i'm pretty sure that was after the match when he used the mist on his hand. and when do kick pads mean trouble in paradise? only an idiot won't decide to see what someone's capable of before judging. first of all wearing KickPads usually mean the guy specializes in kicking strikes (Miz isnt a striker of any sorts but the reason he wears kickpads is understandable) and Lord Tensai doesnt seem to be the type of guy who has the balance to be a kick striker Ive watched him since he was Prince Albert and I think everyone knows what he is capable of... Its a safe bet to say he isnt going to be performing a shooting star press anytime soon He is and always was slow and boring they can change his name from Prince Albert to Lord Tensai and even King DeDeDe bottom line he will still be the same boring person imo Clearly you don't know what he's capable of or you would know he isn't the same wrestler he left WWE as.

Have people forgot that the only time this guy ever got a crowd reaction is when people would chant "Shave your back".....Just like his entire career, the crowd monday night (a pretty hot one) was dead when he came out. (With the exception of the half hearted faded "welcome back" chant)

He's been Lord Tensai for a week. Give him time. I guess you've loved everyone else the first week they came in?

Definitely willing to give him a chance, but I wasn't overly impressed with him.

I didn't care for him as Prince Albert. I thought he was entertaining and would have made an interesting tag team with Scotty 2 Hotty. I like A-Train, I LOVED his work as Big Bernard in Japan.
But in reality, how about wait until the guy has been back on a full-time basis and had a month or two to mesh with the product.

I think I'm going to have to see him wrestle a full length match against someone better than A-Ry before I can decide whether or not I like him.

Zero reaction? I thought I heard the crowd chanting "A-Train" during the match. And his in ring ability just based on that one match is better than 95% of the active roster.
He's completely different than the rest of the roster. He's believable as a dominant force. I hope he squashes all the jobber guys like Miz, Drew McIntyre, Heath Slater and everyone else who is exactly like them with no defining characteristic or moveset.

So, it's so far out of the realm of possibility that he learned ANYTHING in Japan that he's exactly that same skill wise? You're a moron, truly.

No. He kicks total ass as Giant Bernard. You should check out his matches against Yuji Nagata and Tanahashi. Good stuff!
Also, no crowd reaction? What, are you death? The crowd ate it up! With about 12 different chants supporting him.
From 'Welcome Back!' to 'A-Train!' and 'One more time!'
THe only thing that sucks is he isn't aloud his sitout style Piledriver.

Thought his redebut was fantastic.
Unique big man look. Bought back alot of the great move-set he had in Japan. Love that he's vocal in the ring, adds to his whole threatening character. Used mist which is something we havn't seen in the WWE in a long time, but used it in a unique way, the idea it was some kind of KO mist rather than just blinding was a nice touch. He perhaps only has a couple of years of his prime left, but I hope they get the most out of them because he's a fantastic talent to have around.

I like him. I liked him as A-Train too to be quite honest, and thought he was pretty underrated. He's good for a guy of his size, and if he's improved while in Japan then, well, even better.
So I disagree, completely.

I'm going to disagree. I think they def need some tweeking to his character like maybe ditch the entrance gear or tone it down a bit and have him speak and say exactly who he is and what he's all about. I always liked A train and was prob one of the only ppl who liked when he won the IC title lol. Imo he has a good look and a good move set and I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with him. If done properly it could work.

You know what? Just give him a time to see how WWE use him in the future shows. You just judge him too soon, mate.
I do enjoyed his time as Albert at WWF. I remember his feud with Kane for the intercontinental champion, and he used be tag team with Test.
Just give WWE a chance to use him. As we have no idea where he will end up.

I find him to be a cool character, more serious in nature than Zack Ryder, Funaki or Boogeyman types in the past.
Also, if you are serious, I believe what you are interpreting as his "yes" is a form of a Kiai, which is a common practice in Martial Arts, releasing air and controlling your breathing as you strike.

Here's how I see it.
I wasn't impressed with his debut at all. His in-ring work wasn't bad, but he just had a very stereotypical debut. I think I need to give this guy more time before giving him a full judgement and I think the same thing should apply to those who are already marking out for him. I think it's just as bad to mark out for somebody, as it is to bash them when you haven't even seen anything from them yet.
