Dear Mattel,
I think you have done a great job on the Elite figures. However I believe they are only the middle ground between basic figures and true collectables.
I would like to see a Deluxe Elite line of figures that are extremely detailed, realistic strand hairs, cloth tights, leather boots, limited edition, basically the whole nine yards for us collectors with the cash for a truly premium product.
I am extremely disappointed that William Regal has not had a figure to date that has included a pair of brass knuckles. I wouldn't mind a $10 - $100's mark up if you include everything a figure should have. I would really like to see a Deluxe Elite William Regal with his black cloth robe, the brass knuckles and a different head sculpt because even William Regal can't have a perma-scowl all the time!
As for figure accessory packs I would like to see ring announcer, camera man, referee and three generic suit outfits ( white, black and grey ) that can be adjusted to most figure sizes. There is a market for those who enjoy customizing their figures and accessory packs like you have for your Barbie Dolls would work just as well for WWE fans.
I really think you could set yourself apart from other WWE figure companies if you were to go ahead with these suggestions.
Thank you.

None of that is even attainable at the current scale. Leather boots on a six-seven inch figure would look awful. No wrestlers that I can think of even wear cloth tights. It's impossible for real materials to look good at that scale, so the six people that wanted to pay $500 for a "premium" William Regal figure would change their minds when it turned out looking like crapanyway. Mattel are never going to do this. But there are customisers out there who can make clothing and accessories completely tailored to your needs.

Well even if everything wouldn't look good they could still go with what does work. A cloth black version of his robe would look fine. If they are going to go with a new head scan I think they could go for a bigger version of the doll or something too. I can tailor my own figures clothing really well since I learned from my great grandmother who used to take in clothing during the great depression but I am a MIB collector and having to design the clothing myself is impractical for my collecting needs. Also I wouldn't mind them doing other wrestlers too. I would settle for an accessories set for each of the wrestlers currently out.
