a massive main event. It will be you going up against Dolph Ziggler for the World Heavyweight Championship! From there, the winner will defend the title against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania!" said Edge as the crowd erupted for the announcement. Angle thanked Edge for the opportunity before the "Rated R Superstar" left the room. The World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania is not set just yet. This Friday, Ziggler defends the gold against Angle!
At this time, a video package was shown that began with The Wyatt Family's signature. "War.......what is it good for?" sang Bray Wyatt before we were shown highlights of The Wyatt Family's reign of terror over the WWE as of late. After taking out Triple H at the Slammy Awards two months ago, the group also made examples out of Ric Flair, and Hunter's wife, Stephanie McMahon. After managing to defeat Hunter in a No Holds Barred match at the Royal Rumble, Bray Wyatt truly believed that he had the whole world in his hands, setting his sights on The Rock and John Cena. Rock and Cena would be joined by Hunter and Flair, setting the stage for tonight's WarGames match.
Cutting back to the arena, the Hell in a Cell structure was shown around the ring once again as Justin Roberts announce that it was time for the WarGames match! After going over the rules, the entrance music of The Rock hit to a massive ovation. The "Great One" marched down to the ring, stepping into the Cell structure for the first time since Armageddon 2000. Once he was settled in the ring, the signature of The Wyatt Family hit. Out came Luke Harper, who slowly made his way down to the ring. Once in the ring, Harper and Rock came face-to-face as it was time for the second WarGames match of the evening, and one that could change that complexion of the WWE heading into WrestleMania.
| The bell sounded as The Rock and Luke Harper began to trade blows, the "Great One" initially getting the upper hand. Harper was able to deliver a kick to the mid-section of The Rock, keeping him away for a bit. After Harper failed to connect with a Clothesline, Rock retaliated with repeated strikes before sending him over the top rope. The Rock mocked Harper, saying "Yeah yeah yeah!" to himself. He went out to ringside, which turned out to be a mistake as Harper hit him with a Big Boot. Harper picked Rock up off of the floor, throwing him into the Cell wall violently. He picked up the steel steps, waiting for Rock to get to his feet. Harper threw the steps, but Rock was able to move out of harm's way as the steps crashed into the Cell. Rock took a moment to catch his breath before hitting Harper with a Clothesline. Rock rolled Harper back into the ring, taking him back down with a DDT. As Harper stood to his feet and backed into a corner, The Rock struck him with a few shots. Harper, however, barely felt the effects as he grabbed Rock by his head, placing him in the corner and delivering repeated elbow shots. Harper then brought Rock out to the center of the ring, taking him down with a Discus Clothesline. The countdown clock appeared as Harper stared at the stage, unsure if an ally or an adversary would be out next. Fortunately for him, we saw the arrival Erick Rowan. "This might be all she wrote for The Rock," said Booker T on commentary. Rowan stepped into the ring, picking Rock up off of the canvas. He held him up as Harper hit the "Great One" with a few shots. As Harper was going for a Big Boot, Rock was able to free himself and move out of the way, resulting in Harper inadvertently hitting Rowan! Rock took Harper down with a Clothesline before turning his attention to Rowan. Rock hit him with a few kicks in the mid-section before whipping Rowan into the opposite corner, sending him splashing into Harper! Rock now had a bit of momentum until he decided to attempt a Rock Bottom. Rowan was able to hit Rock with a few elbows before Harper charged into him with a shoulder tackle. The Rock remained down as the countdown clock hit zero, the entrance music of Triple H hitting.
