If anything WWE needs to bring back Scott Steiner, Big Poppa Pump, the Big Booty Daddy, Freakzilla, the Genetic Freak because in TNA he was misused and if he were back in WWE, I think that this time around with Scott Steiner, I would put him on Smackdown and for him this time Steiner can feud with such wrestlers like Randy Orton, Sheamus, Kane, Big Show, etc.

Randy Orton couldn't handle a FrankenSteiner.

Steiner was an absolute disaster last time around, why on Earth would anyone want to see him come back?
He brings nothing to the table at this point. WWE is building a new generation. They need fresh, young talent, and established names that will put asses in seats. Scott Steiner embodies neither of these traits at this stage in his career.

But you have to admit Steiner is a very great technical wrestler and with him back in the WWE, he would be the veteran in the back, a leader in the back

But Scott Steiner back in the WWE, he would go on one of his rants like this:

As much as I liked him he was abysmal in WWE in 2003. That ship has sailed in my honest opinion.

As much love as I have for the big bad booty daddy, I don't think he would work.

Because it was horrible booking that did Steiner in, if they had brought him in like a year later like in 2004, he would have been booked perfectly

In no way shape or form do they need Scott Steiner back. Never liked him.

As far as comedic promo guys go, I'd rather see Batista come back.

He would be a cool manager... who gets physical from time to time.
I wouldn't want him to be a regular wrestler though.

His last run was a train wreck. And no matter how badly people want to blame that on Triple H, Steiner was awful in every aspect. He tries to be so cutting edge that he stumbles on his own words, and his torso is so massive he can't move properly. Not to mention he's known for flying off the handle at the drop of a hat. So...
