I only started collecting once Mattel took the WWE license, but you're hands-down the best fixer-upper guy I've seen to date. Love your work.
Really hope Mattel revisit that Punk one day and release him as an Elite. I'd love to do my own fix-up but I'm sure I'd mess things up. Imagine it costs quite a lot of money just to produce one figure, too.

dean ... why did you not use your chest tats on the punk? i've applied them to one of mine, and it is fantastic. just curious.

I had to make my own version since that's all I collect. It was a bit pricey. Here's the parts breakdown ( E11 Punk torso, B18 head, RSC Bret Hart pink tights, All-Stars punk boots and legs, ADR knee-pads and another basic Punk for the other open hand.) dean ... why did you not use your chest tats on the punk? i've applied them to one of mine, and it is fantastic. just curious. great job, as always. The only reason I didn't apply the chest tattoo decal is I was trying to keep it as close to factory as I could. When the new one comes out I may get an extra and do another torso swap. I'm glad you liked the chest decal though, I appreciate the kind words. |

yeah, the chest decals just seem much more realistic than the paint job on the figures. kudos.
wow, that is an expensive fix-up ... worth it though. that thing is mint.
