Fully agree that Wrestlemania X8 should've been Kurt Angle vs. Mr. Perfect. What a missed opportunity. I watched the whole event last night and it KIIIIIIILLED to know we could have seen Angle vs. Perfect especially since neither were in a big or an important match.

I'd rebook WM9. I'd just change one thing: Instead of Hogan coming out at the end, I'd have it make sense and have Neidhart beat Yokozuna for the title.

Imagine if they did Hart/Savage or Hart/Hogan at WM 9. No disrespect to Yokozuna, he was fantastic, but I never saw him as WM Main Event type of guy.

I can't believe I forgot about this! Wrestlemania 8 should have been Hogan/Flair! There's no way any other match should have main evented that show. And btw sorry if it's already been mentioned

WrestleMania 26
WWE Championship- Randy Orton (c) w/Cody Rhodes vs Ted DiBiase Jr. (The End of Legacy)
I would have had Randy Orton come into WrestleMania 26 as WWE Champion, and he is facing his former Legacy teammate DiBiase who I would have made a face coming into this match, that Orton and Rhodes turned on DiBiase after he won a #1 Contender's Battle Royal to determine who would face Orton for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 26, with DiBiase last eliminating Cena off of a distraction by Orton and Rhodes to make sure DiBiase wins the Battle Royal. Then after out of nowhere when it looks like they are celebrating with DiBiase, they turn on him by beating him down and Rhodes picks DiBiase up only for Orton to hit the RKO on DiBiase, and then Rhodes gives DiBiase the Cross Rhodes leaving DiBiase laying. At WrestleMania I would have DiBiase come up short at Mania but end up winning the WWE Championship from Orton at Backlash, then eventually turn Orton face by having Rhodes turn on Orton leaving him laying, that is how I would have ended Legacy.
Winner: Orton (20 minutes)
World Heavyweight Championship- Edge (c) vs Chris Jericho
I wouldn't change anything about this match at all, expect the fact that I would have had Edge win the match and win the title.
Winner: Edge (25 minutes)
Career Threatening Match
Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H (D-X Collides)
I would have had Triple H be the one to face Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 26 rather than The Undertaker, it would be fitting to have HHH be the one to retire his best friend HBK, DX colliding, I would start this at the Rumble by having HHH be the one to eliminate HBK from the Rumble, and HBK goes nuts on HHH for eliminating him because it was HBK's shot at Taker, and Triple H cost him, and HBK costs HHH the RAW Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship, so Vince comes out and makes an edict that the next match HBK loses, will be his final match, that he must retire.
Winner: HHH (35 minutes)
Grudge Match
John Cena w/Bret Hart vs. Batista w/Mr. McMahon
I would still have this match happen but for both Bret Hart and Mr. McMahon to be in their wrestler's corner, with Cena & Batista having their Grudge Match but not including the WWE Championship in there.
Winner: Batista (18 minutes)
Streak Match
Sheamus vs. The Undertaker
I would have had Sheamus be the one to face Taker in the Streak Match, Sheamus back in 2010 he was a real threat to the Streak and he could have ended it.
Winner: Taker (15 minutes)
Grudge Match
Rey Mysterio vs. CM Punk
I wouldn't change anything about this match at all, Rey wins.
Winner: Rey Mysterio (15 minutes)
Money In The Bank Ladder Match
Kofi Kingston vs Jack Swagger vs Drew McIntyre vs Kane vs Evan Bourne vs Matt Hardy vs Christian vs Dolph Ziggler vs MVP vs Shelton Benjamin
Winner: Matt Hardy (20 minutes)
I would have had Matt Hardy win the MITB Ladder Match because it would be fitting since his brother Jeff left the WWE, that his brother would get a main event push, and I would have had Matt Hardy cash in on either the WWE Champion or on the World Heavyweight Champion, beginning the mega push of Matt Hardy.

And btw sorry if it's already been mentioned I hear people say this a lot, but I for one am glad it didn't happen (at least on WM 8) because theres no way Hogan/Flair could have topped Savage/Flair.

