Cool to see. I think if you swapped heads they would be more accurate for each version. I know Yokozuna's main attire was red tights and black mawashi, but I was hoping Mattel would have gone with a different color scheme.

The arms do look small but that is still a must-buy for me! I need Yoko.

Damn, he has some junk in the trunk!
I pass judgement when I get the figure in my hands.

i wasn't too sure about the size of yoko when we first saw pics but i think he came out great. jakks yoko was awesome but mattel really nailed it. even the facial expression is perfect. thanks for the pics!

Call me insane, but I think I prefer the Jakks version. The neck and arms are more to my liking, I guess. I'll pick up one, maybe a second and do a head swap on the Jakks body to see what that looks like.

As a CS collector only, I have to say that I have passed many times on the CS Yoko because I have never liked the way they did him at all. I have been waiting to see how Mattel would make him. After seeing him, I will for sure be getting the Mattel version. While not perfect, they nailed his look alot better than the CS one. Good job Mattel and FINALLY you will have a figure in my collection.

Now my most important question - can he do a Banzai drop?

Looks really good. I'll be buying this for sure, even though its gonna cost me $40.00 dollars on Ringside. Yokozuna was always a favorite of mine and is a must for my 90's collection.

Now my most important question - can he do a Banzai drop? He sure can. I already squashed Hacksaw Jim Duggans lungs with a Banzai late last night and before that i was fiddling around with them having a little "Wrestlemania 9" moment between him and the RSC Exclusive Bret Hart and of course the hitman got one to lol

Awesome to hear scsa101! Thanks!
I was wondering with all his articulation if he'd be able to hit his finisher better than the Jakks version. Can't wait to get it.
