That HBK looks great. It's a good example of how much a proper paint job can help Mattel's head scan/sculpts.

I was planning on spraying it with some spray paint or splatter brushing it. Im not sure a decal would have the correct effect.

I sanded down the indentions in the Smash legs since Bandalero called them 18 yr old girl legs.... The Smash legs look better yeah, but there's too low a cut around the groin area of the thighs that look even more pronounced on this Ryback. It's hard to explain in words, but you know how a slim 18-year old girl looks with that space between her thighs/crotch LOL...  Attachment Deleted Attachment Deleted |

I bet it fixes the scale issue too.
You can tell the Ryback Elites out of scale by putting him next to his basic.
