Very nice work on the painting. I was thinking about making a similar figure because I have several Slaughter figures from a lot I purchased. My only worries would be the paint on the arm joints. Did you seal the paint so it would not rub off if the arms are moved? Very nice work on the shirt's camo painting. It definitely makes me want to try one now. I use a sealer called "artists' varnish gloss" by folk art You paint it on right over the original paint and works beautifully. The figure can be soaked with water and the paint still wont come off. |

I like this custom. It's a shame Mattel didn't give us this instead.
The only problem I can see (and it's been said before) is the green stripe; but if you don't go looking for it, you can't really notice it.
Awesome stuff. I like the Jakks jacket on it too.

I'm just not feeling this custom.
While Reks and Funk are around the same weight, their builds are different. Funk's body is too 'soft' for Reks, but that's my opinion.
In some of the facial expressions, I can seeing why you used Funk's face.
I like that you used Kofi's dreads instead of sculpting.

He didn't like your custom, that's the end off it. You can wait outside the school gates for him tomorrow.
The Triple H is 'fine' for what it is. You swapped the legs, barely a custom, more of a fix-up. hell, you could of bought/made removable trousers and put them on the original Triple H figure and got the same result.

What colors did you use to achieve the skin tone? It looks a bit off from the body, but that could be from the camera flash - happens to me all the time. Still, it looks really smooth all around. I'd be nicer if Mattel would just release one officially, but oh well.
