I think the Brainbusters will do well because it is a tag team. I just wish they were in a 2 pack like the Rockers. Waiting 2 months to complete the team will be bad. Bundy just tweeted a picture of his figure MOC!! t.co/bUXOg7SG...looks good.  Totally agree about putting Arn and Tully in a Brainbusters 2-pack... it makes sense - and I'd love to see more Legends 2-packs. |

i emailed them asking why i paid for an item on release day and it has yet to ship. I also stated i paid for quicker shipping. I then stated i felt this was unprofessional and unacceptable.
their response?
"We show your order has been completed and will be shipped soon." WTF?

latest email i received says item is out of stock, and no time table for more stock arriving is known. they wont charge my card until MORE stock arrived.
Funny, since site still shows in stock. waiting for MORE stock suggests they had some and shipped some, but we know that to be false. this is terrible.

I'm really pissed DDP hasn't shipped, they should have an item in stock for the release date, if not change the release date. I hope i get DDP before my birthday on the 24th, this is the first and last time i'll ever order from Matty period.

I found that emailing the site is pointless as the emails seem to be automated responses as I had the exact same reply word for word as someone else on here but I asked a slightly different question. I did get a response from someone on the matty collector forum by sending him a PM and he was very helpful. So it might be worth trying that. |

I just called them and spoke to a very nice lady from India, I believe. She informed me that the order is in process and that it should ship this week. If I don't receive a notice by friday, I should call them back and get an update.
Basically, in script form, she informed me that their customer service department doesn't know anything beyond it is in stock and will ship eventually.
I suggest others call to complain, 877-Go-Matty (877-4662889). If enough supervisors are informed that the customer base is concerned, they might make some sort of announcement about it. I don't think emails to a server will help that.
Have your order # ready, it will quicken the call.

Then you can just reorder at the normal price and save yourself $30? |