WrestleMania 22
WWE Championship
John Cena (c) vs Rey Mysterio (2006 Royal Rumble Winner)
I would still have Rey win the Rumble back in 2006, but I would have him switch brands to go to RAW to face the WWE Champion, that being John Cena, and this would be an ultimate face vs. face match-up with the crowd being very pro Rey because of Eddie, the ultimate under-dog vs. the champ, the ultimate dream match in my opinion and if this happened at WrestleMania 22, can you say buyrates would have gone right through the roof. Rey wins this match in 30 minutes.
Winner: New WWE Champion Rey Mysterio (30 minutes)
World Heavyweight Championship
Kurt Angle (c) vs Randy Orton
This match I would have still booked it, but instead of a Triple-Threat Match, it would have been one on one, with Orton winning a #1 Contender's Tournament on Smackdown to earn the right to face Kurt Angle, and this match would have 5 star classic all over it, Randy of course would be the heel in this match with Angle being face/tweener, Orton with the RKO, Angle with the Ankle Lock. Randy Orton wins by reversing the Angle Slam into an RKO out of nowhere to win the match. Orton wins in 20 minutes in a classic.
Winner: New World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton (20 minutes)
Triple H vs. The Undertaker (Streak Match)
This would have been the perfect match for both HHH and Undertaker at WrestleMania 22, HHH obviously coming in as a massive heel into the match with Taker's streak being in really serious jeopardy. I would book it so that HHH after losing the RAW Gold Rush Tournament to become #1 Contender, he sets his sights on doing something big for Mania, and that is challenging Taker to a match at Mania. Triple H says that at Mania 17 when him & Taker faced off, Taker got lucky, and HHH was a different man back then but now he is just as evil and ruthless as he ever was and that he is not afraid of Taker at all, that is until Taker pulls his mind games on HHH showing him the victims of Undertaker's WrestleMania victims even showing Triple H in the video, and says that lightning will strike twice and you HHH will rest in peace. The lights go out on HHH, thunder hits the ringpost, and it is raining in the arena, and Taker's symbol is on fire, Triple H doesn't seem afraid or scared but deep down he really is and Triple H knows it. So HHH invades Smackdown and during Taker's matches, HHH attacks Taker and 2 weeks before Mania, HHH attacks Taker with a sledgehammer and he says I will see you Deadman at WrestleMania 22. Then the last week before Mania on RAW, when HHH celebrates a victory, the lights go out again, and when they come back on, Taker is in the ring with HHH, HHH tries to make a run for it, but it was only a ploy, he tries to attack Taker only for Taker to plant him with a Chokeslam and then a Tombstone. Taker wins this match in 25 minutes.
Winner: Undertaker (25 minutes) 14-0
Hardcore Match
Edge vs. Mick Foley
I wouldn't change anything here about this match
Winner: Edge (15 minutes)
Boogeyman vs Booker T & Sharmell
I wouldn't change anything here either
Winner: Boogeyman (10 minutes)
Money In The Bank Ladder Match
Shelton Benjamin vs Carlito vs RVD vs Lashley vs JBL vs Benoit
I would have booked Shelton Benjamin to win the MITB Ladder Match only for him & RVD to feud for the briefcase, and have RVD win the briefcase at a later PPV
Winner: Shelton Benjamin (18 minutes)
WWE Women's Championship (Fatal 4-Way Match)
Trish Stratus (c) vs Mickie James vs Victoria vs Lita
I would still book Trish to lose the WWE Women's Championship but I would make it a multi-diva match-up since some of the divas are going to need to be on the card, but I would have her lose it to Lita, in like 10-12 minutes, Lita becomes the WWE Women's Champion by pinning Candice via help from Edge distracting the referee. Gives Lita massive heat.
Winner: New WWE Women's Champion Lita (12 minutes)
Last Man Standing Match
Shawn Michaels vs. Mr. McMahon
Instead of making it a No Holds Barred Match between HBK/McMahon, I would have made this match more personal by making it a Last Man Standing Match, that way there is more blood and a more decisive winner, where the winner beats their opponent so badly and so decisively they can't get up to the count of 10. HBK wins the Last Man Standing Match in like 20 minutes.
Winner: HBK (20 minutes)

