It was a neat idea during a pretty cool time. WCW had the 1995 BATB on the beach but after that I think it was in arenas. They had a MTV episode with a ring on water or something like that and then they had the March show during spring break a few times. The ring seemed more for that then BATB but it probably made more WCW sense for it to be called after a summer PPV rather than a young adult off-school party.
I had the ring but lost all the parts but the ring. The weird thing about the ring is that it had some brown colored sticky goo on it when I found it years later cleaning up the basement. Not sure if it grew on the ring while in the basement or what happened because I always kept good care of my stuff as I got older and I know it didn't have it when I played with it.

hmm, not sure who designed the box for it. The first thing that comes into my mind is the only person who is in the water is Booker T...in a life ring...a little stereotypical of black people not being able to swim perhaps?
Something i doubt WWE would have over looked (they just miss massive penis' on a Sin Cara shirts lol)
