directly from matty's site: Okay,so I contact customer service to find out why my order I placed on the 2nd had not shipped yet.I ordered #1 DDP and #2 deluxe stands. I get a email response that the product is sold out,but it does not say which one,but both are still listed as in stock.So I shoot them another email asking which one was out of stock,and they reply the DDP figure and that they will process my order when more come in.  Anybody else have this problem? Do you think it was like the MOTUC problem they where having,in that not all of the stock made it in for the sale. As of now,DDP still shows up as being in stock.Pretty lame Mattel. so,basically,this means one of 2 things: 1) Matty didn't get the DDP's in yet,so you might as well consider them pre-ordered... 2) they oversold the actual stock they got in( which apparently wouldn't have been a lot) ,and orders will ship when more stock arrives to fill the orders....matty HAS done this before,so don't presume it to not be possible... |

How is it false advertisement? He didn't state in the title that he got the figure or that it shipped, he said he figured out what the problem was.
Thanks for the help! It actually makes sense what you said and I hope that they can get the DDPs out soon!!

yeah, i just said the conundrum of WHY no one had DDP ship yet was solved...not that it was shipped...

I ordered mine minutes after it went on sale. I am guessing that they did not oversell but that the shipment did not come in from Asia yet.

I was a DIE HARD Legends collector. And I haven't even ordered DDP. Now I'm not second guessing that decision. I'll be very surprised if they carry this over for a second year.

here's the thing - if they're NOT in stock yet,are delayed a little,then just wait and put them up for sale with the rest of the stuff next week!
i've been dealing with their crap for 2+ years...it never changes...

i just didnt see how getting a confusing reply to an email....is a solution? That leaves ppl w/ just as many questions as they had before. Either way it dont affect me. I dont have the cash for DDP yet. Just hope it gets sorted out soon for everyone thats waiting.

oh my god....i never claimed to have a solution to the problem of people not getting their DDP's...what i had was an answer to why no one's DDP's have shipped... and it's not confusing to me - DDP's will ship when they get them in, meaning one of the two things i put in my first post happened... but,there,i changed the title to make you happy...  |

I had no issues with Andre, but getting nailed with DDP. They should let ringside handle the legends for distribution  |

i had no problem with Andre, and minimal problems with the Rockers (they took a lot longer than i expected plus that whole Mattel Shop debacle) but this DDP stuff is bothering me
