How often are you guys looking? I do maybe 1 hunt a week and I usually hit 2 tru's, 2-3 targets, 1 k-mart, and 3-4 wal-marts. I am looking for boppv Mark Henry, eboppv Bret Hart, E14, B17, & 2packs 15....... I am actually feeling pretty caught up. I nabbed Layla, Brodus, & Christian all last Friday.

I usually have one 'route' I go twice a week with a Target, Walmart and Target, and it also involves getting lunch. With TRU, I usually call, to find out when they get a new delivery, and if it's a day I can spare the time, try to visit it at opening.

It is the after-christmas slow down where stores order less stock. Sadly, I think the problem is Mattel. When you flood stores with Cena/Orton/Rey and they don't move, or series get skipped entirely, or one store carries this and another store carries that, it never works out well in the end. Say what you want about Jakks, but their WWE distribution was way better than what Mattel has done. Slow and steady wins the race.

East Windsor, CT WalMart. I just saw them today. And again, all they had were Undertaker, Cena, and Triple H. No Warrior, Eddie or Swagger. Thanks for sharing the info. I've never been to that store. At least I know WMH is in the state.

i got once to twice a week. we only have one k-mart and its pretty far from my house. theres another one extra far as well. the tar, wal, and tru are close and theres 2-3 of each. its just crazy i been doing this from ljn-now and i have never had this problem aside from ljn 89 and the green back hasbros but we all know why those were scarce. i donno, goin on a hunt tommorow. fingers crossed but the problem here is now that amazon has taken control of my life and graphic novels dont stop comming out, my ccs are maxed so its like i gotta take my savings with me because if they have full sets and i dont have the money i start sweating and hide things,go home and come back and the stores are far oooohhhhhh the anxiety

My area is exactly as described by the OP...it's horrible and I've all but given up on retail..thrill of the hunt was always a big thing for me but the depression of empty pegs day after day week after week has really ruined it

Say what you want about Jakks, but their WWE distribution was way better than what Mattel has done. Slow and steady wins the race. The problem with that is Mattel doesn't ship things to individual stores. They ship it to the retailers main distribution centers who then break the shipments down and ship them to the various regional distribution centers who in turn send it to the stores. So I'm sure there plenty of RRH sitting in various retailers distribution centers because they probably don't follow the "first in first out rule" and rotate the merchandise. they probably just grab the first case they see. That why some KMarts have had RRH yet others haven't. And with WalMart it's even worse because certain stores don't even carry the lines. I have 3 area WalMarts that had them Mattel lines when they first got the license yet since then they have done at least 6 department resets and haven't had any spots for Basics/Elites/Legends/DM or Batman/YJ/DCUC. I've asked the dept managers why that is numerous times and their reply is we get a floor plan from corporate and that is what they follow. I've email WalMart about why they don't carry these lines at my area stores, but have never gotten a response.

This is why I now just order online. I used to love going to stores for the hunt but after being let down time after time..the internet is now my store. But it is awesome on the rare occasion when you finally find a figure you've been wanting at a store.

I'm from RI and it's really dry around here as well. TRU has nothing but Rock/Cena Battle Packs, K-Mart has a few things but not much, same with Wal-Mart. Target never has anything so I hardly check there.
In a way I'm sorta happy that the stores around me have nothing because it keeps money in my wallet. But quite frankly I'm getting bored..I miss the figure hunting.

I had to buy Elite 14 online because they sold out in stores instantly (except a few Cenas).
Passed on the Bellas in a store because of the price, but now worried they may never show up at any other stores around here.
I go out for figures pretty regularly and it's still damn hard to keep up with them and find all the ones I want.

I have not seen any Elites beyond series 12. It is getting frustrating because I need that Grotesque Cody and Flashback Edge.

I've actually been having some luck recently. I found E13 Ziggler the first time I saw the wave at Target and bought it. I also saw it another time at a different Target where I finally found E13 Edge as well. So, recently Target has been very good to me.

With the store's distribution problems and the popularity of the figures, buying online is the thing to do.

Yes. I often have trouble finding many WWE figures I want here in merry old England. To be honest since the Mattel takeover, it's got too expensive for me to collect in the way I always have (1 figure of every character) since with Mattel I end up having to buy 90% of them online.