The WWE Universe roared as "The Game" marched down to the ring, not wanting to waste any time that he had to get his hands on The Wyatt Family. Hunter delivered shots to both Harper and Rowan before taking down the former with a Spinebuster. Rowan then ran into Hunter, keeping him grounded and jamming both of his fists into his head. Rowan then went back after The Rock, who responded with a few strikes. Hunter was then back on his feet, striking Rowan as well as he and Rock took turns. Hunter then planted Rowan with an Atomic Drop before Rock took him down with a Clothesline. Luke Harper slid back into the ring, hitting Rock from behind. He and Triple H then battled for a bit before he caught "The Game" with an Uppercut. Harper climbed onto the top rope, looking to come down onto Hunter with a Splash. The COO was fortunately able to move out of the way as Harper crashed onto the canvas. The Rock delivered a kick to the side of Harper's head before the countdown clock appeared again. Hunter and Rock stared at the stage, waiting for the next Wyatt Family member to appear. After the buzzer was sounded, the lights went out. When they came back on, Kane was seen standing behind him. Kane grabbed Rock, throwing him out of the ring before going after Hunter. After catching "The Game" with a heavy right hand, he attempted a Tombstone. Triple H was able to slide out of Kane's grip, taking him down with a Spinebuster. Triple H was then looking to hit a Pedigree, but he was blindsided by Harper. He delivered a Flapjack to Triple H before Kane got a hold of him, delivering a Chokeslam. Rowan then slid back into the ring, picking up Triple H. Soon, the buzzer went off and the entrance music of Ric Flair hit. The RAW General Manager made his way into the Cell, grabbing a chair from underneath the ring He struck all Wyatt Family members with it before delivering a few Knife Edge Chops to Kane in a corner. Hunter and Rock were back on their feet, taking the fight to Harper and Rowan. They were able to deliver a double team Clothesline to Rowan before Harper caught Hunter with a Clothesline to the back of his head. Rock and Flair targeted Harper, taking turns chopping him. Harper soon grabbed both Rock and Flair by their throats, the two retaliating simultaneous kicks. They then planted Harper with a double team Suplex before Rock slid out of the ring and went after Kane. In the ring, Flair began to strut before letting out a "Woo!" He attempted to deliver an Elbow Drop to Harper, but unfortunately for him, Harper was able to move out of the way. Harper then delivered a Leg Drop to Flair as the countdown clock appeared once again.
When the clock struck zero, the signature of The Wyatt Family hit. "New Orleans......I'm here!" said Bray Wyatt on the titantron before blowing out his lantern. The patriarch of The Wyatt Family slowly made his way down to the ring, but upon entering the Cell, he was immediately attacked by Triple H. "The Game" was looking to get revenge for the events of the Royal Rumble, throwing Wyatt into the Cell wall. Triple H went back into the ring, engaging in a battle with Harper. On the outside, Rock was able to drop Kane with an Overhead Slam onto the floor before going after Wyatt himself. As Rock tried to whip him into the Cell, Wyatt was able to prevent it. He threw Rock head-first into the steel ring post before throwing him back into the Cell. Triple H then grabbed Wyatt by his hair, striking him repeatedly before rolling him into the ring. Hunter dropped a knee onto the face of Wyatt before striking him repeatedly. Rowan and Harper both slid back into the ring, going after Triple H. The two were able to tie Hunter up to the ropes as Kane joined them. All four members of The Wyatt Family stared at Hunter, Wyatt laughing maniacally. After Hunter spat in Wyatt's face, he ordered his family members to punish "The King of Kings." Harper, Rowan and Kane all so as the countdown clock appeared one final time. The entrance music of John Cena hit to a mixed reaction as he ran down to the ring. He went after all Wyatt Family members as The Rock joined him. The two were able to take out Kane and Wyatt before focusing on Harper and Rowan. Harper quickly went out to ringside, bringing in the steel steps that were used earlier in the match. Ric Flair began to strike away onto Kane before taking a chair. After missing a shot, Flair was hoisted onto Kane's shoulders. "The Big Red Monster" then delivered a Tombstone to the "Nature Boy" onto the floor! When Kane turned around, he was truck with a sledgehammer by Triple H! In the ring, Rock and Cena took the steel steps, working together and ramming them into the skull of Rowan. Hunter then pulled a table out from underneath the ring, setting up. As he was doing so, he was attacked from behind by Bray Wyatt. The two brawled for a bit until Wyatt got the upper hand after a few headbutts. He then placed Hunter in position for Sister Abigail, connecting with it into the Cell