wish I would have seen this earlier, now the complete set of BPs are back-ordered, and i'm not paying $40 for just Trent Baretta and a stretcher knowing that I have like 4 Mark Henrys already, i'll take my chances that at retail for this 1 I think.

Hey guys. I would have loved to do a cloth shirt on bret & savage exclusives too but realistically its just not within budget. These are very limited production runs by Mattel's standards and because of that they are very costly to produce especially with all the deco accessories and special packaging. We always ask for ideal look and attire but things have to be made to fit within a certain budget. I think it looks pretty damn good myself and there's a new head scan to boot.

I'm a big hater on plastic shirts...but this one works well enough..
Very happy with the way Macho Man came out and so should Ringside. Hope we get the headsculpt again with brown hair on a early 90s Savage.
Oh and I'm also intrested in Jinder Mahal, Hornswoggle and Trent 2pack but will wait to see pic's

I might pick up nWo Macho Man. If it's in Legends packaging, then yes; Elite Flashback, no.

Trevor Ringside If you were gonna do rubber why not go with the black and white vest he wore? Also no weight-belt? Deep Freeze did the perfect Savage [/url] With a weight-belt

I woulda liked fingerless gloves...and maybe a knee brace. Im still thinking there might be a weightbelt under that shirt...maybe molded on the tights? I couldn't find him wearing the EXACT attire. Macho Man changed his look almost everytime he came out for a match/promo. In the NWO he would change between combos of several shirts, tights, gloves, wrist/hand tape, elbow pads, vests....etc... i do however question the new tassles??? love the shirt and face tho also want to kno if there's ne thing on the back of the shirt

I don't see how anyone(*) could complain about that Savage. I think they really hit this one out of the park. Love the shirt. I just wish the purple 80's shirt would have been plastic. I hope more than anything we see more of this scan on older attired Savage figures.
*(Except maybe june. Sure he'll find a way.)

When I first seen savage, I didn't even notice the shirt was rubber! I'm happy with what they've done with him and look forward to ordering him when payday comes.
I do agree with everyone about there seeming to be a lack of belt.

Now that's the Savage head sculpt I've been waiting for!
I kind of like the rubber shirts, the folds and texture are in better scale to the figure that way, but to each their own.