Wrestlemania 9 WWE Title - Hulk Hogan(c) vs Bret Hart Yokozuna vs Randy Savage Hair vs Hair - Beefcake vs Ted Dibase; no Tag Titles match
Wrestlemania 10 WWE Title - Bret Hart vs Lex Luger (main event)
Wrestlemania 18 Kurt Angle vs Mr. Perfect Kane vs Kevin Nash
Wrestlemania 19 Steve Austin vs Hulk Hogan The Rock vs Goldberg (would have brought Goldberg in a month earlier)
Wrestlemania 20 WWE Title - Triple H(c) vs Chris Benoit The Rock vs HBK Hardcore Match - Foley vs Orton Throw Batista/Flair into one of the tag matches; scrap Even Gown Match and one of the tag matches would go on the pre-show
Wrestlemania 22 Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart ?
Wrestlemania 23 Hulk Hogan vs Big Show (Trump vs McMahon) Edge vs Randy Orton Scrap Womens match and Kane/Khali
Wrestlemania 25 WHC Title - Edge(c) vs Show John Cena vs Hulk Hogan

I wish it was Savage as champion at WM8 vs Bret Hart. That would have been amazing. I love the Yokozuna/Hart match at WM9, I think it remains to this day one of the best WM main event matches, of course not including Hogan's little annoying title win, and I still think to this day it would have made more sense for Neidhart to do it as he was Bret's friend?! BTW koreygunz Owen was injured when he was eliminated at the Royal Rumble in 93, I'm assuming that's why he was absent from WM9.

No possible way they could have done Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels at WM 22 even if they were on good terms. Bret was still in poor health and in recovery stages from the stroke.

Another way I would re-book WrestleMania 21 would be this way:
WrestleMania 21
World Heavyweight Championship (Triple-Threat Match)
Triple H (c) w/Ric Flair vs. Batista (2005 Royal Rumble Winner) vs. Randy Orton
This match I would have Batista still turn on Triple H and Ric Flair the way he did, with Batista deciding to face HHH for the WHC, but I would have Orton strong-arm his way into this match, just like how Shawn Michaels did for WrestleMania 20, and the Triple-Threat would be set, but we see the implosion of Evolution because we don't know whose side Ric is going to be on, whether he will look to stay with HHH, or side with Batista or even side with Orton, we won't know until after the match is over. I would have Batista win the Triple-Threat Match in 25 minutes, and after the match Nature Boy turns on Triple H and he also turns on Batista too, and sides with Orton, after we see a Flair/Orton alliance with Flair becoming Orton's manager with Flair and Orton both assaulting HHH and Batista after the match
Winner: New World Heavyweight Champion Batista (25 minutes)
Money In The Bank Ladder Match
Shelton Benjamin vs. Edge vs. Benoit vs. Kane vs. Christian vs. Muhammad Hassan
I wouldn't change anything about this match expect taking out Jericho out of the match and replacing him with Muhammad Hassan, and I would have Edge still win the match.
Winner: Edge (15 minutes)
Chris Jericho vs. The Undertaker
For this match I would have Jericho be the one to challenge Undertaker's streak, and I would turn Jericho Y2J heel while doing it, a heel Jericho back in 2005 would have been a really awesome threat to Taker's streak, and people would actually think that Jericho could end it, and Jericho would say that he is not afraid of Taker or afraid of the dark, and that Jericho likes the dark, Jericho playing mind games with Taker, and Taker playing them right back with Jericho having fear in his eyes but not trying to show it. Undertaker wins this match in a classic in 20 minutes.
Winner: Undertaker 13-0 (20 minutes)
WWE Championship (Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match)
JBL (c) vs. Kurt Angle vs. John Cena vs. Booker T
For SD's main event, I would have made it a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match for the WWE Championship with JBL's title reign being in serious jeopardy, and I would turn Booker heel for this match and put him on the card strong-arming his way into this match along with Kurt Angle, and John Cena having won the #1 Contender's Tournament, Teddy Long makes it a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match for the title. I would have Kurt Angle eliminate JBL in under 10 minutes ensuring that there will be a new champion, and John Cena eliminates Booker T in under 20 minutes, and John Cena eliminates Kurt Angle in under 25 minutes.
Winner: New WWE Champion John Cena (25 minutes)
Shawn Michaels vs. Eddie Guerrero
This would be an awesome dream match in the making, I would book a heel HBK for this match in that he thinks a man like Eddie doesn't even deserve to be in the same ring as him, acting all holier than thou saying how Eddie is a drug addict while HBK is a role model all people can be proud of. 5-star classic in the making. I would book Eddie to win this match.
Winner: Eddie Guerrero (23 minutes)
WWE United States Championship
Orlando Jordan (c) vs. Rey Mysterio
I would make this a last-minute addition to the card, with Mysterio challenging Jordan for the WWE United States Championship, this would open the show with Orlando Jordan retaining the title with The Cabinet helping.
Winner: Still WWE United States Champion Orlando Jordan (12 minutes)