wall! Back in the ring, Harper took down both Cena and Rock with one Clothesline. Rock rolled out of the ring as Harper pulled Cena into the center. He stepped onto the top rope, but shortly after, Rock was able to push Harper off, causing him to crash through the table at ringside! Bodies were everywhere as Rock rolled into the ring the same time as Wyatt did. The Wyatt Family leader delivered a Running Crossbody before picking The Rock up off of the canvas. He placed "The Great One" in position for Sister Abigail, believing that victory was about to be his. However, Rock powered out of the maneuver by grabbing Wyatt's arm and freeing himself! Wyatt retaliated with a headbutt before running the ropes. As he was doing so, Rock planted him with a Spinebuster! The Rock then set Wyatt up for the most electrifying move in sports entertainment, The People's Elbow! When he was running, however, Rock was struck by the camera man! The audience stared in confusion, though some reacted as they could see who it was. The cameraman removed his hat to reveal the WWE Champion, CM Punk! Punk, who was able to disguise himself by wearing a long sleeve shirt, stared down at the fallen Rock. "I'll take my spotlight back," said Punk before leaving the WarGames structure to massive boos. Back in the ring, John Cena began to stir to his feet, only to be taken down with a Clothesline from Wyatt. He then placed Cena in position for Sister Abigail, successfully hitting the maneuver and covering him to get the victory. | THE WYATT FAMILY WIN WARGAMES! |
The New Orleans crowd gave a mixed response as Bray Wyatt remained on his knees, laughing and shouting at the top of his lungs. "The kingdom is mine!" he said before standing to his feet. Highlights from the match were shown, focusing on the chaotic sequences toward the end involving all participants. As The Rock was looking to finish off Wyatt, he was attacked by CM Punk, who disguised himself as a camera man. While the WWE Universe has questions regarding Punk's involvement, the real story here is that The Wyatt Family remains unstoppable. The whole world may truly be in Bray Wyatt's hands after he and his family conquer WarGames!

Right off the bat, I want to point out again that having Arn Anderson on the Pre-Show panel is genius due to his War Games experience. I totally expected Derrick Bateman to win the United States Title, but doing it cleanly was excellent. I love that as picking up a win over Rob Van Dam still means something. Hoping Bateman is a vital part of WrestleMania. I love the way you write the opening video packages on Pay-Per-Views. Ohmygoodness, what a way to start the show. Totally like the idea of No Count Outs, No Disqualifications after the first two matches ended that way. Seth Rollins kicking out of the Superman Punch was big, even if it's because Roman Reigns took a bit of time to cover. Reigns kicking out of going headfirst through a table was badass, but the Blackout does him in. Excellent opener and a great way to get Seth Rollins even more over. You've done a great job with him since his debut. Love the "Hybrid Diva" moniker. AJ winning is fine I guess, but I still prefer a threesome. AJ/Paige should be great. Not surprised to see Dolph Ziggler retain, but that's not the point. Dean Ambrose looked great and that's what matters. Not sure on Ziggler/Daniel Bryan for WrestleMania. Don't know if it's big enough, but you have made sure Dolph is strong. Plus, the real WrestleMania 29 had Del Rio/Swagger now that I think of it, so Ziggler/Bryan works. JBL pep talk was cool. Starting with Bryan and Cesaro is great because both guys have incredible stamina. I totally forgot that War Games isn't elimination. I liked Wrestling Royalty getting to run into the ring together when Ted Dibiase arrived. Cody Rhodes and Kurt Angle as the last two guys out was great. Piledriver through the table!!! Busaiku Knee into a chair was a brutal way to end it and glad to see the faces win. Side note, I see Wrestling Royalty finally dropping the belts at WrestleMania. The beatdown on Bradshaw was long awaited. Wise ending to the Ryback/Rusev match to keep both guys strong. I know that No Contests don't usually go over well on Pay-Per-View, but going through the stage is a way to make sure the crowd is happy. I see a rematch at 'Mania maybe. Rock's speech was fine. Also assumed that Batista would win since it's his big return. I wonder what role he'll play at WrestleMania. Actually, I wonder what role Randy Orton will play too. And here comes Kurt Angle getting a World Title shot. Angle/Bryan has a sweet sound to it. The Rock and Luke Harper is an interesting pairing. Bray Wyatt still doing the "I'm here" thing during this match is cool. CM MOTHER F'N PUNK! What an ending! The Wyatt Family winning is absolutely huge for them. Seriously, awesome show even though some of the results were obvious, it still made for a fun read. Cannot wait for the build to WrestleMania and the actual show of course.

