If you had the ability of building up Lord Tensai as the next big thing, as the next big monster heel of the WWE, how would you build him up
Me personally I would build him up on Smackdown and give him a manager who will be his mouthpiece and give him an undefeated streak from now to at least TLC December of 2012 and then have him lose his undefeated streak at that pay per view and then have him be built up as the next monster heel of the WWE on Smackdown just unstoppable until December at least and then at the 2013 Royal Rumble pay per view he gets a World Heavyweight Championship match against whoever the champion ends up being, and he ends up putting on quite a show but ultimately losing in the end, but still he would be built up as a future star in the making on Smackdown

I'd go the route they went with Mark Henry
Decimating The Great Khali and Big Show, have him go in a feud with Brodus and comeout on top in a dominating fashion.

Yes Lord Tensai injures Big Show and Khali and then goes on a huge undefeated streak beating Brodus Clay, and then beating almost every single superstar on Smackdown during this streak of his until he ends up becoming IC Champion and ends up carrying it for a few months and then losing it and then going on to become the new #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship

Attack everybody and anybody, maybe even have plants in the crowd that he can attack as well. Just make him look like a dominating beast.

Umaga style matches for at least 4 months.
No speaking at all.
Backstage weird happenings with a ton of wrestlers...with a japanese card left everytime on the place of the "crime".

I would build him up as you said in a undefeated streak and would put one of the World Titles on him for a few months this year.I would have him beat most of the roster and build up and epic showdown for next years Wrestlemania were he faces and loses to Sheamus.

Main event needs more guys so I'd put him there. Feuds with Orton, Cena, Punk, & Sheamus to make him a legit main eventer. Forget the usual "Beat Jobber A, Beat Jobber B" scenarios, they are over done.

Whatever happens or however much of a beast they make him seem we all know that the following year he'll most probably be in the ring doing that stupid f**king air trumpet with Santino... just like vlad... just like khali

Have him enter ala Brock in 02, surprise jump attacks. Then draft him since it's coming, do something next months PPV or miss it out completely. Next night on Raw, start a goldrush tournament which includes the likes of Kane, Cena, Del Rio and have him pick up hard contested wins over 3 weeks to get a shot at either Champion, it doesn't matter which since as it stands - everyone is on both shows pretty much. I feel it needs to a quick turnaround into the World title realms with this Tensai character before people have a chance to get bored of it or question it's validity. I think if you're new and big, moving that fast up the ladder is acceptable so long as you have some talent and mobility that is - which he does so. If it turns out he's a bit of a wreck in the ring, then you just have him lose on PPV.
I would not object to him winning a midcard title on the road to getting the World title before SSlam (could be an interesting debut if Santino challenged anyone in the back to a match for the US on Raw after Mania and he came out) and holding both at the same time, something we haven't seen for a while just not over Cody or Dolph - speaking of which they should be placed away from Tensai and you could groom either to go face to give L10 fresh opponents, like in 2 months time have Dolph come out on top in a feud over a couple more months with Kane and have him go up against Tensai at Summerslam for the World title.

I like what someone mentioned above, with the Japanese cards left at the scene. Have random mid card & under card guys laid out for a a couple of weeks & reveal Tensai as the culprit but make the final guy he does it to a main guy.
But to make it simpler: I'd have him have a huge undefeated streak ala Umaga.

I'd tell him to get in good enough shape to be given a role like that.

The only thing that I would change about this is that I would give him a Yokozuna type push
