Hey guys. Yesterday I placed an order including Jack Swagger from Series 16 and Miz and Rey from Series 17 on Mattyshop .. today I recieved two emails from them.. one stating Miz and Rey had shipped. The other said Swagger is a ''backorder/presale'' item and I would recieve a shipment email when the figure was back in stock.
Has this happened to anyone before? Im sure it has, so about how long does it take for these backorders to ship? I mean, the figure was on the site for a good couple hours after I ordered so at least SOMEONE had to have gotten the email. If it's too long I may just cancel the order and try luck at WallyWorld again : ( Karma to whoever helps here.

got it for cara/bryan 2-pack. i hardly hear of them re-stocking so it makes me wonder.

They rarely restock. You may get lucky, and they get a few more to fill the orders, but they never restock on the site really. Same thing happened on an Elite 14 Rock to me. A month later I got a cancellation notice, which I was expecting. Good luck, but I would be searching elsewhere in the meantime.

I always found that to be so stupid that Mattel Shop almost NEVER restocks. I mean, it's Mattel's site! They should be able to be fully stocked with everything at all times!

Well, I just got the "we're sorry and we've done everything in your power but we can't deliver your order" for my Cara and Bryan. Yay for the retail searching, aka the "thrill of the hunt but you'll never find it so instead you pay scalper prices" game!!!! Okay, maybe it won't be that bad. But I'm extremely disappoint. I always found that to be so stupid that Mattel Shop almost NEVER restocks. I mean, it's Mattel's site! They should be able to be fully stocked with everything at all times! I agree. And they could try to, yknow, take items down quicker than a few hours after they sell out. |

I ordered B17Miz and Miz/Orton Rumbler and it came today. The next day I ended up ordering WMH Taker and B17Dolph that they put more of up and got the shipping confirmation e-mail today.