- Loved that Arn Anderson was on the Battleground Kickoff Show as one of the panelists and it makes sense considering Arn Anderson's history in WarGames as a member of the 4 Horsemen back in WCW so Arn he knows what WarGames is all about but also seeing Matthews, Regal and Kofi all on the panel too it was definitely interesting seeing all of them give their predictions about tonight's matches specifically the RAW WarGames Match and the Smackdown WarGames Match but also Orton vs Batista
- Derrick Bateman becoming the new WWE United States Champion beating RVD, yes I knew it would only be a matter of time before Bateman became champion, it seems Bateman has proven me wrong again and that he continues to prove me wrong because he is not just a Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase rip-off but he is better at it, he is better at being a "Million Dollar Man" and everyone everyone has a price for Bateman, if they don't now they surely will especially now that he is the WWE United States Champion so with that said I can see RVD invoking his rematch clause since he is entitled to a rematch but I wonder what you have planned for Bateman as far as WrestleMania 29 goes?
- Yes I too love the video packages on your PPV's, it hypes up the matches going in
- Seth Rollins with a big win beating Roman Reigns, the 2 young guns, the future of WWE going at it in this match and Rollins beating Reigns I would have never have expected that but seeing Rollins beat Reigns here, I can definitely see these 2 going at it again at some point but this match thoroughly entertained me the whole way through since it was so back and forth and either man could have won this especially with the near falls but Rollins coming out on top here in No DQ, No Countouts I wonder what you have planned for both of these men at WrestleMania 29?
- AJ Lee becoming the new #1 Contender winning the tournament by beating Kaitlyn in the finals in the WWE Divas Championship #1 Contender's tournament and now it will be AJ vs Paige the WWE Divas Champion at WrestleMania 29, knowing these 2 divas they will put on a show, they will put on a classic and if it is face vs face here then I am all for it but if one of these divas is turning heel in this feud then I can definitely see it being AJ turning heel but I would be surprised if Paige were to turn heel but Kaitlyn I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up being added into this match to make it a Triple Threat somehow with her attacking both AJ and Paige to make that happen
- Ziggler retaining the World Heavyweight Championship beating the WWE Intercontinental Champion Ambrose, it makes sense considering Ambrose is the WWE Intercontinental Champion but also that he is not really ready for a World Heavyweight Championship reign so I could see why you had Ziggler retain even though Ambrose could very well win the World Heavyweight Championship at some point but seeing Ziggler retain he is headlining WrestleMania 29 in the main event whereas Ambrose is not, so it seems like Ziggler vs Bryan is going to happen
- JBL pumping up his guys pumping up God's Gifts with his pep talk, here is hoping Rhodes, Del Rio, Cesaro and Sandow do not disappoint him because if they do then I truly think that they will be done as a unit, as a group
- Daniel Bryan, Kurt Angle, and the WWE Tag Team Champions DiBiase & Hennig beating God's Gifts in WarGames, I definitely loved this match, Match of the Year candidate for the 2013 Slammy Awards here as far as I'm concerned because this by far has got to be the match of the night and I do not see how the RAW WarGames Match could top this to be honest but seeing the faces stand tall here it gives them all kinds of momentum heading into WrestleMania 29 whereas God's Gifts after this I am thinking that they are done as a group, no way they can recover from this loss
- Seeing JBL get the beating of a lifetime, I definitely loved it because he surely deserved it that's for sure
- As for Wrestling Royalty, they more or less have a date with destiny but as for when they do drop their titles I see them dropping them at WrestleMania 29 making history by becoming the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team Champions of all time breaking the record
- Ryback and Rusev ending in a No Contest definitely the right way to go because it keeps these 2 monsters strong but also seeing the both of them go through the stage like that I was like HOLY crapbecause it was a HOLY crapmoment that's for sure because these 2 monsters tore each other apart and they both had to be stretchered out, just means that these 2 monsters will collide again and if they do it will obviously be at WrestleMania 29 that's for sure
- Rock's speech I loved it but can Cena, Triple H and Flair really count on The Rock tonight? Or can The Rock really count on his teammates too?
