Very nice.
The only thing I would add would be a streak of blonde(or any color) on the side of his head to offset the blue everywhere.

It seems that blue colour shines throught the black paintjob on his butt...maybe that´s just due to the flashlight, so i´m not sure.
The custom itself looks pretty good. My only minor complaint is that the head looks a tad too big on this torso, but it still works.