Also how could I have forgotten about Hart vs. Luger at WrestleMania X?! I know Vince was supposedly punishing Luger for drinking and running his mouth about the finish, but giving Luger the strap (even if it was for like an hour or so) and dropping to Bret should have been how WrestleMania X ended.

Ill take a stab at the worst WM ever...
WrestleMania 11
WWF Title Diesel (c) vs Shawn Michaels
Bam Bam vs Lawrence Taylor (this was a big publicity grabber for the WWF, so I accept that its on the card, but shouldnt have been the main event)
Submission Match Bret Hart vs Owen Hart w/Bob Backlund -Owen essentially cost Bret the title at Survivor Series, and interfered at the Rumble. Plus they could have had Owen play off the fact that he was 1-0 against Bret at Mania, and have Backlund as his "trainer"
IC Title Jeff Jarrett (c) vs Razor Ramon
Undertaker vs King Kong Bundy
Tag Titles 1-2-3 Kid and Bob Holly (c) vs Smoking Gunns
British Bulldog vs Yokozuna -Yoko could have still been brought in as Owen's partner/associate to take out his brother in law
Not sure what to do with Lex Luger....?

I'd rebook WM9. I'd just change one thing: Instead of Hogan coming out at the end, I'd have it make sense and have Neidhart beat Yokozuna for the title. What would make sense about a guy who hadnt been in the company for almost a year and who was a Tag team wrestler to come out of nowhere and win the title? Cmon man...I know you're a big Anvil fan and thats totally cool. Really it is, Im a Tully Blanchard fan...but bro...Anvil...world champ? Cmon As for a rebook. The simplest and easy one most do is the WM8 card Flair-Hogan (World Title) Piper-Hart (IC Title) Sid-Taker Savage-Jake (Should have built on this more and not just ended it so fast) Money Inc-Legion of Doom Michaels vs Owen (would be a hot opener IMO) Natural Disasters-Nasty Boys Drop the rest of the guys off the card

Wrestlemania 25 Fixed: Matches in this order:
1.Rey Mysterio vs. JBL-15 minutes
2.Money In the Bank-Time stays the same, Christian wins
3.Jericho vs. Legends: No changes
4. WHC match- Edge wins, There was no point in Cena winning, just to lose at Backlash a few weeks later. It was to spark a feud with Show? Show still could have cost him the match, Cena didnt need to be champ.
5. Matt vs. Jeff Hardy: No changes
6. Randy Orton vs. Triple H: Orton winning, so we wouldnt have had to suffer through that crappy match at Backlash
7.Santina vs. Beth: No changes
8. Shawn vs. Undertaker: No changes

