I'm 16 and I have a pretty decent wrestling story, read if you please. I started watching WCW with my brother on Friday nights, I remember liking Scott Hall and Billy Kidman. I was too young to really appreciate any of it but my first vivid wrestling memory was RR 2000, which was a pretty awesome ppv. I remember being amazed by the Hardys and being on the edge of my seat throughout the Foley/HHH match. Of course my Dad was taping it for us so the space ran out in the last 10 mins and I never got to see The Rock win, lol. After watching that tape over time and time again I got to watch the odd ppv here and there, my Aunt taped some of them for us as we didn't have sky . Until we got sky in 2002, I started watching regularly, I never missed Smackdown, I was a huge mark for ABA Undertaker. My Dad took my brother and I to a house show, this is where it began to go downhill. Of course this show included swearing and naked women, lol. Then my Mum happened to walk in during the Vince McMahon vs Undertaker buried alive match, to which in all fairness, seemed a bit f*cked up for a 9 year old to be watching Kane bury his Brother, haha. So for the next few years my Mum sort of frowned upon the whole WWE thing. Over this period i'd say my favourites where Undertaker, Booker T and RVD. For the next 2-3 years I occasionally flicked on WWE, didn't really follow any storylines though. I do however remember going to my friends house to watch WM 20, 21 and 22. I think around the stage of 23 I looked at Orton and said, that guy is awesome. Over the next few months I hadn't missed Raw or Smackdown and I reignited my figure collecting. Ever since i've been quite an avid fan, i've enjoyed the work of Edge, Jericho and the returning Rock. I usually switch off around summer time for a while but I don't miss anything from around December to post Wrestlemania. I watch Raw every Monday and I usually miss Smackdown, I just don't enjoy it.

I have been watching for 15 years, and I am 15 years old. I may not have remembered any of the first few years but my Dad was a huge wrestling fan and they had videos of that being the only thing to get me to stop crying. I have now watched everything from 1990 and a little before to now on the internet. I was actually born on the day of a Monday Night Raw, and my Dad raised me up near the TV and said, "This right here, is a WWF Champion." He tried to name me Shawn, because HBK was the current champion at the time.

I'm 16(nearing 17... yeah I lied and joined this place when I was 12) and I started watching when I was 4(1999). My favorites were always The Rock, Undertaker, Kane and Chris Jericho. I started watching it with my older brother who would watch it. But further back the time is, the less I remember. I think I have great memory of 2002-onwards.

I'm 16, 17 in a month. I got into wrestling in 3rd grade, when I was either 7 or 8. I started watching SD only, and right after SS 03. My friends at school kept pestering me to watch it, so I decided to give it a shot. I am still captivated by most of what the WWE does, and it definitely keeps me entertained. When I was growing up, I loved Rey Mysterio, still do, in fact(truth be told, I just love the lucha style in general). I don't really have a definition of "old" based on age; it's more based on maturity and wisdom.

I've been watching since I was born my dad watched casually and would watch raw and nitro while i was a baby to put me to sleep, I'm 15 turning 16 this year and didn't really know anything about how fake wrestling is or anything but 1990-2004/5 wwe/f until I watched a documentary about behind the scenes that my friend who was just as in to wrestling a I was made me watch. All my life I've been obsessed and I'm fine with it in all honesty it's what I love I remember renting old videos when I was younger and now having a collection of figures about 300/400 strong and I will never look back and be ashamed or think lowly of my love for it.

Been watching literally for as long as I can remember. I cannot ever think of a time in my life where wrestling wasn't a part of it. I'm 16 now. When growing up, being in the south (Kentucky,) WCW was the predominant brand, and that's what I grew up on. Sting was my favorite, and still is. Although I was a fan of DDP and Rey Mysterio, too. I didn't start watching the WWF until 2000 or 2001, I can't remember which. Since then I've caught back up on all the major things I missed during my childhood that went on in the WWF.
Wrestling has always been a part of my life, and I plan on keeping it that way. I one day hope to either A: Become a wrestler, or B: A commentator. I want to work in the wrestling business. I can' really picture myself doing anything else. I've wanted to do it since I was a kid.

