Man, what can I say... what you've posted hear proves without a shadow of a doubt that ShopTNA customer service absolutely *SUCKS*.
Forget a hundred dollar order, I'm not going to place even a one dollar order from them.
The responses you received were absolutely appalling, by all standards. When we buy autographed items, we expect them to be in GREAT shape (forget just "good" shape)... and then to receive beat up looking items is absolutely unacceptable!
If they think that it's a reasonable excuse to say "considering that they were shipped halfway round the world", then they are talking absolute bullcrap -- packaging is THEIR responsibility. Even if it the package was to be shipped through warzone, I would STILL expect my items to arrive in pristine condition due to (at least) half decent packaging.
I'm definitely NOT going to order from ShopTNA. Never.
Thanks for sharing your experience bro -- although it is very unfortunate that you've been ripped off like that, you've done a good deed by alerting the rest of us, and potentially, preventing us to experience the same thing.
God bless.

TNA is pretty bad. They sent my order but they forgot to put my address. All they had is my apartment number. I had to track down the package and call the USPS for 2 days straight to find my package. At the end I was able to get my package and still had TNA refund my money. According to the delivery confirmation, it said my package was return to them because of a undeliverable address.

I'm giving them a chance to respond to my last message. Hasn't happened yet.
I will post some pics when I get a chance, but if anyone wants to see the pics I sent them, just pm your mail address as I have them on hotmail.
I only took about 20, but in detail, every two pack had the flaps at the side bent up. 90% of the figs had dog earred card, even the brand new series 6. And the Jeff and Matt 2 pack, and glow in the dark Jeff, had fraying to every single card edge and corner.
The box had no buffer, or "packing peanuts", just one box, with around 16-18 figures, all cramped in.

I can't believe that you're asking a large international company to lie on customs forms. Customs requires that you list how much was paid for an item and they can get in serious trouble for not doing that, including being banned from shipping items to other countries.

As part of my responsibilities at my current job, I manage our managers of the customer service department. We do millions of dollars in online sales. If I saw a customer service agent responding to you that way, I'd fire him on the spot, no questions asked. Then I'd have a really long conversation with our customer service managers as to why that kind of crap was going on. That's embarrassing on the part of TNA imo.
I don't care if you are asking them to come to your house and wipe your ass, that's not how you speak, nor respond, to customers.

Customs requires that you list how much was paid for an item and they can get in serious trouble for not doing that, including being banned from shipping items to other countries. Whilst your intentions are good, you should know what you are talking about before making such sweeping statements. Second hand goods, antiques, works of art, and COLLECTIBLES, are eligible for VAT exemption.

That's appauling. If you pay for something, you are entitled to receive it exactly as described and in the expected condition (in this case, new). it's the seller's responsibility to ensure this happens or to replace/refund the order in full if not, INCLUDING return shipping and all charges incurred.
This customer service representative without a doubt should be fired for this. Absolutely disgraceful correspondance and attitude.
I would advise you to email TNA directly about this. Don't do it through the shop, they've had their chance. Send out several emails if you can find multiple contact emails. Just bring it to the attention of TNA management, outside of the shop.

I would Advise Calling them instead of Emailing. I had a problem with them sending me the wrong autographed 2 pack. They didn't respond to my email. So I called and they were very helpful, they told me to keep the 2 pack and they would send out my other 2 pack the next day and they even included free promo pictures. Same here they let me keep somebody else's $150 order because they messed up mine.

Agreed w/ the customer service aspect. Where the hell does this rep get off on talking down to you like that? You have evidently been the better person in this given situation. Time to blow the f'er in.

U cannot expect them to lie on the custom forms just like when u order from ringside, they say they are not responsible for any customs fees u may pay.
However, i do think they are a horrible packer and the email service was appalling though.

However, i do think they are a horrible packer and the email service was appalling though. Apparently they did lie because he already answered and said collectibles are VAT free. Thus he paid something he shouldn't have even been asked to. I also have had several bad experiences with TNAShop. Only for the most part it was good from there bad. I placed an order for $100 worth of dvds. They sent me 2 shipping notices. They shipped the order 2 times. Half the dvds were loose in there cases. Fortunately they only charged me once. I tried contacting them but never got a reply. In the end I used it to promote TNA by giving the dvds to my family who liked WWE and never watched TNA. Ringside Collectibles is by far the best place to buy from. I had an issue with a credit card which malfunctioned on an order somewhere else so I tried to buy instead off RSC and it wouldn't go through. Said the prepaid card had been charged by another place and was almost empty. Tom personally called me when I PM'd him here with the order number and did a lot to ensure me that the funds would be back on in a few days. Which he was right and I made an order from RSC instead. I just wish RSC would expand into buying dvds from TNA, WWE, and ROH so we can have one place to buy all of them and no we are taken care of. Even if it was just selling best ofs and new releases and occasional special events I know I'd buy because Shop TNA is stupid. ROH to my knowledge doesn't give tracking. WWE shipping is crazy. The only other places that sell are competitors to this site which I don't like buying from as I am a loyal RSC fan.

I sympathise with you in regards to the figures not being packaged properly (can we see the pics you sent them just to get an idea on how bad they crammed the figures in?)
What is the difference between "collectibles" and "toys"? Because I have been charged customs fees for figures before and other times have got lucky. I don't think you can really have a go at them for that aspect though.

Limited editions and autographed figures are not sold by the 10's of thousands at retail.

ive had nothing but pleasant experiences with TNA shop. -- Ditto. I've talked to Rustin personally recently about an issue that came up (bought 3 Don West Brown Bag specials... they sent the free shirts & figures, but they forgot the send the 12 DVDs themselves haha). He corrected it, sent me some rare discs even. The only other time I talked to him, was lil over a week ago, what was taking so long to ship out my order (took over a week). He said they were waiting on Velvet Sky & Beer Money figures to come in (since both were in my order), and the next day, my order was shipped out. Rustin even gave me a $10 coupon off my next purchase, which I'm saving up for another big order on. Other than those minor grievences, he's been great to work with.

Clearly your one of lifes winners.. do you not understand the concept of KYC? If they want to tap specific markets, they should know everything about it and its customers to maximise their sales. On the contrary, with this all round shabby approach, they have lost my custom. How many customers who buy 100-150 figures a year do you think they can afford to lose? Daresay some of the other 1000+ readers who have seen this will think twice about shopping there.