Easy for me.
Wrestlemania X8
1.Stone Cold Steve Austin .Vs Triple H-WWF Title 2.Hollywood Hogan .Vs The Rock-"Icon .Vs Icon" 3.Kurt Angle .Vs Mr.Perfect 4.The Undertaker .Vs Ric Flair-No Holds Barred 5.Edge and Christian .Vs The Hardy Boyz .Vs The Dudley Boyz-WWF Tag Team Titles-TLC IV 6.Rob Van Dam .Vs Chris Jericho-IC Title 7.Jazz .Vs Trish Stratus .Vs Lita-Women's Title 8.Diamond Dallas Page .Vs Booker T-European Title 9.The Outsiders .Vs APA 10.Big Show .Vs Kane
Would have been a perfect card for Mania,in 2002 the WWE had its deepest roster ever but the actual WM X8 was a huge let down besides the legendary Hogan/Rock match up and a solid Taker/Flair match.Everything else was underwhelming.

5.Mr.Perfect .Vs Razor Ramon

Wrestlemania 9
real card: Dark Tito Santana defeated Papa Shango Singles match 08:00 1 Tatanka (with Sensational Sherri) defeated Shawn Michaels (c) (with Luna Vachon) by countout Singles match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship 18:13 2 The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) defeated The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) (with Afa) Tag team match 14:22 3 Doink the Clown defeated Crush Singles match 08:28 4 Razor Ramon defeated Bob Backlund Singles match 03:45 5 Money Inc. (Ted DiBiase and Irwin R. Schyster) (c) defeated The Mega-Maniacs (Hulk Hogan and Brutus Beefcake) (with Jimmy Hart) by disqualification Tag team match for the WWF Tag Team Championship 18:27 6 Lex Luger defeated Mr. Perfect Singles match 10:56 7 The Undertaker (with Paul Bearer) defeated Giant Gonzalez (with Harvey Wippleman) by disqualification Singles match 07:33 8 Yokozuna (with Mr. Fuji) defeated Bret Hart (c) Singles match for the WWF Championship 08:55 9 Hulk Hogan defeated Yokozuna (c) (with Mr. Fuji)
My card
1. Tatanka defeats WWF Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels to win the title. Very important that this match stays, and that Tatanka wins the title here. Tatanka is unbeaten and very popular, and will be built as a future main eventer. 2. Mr. Perfect defeats Ric Flair in a career vs. career match. This match blew off on a very early 93 Raw, and the feud blew off VERY early by WWF early 90s standards. I would've dragged it on to Wrestlemania, even if it meant giving Flair a raise to stay an extra two months. 3. The Narcissist Lex Luger defeats El Matador Tito Santana. Quick showcase squash for Luger 4. Doink the Clown defeats Crush. My favorite part of Wrestlemania 9, so it can stay 5. Bob Backlund defeats Papa Shango. Again, a quick squash, no more than 2 minutes. Put Backlund over big as he's redebuting and Shango is on his way out 6. The Steiner Brothers defeat The Headshrinkers - my other favorite match of Mania 9. Gotta stay 7. The Undertaker defeats Razor Ramon - Razor is coming strong off a Rumble title match, and leads straight into a feud with Taker. Giant Gonzalez shows up POST MATCH for a staredown with Taker, which sets up a King of the Ring showdown. First appearance of Gonzalez 8. Mega Maniacs (Hulk Hogan & Brutus Beefcake) defeat IRS & Ted DiBiase to win the WWF Tag Team Titles - Hogan will have made a power play for the World title. He'll be denied, and will be given the tag titles to hold him over. The reign only lasts until a few weeks later, where they drop them back to IRS & DiBiase on Raw. 9. Yokozuna defeats Bret Hart to win the WWF title - Tatanka and Hogan/Beefcake win the other two titles to "send the fans home happy", so they can forgive the booking of Yoko winning the main belt. Yoko is WAY too dominant to not win it. This sets up Bret/Yoko 2 at King of the Ring, where Bret will get "injured", Tatanka/Yoko at Summerslam, Bret/Tatanka/Undertaker/?? vs. Team Yoko at Survivor Series, Taker/Yoko 1 at Rumble 94 where Yoko and a band of thieves take Taker out, and Taker/Yoko 2 at Mania X, where Taker wins the title, in a casket match