- Batista in his return I would have thought that he would have at least gotten cheered but surprisingly he gets booed, can't say that I am surprised here and Orton getting booed also, this was probably the most anticipated match on the whole card and both guys end up being booed, I wonder what gives? This was like a heel vs heel match but I would have thought that the crowd would probably be behind Orton but seeing Batista like this, he is more or less going to become Heeltista now, if it was not definite in this match then definitely it was after the match when Batista had words with the fans and the spotlight being on him coming back from Hollywood and straight back into a WWE ring, yes Batista has more or less become heel again and I for one can say that I love it
- I can only imagine what you have for Batista as far as WrestleMania 29 goes same with Orton I wonder what you have planned for him as well
- Seeing Kurt Angle get a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship facing Dolph Ziggler this Friday on Smackdown, I can see Cody Rhodes and God's Gifts getting involved costing Angle his shot because I am sure Rhodes he is not done with Angle not by a long shot and that it will ultimately set up a Fatal 4-Way at WrestleMania 29 for the World Heavyweight Championship with Ziggler defending his title against Bryan, Angle and Rhodes all in the same match at the same time
- And the main event with the RAW WarGames closing out the show and CM Punk making a shocking return, the WWE Champion Punk costs The Rock and his team the WarGames Match, Punk getting involved disguising himself as a cameraman, genius move on Punk's part and no one including me even saw that coming but The Wyatt Family winning this match does wonders for each of them that's for sure
- Definitely can't wait for WrestleMania 29 that's for sure

Battleground...
Last PPV before WrestleMania
You made the right call putting the US title on Bateman, you've built Bateman well recently since getting away from Santino. I understand why it was on the kick off show but maybe would have meant more being on the actual PPV.
Rollins beating Reigns was a big surprise to me, you also did something clever (I'll give you credit for it even if it was an accident) Bateman a heel won the kick off match so then most would expect a face to kick off the show with a win to get the crowd hot. So you would have surprised people with Rollins winning but the crowd would have been hot because of the action. Interesting to see Reigns lose clean but it does get Rollins over.
AJ earning the title shot was expected but the right call.
Dolph retaining was also expected he and Ambrose had a good match, your in a difficult position with match order with such a packed card this match suffered a little because of that. Angle/Dolph is a big match for Smack Down and at this minute Angle is being used as the bigger star which makes me think your tempted to go with the title change. Angle/Bryan have history and is a bigger marquee match. Many options but I also feel Bryan who is mad over at the minute should be taking the title from a heel that's why I thought initially he would be challenging CM Punk leaving Rock/Cena to go at it again at Mania but more on that later...
Smack Down Wargames was great, good call to use the Hell in a Cell it may have been better to use the Elimination Chamber though but that would mean knocking the match down to a 6 man. Anyway you did a good job with this match God's Gift got what was coming to them, Angle and Rhodes continued/ended and Bryan looked strong going into Mania.
Ryback/Rusev - Read this match and I thought this should have replaced RVD/Bateman on the kick off show, not because this match would have sucked but imagine people tuning into the PPV and seeing the stage smashed it would have felt like they have missed something, then next month more people would have been interested in watching the kick off show. This would have also got Bateman and the US title which needs a little boost a little more over.
Surprised you actually went with a match between Batista and Orton was expecting an angle of some sort, Batista is a much better heel but the loss doesn't help Orton here. Show was feeling long at this point, this match didn't help but I think it's apart of a bigger story but that's just my suspicion - that evolves the Wyatt's.
Finally the Main Event - Raw Wargames. This match suffered a little from their already being a Wargames match earlier on in the night. Also because for me I am more invested in the Smack Down rivalry. I'm enjoying the Rock/Cena rivalry, plus HHH/Bray is going well however. CM Punk getting involved in the finish didn't surprise me, how he got involved did but Punk costing Rock/Cena the match made sense.
I'm not sure if your building towards Punk/Rock or a 3 way or even Rock/Cena 2, I believe your' leaning towards the 3 way which is fine and will be ace but as a fan I was invested in Rock/Cena 2 which is surprising and hoping for Punk/Bryan for the WWE title.
WrestleMania is up next and still even at this point we are guessing the card but not because it seems like you don't know what your doing but because of how many options there are. You got some tough choices to make leading up to Mania to create the biggest card possible but I am looking forward to what you come up with. Looking forward to Raw now