I'm 13, and started watching pretty much immediately. My brother always watched, and it just rubbed off on me. When I was little, I remember liking Jericho, Edge, Christian, and Undertaker and Kane. Even when I was little I liked the bad guys. I've also watched TONS of DVDs, and youtubed alot of stuff. Even before I got on the internet, I felt like I could distinguish a good or bad match.
And I'll add, my brother doesn't even watch anymore, but did take me to RAW in August. (The first RAW Supershow)

I started watching in mid 99 so that would have made me 9 years old and would make me a wrestling fan of 12 years [and counting]. Interesting enough my younger brother got me into it and now I would consider myself a much bigger fan than himself.

I started to watch wrestling on a weekly basis in 2004. Does that make me a "new" fan? It's all subjective but I'd say you are not a 'new' fan since you've been watching for 8 years. In my opinion anyone who's been watching for less than 2-3 years is a new fan.

15 will be 16 in a few months and anyway I've been watching since I can remember because my brother had been a fan since 96 (the year I was born), the first thing I can remember is my brother bought me the Hardy Boyz foam finger at Backlash 2001 and I was so happy and my favorites at the time were the hardys, RVD, and The Rock.

I'm 15 and can remember things dating back to WCW at the end of the monday night wars. My mom had always watched it on and off so when I first watched it I just got hooked, and have been watching and looking up older matches ever since. It was easy since a lot of people in my family had a lot of old tapes. I had loved watching the cruserweights like Eddie Gurrerro and technical wrestlers like Dean Malenko wrestle.

Im 16 and I was pretty much born into loving wrestling as both of my parents were avid wrestling fans (mom loved WWF, dad loved WCW). I pretty much consider anyone who started matching in the past 5 years to be "new". Lol and a question to tother younger fans.....doesn't it feel awesome when you know something about classic wrestling that someone older then you didnt know? I prove my dad and his friends wrong on things about wrestling all the time and its a sweet ass feeling.

i got hooked when i met my step brother at age 10 [now 23] and played the wcw revenge game, some of you know it and im sure will be brought back to some great child hood memories. My step brother and i started playing it and i picked my wrestler to be and it was the Ultimo Dragon because of my interest in Mortal Kombat and NINJAS ;D
When i watched wwf i got into watching KANE because he reminded me of a horror figure..jason voorhees, also i just love masks i think.

I'm 15 and once I watched SmackDown in German TV in summer of 2008. It was cool but yeah that was it. But then I watched the last SmackDown episode before Armageddon 08 where Triple H and Jeff Hardy had that huge brawl while Edge was standing in the ring with Vickie laughing his ass off. This got me hooked so I checked out wwe.com. Then Jeff won the title and I was damn happy. Fast forward to the Rumble when the Hardy-Hardy feud started, I was like "WTF did that SOB just do". On the RtWM 25 I turned into a huge Edgehead and I am still.

I'm 16, I remember in early 2006 when I was 10 I was at my grandmas and randomly turned it on FOX 8 (Channel that plays WWE here in Australia) and got hooked instantly. I can't remember what match it was but I only saw a good 4 minutes of it before we left to go to the shops, and when we went I got the Smackdown vs Raw game on ps2 then started watching it instantly and was my favourite was Edge, funny then it was the huge Cena/Edge feud and you would think at 10 I'd like Cena, but I supported the heel and Edge will always be my favourite. I remember loving Rey Mysterio to but by the time I was 12 I started moving on from him, he was injured a lot and the booking wasn't sharp on him.

November 2000. I've researched so much ever since. Pretty much this, but I'm 19 and I've been watching since 1996. Spent lots of time when I was younger watching old tapes of anything.

I'm 21 and have been watching wrestling since I was 4, when I watched the odd pay-per-view my parents taped for me to watch the next day, as they were big wrestling fans back then themselves. I started watching wrestling on a weekly basis around 96/97, and since then have continued to (apart from the last few months, haven't been able to get the channel they show WWE here).
The first pay-per-view I remember watching was SummerSlam '88. My uncle had it on video and he let us borrow it, I guess that's what got me into it, before watching the taped shows my parents recorded for us.
