Does anyone know when was the last time Hulk Hogan used Eye of the tiger as his theme , and also with that - when was the first time he used Derringer's Real American?

I think it was somewhere between Wrestlemania 1 & 2, I'd imagine it was round the time the Wrestling Album came out.
I know Real American was originally intended for Barry Windham & Mike Rotundo

Funnily enough he used it for the uk house shows in Manchester and Nottingham in January 2012

Lol yeah me and the guys sat next to me were a bit disappointed when he used eye of the tiger tbh
We wondered why no tna theme music lol
Still cool to hear though

It was maybe around November of 85 that Eye of the Tiger was used, then the Hulk theme from the Wrestling Album/Cartoon show was used for a few months until right before WM 2 and Real American debuted, along with a snazzy 1980's video.

I think Hulk used Eye of the Tiger in 2002 for a MSG house show match with The Undertaker. I'm glad he used Real American instead of the US Express. That song just helped Hulk seem even more like a true hero to me. Here is a video Hulk did yesterday I think with him talking about Real American (kinda funny lol)

I dunno, if I was on a game show and they said "we've got a surprise" and Eye of the tiger started to play and anyone other then Sly Stallone or Carl Weathers came out...Id be HIGHLY disappointed.

Eye of the tiger was the best theme Hogan used. I still hate that he changed to real american.

Real American still gives me goosebumps when I hear it. Easily the most iconic, awesome wrestling theme ever.
